    Opis:
    The oversized cargo transportation market in Poland actively participates in developing the economy, providing services necessary for implementing large infrastructure and industrial projects on a national and European scale. Development and functioning of this sector in the EU and globally requires overcoming many organisational, technical and administrative barriers and difficulties, and the authors of several publications indicate how these services are developing. The current study contains a detailed analysis of data from 2001-2022. The paper characterises the changes in particular years, indicating the main causes of the occurring processes, and defines the existing trends. It presents the legal framework that regulates the functioning of the domestic market. Moreover, it discusses the number of permits and the value of fees for issuing permits collected by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad, GDDKiA) over two decades. The article also evaluates trends concerning the number of licenses more than 50% decrease compared to the maximum in 2008. It assesses the course of changes in values, which in 2021 reached their highest level during the period under assessment. Furthermore, it discusses the differences that occurred in the number of permits issued and applications submitted in the years 2014-2022. It describes the structure of the number of permits issued in categories IV-VII in 2014-2020 and categories III-V in 2021-2022. It characterises the course of the largest operation in the history of Polish road haulage - the transport of an abnormally-sized TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) - in terms of requirements and problems that occurred during the preparation and fulfilment of this order and were typical for the functioning of the sector. The evaluation provides the basis for summaries and conclusions on the Development and condition of the oversized cargo transportation sector in Polish road transport sector.

    There are nowadays more intelligent information systems in transport, and the RFID technology (radio frequency identification) is increasingly expanding, particularly for its versatility and ability to use without the need for constant renewal of the technical base (no need for regular investment, only for this technology use). Following the oversized transport used for the automotive industry, this technology plays major role in information system between producer / production plants and suppliers. In the event that the producer uses the RFID technology for automated recognition and reception of goods, an RFID chip needs to be attached to each pallet. The data on the chip contain exact data about specification of panels on the pallet as well as the quantity of panels on the pallet and the order of panels. The information contained on the RFID chip ensures factories a reduction of time for checking the goods in terms of goods type of and their frequencies. The RFID technology is a critical transportation technology capable of providing carriers the required information in real time and is also affordable. The link between software and RFID technology – the GPS system is an important aspect, because it is possible to attach additional information to the goods directly via the GPS system. In our contribution we describe the possibilities of that technology.

    This paper describes the influence of road transport on urbanization and the transport of oversized loads. There is an increasing interest in oversized transport and urban development. In this developmental context, it is necessary to transport heavy construction machinery, infrastructure elements, pipes for gas pipelines and waterworks, or even rails to create roads for rail transport. For this purpose, the transport of loads exceeding standard parameters (16.50 m in length, 2.55 m in width, 4.00 m in height and 40 Mg in mass) is used. Oversized traffic has many obstacles on the roads, such as low bridges and viaducts, narrow roads, poor technical condition of roads, road works and low-permeability roundabouts.

    W artykule przybliżono problematykę planowania i organizowania wojskowych transportów nienormatywnych w Siłach Zbrojnych RP. Realizując zadania w tym zakresie, wojsko działa w oparciu o Zezwolenia na przejazd drogowy. Problem badawczy stanowi wskazanie i opracowanie możliwości usprawnienia podsystemu transportu i ruchu wojsk w zakresie planowania i organizowania tego typu przejazdów. Dlatego też w opracowaniu przedstawiono kolejne jego etapy, aby odszukać te elementy procesu, których usprawnienie może znacząco wpłynąć na podniesienie sprawności podsystemu. Głównym celem była analiza dostępnych dokumentów i instrukcji w celu znalezienia odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy planowanie i organizowanie wojskowych przejazdów drogowych pojazdami nienormatywnymi można usprawnić.
    In this paper, the author presents the issues related to the oversized transport in Polish Armed Forces. The movement of military vehicles takes place in accordance with both civil and military legal regulations. Therefore, this paper presents the subsequent stages of the planning procedures, the manner of issuing military movement credit, it discusses how to mark military column and vehicles and pilot military movement. The main goal was to analyze the regulations, doctrines and military instructions in order to establish whether the planning of military movement with oversized load can be improved.

    W pracy zaprezentowano numeryczną analizę konstrukcji ramy naczepy o zmiennej długości i podwyższonej nośności przeznaczonej do transportu ładunków ponadnormatywnych. Prowadzone badania miały na celu opracowanie adekwatnych modeli numerycznych MES umożliwiających identyfikację wytężenia konstrukcji oraz stanu odkształcenia w warunkach obciążeń eksploatacyjnych. Zastosowanym do analizy narzędziem numerycznym był program Abaqus/Standard, umożliwiający prowadzenie obliczeń w zakresie geometrycznie nieliniowym z wykorzystaniem przyrostowo-iteracyjnej metody Newtona-Raphsona. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac ustalono newralgiczne obszary ramy w których występowały niebezpieczne naprężenia. Umożliwiło to modyfikację konstrukcji pozwalającą na zmniejszenie naprężeń do bezpiecznego poziomu.
    This work presents a numerical analysis of the structure of a trailer frame of adjustable length and an increased load capacity designed for the transportation of oversize loads. The study was aimed at developing adequate numerical FEM models which would allow identification of the effort of the structure and the state of strain under operating loads. The analysis was carried out using ABAQUS/Standard, a numerical tool which enables calculations in the geometrically nonlinear range with the use of the incremental-iterative Newton-Raphson method. As a result of the analysis, trouble areas in the frame were found in which dangerous stresses occurred. This enabled modification of the structure, leading to a reduction of the stresses to a safe level.

    W artykule podjęto tematykę transportu ładunków ponadgabarytowych transportem samochodowym. W ramach tego zagadnienia w sposób syntetyczny przedstawiono: klasyfikację ładunków ponadgabarytowych, uwarunkowania prawne w transporcie tych ładunków, planowanie trasy przewozu ładunków ponadgabarytowych, uwarunkowania logistyczne transportu tego typu ładunków. W końcowej części artykułu przedstawiono analizę przypadku transportu ładunku ponadnormatywnego jako zobrazowanie zagadnień podjętych we wcześniejszych punk-tach. Artykuł kończy podsumowanie podkreślające stopień skomplikowania transportu ładunków ponadgabarytowych.
    In the article the subject matter concerning outsized loads was taken under consideration. In the framework of this subject in synthetic way were presented: classification of outsized loads, law circumstances of these loads transport, planning of route of outsized loads transport, logistic circumstances of transport of these loads. In the last part of the article presented case analysis of outsized load transport as the performance of topics described in the previous parts of the article. The article is finished by summary emphasizing as complicated is transport of outsized loads.

    In Poland since a few years we can notice a increase in traffic. The largest part (over 85%), are trucks that typically have a width up to 2.45 m and a weigh to 24 tonnes. The road network in our country allows for easy and comfortable movement and transport of goods. The problem arises, however, when transported cargo exceeds the dimensions or loads for standard vehicle. Then we call it oversized or non-standard. All big investments are associated with the need to transport large, heavy or awkward form factor goods. The transport of oversized cargo by land roads has become increasingly popular. Despite the high costs of preparing the transport, land road are more often choose of transporting very large components. Travelling on public roads provide faster and more convenient transport in relation to waterways and railways. It make possible direct transport from A to B, without reloading the goods at railway stations and ports. Organizing such a passage is connected with the fulfilment of certain requirements, in accordance with the regulations and laws. If the load is larger, there are more conditions to must be met to obtain a permit for the carriage. In this article there is a characterization of the different categories of permits and shows all of the conditions that must be met in order to obtain the authorization. There is also placed an exemplary analysis of this bridge, comparing the effort of a bridge under load class A to the effort of the bridge, caused by load analyzed oversized vehicle. In this article you will also find information how to plan freight transport of oversized load and what do you have to look for when you choose a route. Although carrying loads of considerable size mainland becomes increasingly popular, the barrier is still a considerable amount of paperwork that must be met in order to be able to take place carriage. Also the time, we has to wait for permits and decisions of the authorities is very long. Maybe one day the law enters into force, regulating the rules of travelling and designating routes for which you will not need to do so many formalities. Today, however, we need to adapt to the prevailing regulations.

    The aim of the study is to present main difficulties the waveforms transport Vistula largest oversized cargo from Gdańsk to Stalowa Wola. The authors closer issues related to the definition of inland waterways and oversized cargo. Detail illustrate the distribution of the load on the means of transport and the course of the movement of cargo. Present aspects of alternative solutions in the transport of cargo. Then they indicate the main difficulties that have occurred in the transport of oversized the most biggest cargo on Vistula.

    W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano budowę i realizację autorskiego algorytmu symulującego ruch pojazdu wielkogabarytowego wraz z badaniem kolizji ścieżki przejazdu z wykorzystaniem chmury punktów obrazującej elementy terenu. Przeprowadzone symulacje i analizy zostały opracowane na przykładzie transportu łopaty turbiny wiatrowej. Do implementacji algorytmu wykorzystano język programowania Python wraz z bibliotekami PCL oraz NumPy.
    Paper discussed how to create an algorithm that simulates the movement of large-size vehicle and to detect collision of vehicle path with cloud of points. Simulations and analysis that were rune are based on the transport of wind turbine blade. The proposed algorithm was implemented using Python programming language with PCL and NumPy libraries.

    W artykule przedstawiono założenia konstrukcyjne oraz zastosowane rozwiązania w nowoskonstruowanej naczepie do przewozu ładunków nienormatywnych, w szczególności maszyn samojezdnych. Podczas projektowania naczepy szczególny nacisk położono na jej uniwersalność. Naczepa może służyć do przewozu ładunków ponadgabarytowych dzięki możliwości jej wydłużenia oraz po-szerzenia, natomiast cięższych od normatywnych - dzięki zastosowaniu 4 osi. Zaletą naczepy jest to, że w stanie złożonym spełnia wszystkie wymagania stawiane pojazdom normatywnym, a więc może poruszać się po drogach i przewozić ładunki normatywne bez specjalnych zezwoleń. W artykule zaprezentowano również przykłady wykorzystania analiz MES w procesie konstruowania naczepy.
    Design assumptions and solutions used in the newly constructed semitrailer for transpor-tation of oversized and heavy loads, especially self-propelled machines, are presented in the paper. During the design process a special attention was paid to its versatility. The semitrailer can be used for transportation of oversized loads thanks to the loading platform that can be extended in length and in breadth and for transportation of heavier than standard loads thanks to its 4 axles. The big advantage of the semitrailer is that when it is not extended it meets all the requirements for standard vehicles and thus it can be used on roads as standard semitrailer and carry standard loads without any special permissions. Some examples of applying FEM strength analysis during design process are also presented in the paper.
