Opis:: The study deals with operation quality assessment of operating complex systems especially transport ones. It has been established that assessment of their operation quality depends on fulfilment level of specified criteria. Thus, determination of a set of criteria in terms of their quantity and significance is of great importance. Since the considerations refer to socio-technical systems of the type: human machine and environment , and especially municipal transport systems, these criteria account for human actions, machine operation (transport means) and the impact of factors coming from the environment. The basis of their operation quality is provided by a set of significant, variable in time, measurable and independent features whose values, in a given time period, determine the fulfilment degree of the specified criteria. .On the basis of fulfilment degree of the distinguished criteria, an assessment of operation quality and classification of the considered transport systems are made. In this study, one way of choosing the criteria has been proposed. This method is based on square matrixes and questionnaire survey, which are usedfor establishing their influence on the transport system operation quality, for selected transport means, used in urban complexes.

Opis:: This paper deals with selected problems connected with transport means operation quality. Basic concepts concerning the problems of quality have been defined, and general characteristics of the elaborated methodology have been made. Description of rules on the basis of which the method was elaborated, has been presented. An algorithm of mathematical model determination has been created and a model for quality assessment of the system operation has been built. This model is supposed to serve as a general abstract form for operation quality assessment of a wide class of real transport systems different in terms of their features, structure and operation. The further part of the paper deals with possibilities of quality control in order to provide the desired level of the transport system operation quality which will be an effect of the carried out research, especially, the results, obtained on the basis of the proposed assessment method. The presented methodology can be found to be a universal tool for diagnostic, prognostic processes, and above all, for optimization and rational control ofcomplex systems of technical object using, especially transport ones through assessment of their states, determined on the basis of changes of significant features characteristic for the system.

Opis:: In this paper there has been developed a method for the transport system operation quality assessment. The concept of the transport system quality has been defined. There has also been described the proposed evaluation method and the process of an assessment model construction. Basic features of the metrical space have been characterized and a proposition o f a system operation quality evaluation metrics has been presented. Also, studies concerning the choice of assessment criteria and distinction of the most signiflcant set of features accepted for the resultant model of the examined transport system operation quality, have been presented. It should be emphasized that using the presented method it is possible to make an assessment of the same system, in different times, with the assumption that the rating is performed on the basis of homogenous criteria, and with the use of a set of the same features, distinguished for the deser iption of the research object.

Opis:: Method of operation quality evaluation of electric network, comprising renewable sources of energy (RSE) is considered. Integral index that enables to evaluate the impact of RSE on energy losses and its quality as well as balance reliability in electric network is suggested. Mathematical model is constructed, taking into account the assumption that electric network with RSE may be in various operation modes, characterized by different technical economic indices. To determine the integral index of operation quality of electric network with RSE in all possible states tools of Markov processes theory and criterial method are used.

Opis:: Selection and determination of assessment criteria is of great importance for evaluation of the system operation quality. The analysis was made within the research on operation quality of a selected transportation system. This was a real system, operating purposefully, providing passengers with transport tasks, over an assigned urban area and suburbs, according to an established schedule. Such a system of operation is affected by the behaviour of people, functioning of transport means and the environmental impact. On the basis of performed tests, a set of criteria, whose fulfilment degree is crucial for functioning of the analyzed system, has been determined. It must be remembered, though those particular criteria are diversified in terms of their significance for the transportation system assessment. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process AHP has been applied in this work, in order to establish significance of particular criteria, from the point of view of the set quality requirements for the studied transportation system. The analytic hierarchy process has been used in the papers concerning the problems of quality control and assessment of transportation systems. It is one of several tools supporting the process of selection of the most significant criteria aiming at reduction of the considered vector dimensionality and establishing a set of features, accepted for an assessment of the research object operation quality, while building the resultant model.

Opis:: This paper deals with the problems connected with evaluation of a technical system and its being later used for decision making in order to provide complex technical systems with appropriate operation quality. The research object is a real municipal transportation system. The assessment quality of the systems operation is based on the changes of the systems features values. The features describe the operation of the systems operators, controlled technical objects and the environment influence. The assessment and the support the demand quality of the systems operation from the safety, efficiency, economic and reliability point of view is the basic factor of the executed exploitation process. The notion of a system operation quality has been defined, a scheme of an assessment model has been presented and a random process, providing the basis for evaluation of a technical system, has been developed. On the basis of carried out experimental tests there have been distinguished four states of a system operation quality reflecting intervals of values of grades that were characteristic for given time moments. A model of system operation qualitative state changes, based on Markov chain, has been considered in this paper. A system of equations has been determined for a distinguished Markov chain on the basis of which a mathematical model for assessment and control of selected types of transportation systems will be developed.

Opis:: The basis of operation systems functioning is their ability to accomplish set goals, in given conditions, place, quantity and time. Assessment of their operation quality is a summary measurement of their efficiency, reliability, safety, environment friendliness and ergonomics. The analysis of literature on this subject proves, that studying the systems operation quality is one of the main factors, which make up the processes of their service, repairs, control, supply, diagnostics, and most of all, operation of used machines and devices. The studied systems belong to socio-technical systems of the type H–M–E (human–machine–environment), to which the discussed transport system, being the research object of this work, belongs as well. Basing on the author's own research and the identification of processes occurring within the studied object, a method and a model for its operation quality assessment have been developed and discussed in the article. Application of the method enables making an assessment of the research object operation quality, depending on changes of values of features describing the actions of operators, technical objects operated by them and the impact of the environment.
Podstawą działania systemów eksploatacji jest realizacja postawionych im celów w określonych warunkach, miejscu, ilości i czasie. Ocena jakości ich funkcjonowania stanowi zbiorczą miarę zarówno pod względem efektywności, niezawodności, bezpieczeństwa, ekologiczności, jak i ergonomiczności. Z analizy literatury przedmiotowej wynika, że badanie jakości funkcjonowania tych systemów stanowi jeden z podstawowych czynników w procesach obsługowo-naprawczych, sterowania, zasilania, diagnozowania, a w szczególności użytkowania eksploatowanych w nich maszyn i urządzeń. Omawiane systemy zalicza się do systemów socjotechnicznych typu (człowiek–maszyna–otoczenie), wśród których wyróżnić można system transportowy, stanowiący w niniejszym opracowaniu obiekt badań. Na podstawie wyników własnych badań eksploatacyjnych oraz identyfikacji procesów realizowanych w obiekcie badań w opracowaniu przedstawiono metodę oraz zbudowano model oceny jakości działania takich systemów. Zastosowanie tej metody umożliwia ocenę jakości ich działania, realizowaną w zależności od zmian wartości cech opisujących działanie operatorów, sterowanych przez nich obiektów technicznych oraz wpływu otoczenia.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie kształtowania jakości eksploatacyjnej wózków widłowych czołowych powszechnie stosowanych do transportu materiałów i wyrobów gotowych w zakładach przemysłowych, hipermarketach, składach budowlanych itp. Omawiane urządzenia eksploatowane są w różnych warunkach zewnętrznych, przy oddziaływaniu czynników atmosferycznych i stanie dróg, wpływających negatywnie zwłaszcza na układy kierowniczy i zawieszenia. Jest to powodem zwiększonej awaryjności i przestojów związanych z naprawami, co pociąga za sobą znaczne straty ekonomiczne. Jako podstawową miarę jakości eksploatacyjnej przyjęto wskaźnik gotowości operacyjnej. Zaproponowany sposób wyznaczania wskaźnika gotowości w oparciu o sprawnie funkcjonujący system informacyjny umożliwia weryfikację i usprawnienie procesu obsługiwania wózków widłowych.
The paper presents the problem of modelling process of fork-lift trucks operation systems. Fork-lift trucks are commonly used to transport materials and finished products in industrial plants, hipermarkets and building store houses. The operation processes take place in different surface states of local roads and atmospheric conditions. These factors are frequently the reasons of damages of steering and suspension systems. Standstills for damages repair contributed economic losses. In this situation availability should be the main index of quality operation system. Effective information system used to determine the values of availability index let to verify and modernize the operating systems of fork-lift trucks.

Opis:: W artykule dokonano oceny jakości pracy urządzeń wchodzących w skład linii technologicznej w firmie SAATBAU Sp. z o.o. w Środzie Śląskiej. Badaniom poddano następujące urządzenia: zespół oczyszczania kolb, suszarnię komorową, zespół omłotowy, czyszczalnię, kalibratory cylindryczne, selektor wagowy i workownicę. Kolby opuszczające zespoły oddzielające liście okrywowe były oczyszczone w ok. 95%. Wilgotność kolb po zakończonym suszeniu nie przekraczała 14%. Jakość pracy zespołu omłotowego była na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Niewielkie wahania jakości pracy występowały w przypadku kalibratorów cylindrycznych. Selektor wagowy charakteryzował się wysokim stopniem selekcji. W przypadku pracy workownicy ustalona odchyłka nigdy nie została przekroczona.
The article presents the assessment of the quality of operation of devices, which comprise a processing line in SAATNAU Sp. z o.o. in Środa Śląska. The following devices were researched: the unit for cleaning cobs, a chamber drier, a threshing unit, a cleaner, cylinder calibrators, a weight selector and a bagging machine. Cobs leaving the units, which separate covering leaves, were clean in approx. 95%. Moisture of cobs upon drying did not exceed 14%. The quality of operation of the threshing unit was at a very high level. Slight fluctuations of the quality of operation occurred in case of cylinder calibrators. The weight selector was of high degree of selection. In case of the bagging machine operation, declination was never exceeded.

Opis:: An analysis of experimental tests results and a literature review show that determination of the optimal number of criteria for assessment of operation quality of a given transportation system is crucial to the assessment result. The analysis has been performed on the basis of research on operation quality of a given transportation system. This is a real transportation system providing the population with transport services in a given urban and suburban area. The operation quality of such a transportation system is affected by people's behavior, operation of the vehicle, and the impact of the environment. In order to ensure appropriate quality of the system functioning it needs to be constantly evaluated. The transportation process ought to be optimized and innovative solutions should be implemented. In this work a set of evaluation criteria has been determined, on the basis of which, evaluation and analysis of the quality of transport services provided by a given municipal transportation system have been performed.
Analiza wyników badań eksploatacyjnych oraz literaturowy przegląd zagadnienia wykazały, że problematyka wyznaczania optymalnej liczby kryteriów oceny jakości działania danego systemu transportowego jest istotnym zagadnieniem, mającym bezpośredni wpływ na wyniki realizowanej oceny. Całość rozważań dokonano w ramach realizowanych badań dotyczących oceny i sterowania jakości działania wybranego systemu transportowego. Jest to rzeczywisty, działający celowo system, świadczący usługi przewozu pasażerów na określonym obszarze miejskim i terenach podmiejskich. Na jakości działania takiego systemu ma wpływ działanie ludzi, funkcjonowanie środków transportowych oraz oddziaływanie otoczenia. Zapewnienie oczekiwanego poziomu jakości świadczonej usługi transportowej powinno być związane z ciągłą jego oceną, optymalizowaniem procesu transportowego oraz wprowadzeniem innowacyjnych rozwiązań. W niniejszym opracowaniu wyznaczono zbiór kryteriów ocenowych i na ich podstawie dokonano oceny oraz analizy poziomu jakości usług przewozowych świadczonych przez wyróżniony system transportu miejskiego.

Opis:: Creating strip roads in second age class stands is an indispensible operation for carrying out thinning. It is especially important in places where there is an intention to do a first thinning using mechanised thinning operations. Felling trees to create strip roads results in altered conditions for the tree growth of neighbouring trees.In particular, this is due to an increase in exposure to sunlight. This can lead to changes in the growth of trees and consequently changes in the morphology of the trunk and the development of defects. The objective of this paper was to analyse the frequency of the presence of particular defects in the structure and shape of spruce ina five-year period after the creation of a strip road. The research was carried out in an artificially regenerated spruce stand within the spruce’s natural, northern habitat in Poland. A 34-year-old stand underwent a systematic thinning scheme which involved the removal of every eighth tree row. The analysis was carried out on trees growing both adjacent to the strip roads (which had a greater growing area around them and greater access to sunlight) as well as trees from further within the stand. Diameter growth was taken in three places: at breast height, in the middle of the trunk between breast height and the base of the crown, as well as at the base of the crown. The average incremental growth, pith eccentricity taper and ovality were calculated. No statistically significant difference in defects between the trees growing by the strip road and those growing further in the stand was observed. Greater taper on mid-tree logs in comparison to butt logs was observed. Insignificant changes in the morphology of the trunks, supports the validity of cutting strip roads in second age class stands.
Zakładanie szlaków operacyjnych staje się niezbędne przy stosowaniu współczesnych technologii w gospodarce leśnej. Ich obecność to również zwiększony dostęp do światła dla drzew rosnących na ich skraju, co z kolei może wpływać na różnice we wzroście tych drzew w porównaniu z drzewami wewnątrz drzewostanu. Celem pracy była analiza częstości występowania niektórych wad budowy i kształtu mogących wpływać na jakość surowca drzewnego w 5 lat po wykonaniu zabiegu. Drzewostan świerkowy w wieku 34 lat został poddany trzebieży schematycznej poprzez wycięcie co 8. rzędu drzew. Analizie poddano drzewa rosnące przy szlaku PS (z asymetrycznie większymi stoiskami i dostępem do światła) oraz drzewa wewnątrz drzewostanu ( WD 5–10 m od osi szlaku). Badano przyrosty na wysokości pierśnicy, w połowie długości między pierśnicą a podstawą korony i u podstawy korony oraz obliczono przeciętny przyrost, mimośrodowość rdzenia i zbieżystość. Nie zaobserwowano występowania statystycznie istotnych różnic pomiędzy analizowanymi cechami drzew PS i WD, jednakże u drzew rosnących PS zaobserwowano istotnie większą zbieżystość kłód środkowych w porównaniu z odziomkowymi. W krótkim okresie(5 lat) po założeniu szlaków w drzewostanie świerkowym II klasy wieku nie stwierdzono zatem statystycznie istotnych różnic w morfologii pni drzew rosnących przy szlaku i w drzewostanie. Niemniej jednak zaobserwowano: 1) tendencje do zwiększonych przyrostów u drzew PS (szczególnie w połowie pnia) w 5. roku po wykonaniu zabiegu oraz 2)wzrost zbieżystości kłód środkowych wyrobionych z drzew PS. Wyniki te sugerują przeprowadzenie podobnych badań w dłuższym odstępie czasowym (niż 5-letni)od założenia szlaków.

Opis:: The quality of the construction services provided has always played an important role not only in maintaining the safety and proper functioning of the construction objects in question, but also in other related features, which will also be the subject of a research study with the target group of the construction objects in question in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Poland. This article explains the concept of quality and quality in terms of construction services. It indicates their essence and the process of implementation in the long-term perspective during the operation and exploitation of a building object. The process of quality assessment is based on the selection of contractors for construction works using fuzzy logic. The procedure of prequalification with the use of fuzzy sets was also used for such an assumed purpose.

Opis:: W pracy zaprezentowano nowe podejście do problemy eksploatacji obiektów technicznych. W tym celu przedstawiono schemat automatycznego układu regulacji zasobu użytkowania obiektów technicznych. W zaprezentowanym układzie wykorzystywane są nowoczesne inteligentne systemy: diagnostyczny i obsługowy. W skład proponowanego systemu wchodzi sztuczna sieć neuronową SSN i obsługowy system ekspertowy. Artykuł przedstawia problematykę przetwarzania informacji diagnostycznej do postaci zbioru informacji obsługowej. Zaprezentowano schemat inteligentnego systemu obsługiwania. Opisano możliwość oceny jakości odnawiania obiektu w systemie obsługiwania złożonego obiektu technicznego.
The paper presents a new approach to the problems of exploitation of technical objects. For this purpose, a diagram of an automatic system controlling resource use of technical facilities. In our modern system is used in intelligent systems: diagnostic and servicing. The proposed system consists of an artificial neural network ANN and expert system servicing. The article presents the problem of information processing as a set of diagnostic information for maintenance. Presented scheme intelligent operating system. The possibilities of assessing the quality of restoration of the object in the system of handling complex technical object.
