    Opis:
    The new Polish meteorite Święcany represents an old fall. It was found in 2004 in the Podkarpacie region, at Święcany village, commune Skołyszyn, district Jasło. The coordinates of this find are: φ = 49°47'29"N; λ = 21°15'28"E; or „1992”, x= 216194,11, y= 662339,76. It was found by 12 year old Katarzyna Depczyńska on the village gravel road. Probable primary mass is ca. 8 g. The present mass is 6.62 g., and one polished thin section. The classification: ordinary chondrite L4-5, weathering stage w3, shock stage s2.

    Companies can’t create innovation and achieve success without the efficient, effective methodology for shaping the product. In a highly competitive company cannot create innovation and achieve success without the efficient, effective methodology for shaping the product. It can be used with the analysis of the S-curve of the product. The manufacturer needs to know at what stage of the S-curve is the product (in terms of construction technology, and commercial). The paper presents the Law of Technical System Evolution of H. Altszullera. They can provide a basis for forecasting product development and guide the directions of its further modernization. The author showed the possibility of further development of the product in accordance with the law dynamization of system.

    Today much is already known about the internationalization patterns of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). However, the research has mainly focused on outward internationalization and more in manufacturing industry than in services (and hardly in the tourism industry). Thus, the paper undertakes an exploratory research in order to verify to what extent the common framework of analysis may explain an internationalization path of SMEs in the tourism sector. To this goal, a case study of a small tour operator in a niche market of weddings abroad in Poland is undertaken. The research seeks to match the firm’s internationalization characteristics with considerations of two dominant theories of SME internationalization: stage models of gradual internationalization (so called behavioral models) and models of early and rapid internationalization (businesses called ‘born globals’ or ‘international new ventures’). The main findings of the study are twofold. Firstly, even if the general framework of the analysis suits a case of a small tour operator well, still there is a need to adapt the general framework to industry features (in particular, in terms of organization capabilities). Secondly, a further research should also take into account heterogeneity of international activities (in terms of their antecedents and process). Even if a firm is born global, its further internationalization may well be incremental in nature. In particular, an early and rapid internationalization through imports may lead to a gradual internationalization through exports. The former may result from a proactive attitude, be strategy driven, and implied by characteristics of the market and product (well in lines with models of an early and rapid internationalization). The latter, however, may stem from a rather passive attitude with almost no resource commitment (more in lines with models of a gradual and slow internationalization).

    Opis:
    The paper discusses two essential Białystok-based stages in the life and creative work of Masiej Sednev, one of the most talented representatives of Belarusian emigration literature, and a Nobel Prize nominee. Forced to leave Soviet Belarus for the West, he worked as a proof-reader in a Belarusian newspaper „The New Road”, issued in Bialystok, from October 1943 to May 1944. In 1991 Bialystok notebook was published in „Niva”, the weekly newspaper of the Belarusians in Poland, where he shares the memories about this stage of his life. Since 1998 a close cooperation began between M. Sednev and the magazine „Termopile”, issued by the Belarusian literary association in Poland. The paper analyzes Bialystok notebook and the works by M. Sednev, printed in „Termopile”, furthermore, attention is drawn to the publications dedicated to the memory of the writer.
    W artykule omówiono dwa zasadnicze białostockie etapy w życiu i  twórczości jednego z najbardziej utalentowanych przedstawicieli białoruskiej literatury emigracyjnej, nominowanego do Nagrody Nobla Masieja Siadniowa. Pisarz, zmuszony do wyjazdu z radzieckiej Białorusi na Zachód, od października 1943 do maja 1944 roku pracował jako korektor w białoruskiej gazecie „Nowa Droga”, wydawanej w Białymstoku. W 1991 roku w publikowanym w Polsce białoruskim tygodniku „Niwa” drukuje Zeszyt Białostocki, w którym po raz pierwszy dzieli się wspomnieniami o tym okresie swojego życia. Od 1998 roku rozpoczyna się ścisła współpraca Masieja Siadniowa z czasopismem „Termopile”, wydawanym przez Białoruskie Stowarzyszenie Literackie w Polsce. W artykule analizowane są Zeszyt Białostocki i utwory Siadniowa drukowane w „Termopilach”, a także publikacje poświęcone pamięci pisarza.
    У артыкуле разглядаюцца два асноўныя беластоцкія этапы ў жыцці і творчасці Масея Сяднёва, аднаго з самых таленавітых прадстаўнікоў беларускай эміграцыйнай літаратуры, які быў у свой час кандыдатам на Нобелеўскую прэмію. Пісьменнік, вымушаны выехаць з Савецкай Беларусі на захад, з кастрычніка 1943-га па май 1944 года працаваў карэктарам беларуской газеты „Новая дарога”, якая выдавалася ў Беластоку. У 1991 годзе ў беларускім штотыднёвіку „Ніва” ў Польшчы быў апублікаваны Беластоцкі сшытак, у якім пісьменнік упершыню падзяліўся сваімі ўспамінамі пра гэты перыяд свайго жыцця. З 1998 года пачынаецца цеснае супрацоўніцтва Сяднёва з часопісам „Тэрмапілы”, які выдаецца Беларускім літаратурным аб’яднаннем у Польшчы. У артыкуле аналізуецца Беластоцкі сшытак і творы Сяднёва, апублікаваныя ў „Тэрмапілах”, а таксама звяртаецца ўвага на публікацыі, прысвечаныя памяці пісьменніка.

    Artykuł argumentuje, że krytyczne myślenie zajmuje ważne miejsce w Koncepcji Nowej Ukraińskiej Szkoły(NUS) i jest ważną umiejętnością przekrojową, która jest realizowana na „polu” wdrażania wszystkich kompetencji uczniów. W artykule przedstawiono strategie krytycznego myślenia, które są wprowadzane przez nauczycieli szkół podstawowych w NUS, na różnych etapach zajęć. Opisano metody realizacji takich strategii: „Mapa postaci”, „Siatka asocjacyjna (krzak)”, „Przewidywanie”, „Inscenizacja”, „Fantastyczna historia”, „Zakończ, zacznij zdanie”. Stwierdzono, że Rzeczpospolita Polska trzyma się pięciostopniowego modelu struktury myślenia krytycznego, opracowanego przez Roberta Durona, Barbarę Limbach i Wendy Waugh. Udowodniono, że w Polsce krytyczne myślenie jest rodzajem aktywnego uczenia się. Podano opis ćwiczeń z rozwoju krytycznego myślenia: „Myśl, formuj w pary, dziel się”, „Sieci za i przeciw”, „Uczenie się z wykorzystaniem technologii”.
    The article argues that critical thinking occupies an important place in the Concept of the New Ukrainian School and is an important cross-cutting skill that is implemented in the “canvas” of the implementation of all student competencies. The article reveals the strategies of critical thinking, which are introduced by primary school teachers in NUS at different stages of lessons. The methods of conducting such strategies “Character map”, “Associative grid (bush)”, “Prediction”, “Staging”, “Fantastic story”, “Finish, start a sentence” are described. It is investigated that in the Republic of Poland the 5-stage model of the structure of critical thinking developed by Robert Duron, Barbara Limbach and Wendy Waugh is followed. It has been proven that in Poland critical thinking is a type of active learning. The description of exercises on development of critical thinking is given: “Think, form pairs, share”, “Networks for and against”, “Learning with use of technologies”.
