Opis:
A multi-robot environment with a STRIPS representation is considered. Under some assumptions such problems can be modelled as a STRIPS language (for instance, a Block World environment) with one initial state and a disjunction of goal states. If the STRIPS planning problem is invertible, then it is possible to apply the machinery for planning in the presence of incomplete information to solve the inverted problem and then to find a solution to the original problem. In the paper a planning algorithm that solves the problem described above is proposed and its computational complexity is analyzed. To make the plan precise, non-cooperative strategies are used.

Opis:
The paper proposes an architecture for a control system of an autonomous robot as well as an architecture for a multi-robot system in which the robots cooperate in order to accomplish client’s tasks. The solution is based on the SOA paradigm and an ontology as a way of represen ting an environment, and is specified at the Informa- tion Technology level. This approach is focused on intui tive cooperation with a human and automation of a task execution, as well as automation of handling exceptions and changes in the environment. For the purpose of the test scenarios, a sample ontology was created, which allows the human user to define tasks to be performed by a robot. Additionally, a simulation environment was designed and implemented in Unity. It allows for automatic generation of the visual representation of information defined in the ontology, and for testing the effectiveness of the proposed architecture in different types of scenarios with variable sets of services (devices).

Opis:
The IoT systems are growing field of automation. In contrast to industrial applications, where the system is custom made for each customer or use case, the home IoT systems can be composed and used in many, sometimes dangerous and unpredictable, ways. This paper presents a system that is based on a common ontology as a unified and universal method of representing the environment including humans. Such approach allows for easy integration of heterogenous devices and declarative definition of services, tasks, and rules ensuring human safety and/or comfort.

Opis:
Most reinforcement learning benchmarks – especially in multi-agent tasks – do not go beyond observations with simple noise; nonetheless, real scenarios induce more elaborate vision pipeline failures: false sightings, misclassifications or occlusion. In this work, we propose a lightweight, 2D environment for robot soccer and autonomous driving that can emulate the above discrepancies. Besides establishing a benchmark for accessible multiagent reinforcement learning research, our work addresses the challenges the simulator imposes. For handling realistic noise, we use self-supervised learning to enhance scene reconstruction and extend curiosity-driven learning to model longer horizons. Our extensive experiments show that the proposed methods achieve state-of-the-art performance, compared against actor-critic methods, ICM, and PPO.
