Opis:
In the paper presents the way of model 3D creation, stages of preparation as well as results of dynamic simulations of the sugar beet lifter. In the computer simulations kinematic input and assigned values of the forces acting on the lifter share were taken into account. The presented design way enabled to estimate possibilities of applying the Autodesk Inventor program as a tool used for both creation and verification of virtual sugar beet lifter prototype.
W pracy przedstawiono sposób tworzenia modelu 3D, etapy przygotowania oraz wyniki symulacji dynamicznej wyorywacza kombajnu do buraków cukrowych. W komputerowej symulacji uwzględniono wymuszenie kinematyczne i zadane wartości sił działających na lemiesz wyorywacza. Przedstawiony sposób projektowania pozwolił na ocenę możliwości zastosowania programu Autodesk Inventor jako narzędzia służącego zarówno do tworzenia jak i weryfikacji wirtualnego prototypu wyorywacza buraków cukrowych.

The use of physical models of vehicles, at a scale allows them to be used when measuring the behavior of the full-size vehicles. The characteristics of the various systems and their impact on the dynamics of motion of the vehicle can be determined during stand tests or simulation and confirmed during testing of vehicles on test tracks. Testing vehicles built in small series, oversized or performed individually are conducted infrequently or not at all. In such cases, the alternative may be conducting tests of vehicles carried out at a scale. Research may be conducted in the boundary conditions (which could lead to loss of stability or overturning of the vehicle) impossible to achieve during testing of actual vehicles. They are particularly useful for assessing the stability of vehicles, the impact of the solutions or actions of a driver assistance system. Conducting research vehicles at a scale for the assessment of full-size vehicle must meet the criteria of similarity in the study of physical models of vehicles. One of the major issues is interaction of wheels and road. This article describes the results of wheels interaction with the road for tires with different characteristics used in the mobile model of the car and on the actual vehicle. The aim of the study was to prepare reference material to determine the correlation between the characteristics of the tire model and the full-scale tires. This will allow for made adjustment resulting from the impact of the characteristics of the tires on the motion dynamics of comparable cars especially in the curvilinear motion.

In this paper was presented traction qualities of a Fiat Panda car equipped with a 1.3 16 V Multijet engine. Characteristics of the full power of the 1.3 JTD engine was prepared, along with a selection of the trend curves. On the basis of the moment curve from that graph and the car basic data, traction characteristic of the vehicle was created. It was proven a dependence of the propulsive force on the vehicle’s linear velocity. On that basis, such traction qualities of the Fiat Panda, as its ability to accelerate, to drive upon hills and its achieving the maximum speed, were analyzed.
W artykule przedstawiono własności trakcyjne samochodu Fiat Panda wyposażonego w silnik 1,3 16 V Multijet. Wykonano charakterystykę pełnej mocy silnika 1,3 JTD wraz z doborem krzywych trendu. Na podstawie krzywej momentu z tego wykresu oraz podstawowych danych pojazdu wyznaczono charakterystykę trakcyjną pojazdu. Była to zależność siły napędowej od prędkości liniowej pojazdu. Na jej podstawie analizowano własności trakcyjne pojazdu Fiat Panda, takie jak: zdolność przyspieszania, możliwość pokonywania wzniesień oraz uzyskiwanie maksymalnej prędkości.

Ship motion is an important factor affecting on the safety of ski-jump take-off. The simplified frigate ship SFS1 was numerically simulated, and the results were compared with the experimental data, the feasibility of the calculation method was verified; Meshless method and WALE turbulence model were used to simulate the process of aircraft skijump take-off, aerodynamic characteristics under different rolling conditions during the aircraft ski-jump take-off process were presented. The results showed that: the influence of ship rolling motion on lift coefficient, drag coefficient and pitching moment was small, side force and rolling moment were greatly affected by rolling motion; the region of downwash with the maximum speed was about 10 m from the bow; the safety of ski-jump take-off was greatly affected when aircraft was close to the bow within 20 m.

The paper covers an adequate theory on vertical motion of the mass-elastic system. This system is an oscillator with the motion being a free harmonic motion. The first extended link of the consideration presents a critical analysis of the existent knowledge referred to this subject. Then the energetic states of the oscillator have been determined. Next the force characteristics of the free harmonic motion of the oscillator are presented. A general source equation of the path/way length and the resulting detailed forms, signalizing extensive possibilities to build up the characteristics, have been presented. Finally the connections between the characteristics of real and simulative motions were derived. It should be added that this first mentioned motion is the subject of adequate description presented here. The simulated motion is referred to the existent classical theory which has been subjected under a critical consideration.

A problem of comparing the traction properties of Daewoo Lublin 3 Mi van with respective types of gearbox has been taken up in the paper. There were three gearbox types: TS5-21, PD.97 and ZF. These properties were concluded based on vehicle traction graph. They included: reaching the reserve driving force in respective gears, obtaining accelerations, overcoming the resistances to motion (rolling resistance, air resistance and grade resistance) as well as achieving the maximum speed. Vehicle traction diagram has been made based on the torque curve of Andoria 4CTi90 engine external characteristics obtained on engine test bed in a direct way using an AVL eddy current brake. The engine was supplied with a complete fuel dose and loaded with the resistance torque produced by engine brake. The characteristics was performed every 200 rpm from 1000 rpm to maximum revolutions and the other way from maximum revolutions to 1000 rpm every 200 rpm. The torque characteristics points were determined as a mean value obtained from these two measurements. After considering the data from engine external characteristics, vehicle information (including, among others, respective gear ratios and final drive ratio, under-the-bonnet power loss coefficient, and dynamic wheel radius) and the resistances to motion, a vehicle traction diagram of Daewoo Lublin 3 Mi van was made for three types of gearboxes. Based on this, the authors found that a Daewoo Lublin 3 Mi van equipped with ZF gearbox is the best from the point of view of traction properties.

There have been developed numerous mathematical models describing the motion of a ship. In opinion of present authors the CFD is mature enough to determine with confidence the hydrodynamic characteristics necessary to simulate ship manoeuvres. In this paper the authors present the attempt to determine the hull hydrodynamic forces using the results of CFD computations of ship flow. Results show qualitative agreement with reference data and reveal shortcomings due to simplifying assumptions applied in CFD computations.

The maneuver of the altering course of the vessel is a more preferable to avoid a collision. Due to that the calculation of the parameters of the avoidance maneuver should be done considering the dynamic characteristics of the vessel in maneuvering. The paper analyzes the dynamic models of the vessel rotation motion in order to select more appropriate one for the calculation of avoidance maneuver of the vessel applying the altering of the course.
