Opis:
This paper presents a SPICE based analysis of reversible circuits affected by the short defects: the gate oxide defect and the source-drain defect. The simulations are performed using realistic transistor models (the BSIM4 model) and take into account the resistive nature of the gate oxide and the source drain shorts. We aim at determining dependence between the short's resistance and the output voltage. Furthermore, we analyze the timing characteristics of reversible circuits affected by such faults. The goal is to develop logic and delay fault models for CMOS based reversible gates. This way, Boolean test strategies and logic level fault tolerant mechanisms and strategies can be devised for reversible circuits.

Opis:
The paper deals with the problem of testing computer system's susceptibility to hardware faults by means of software implemented fault injectors. Basing on our experience with fault injection techniques we present various strategies of fault stressing in relevance to fault impact analysis in the function of the application input data profile, fault injection profile in time and space, resource activities etc. We discuss the problem of test result qualification and significance. Fault hardening at the software level is also outlined. The considerations presented are illustrated with numerous experimental results obtained in Windows and Linux environments.

Despite being one of the largest coal fields in Pakistan, the Sonda-Jherruck coal resource is yet to be exploited. Exploration studies were done between 1981 and 1989 by the Geological Survey of Pakistan (GSP) and the United States Geological Survey (USGS). While much exploratory data is available, computer-aided geological modeling has not been carried out. The resource estimation was carried out using the traditional circular 891 method. The specified distance between observational points remains constant, disregarding continuity in seam thickness that leads to higher uncertainty. Fault modeling and geologic mapping were not performed in preliminary reports. Fault lines based on aerial maps are indicated. This study generated 3D solid seam models and a fault model of the deposit. Coal seams were modeled to produce spatial distribution maps for seam thickness. The overall in-place coal resources of the deposit are estimated to be 4.66 billion tons, however mineable resources are estimated to be 1.59 billion tons. The method of fault detection is based on drill hole data. Dipping was calculated using regular grid data and the unknown points were estimated using the inverse distance weighting squared method. The assessed fault zones were compared with the USGS fault lines and an apparent similarity was observed.

Opis:
To create a precise model structure and perform fault monitoring algorithms for a wide range of complex systems along with dynamic behavioural characteristics, the causal graph-based methods were considered herein. In this paper, a new scheme was devised based on fast fault detection mechanism relying on the Directed Hypergraph Observer model. The performance of the suggested pattern is illustrated by a case study including systems with single energy. Noting that the modern methods possess a large range of applications for the reliability and energy effectiveness analysis related to multi-energy systems. The Directed Hypergraph model architecture was exploited to generate the diagnostic condition based on a graphical observer.

With the continuous improvement of train speed, the automatic driving of trains instead of driver driving has become the development direction of rail transit in order to realize traffic automation. The application of single modeling methods for speed control in the automatic operation of high-speed trains lacks exploration of the combination of train operation data information and physical model, resulting in low system modeling accuracy, which impacts the effectiveness of speed control and the operation of high-speed trains. To further increase the dynamic modeling accuracy of high-speed train operation and the high-speed train's speed control effect, a high-speed train speed control method based on hybrid modeling of mechanism and data drive is put forward. Firstly, a model of the high-speed train's mechanism was created by analyzing the train's dynamics. Secondly, the improved kernel-principal component regression algorithm was used to create a data-driven model using the actual operation data of the CRH3 (China Railway High-speed 3) high-speed train from Huashan North Railway Station to Xi'an North Railway Station of "Zhengxi High-speed Railway," completing the mechanism model compensation and the error correction of the speed of the actual operation process of the high-speed train, and realizing the hybrid modeling of mechanism and data-driven. Finally, the prediction Fuzzy PID control algorithm was developed based on the natural line and train characteristics to complete the train speed control simulation under the hybrid model and the mechanism model, respectively. In addition, analysis and comparison analysis were conducted. The results indicate that, compared to the high-speed train speed control based on the mechanism model, the high-speed train speed control based on hybrid modeling is more accurate, with an average speed control error reduced by 69.42%. This can effectively reduce the speed control error, improve the speed control effect and operation efficiency, and demonstrate the efficacy of the hybrid modeling and algorithm. The research results can provide a new ideal of multi-model fusion modeling for the dynamic modeling of high-speed train operation, further improve control objectives such as safety, comfort, and efficiency of high-speed train operation, and provide a reference for automatic driving and intelligent driving of high-speed trains.

The paper describes practice problem in power system stale estimation. General state estimation theory is presented, as well as network topology processing, observability test, state estimation and bad data analysis. Last chapter shows integration of described modules in full system of real-time modeling.
