Opis:: The tasks of transport systems include the realization of the assigned transport tasks by the utilization subsystem comprised of elementary subsystems of the man - technological object (driver - vehicle) type. In order to assure the appropriate realization of the transport task it is necessary to maintain the required number of vehicles at the state of task worthiness. It is achieved as a result of the realization of service and repair processes at the logistics subsystem posts. In case of the transport system, the task assigned to the logistics subsystem is determined by the number of technological objects (vehicles) which should be serviced as well as the length of the time interval during which they are to be serviced. The task determined in this way is realized by teams of specialists at each logistics subsystem post, equipped with appropriate devices and tools. One of the methods of the evaluation of the level of the realization of worthiness is defining the efficiency of the logistics subsystem posts. The article presents the model of defining the efficiency of logistics subsystem posts in the transport system. The presented model measures the efficiency of the logistics subsystem through the probability ofservicing of the required number of vehicles over an assigned time interval. The obtained characteristics have been presented in general terms as well as for exponential and Erlang distributions. Then, for the utilization data obtained from the tests conducted in an existing transport system, the values ofanalyzed characteristics were defined. The presented results are the effect of research conducted as part of a larger research project pertaining to the creation of a decision-making model of controlling the availability of a transport system.

Opis:: Changes in the organization of the transport system, such as building a logistics centre, bring them uncertainties linked with the risk of investments failure. One of the first steps of creating such a logistics centre is carrying out a thorough economic analysis. Localization and organizational analysis and then the assessment of the functioning of the future centre is possible mainly thanks to the economic effectiveness calculation, which takes into account the expenditure, the operating costs, and benefits of creating a logistics centre in a selected place and gives the answer concerning the reasonableness of organizing such a centre. The article describes various types of the economic effectiveness calculations. As a result of the analysis performed a formula has been suggested, which can be used in the case of estimating the rationality of organizing a sample Logistic Centre consisting of four infrastructural elements. All of the described above simple and complex methods for calculating economic efficiency are the starting point for a discussion on the use of REE calculation for Logistic Centre in Southern Podlasie.
Zmiany w organizacji systemu transportowego, takie jak budowa centrum logistycznego, powodują niepewności związane z ryzykiem niepowodzenia inwestycji. Jednym z pierwszych etapów tworzenia takiego centrum logistycznego jest przeprowadzenie dogłębnej analizy ekonomicznej. Lokalizacja i analiza organizacyjna, a następnie ocena funkcjonowania przyszłego centrum jest możliwa głównie dzięki obliczaniu efektywności ekonomicznej, która uwzględnia wydatki, koszty eksploatacji i korzyści z utworzenia centrum logistycznego w wybranym miejscu i daje odpowiedź dotyczącą zasadności organizowania takiego centrum. W artykule opisano różne rodzaje obliczeń efektywności ekonomicznej. Jako wynik przeprowadzonej analizy sugerowano wzorzec, który może być stosowany w przypadku szacowania racjonalność organizowania próbnego Centrum Logistycznego składającego się z czterech elementów infrastruktury. Wszystkie opisane powyżej proste i złożone metody obliczania efektywności ekonomicznej są punktem wyjścia do dyskusji na temat stosowania obliczeń REE dla Centrum Logistycznego na Południowym Podlasiu.

Opis:: Specifying the efficiency of both individual enterprise and the enterprises belonging to the supply chain is not a simple issue. In this article was taken attempt to develop a process of measurement of indicators and the exchange of information, and prove impact of indicators at improve the effi-ciency logistics supply chains. In first step show areas of logistics, which to be assessed and been proposed a list of indicators to be measured in every area. In addition, open-ended questions were developed to help us assess the analyzed surfaceIs also discussed the process of exchange of information between companies, necessary is support this process by a computer system. In article also identifies the requirements which to be met by system due to the need to regularly generate and transmit values of individual indicators.

Opis:: The paper presents selected aspects of the evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of the logistics chain that supports the enterprise. It was assumed that the logistics chain includes all activities associated with the flow of materials from the sourcing of raw materials for sale to the ultimate purchaser of the product and the disposal of used products. It was found that the elements of the supply chain are usually unstable which generates difficulties in determining the appropriate level of the risk of the chain. The paper presents a formal record of risk and performance. There is proposed determination of the effectiveness of individual links of the logistics chain. The task of the logistics chain is to provide goods from producers to the final customers, thereby making available these goods in a place and time suited to the needs and expectations of customers. The movement of goods in the logistics chains is determined by the sequence of interrelated actions. In the logistics chains, many entities are involved to different extents. This determines the spatial distribution of different configuration of individual users of the whole logistics chain. In particular, example of a logistics chain of production company, stages of the procedures for quantitative risk analysis, the problems in the logistics chains, assessment of the risk of the task in the logistics chain, the concept of risk, effectiveness and risk in logistics chains are presented in the paper.

Opis:: The paper presents an approach to the assessment of the location of facilities in the warehouse logistics network with the efficiency of its operations. Determination of efficiency of complex systems of this type should take into account wide range of issues. The system efficiency results on the one hand from the efficiency of its action and on the other hand from the ability to use available system elements to achieve the objectives. Efficiency is a main criterion to the evaluation of the activity both at the level of the whole system, as well as in its subsystems or components. Most often, it refers to the principle of rational management formulated in two variants: performance (maximization effect) and economical (minimizing effort). The article poses the thesis that based on studies of speed and reliability of execution of tasks it is possible to assess the potential locations of warehouse facilities in the studied logistics network. Were also presented factors affecting the efficiency of the functioning of individual cells of the logistics network. Was pointed to the technical, economic, organizational and reliability aspects affecting the efficiency and reliability of the logistics network in terms of both supply and distribution. It was also presented a modular block diagram of an assessment method for localizing logistics facilities in the logistics network.

Предложено формирование приоритетных факторов оптимизации и интенсификации функционирования птицеводческих предприятий на основе создания единого информационно-логистического центра, которыеобеспечат функциональную зависимость между организационнокономическими резервами, маркетинговой стратегией и эффективностью логистической деятельности, что в свою очередь, даст возможность повысить конкурентоспособность птицеводческих предприятий.

This article can be useful to people from the TSL industry, interested in current directions of ERP class software development for logistics.

Opis:: To increase the efficiency of transport nodes functioning taking into account the logistics management principles it is necessary to optimize the structure and capacity of transport nodes' production resources, and to develop such a method for calculating of joint schedules for vehicles and freight hubs of the transport node, which takes into account stochastic nature of the parameters of material and informational flows. For solving the problems of optimal management of transport nodes functioning processes it is proposed to use the specific efficiency indicator, which is determined as a ratio of total costs of clients servicing in transport node to the costs of production resources used while servicing. According to the used approach for formalization of the transport node internal processes, development of the simulation model was implemented on the base of object-oriented programming principles. TransportNode.dll class library has been used as basic tool for simulations. The model implemented on the base of the library allows to take into account stochastic nature of demand and probabilistic nature of technological processes in transport nodes. Some results of numeric simulations for the loading area “Amur-Gavan” of Dnipropetrovsk River Port have been described in the paper.

The technique of the logistics audit in the agricultural enterprise on production of dairy cattle, which provides the definition of the state of logistics, by peer review. Also defined are not developed component logistics system and suggested a further approach its assessment and identified the main directions of its improvement.
Предложена методика проведения логистического аудита в сельскохозяйственном предприятии по производству продукции молочного скотоводства, которая предусматривает определение состояния логистики, за счет экспертной оценки. Также определено не эффективноразвивающиеся элементы логистической системы и предложено дальнейший подход ее оценки и выявлено основные направления ее улучшения.

Kompleksowe zarządzanie ukierunkowane jest przede wszystkim na procesy, czas, jakość, czy współpracę partnerską z innymi podmiotami (zwłaszcza z hurtowniami farmaceutycznymi). Celem niniejszych rozważań jest zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność szerokiego podejścia do zarządzania procesami przepływu materiałów medycznych oraz leków, informacji, czynnika ludzkiego w ramach podmiotów medycznych, zintegrowanych w łańcuchu dostaw.
In recent years, the conditions for the functioning of the public hospital pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers have substantially changed. Rapidly changing environment, as well as the globalization of the pharmaceutical industry, the integration of organizational development of the IT determine the growth of interest in concepts of supply management, allowing operators to obtain medical competitive advantage. Comprehensive management is directed primarily at processes, time, quality, and partnerships with other entities (especially from pharmaceutical wholesalers). The purpose of this discussion is to draw attention to the need for a broad approach to process management flow of medical supplies and medicines, information, human factor within the medical entities integrated in the supply chain.
