Laboratorium, jako metoda ciągłej formacji katechetów, szuka aktywnego sposobu, by wyjść naprzeciw tym oczekiwaniom. Laboratorium jako metoda formacji katechetów posiada cechy i zalety wykraczające daleko poza inne tradycyjne metody formacji katechetów, co wyraźnie czyni tę metodę lepszą formą ciągłej formacji dla nich. Opis cech i zalet tej metody został omówiony w tekście.
    This article seeks to show how the on-going formation of catechists can be more adapted to the contemporary needs of catechists. Today, we can no longer speak of a homogeneous society which encounters the same difficulties and problems. On the other hand, our society is characterised by fluidity and constant change. The laboratory as a method for the on-going formation of catechists seeks to actively meet this demand. The laboratory as a method for the formation of catechists is undergirded by characteristics and advantages over and above the other traditional methods of catechist formation which clearly make it the preferred method for the on-going formation of catechists today. These characteristics and advantages are explored in the text.

    Opis:
    Confirmation is one of the sacraments that receives the most attention today. It requires extraordinary pastoral effort related to the catechetical preparation of young people to receive it. That is why the author in the article presents the main guidelines of catechesis for confirmation, contained in the current documents of the Church. Then he classifies programs and catechetical materials used in preparation for this sacrament. In the main part of the article, he analyzes the program of the “Jedność” publishing house, entitled Ułożyć życie z Bogiem (Arrange Life with God), based on the results of surveys carried out by this publishing house. Individual elements of the package of materials prepared for this program are thoroughly described and assessed. The article ends with an analysis of the influence of the program on the catechetical and pastoral practice of preparation for confirmation in parishes.

    Głównym problemem wielu współczesnych ludzi jak i społeczności jest styl życia oparty na założeniu nieistnienia Pana Boga. Żyją oni tak, „jakby Bóg nie istniał” („etsi Deus non daretur”). Koncepcja życia opartego na takim założeniu owocuje niekiedy brakiem ostatecznego sensu życia. Jest zjawiskiem obserwowalnym, że uczniowie wywodzący się ze środowisk żyjących według własnego programu „etsi Deus non daretur” pojawiają się sporadycznie lub częściej wraz ze swoją klasą także na lekcjach religii. W ciągu minionych siedemdziesięciu lat katechizacji młodzieży z Liceum Ogólnokształcącego – Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 1 w Dębnie są zauważalne zmiany w mentalności ludzi współtworzących katechezę. Takie zmiany sporadycznie stają się przyczyną powstawania problemów w zakresie kształcenia czy religijnego wychowania, ale nie są to problemy na bieżąco nierozwiązywalne. Mimo braku gruntownych naukowych badań w tym zakresie z napotkanymi problemami muszą się zmierzyć nie tylko katecheci, ale także młodzież i jej rodzice
    In the last seventy years of catechism of youth from the High School – Upper Secondary School No 1 in Debno, noticeable changes in the mentality of people co-creating the Catechesis as well as the changes in the external conditions of Catechesis can be Observed. Such changes result in many problems That the contemporary catechism must face. The main issue lies in individual people and numerous communities perceiving life based on the model “as if God did not exist.” Such concept of life based on “etsi Deus non daretur” is sometimes accompanied by a lack of ultimate meaning in life.     The educational changes launched in Poland in 1932 included the establishment of new types of schools, such as seven-year common schools and four-year middle schools. Therefore, there was a need for school curricula that would correspond to the new educational system. The National Board of Education first prepared the preliminary drafts and subsequently passed the school curricula. The Catechetic and Pedagogical Monthly analyzed them over the span of the 1930s. Not only the analyses and their results were published in the magazine, but also the contents of the curricula. That is why in pre-war Poland this Catholic periodical became one of the most important information sources on school curricula of religious education. Moreover, it was a source from which successive syllabuses were derived.

    The Diocese of Rzeszow, an administrative unit of the Roman Catholic Church, located in south-eastern Poland, was founded on March 25th, 1992 under the bull of John Paul II Totus tuus Poloniae populus. As a suffragan diocese, it entered the metropolis of Przemysl. Her patrons were announced: Bl. Bishop Joseph Sebastian Pelczar and Bl. Karolina Kózka, and to the rank of the cathedral church – the elevated church. The Sacred Heart of Jesus in Rzeszow. The territory covered by two dioceses - Przemysl (fourteen deanates) and Tarnow (the deanate of Kolbuszowa and 37 parishes separated from the five deanates); The total of 202 parishes and 4 rectors. Over the past quarter century several decanter network corrections have been made and many new parishes have been created. As a result of these actions - according to the data from 2016 - the territory of the diocese was divided into 25 deanates, 244 parishes and one rectorate. They lived mainly the faithful of the Roman Catholic Church. Representatives of other religions or denominations were a little percent. The diocese's administration was in the hands of the diocesan bishop. The office was performed by Bishop Kazimierz Górny (1992-2013) and Bishop Jan Wątroba (from 2013). On this mission was assisted by auxiliary bishop Edward Białogłowski. In the diocese there were also various offices, councils and diocesan institutions, such as the Diocesan Curia, the Bishop's Court, the Levitical Council, the chapters of the canons, the cultural and educational institutions (such as the Higher Seminary, the Diocesan Museum Diocesan media (eg Catholic Radio Via) and the Synod of the Diocese of Rzeszow were organized. Pastoral work in the diocese is mainly undertaken by diocesan priests. They are supported by lay people and religious catechists. The Church's mission is to give a priority to pastoral care, that is, the concern for the sanctification of the faithful. In the Diocese of Rzeszow, such as its ordinary and extraordinary forms were realized. The latter manifested above all in the functioning of pastoral and ecclesiastical organizations and in cyclic and occasional pastoral activities, such as pilgrimages, coronations with the graces of famous paintings, and celebrations of the Jubilee Year. The last time he enrolled in the permanent history of the diocese of Rzeszów; It was not only a strong foundation for its functioning, but also a faithful pastoral program, both in its ordinary and extraordinary forms. This resulted in a great religious commitment, both priests and lay people.

    Opis:
    The late Metropolitan Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Białystok, Edward Kisiel, was born in Jundziłło in 1918. Through his pastoral activity, he established catechesis within the archdiocese and, consequently, was closely connected with the catechists and the catechetical milieu of the local Church. Although 25 years have passed since Archbishop Kisiel’s death, his memory is still very much alive among catechists and his students and pupils. As a priest because of God’s providence and the express decision of Archbishop Romuald Jałbrzykowski and his successors to the episcopal seat in Białystok; as bishop named by Pope Paul VI; and as an archbishop appointed by John Paul II, Archbishop Edward Kisiel dedicated his entire life to fervently ensuring that he preached the Gospel as the Good News about Jesus Christ. He expressed this mission in his episcopal motto “Evangelizare misit me [Sent to preach the Gospel].” The following article discusses the history of catechesis in Białystok and provides an overview of the years that Fr. Edward Kisiel served pastorally, initially as bishop and then as the first metropolitan archbishop of Białystok. From the moment that he received his episcopal consecration and took possession of the diocese, the Church entrusted him with the task to lead, direct, and properly coordinate the provision of catechesis within his diocese; to foster and sustain sincere catechetical fervor; and to ensure that a living and fruitful faith was cultivated in the people entrusted to his care.
    W 1918 roku w Jundziłowie przyszedł na świat Edward Kisiel, późniejszy kapłan i arcybiskup metropolita białostocki. Poprzez swoją działalność duszpasterską kreował rzeczywistość katechetyczną stąd też był mocno związana ze środowiskiem katechetów Kościoła białostockiego. Pomimo, iż mija 25 lat od jego śmierci pozostaje on w żywej pamięci katechetyków, katechetów oraz swoich uczniów i wychowanków. Ks. abp Edward Kisiel, jako kapłan, z woli Opatrzności Bożej, wyrażonej decyzjami abp Romualda Jałbrzykowskiego i jego następców na stolicy biskupiej w Białymstoku, następnie jako biskup mianowany przez papieża Pawła VI i metropolita białostocki powołany przez Jana Pawła II, całe swoje życie poświęcił gorliwemu zatroskaniu o głoszenie Ewangelii, jako Dobrej Nowiny o Jezusie Chrystusie. Wyraził to w swoim biskupim zawołaniu „Evangelizare misit me”. Niniejszy artykuł wpisuje się w nurt zagadnień związanych z historią katechezy i jest próbą panoramicznego spojrzenia na lata pasterskiej posługi biskupa a następnie arcybiskupa Edwarda Kisiela, pierwszego metropolity białostockiego, któremu z chwilą święceń biskupich i objęcia diecezji Kościół powierzył zadanie prowadzenia, kierowania, właściwego koordynowania katechezy w diecezji oraz podtrzymywania w niej szczerego zapału katechetycznego oraz dbania o rozwój żywej i owocnej wiary powierzonego ludu.

    This article discusses the scientific activity of the Rzeszów diocese in the years 1992−2017. It shows the formation of priests from seminary to solid formation and specialized studies, discusses the training of lay and religious catechists from the catechetical college, the supplementary master's studies to permanent formation and finally presents various forms of secular education in the Theological and Pastoral Institute in Rzeszow: doctoral seminars conducted by professors of the University of Warsaw, study of family theology taught by UPJP II in Cracow, BA and MA studies in family studies conducted by UR in Rzeszow, as well as Organist Study, Bible Study, University of the Third Age of the Diocese of Rzeszów. The scientific activities carried out by symposia, conferences and training, through publishing and media, are also important, especially through Radio Via.
