Opis:
Rules are commonly used as a declarative method for knowledge representation. In the past, they were used in Rule-Based expert systems. Today they found application in such technologies as Complex Event Processing (CEP), Business Rules (BR), Business Processes Model and Notation and Semantic Web (SW). Despite their maturity, many unsolved problems still exist. One of them is related with rules interoperability and knowledge interchange. During the years many research were conducted and several methods were developed. Nevertheless, these methods suffer from their general and complex nature, which causes that the practical tool support is very weak.
Reguły są powszechnie stosowana metoda deklaratywnej reprezentacji wiedzy. Dawniej wykorzystywane w ekspertowych systemach regułowych, dzisiaj znajdują nowe zastosowania. Pomimo swojej dojrzałości wciąż aktualny jest problem wymiany wiedzy pomiędzy różnymi reprezentacjami i formatami reguł. Istniejące technologie nie dostarczają efektywnych metod, a ponadto zawierają skomplikowane modele reprezentacji wiedzy, co skutkuje brakiem wsparcia narzędziowego. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje obecny stan badań w obszarze wymiany wiedzy regułowej.

In the present dynamic environment, manufacture are required to reduce product development cycle time and enhance product quality. To meet such challenges many business are developing closer relationships with their business partner through application of interorganisational system. Electronic data interchange (EDI) providing a structured form of communication and has become very popular vehicle for electronic communication. Since the EDI concept was popularised in 1990, there is a growing recognition by practitioners and academics. The aim of this study is to perform an analysis of EDI research, give the current discussion regarding the trends and note the suggestions for the future directions of EDI research in the manufacture. In this paper, we provide a wide coverage of excessively citations on EDI from 1990 to 2017 from good references in this area. The papers are classified into EDI implementation strategy, EDI adoption, EDI integration, EDI in supply chain and EDI in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The study results of this literature review are expected to assist development of EDI research especially the implementation of EDI on production outsourcing as one of supply chain activities.

In the assembly industry, almost all components are outsourced or transferred to other parties, in order to meet the need for supply. This is referred as outsourcing of production. The outsourcing of assembly product components is based on a relationship model between the contractor and the industry. However, there is no relationship or communication pattern between the contractor or supplier and the assembler. Hence, in order to accelerate line production and overcome problems with assembly components, the communication path is shortened by providing a direct communication channel between the assembler and the supplier or contractor, in order to communicate any problems that arise during the assembly process by internal communication within the industry. The purpose of this study is the design and development of a web-based software application electronic data interchange (EDI) that can be used as a tool for communication between the assembler and supplier. The EDI application provides formal communication between the assembly industry and the contractor providing the components or parts needed in the assembly process. The main purpose of using EDI technology is to help the assembler to communicate the relevant documents to suppliers quickly, accurately and efficiently. The documents to be communicated are in the form of reports or claims, and are related to non-conformities, errors and component difficulties arising during the assembly process. This research novelty is providing direct communication between assembly and supplier by using EDI application that can give contribution in manufacturing area so it can accelerate the line production in assembly.

Artykuł przedstawia kolejne etapy analizy funkcjonowania systemu kiss and ride, który powstał w Krakowie pod koniec 2013 roku i funkcjonuje nieprzerwanie z drobnymi zmianami organizacyjnymi. Jest to jeden z elementów systemu transportowego miasta, który usprawnia i zabezpiecza wymianę pasażerów w obrębie większych generatorów ruchu dowozowego. Funkcjonowanie systemu kiss and ride w Krakowie zbadano na wybranym przykładzie strefy kiss and ride zorganizowanej przy Małopolskim Dworcu Autobusowym (MDA). Analizowano przede wszystkim prawidłowe wykorzystanie tej strefy, ale także jej funkcjonalność i organizację. Głównym celem badań było zidentyfikowanie zachowań kierowców korzystających ze strefy, pod kątem poprawności i przestrzegania zasad, które w niej obowiązują. Przeprowadzono obserwacje, podczas których rejestrowano czas postoju samochodów w strefie oraz dokonywano oceny poprawności zachowania kierowcy. W przypadku zachowań niezgodnych z obowiązującymi zasadami – oceniano rodzaj nieprawidłowości (blokowanie pasa K+R, postój poza pasem K+R). W artykule przedstawiono kolejne etapy przeprowadzonej analizy oraz opisano organizację i sposób oznakowania wybranej strefy. Przedstawiono szczegółowe wyniki przeprowadzonych badań i opisano zaobserwowane problemy.
The article presents following phases of the analysis of functioning of the kiss and ride system which was implemented at the end of 2013 in Cracow and has been functioning continuously after small logistic modifications. It constitutes one of the transport system of the city which improves and provides exchange of passengers within the limits of bigger traffic generators. Functioning of kiss and ride system has been examined on the example of kiss and ride zone organized nearby the Main Bus Station (MDA).The analysis was mainly focused on its proper use, but also on functional and organizational efficiency. The research was aimed to identify drivers behavior in the reference to the accuracy and compliance with the rules that are in force in this area. During observations period of stopping and parking in the zone were registered as well as appraisal of drivers’ behavior has been conducted. In cases of “behaviors against the rules” - type of irregularity was estimated (f.e. blocking the K + R lane, parking outside the K + R lane). Following stages of analysis with a description of the organization and labeling of the selected kiss and ride zone. Detailed conclusions of the researches and observed problems have been presented.

Aktualnie węzły przesiadkowe odgrywają kluczową rolę w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym. Niemal niemożliwe jest podróżowanie bez ich wykorzystywania. Łączą one różne środki transportu zbiorowego i są codziennie używane przez wielu pasażerów. Celem artykułu jest ocena wskaźnikowa węzłów przesiadkowych Kurdwanów P+R i Mały Płaszów P+R w Krakowie oraz analiza funkcjonowania parkingów P+R zlokalizowanych w pobliżu tych węzłów. Oba analizowane węzły integrują komunikację autobusową, tramwajową oraz indywidualną (parking P+R). Dzięki temu możliwe było porównanie węzłów oraz wskazanie ich słabych stron. W artykule omówiono pojęcie węzła przesiadkowego oraz przedstawiono zalecenia i wymagania co do ich tworzenia. Scharakteryzowano analizowane węzły poprzez opisanie ich lokalizacji, schematu oraz linii komunikacyjnych korzystających z tych węzłów. Zaprezentowano charakterystykę oraz obowiązującą taryfę parkingów P+R. Wykorzystano metodę AMPTI i badania sondażowe. Przedstawiono wyniki przeprowadzonej analizy oraz sformułowano wnioski wynikające z analizy.
Nowadays, interchanges play a key role in public collective transport. It is almost impossible to travel without using them. They connect different modes of public transport and are used by many passengers on a daily basis. The aim of the article is to evaluate the Kurdwanów P+R and Mały Płaszów P+R transfer nodes in Kraków and to analyse the functioning of P+R car parks located in the vicinity of these nodes. Both analysed nodes integrate bus, tram and individual transport (P+R car park). This made it possible to compare nodes and identify their weaknesses. The article discusses the concept of a transfer node and presents recommendations and requirements for their creation. The analysed nodes were characterized by describing their location, scheme and communication lines operating in the nodes. The characteristics and the applicable tariff of P+R car parks were presented. The AMPTI method and surveys were used. The results of the analysis were presented and the conclusions resulting from the analysis were formulated.

Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy funkcjonowania dwóch węzłów przesiadkowych na terenie miasta Nowy Sącz: Dworzec MDA S.A. oraz Dworzec MPK, na podstawie opinii pasażerów. W części I artykułu przedstawiono węzeł przesiadkowy w ujęciu teoretycznym, skupiając się na określeniu jego funkcji i celu budowy, a także dokonano ich klasyfikacji. Przybliżono również zasady budowy węzła przesiadkowego oraz wyszczególniono elementy jego wyposażenia. Następnie scharakteryzowano oba węzły ze względu na ich położenie, rodzaj transportu zbiorowego, układ infrastrukturalny i drogowy, sterowanie ruchem, lokalizację miejsc postojowych, dostępności informacji dla pasażera oraz określenie istniejących w nich problemów. W części II (TMiR nr 7/2022) przedstawiono wyniki badania marketingowego oceniającego oba węzły. Do przeprowadzenia badania wykorzystano formularz ankietowy, zawierający 16 pytań, w których ankietowani udzielali odpowiedzi o wybranym przez siebie węźle przesiadkowym, z którego najczęściej korzystają. Odpowiedzi udzieliło 516 osób, drogą elektroniczną lub wypełniając kwestionariusz osobiście na terenie węzła. Badanie wykazało, że plan rozmieszczenia elementów węzła jest jednym z brakujących ogniw w obu węzłach przesiadkowych, co wpływa na obniżenie zadowolenia pasażerów z aspektu przekazu informacji pasażerskiej. Analizując zebrane odpowiedzi stwierdzono również brak skomunikowania pomiędzy różnymi liniami komunikacyjnymi, a także problem dotyczący dostępności i przystosowania elementów węzła przesiadkowego na terenie Dworca MDA S.A. Na podstawie wysuniętych wniosków zaproponowano możliwości zmian jakie można byłoby zastosować w węzłach komunikacyjnych, aby zwiększyć dostępność i atrakcyjność transportu publicznego jaki i samych węzłów przesiadkowych na obszarze miasta.
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of two interchanges in the city of Nowy Sacz: MDA S.A. interchange and MPK interchange, based on passengers’ opinions. Part I of the article presents an interchange node in theoretical terms, focusing on defining its function and purpose of construction, as well as their classification. The principles of the construction of the interchange were also presented and the elements of its equipment were specified. The next point of work was to characterize both nodes due to their location, type of public transport, infrastructure and road layout, traffic control, location of parking spaces, availability of information for passengers and identification of problems existing in them. Part II (TMiR No. 7/2022) presents the results of a marketing study evaluating the two hubs. To conduct the study, a survey form containing 16 questions was used, in which the respondents provided answers to the interchange of their choice, which they use most often. 516 people responded, electronically or by completing a questionnaire in person at the junction. The study showed that the plan for the placement of the node elements is one of the missing links in both interchanges, which reduces passenger satisfaction with the aspect of passenger information transmission. Analyzing the collected answers, there was also a problem with connecting various communication lines with each other, as well as a problem regarding the availability and adaptation of elements of the interchange at the MDA S.A. Station. On the basis of the conclusions, the possibilities of changes were proposed that could be applied in interchange nodes in order to increase the accessibility and attractiveness of public transport and the same interchange nodes in the city.

Artykuł omawia najważniejsze kwestie dotyczące funkcjonowania krakowskiego systemu Parkuj i Jedź, który będąc ciągle w fazie doskonalenia, nie zyskał jeszcze popularności wśród mieszkańców Krakowa i okolicznych miejscowości. Działanie parkingów systemu, którego celem jest zachęcenie kierowców do przesiadki do transportu publicznego, poddano badaniom, na podstawie których określono stopień i cel ich wykorzystania przez użytkowników. Wskazano najważniejsze zidentyfikowane problemy związane z działaniem parkingów P+R. Jako przykład miasta, w którym system P+R funkcjonuje sprawnie w oparciu wyłącznie o sieć transportu drogowego, podano Edynburg – miasto partnerskie Krakowa. Wprowadzone tam rozwiązania mogą być dla systemu krakowskiego przykładem, jak w stosunkowo niewielkim mieście umiejętnie zarządzać tego typu obiektami oraz planować działania marketingowe, niezbędne dla ich efektywnego funkcjonowania.
The article discusses the most important issues about Park and Ride system in Cracow which is being still improved. It concludes with the statement that although drivers use Park and Ride parking lots, the system is not as popular and accepted as it should be, especially in Cracow’s citizens mind. Functioning of the system, aimed at encouraging drivers to leave their cars and use public transport, have been researched. On the base of results of this researches authors analyzed and described the scope and purpose of this use at the P+R parking lots. Also permanent addresses of drivers parking at the P+R parking lots have been determined and analyzed. In the article the most important problems connected to Park and Ride system are described. As a good example for Cracow it is presented successful operation of the P+R system in the city of Edinburgh based only on the public bus network. Edinburgh is connected with the city of Cracow by the agreement of partner cooperation. Operation of the Edinburgh Park and Ride system can be an example of good practice to use in Cracow in the scope of organization and management of this type of parking system. It also includes marketing and promotion of the system – necessary for its effective functioning.

Accurate design of infrastructure for public transport is the basis for the efficient functioning of traffic and passenger transportation. The article presents an analysis of the availability of public transport stops. The measure of the availability relates to access times to certain stops from other stops and the surroundings of the transport hub. The article discusses the scope and the objective of measuring pedestrian and passenger traffic. It also presents an analysis of transition times for the passengers who change their means of transport and need to reach a stop. The provided measurements were carried out on a two-level interchange tram-bus hub. Thus they should be part of any assessment of the quality of passenger service in the hub.

Służba Celna realizuje coraz większą liczbę nowoczesnych usług elektronicznych. Jednym z celów wprowadzania e-usług jest stopniowe ograniczanie papierowego obiegu dokumentów. Do wdrożonych rozwiązań w roku 2014, stwarzających możliwość dostarczania elektronicznie części dokumentów dołączanych do zgłoszenia celnego, jest usługa e-Załączniki. Początkowo obsługa dokumentów w e-Załączniki wymagała dużej liczby czynności wykonywanych przez funkcjonariuszy celnych. W ramach rozwoju wprowadzony jest automatyczny kanał do przetwarzania pakietu e-załączników. Celem artykułu jest m.in. prezentacja aplikacji dla przedsiębiorców służącej do przesyłania dokumentów kanałem automatycznym w usłudze e-Załączniki – opisany jest sposób jej działania i dotychczasowe wykorzystanie.
Customs Service realizes an increasing number of modern electronic services. One of the objectives of the introduction of e-services is the gradual reduction of paper documents flow. For solutions implemented in 2014, posing the possibility of providing electronic parts of the documents attached to the customs declaration, is a service e-Attachments. Initially, document handling in e-Attachments service required a large number of activities performed by customs officers. As part of the development an automatic channel for processing package of e-attachments is introduced. The purpose of this article is, among others, presentation application for entrepreneurs used to send documents in the automatic channel in e-Attachments service – described is a method of its action and its previous use.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how "Chinese-style" clothing is integrated into the international fashion market by applying traditional Chinese clothing design elements in the context of globalization. This research defined four design elements of traditional Chinese clothing through literature analysis, which mainly consisted of colors, silhouettes, fabrics and crafts. Then professional researchers selected four representative enterprises oriented to the international market from a large quantity of "Chinese-style" enterprises and compared the design works officially released by the four "Chinese-style" enterprises with the four design elements by Nvivo12. Through analyzing 1,176 pieces of Chinese-style design works of the four representative enterprises, the study found that "Chinese-style" enterprises oriented to the international market comprehensively apply traditional Chinese clothing design elements to conduct innovative design to show their own cultural identities to a large extent.

Background: Currently, many IT tools are used in every field. Therefore, the management of enterprises want modern IT solutions to also include logistic applications in various and diversified business profiles. It is also related to the minimization of operating costs. The EDI system makes it possible to achieve such goals. For this reason, research was carried out in selected Polish and Russian enterprises and the results were presented together with the conclusions regarding the use of the EDI system. Methods: The comparision of small enterprises in Poland and Russia were conducted. For that purpose a random sample of 100 enterprises, i.e. 50 enterprises in Poland and 50 enterprises in Russia was selected. The data were collected by the use of specially prepared questionnaires. Results and conclusions: EDI system is used in both Polish and Russian enterprises although the scope of application of this system varies and depends on the concept of its use by the management of enterprises. Polish enterprises is mainly focused on the optimization of inventory management, minimization of costs and productivity of the enterprise, while in the case of Russian enterprises, activities are aimed at improving relationships with partners, the quality of the company's operations and productivity.
Wstęp: Obecnie wykorzystywanych jest wiele narzędzi informatycznych w każdej dziedzinie. Dlatego kierownictwa przedsiębiorstw chcą, aby nowoczesne rozwiązania informatyczne obejmowały także zastosowania logistyczne w różnych i zróżnicowanych profilach działalności. Związane jest to także z minimalizacją kosztów działalności. System EDI umożliwia realizację takich celów. Z tego względu przeprowadzono badania w wybranych przedsiębiorstwach polskich i rosyjskich oraz przedstawiono wyniki wraz z wnioskami w zakresie stosowania systemu EDI. Metody: Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą pomiędzy polskimi i rosyjskimi małymi przedsiębiorstwami. W celu wyselekcjonowano losowa próbę 100 przedsiębiorstw tj. 50 przedsiębiorstw polskich i 50 przedsiębiorstw rosyjskich. Dane do analizy zostały zebrane przy pomocy specjalnie przygotowanej ankiety. Wyniki i wnioski: System EDI jest używany zarówno w polskich jak i rosyjskich przedsiębiorstwach aczkolwiek zakres i cel używania jest różny i zależy od koncepcji zarządzania w firmie. Polskie przedsiębiorstwa skupiają się głównie na optymalizacji zarządzania zapasem, minimalizacją kosztów oraz produktywnością natomiast rosyjskie przedsiębiorstwa skupiają się głównie na poprawie relacji z partnerami oraz jakością operacji biznesowych i produktywnością.

A dynamic progress in development of ICT technologies based on B2B, as well as their application in order to improve business processes carried out between enterprises and their business partners, have gained much importance during recent years. It was influenced by such factors as developing and tightening national and international cooperation, high competitiveness, time pressure and striving for improvement of customer and business partners service quality. While the reference books provide many titles referring to the effectiveness of processes, it turns out that there is not enough research on the volume of this effectiveness on the economic, operational and organizational level, measured after having applied B2B system. Taking into consideration the above reasons, the paper provides an analysis and an assessment of the level of enterprise’s business processes effectiveness, resulting from application of integration platform based on B2B model and created using selected ICT technology of Electronic Data Interchange type.
Dynamiczny postęp w rozwoju technologii ICT opartych na modelu B2B i ich zastosowanie w celu usprawnienia procesów biznesowych realizowanych pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwami i ich partnerami biznesowymi w ciągu ostatnich lat nabrały dużego znaczenia. Wpływ na to mają takie czynniki jak rozwój i zacieśnianie współpracy krajowej oraz międzynarodowej, wysoka konkurencyjność, presja czasu, dążenie do poprawy jakości obsługi klientów i kontrahentów. O ile w literaturze przedmiotu można znaleźć wiele pozycji dotyczących efektywności procesów to okazuje się, że brakuje badań o wielkości tej efektywności na poziomie ekonomicznym, operacyjnym i organizacyjnym mierzonej po zastosowaniu systemu informatycznego typu B2B. Biorąc pod uwagę powyższe przesłanki, w artykule dokonano analizy i oceny poziomu efektywności procesów biznesowych przedsiębiorstwa w wyniku zastosowania platformy integracyjnej opartej na modelu B2B zbudowanej z wykorzystaniem wybranej technologii informatycznej ICT typu Electronic Data Interchange.

Opis:
Contemporary development and the range of application as well as effectiveness of telematics solutions depend, to a larger extent, on creative implementations of the latest solutions and concepts related to the exchange of data. This article raises an issue of information interchange in business in view of changes generating on one hand new needs and on the other new possibilities. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is still a basic concept in this area, based on EDIFACT (technical aspect in ISO 9735 norm) and created in 80s of 20th century, it satisfies contemporary needs to a lesser extent. Nowadays, there is a trend towards devising modern communication solutions which can be easily modified and operate in the “cloud” in its broad sense. These modern concepts constitute a basis for a wider usage of telematics solutions in the economy and everyday life. This article makes an attempt to identify and holistically grasp determinants of such solutions. This elaboration aims to compare a traditional and a new approach to data interchange as well as to show trends and new development directions affecting the development of telematics solutions.
