W pracy przedstawiono implementację komputerowego systemu wspomagającego zarządzanie wersyjnością dokumentacji projektowej, którego koncepcja przedstawiona została pracy autorów [Fitowski, Molenda 2008]. System zrealizowano z wykorzystaniem open source'owych i darmowych komponentów. Aplikacje wykorzystywane do edycji dokumentów projektowych (CAD, Office) dostosowano dla potrzeb obsługi wersyjności (autoryzacja, zapis i odczyt dokumentów). Testy systemu potwierdziły jego praktyczną przydatność w utrzymaniu standardów prowadzenia dokumentacji projektowej zaś niski jego koszt, elastyczność i prostota pozwala dostosować go do wymagań każdego, nawet najbardziej wymagającego użytkownika.
The paper presents implementation of a computer system supporting management of design documentation multiple versions. The system concept has been shown in paper [Fitowski, Molenda 2008]. The system was developed using open source and free of charge components. Applications used to edit design documents (CAD, Office) were adapted in order to operate their multiple versions (authorisation, writing and reading of files). The system tests confirm its practical usefulness for maintaining the standards regarding keeping of design documentation, while its low cost, flexibility and simplicity allows to adapt it to the requirements of any, even most demanding user.

The second part of the article presents two advanced systems supporting the process of generalization and its automation: DynaGEN and Clarity. It discusses the systems' operators and generalization algorithms sig-nificant for conducted research. Implementation of cartographical knowledge concerning generalization of settiement and road network from General Geographic.

W artykule przedstawiono wybrane praktyczne aspekty wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego jest bardzo trudnym i złożonym projektem informatycznym obarczonym dużym ryzykiem niepowodzenia. Celem tego artykułu jest pokazanie praktycznych aspektów mogących zminimalizować potencjalne ryzyko występujące w tego typu projektach. Ważnym aspektem jest czynnik ludzki, który jest nieprzewidywalny i bardzo złożony. Autor celowo nie wymieniał żadnych konkretnych zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych ze względu na chęć przedstawienia w sposób obiektywny omawianej problematyki. Przedstawione wybrane aspekty praktyczne wynikają z kilkunastoletniego doświadczenie biznesowego, które autor posiada.
The article presents selected practical aspects of implementing an integrated IT system for enterprise management. The implementation of an integrated IT system is a very difficult and complex IT project with a high risk of failure. The purpose of this article is to show the practical aspects that can minimize the potential risk in this type of project. An important aspect is the human factor, which is unpredictable and very complex. The aspects of lean manufacturing that have a significant impact on the management of a manufacturing enterprise by an integrated information system will be discussed.The author intentionally did not mention any specific integrated IT systems due to the willingness to present the discussed issues in an objective manner. The presented selected practical aspects result from several years of business experience that the author has.

Poniższy artykuł zawiera deskrypcję doktryny ustrojowej obejmującej podstawowe dziedziny systemu politycznego prezentowane expressis verbis przez Jarosława Kaczyńskiego w latach 90. XX w. oraz zamieszczone w dokumentach programowych i aktach prawnych autorstwa Prawa i Sprawiedliwości (PiS). Wypowiedzi i dokumenty programowe zostały skonfrontowane z sobą na przestrzeni lat 1990–2014 i zderzone z realnym działaniem mającym na celu implementację przez polityka powyższej wizji ustrojowej. Została ona zbudowana przez obecnego prezesa PiS na bazie oceny stanu III RP ukształtowanej umową okrągłostołową. Zostały tu także przedstawione inspiracje osobowe i autorytety prezesa PiS, które – wydawać się może – były jego inspiracją.
The article contains a description of the political doctrine covering the basic areas of the political system presented expressis verbis by Jarosław Kaczyński in the 1990s and included in program documents and legal acts by PiS (Law and Justice) party. The statements and political programs were confronted with each other over the years 1990–2014 as well as with real action aimed at implementing the above vision, which was built on the basis of the assessment of the state of the Poland shaped by a round-table agreement. Personal inspirations and authorities of the president Law and Justice party were also presented here, from which he drew his ideas to a large extent.

The aim of this article is to dispel any nomenclatural confusion related to the notion of FSRU. Sometimes FSRUs are classified as ships or vessels; sometimes as stationary units. The article will attempt to explain in which case FSRUs may be classified as ships. This article describes one of the most persistent legal problems in Polish maritime law, which is the FSRU implementation in the Baltic Sea. The application of FSRU solutions was analysed in relation to LNG maritime transport. This analysis is concerned only with a fragment of wider theoretical considerations about the placement of the definition of the ship in different national legal systems as well as the importance of translation and correct understanding of the words denoting the ship or the vessel.

Obecne prawo żywnościowe wymaga od operatorów rynku żywnościowego wdrożenia systemów identyfikowalności, zapewniających właściwą identyfikację dostawców i odbiorców. Przy dużej ilości systematycznie gromadzonych danych dobrym rozwiązaniem jest zastosowanie informatycznego systemu, który zapewni szybki dostęp do archiwizowanych danych. W artykule przestawiono etapy wdrażania informatycznego systemu identyfikowalności opartego na międzynarodowym standardzie wymiany danych GS1 w przetwórni rybnej.
Food business operators are required by the obligatory food law to implement traceability system which ensure proper identification of their suppliers and purchasers. When the huge amount of data is systematically collected by the entity the advisable solution is the implementation of advanced traceability system which ensures quick access to the archived data. The paper describes the stages of electronic and based on GS1 standard traceability system implementation in fish processing plant.

Now days, certificate is trade's necessity. It's demanded on by government, customers. Quality signs, norms and certificates opens our trade for all European Union. Without them polish businessmen have problem with getting lucrative contracts. Companies, which want to be competitive should put into internal quality management system consistent with that made by European Union. This kind of system is ISO. Having such certificate should be priority for every polish company, because it gives ability of wilder contacts with foreign companies and reduce risk against untrustworthy customers and competition. Certificate ISO treats produce process and services. It guarantee that company is managed properly, products and services are good quality and also care of customers.

This paper describes the modern CRM systems implementation methodology. The advisability of taking such considerations is due to the fact that modern CRM systems not only compete on the functional background, but more and more on the implementation methodology. The presented methodology is examined from the customer's (future user) point of view, and it's fundamental assumptions are based on the tight partnership between customer and software development company. The methodology consists of ten stages, including pre-analysis which plays key role in customer requirements identification and target solution projection.

W artykule wskazano uwarunkowania realizacji przedsięwzięć informatycznych wspomagających zarządzanie, istotne z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa projektów. Zwrócono uwagę na tak ważne elementy jak: referencyjność oferowanych rozwiązań informatycznych, stabilność otoczenia implementacyjnego projektu, aspekty motywacyjne i odpowiedzialność w projekcie oraz narzędzia zarządzania zmianą. Autor wskazuje potrzebę przeprowadzenia analizy planowanych projektów informatycznych pod kątem ich uwarunkowań implementacyjnych w celu rzetelnego oszacowania ryzyk. Artykuł został napisany w oparciu o studium literatury przedmiotu oraz doświadczenie praktyczne Autora.
The article indicates conditions for the implementation of IT projects supporting management, which are important from the point of view of project security. Attention was paid to such important elements as: the reference character of the offered IT solutions, the stability of the project’s implementation environment, motivational aspects in the project and responsibility, as well as change management tools. The author indicates the need to analyze the planned IT projects in terms of their implementation conditions in order to reliably assess the risks. The article was written based on a study of the literature on the subject and the Author’s practical experience in the subject area.

Opis:
The paper presents a concept for the use of fuzzy modelling and reverse inference to analyze the effects of planned implementation of an ERP system in a medium-sized manufacturing company. The proposed approach allows the possibility of achievement of the effects corresponding to the assumed enterprise targets to be evaluated, and is based on the assignation of suffcient conditions providing these effects defined in the form of selected indicators. The paper also includes a presentation of the results of computer experiments in the field of the determination of the influence of selected fuzzy modelling parameters on the obtained solutions. The suggested concept is dedicated to consultants of ERP software to support decision-making processes.

The implementation of ITS is carried out with the use of standard project management tools. Therefore, it includes certain phases. One of the most difficult and risky phase of ITS implementation is launching of such projects. An important factor causing this difficulty is the fact that launching is being done on „living organism”. Thus it has to be time-consuming mostly due to the necessity of a proper real-time city traffic data collection. Additional factors are occurring failures (eg. the tram network or traffic lights system) or accidents. Another problem are social expectations, which does not take into account the specifics of ITS implementation. The citizens expect immediate results. The aim of people responsible for the launching phase of such systems is to ensure smooth operation of all its components and to provide local community with information on a relatively long system activation to its full operation. This article presents the analysis of the launching phase of the biggest ITS in Poland.

This paper presents the process and results of the implementation of the irrigation system on meadows in Tanzania. The irrigation system was im- plemented in 2010 and 2012 as an element of two development projects co-financed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland un- der the Polish Development Programme. During the first phase ( 2010) the earth water reservoir and the canal carrying water on a meadow were built and the irrigation system based on Amirite sprinklers was installed . In 2012, the concrete water tanks were built , and two hose reel irrigators were bought and put in action . The i mplementation of the irrigation system allowed for a significant increase in the production of hay. In the analyzed time period (from 2008 to 2012) the increase in yields of hay from 34.7 tons to 237.3 tons was noticed. The resulting implementation of the irrigation project increase hay production should be considered valuable, especially under the conditions of advancing climate change and its potential impact on the reduction of agricultural production in Tanzania.
