Opis:
A vast majority of research has been performed in the field of hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs), involving the introduction of some properties, operations, relations and modifications of such sets or considering the application of HFSs in MCDM (multicriteria decision making). On the other hand, no research has been performed in the field of fully hesitant fuzzy equations. Therefore, in this paper, fully hesitant fuzzy equations and dual hesitant fuzzy equations are introduced. First, a method is proposed to solve one-element hesitant fuzzy equations. Then, the proposed method is extended to solve n-element hesitant fuzzy equations effectively. Moreover, to show the applicability of the proposed method, it is used to solve a real world problem. Thus, the proposed method is applied to determine market equilibrium price. Also, some other numerical examples are presented to better show the performance of the proposed method.

Opis:
Hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) are useful means to describe and deal with uncertain data. In this article, a minimal spinning tree (MST) algorithm based clustering technique under hesitant fuzzy environment is proposed. We first introduce the concepts of graph, MST, HFS, and hesitant fuzzy distance. Then, we present a hesitant fuzzy MST clustering algorithm to perform clustering analysis of HFSs via some hesitant fuzzy distances, and finally illustrate the effectiveness of our algorithm through two numerical examples.

Opis:
A notion for distance between hesitant fuzzy data is given. Using this new distance notion, we propose the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution for hesitant fuzzy sets and a new approach in modelling uncertainties. An illustrative example is constructed to show the feasibility and practicality of the new method.

Opis:
In modern society, people concern more about the evaluation of medical service quality. Evaluation of medical service quality is helpful for medical service providers to supervise and improve their service quality. Also, it will help the public to understand the situation of different medical providers. As a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem, evaluation of medical service quality can be effectively solved by aggregation operators in interval-valued q-rung dual hesitant fuzzy (IVq-RDHF) environment. Thus, this paper proposes interval-valued q-rung dual hesitant Maclaurin symmetric mean (IVq-RDHFMSM) operator and interval-valued q-rung dual hesitant weighted Maclaurin symmetric mean (IVq-RDHFWMSM) operator. Based on the proposed IVq-RDHFWMSM operator, this paper builds a novel approach to solve the evaluation problem of medical service quality including a criteria framework for the evaluation of medical service quality and a novel MCDM method. What’s more, aiming at eliminating the discordance between decision information and weight vector of criteria determined by decisionmakers (DMs), this paper proposes the concept of cross-entropy and knowledge measure in IVq-RDHF environment to extract weight vector from DMs’ decision information. Finally, this paper presents a numerical example of the evaluation of medical service for hospitals to illustrate the availability of the novel method and compares our method with other MCDM methods to demonstrate the superiority of our method. According to the comparison result, our method has more advantages than other methods.
