Celem artykułu jest omówienie ochrony antywirusowej w korporacji. Zadaniem tej ochrony ma być zabezpieczenie użytkowników komputerów i systemów informatycznych IT oraz systemów produkcyjnych przed złośliwym oprogramowaniem i hakerami. Opisano, jak wybierać program antywirusowy, oraz wskazano najszybszą ścieżkę wdrożenia takiego oprogramowania. Omówiono narzędzie, które pozwala utrzymać bezpieczeństwo sieci firmowej lub korporacyjnej na wysokim poziomie niezawodnościowym. Zaproponowano metodę ułatwiającą wdrożenie systemu przy uwzględnieniu zasad grup dostępnych w usłudze katalogowej Active Directory Domain Services.
The aim of the study is to discuss the corporate anti-virus protection. The purpose of this protection is to protect the users of computers and information systems, IT and production systems from malicious software and hackers. Method of making a choice of anti-virus program and a description of the quickest path software implementation of such software are explained in this article. Description of tools that allows you to maintain the security of the corporate network or enterprise at the level high of reliability, was also included. The method facilitates the implementation of the system, taking into account the principles of groups available in the Active Directory Domain Services has also been presented.

In the recent years, an economic crisis has appeared in most economies. It affected the labor market situation. This article refers to the changes in the labor markets of the Visegrad Group countries. The analysis concerns the relations between the economic crisis, the level and structure of unemployment (taking into account the situation of women and young people as the groups strongly exposed to unemployment), and the level and structure of expenditures within the labor market policy. The article is based on the data published by Eurostat, using the tools of descriptive statistics, and statistical indexes, in particular. The research period covers the years 2007-2012, which is dictated by the availability of comparable statistical data. An analysis of the data indicates that the economic crisis increased the economic activity of the population, which contributed to an increase in unemployment. There is no discrimination against women in the labor market, but there has been a serious increase in unemployment among young people. With the increase in unemployment, the expenditures on the total labor market policy have increased, as have those on passive labor market policies and labor market service. Expenditures on active labor market policies (ALMPs) grow relatively more slowly, which may be especially evident in the case of expenditure on training.

The aim of this article is to analyze Polish foreign policy, its nature and instruments of implementation under the migration crisis. The migration issue is in this case the determinant of foreign policy, which verified and actuated Polish external policies in the bilateral relations, as well as in the framework of multilateral cooperation. The migration issue has also become a determinant of European policy of Poland prejudging the extent and mechanisms of Polish involvement in the solution of the migration crisis in European institutions. It should be noted that a different approach to EU policies and its activities to prevent and mitigate the effects of the influx of people on its territory is reflected in the relations between Member States, as exemplified by the Polish-German relations. The migration issue is also reflected in the activities of the Visegrad Group. Fear of the consequences of mass migration into the EU and, above all, opposition to the obligation to accept refugees based on the quota system proposed by the European Commission intensified cooperation within the Visegrad Group. From the Polish foreign policy perspective, the Visegrad Group is seen as an important entity influencing its effects.

Opis:
Group of agricultural producers in the EU legislation is the preferred form of running an agricultural activity. The European Union in order to encourage individual farmers to cooperate within a group of agricultural producers introduced a number of incentive instruments, including a system of direct financial assistance to the group. Financial support from the European Union financial resources groups of agricultural producers receive from May 01st, 2004. Currently, the procedure and conditions for financial assistance granted to groups under the Common Agricultural Policy for the years 2014-2020 were largely modified. The above mentioned changes become effective from August 19th, 2016 and are strictly connected with the entry into force of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development dated August 02nd, 2016 On Detailed Conditions and Procedure for Granting Payment and Reimbursement of Financial Aid under the Action: „Setting up Producer Groups and Producer Organizations”. Under the new rules, financial assistance from the European Union may only receive a group of agricultural producers consisting solely of individuals. The legislator therefore limits the number of potential beneficiaries of aid excluding legal persons and organizational units without legal personality and with legal capacity. Moreover, financial aid would not be granted to a group of agricultural producers which had already received financial assistance from the EU budget funds. In addition, the legislator in the new Regulation introduced a number of criteria on which basis depends the order of granting financial aid. The analysis of the above criteria leads to the conclusion that the financial assistance is directed to the agricultural producer groups operating in the form of a cooperative, including at least 10 members, at the area with high agrarian fragmentation.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the attitude of the Visegrad Group countries towards the immigration crisis in the EU. The article shows the joint activities of the V4 countries and their decisions taken at national level. The main thesis posed in this article states that the negative attitudes towards compulsory relocation of immigrants have activated the Visegrad Group countries and have integrated them with common aims. The article shows a split in among the member states of the EU and thus a lack of solidarity in solving the immigration’s problem. Celem artykułu jest analiza stosunku państw Grupy Wyszehradzkiej do kryzysu imigracyjnego w UE. Zaprezentowano w nim wspólne działania państw V4, jak i decyzje podejmowane na poziomie narodowym. W artykule postawiono tezę, że negatywny stosunek do obowiązkowej relokacji imigrantów uaktywnił państwa należące do Grupy Wyszehradzkiej i zbliżył je do siebie. Pokazano rozłam w UE i tym samym brak solidarności państw członkowskich w rozwiązywaniu problemu imigracji.

The aim of the article is to present the conditions, scale and consequences of mass economic migrations from Eastern Europe to the Visegrad Group countries in the conditions of the protracted Ukrainian crisis. We will consider how the economic, political, social and cultural conditions may shape the migration flows from Eastern Europe in the future and whether Central Europe should be treated as the final destination of migration, or only the stage on the road to Western Europe. An important research problem will also be to find an answer to the question whether the growing wave of labour migration from the East may also be addressed to other countries of the Three Seas Initiative, mainly to Bulgaria and Romania, and to the Baltic States, and how it can affect the situation of Central European countries and the entire European Union.

The article presents historical-comparative analysis of ethno-confessional processes in the territory of neighboring border regions – Grodno region and Podlyasheskogo province. Identified are the historical, political, national, social factors that had an impact on the content, direction, dynamics of these processes. The existence of different ethnic groups (nations), their interaction leads to the formation of multi-culturalism of the region, however, each ethnic group sought to develop and preserve their culture. Shown is the role of the ethno-confessional and cultural processes of the Church, in the first place of traditional religions – Orthodox and Catholic and Protestant, Islam, Judaism. Examines the impact on the ethno-confessional processes of public policy. The author concludes that the Trials Belarusian-Polish borderland meet emerging trends to improve relations between Belarus and Poland, and may be useful in the development of comprehensive cooperation programs both at the intergovernmental and regional level.

Artykuł ma na celu wskazanie możliwości kształtowania obrazu sytuacji finansowej jednostki przy wykorzystaniu transakcji w przedmiocie wartości niematerialnych dokonywanych wewnątrz grupy kapitałowej. Opisane zostały cele polityki bilansowej oraz podstawy wyceny wartości niematerialnych. Wskazano najczęściej występujące typy transakcji na wartościach niematerialnych wraz z ich wpływem na wielkości księgowe. Artykuł zawiera także studium przypadku polskiej grupy kapitałowej LPP.
The aim of the article is to present that it is possible to affect financial situation of an entity by intangible assets transactions made within a capital group. The balance policy objectives and intangible assets valuation basis were compendiously described. The author point to the most popular types of transaction on intangibles in a capital group and their impact on the accounting items. A case study of the Polish capital group LPP serves the purpose.

The subject of this article is accounting policy of the companies group, in particular, the valuation assets and liabilities as important, material accounting policy instrument of the entity. The article attempts to answer the following questions: - is the accounting policy the right to choose or to draw up? - is the accounting policy of the companies group the sum of the individual accounting policies of the entities forming the companies group? - what determines the solutions adopted in the framework of the accounting policy? - which kind of the possibilities of the companies group are given by "the right choice"? As a result of considerations it was found that accounting policy development process of each individual and the group should be guided by the idea of "the unity of the companies group" and the need to present the assets and financial situation in the form of the consolidated financial statements. Thus a necessary condition is to keep the comparability of reporting all units of the companies group and adoption of the uniform principles of accounting policy and methods of measurement.

Grupy kapitałowe są szczególnym wyzwaniem dla systemu rachunkowości. Przed rachunkiem kosztów, będącym istotnym elementem systemu rachunkowości, funkcjonującym na potrzeby grup kapitałowych, pojawiają się określone problemy. Celem opracowania jest próba wskazania kluczowych problemów dotyczących wpływu grupy kapitałowej na wybór rozwiązań odnoszących się do rachunku kosztów w ramach polityki rachunkowości jednostek tworzących grupę kapitałową oraz polityki rachunkowości całej grupy kapitałowej. Jako podstawową metodę badawczą zastosowano analizę literatury i regulacji prawnych, a wnioski sformułowano na podstawie metod dedukcji oraz rozumowania przez analogie. Przedstawione rozważania wykazały, że relacje zachodzące pomiędzy spółkami funkcjonującymi w ramach grupy kapitałowej oraz wymogi skonsolidowanej sprawozdawczości mają istotny wpływ na zasady rachunku kosztów stosowane w grupie kapitałowej.
Capital groups have a huge impact on the accounting system. Cost accounting is very important part of the capital groups accounting system and on this plane we have a lot of problems. The purpose of this paper is to try to identify key issues affecting the impact of the capital group on the choice of cost accounting solutions in the accounting policies of the business forming the group and the accounting policies of the capital group. Literature and law regulations analysis were used as a basic research methods. The conclusions were formulated on the basis of deduction and reasoning by analogy methods. The considerations have shown that the relationships between companies operating in the capital group and the requirements of consolidated reporting have a significant influence on the principles of cost accounting applied in the capital group.

The Visegrad Group (V4) was formed with the aim to support Central European countries – Poland, Czechoslovakia (since 1993 the Czech Republic and Slovakia) and Hungary in their efforts to join NATO and the European Communities. V4 had to redefine its role and tasks after 2004 having achieved the set objectives in the first years of its existence. The new format of the Visegrad Group made provisions for a close cooperation between member states within the European Union. The strategy of combining potentials of the V4 states in negotiations on the EU level is based on reasonable assumptions, as it may lead to an increased significance of the region in the decision-making process. The article discusses the genesis and evolution of the V4 up to 2004. Next there is presented Visegrad cooperation in the field of the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU. The text analysis specific issues projecting the safety of Europe in recent years. The analysis of the commitment of V4 in the shaping of the EU CFSP will be based on source materials, mainly on documents produced by the authorities of the Visegrad Group such as presidency programmes, statements, declarations and annual reports.

Autor analizuje wybrane mechanizmy w polityce przestrzennej, a także to, co można nazwać jej rezultatami w Polsce. Wskazuje na źródła złożoności, wzorce ładu i chaosu w tej polityce. Stawia tezę, że niesatysfakcjonujące rezultaty wynikają z tego, iż instytucje państwa wypracowały niski poziom sterowności w programowaniu, implementowaniu i ewaluowaniu problemów przestrzennych. To skutek ich nieadekwatnego potencjału instytucjonalnego, analitycznego. W konsekwencji instytucje państwa nie są w stanie w sposób adekwatny posługiwać się instrumentami regulacyjnymi, nadawać odpowiedniego znaczenia roli analizy, w tym analizy konsekwencji i długoterminowych skutków występowania chaosu przestrzennego. Dla zrozumienia problemów z potencjałem państwa w tej polityce autor uważa za ważny kontekst kulturowy. Sprawia on, że zagadnienia zagospodarowania przestrzeni są nisko ulokowane na agendzie dyskutowanych zagadnień publicznych wśród innych zagadnień życia publicznego (jak cele gospodarcze, rozwojowe).
The author analyses the selected mechanisms in the spatial (planning) policy as well as its outcomes. He points out at the sources of complexity within this area, patterns of order and chaos. His hypothesis claims that unsatisfactory results come from the low level of the state’s governability in the area of policy formulation, implementation and evaluation. It also derives from inadequate institutional and analytical potential. As a consequence, public institutions are not able to use the regulatory instruments in an adequate way as well as to pay a proper attention to the policy analysis, including the consequences and long-term effects of spatial chaos. According to the author, cultural background seems to be important while trying to understand the state’s problems in the area of spatial policy. It leads to the fact that spatial issues are rather lower on the public agenda among other public concerns (like economic or developmental goals).

The aim of the presented paper is to depict the approach of the European Union and its member states towards security in the countries belonging to the Visegrad Group. For V4 countries it is vital to implement such a policy that would make Western Europe aware of the threat and exert political pressure on the countries of the so-called old Union (in particular on France and Germany) to assume a greater responsibility for security and peace in the world as an international organisation and support all actions designed to establish real and effective common defence policy of the EU. Indeed, state security is presently ensured not only by the armed forces of a given country but also through the assurance of obtaining effective assistance (of different kind) from other states and international organisations guaranteed by international agreements.

Opis:
The text summarizes the main objectives and directions of European policy in Slovakia, as well as the interests of the state which are pursued within this framework. The article begins with a review of the most important interests of the Slovak Republic, which are implemented through its foreign policy. Then, the conditions for the implementation of this type of policy and the method of conducting one of its branches, i.e. European policy, are presented. Afterwards, the extent to which the state’s position in the EU can be taken advantage of within the Visegrád Group is discussed. The fundamental context of the analysis is provided by the specific political situation of the country, which is the only member of both the Visegrád Group and the Eurozone. The main goal of the analysis is to show the ways and scale of using this position to pursue one’s own interests. Slovakia is shown to be a country whose foreign policy is currently based on strong ties with Germany and France, providing it with access to EU funds, Western investments and energy security.
Tekst podsumowuje główne cele i kierunki polityki europejskiej Słowacji, a także interesy państwa, które są realizowane w jej ramach. Artykuł zaczyna się od przeglądu najważniejszych interesów Republiki Słowackiej, bronionych poprzez prowadzenie polityki zagranicznej. Następnie przedstawione są uwarunkowania realizacji tego typu polityki oraz metody prowadzenia jednej z jej odnóg, tj. polityki europejskiej, po czym omówiony zostaje zakres wykorzystania własnej pozycji w UE w działaniach wewnątrz Grupy Wyszehradzkiej. Zasadniczym kontekstem analizy zawartej w tekście jest swoista sytuacja polityczna kraju, który jako jedyny należy zarówno do Grupy Wyszehradzkiej, jak i strefy euro. Jej głównym celem jest ukazanie sposobów i skali wykorzystania tej pozycji do realizacji własnych interesów. Słowacja pokazana jest jako państwo, którego polityka zagraniczna opiera się obecnie na silnych związkach z Niemcami i Francją, zapewniających mu dostęp do unijnych środków i zachodnich inwestycji oraz bezpieczeństwo energetyczne.
