Opis:: The Fuzzy SERVQUAL method enables to assess the service quality when the measurement results of the performance perception and expectations are expressed in the form of fuzzy numbers. The measurement results expressed in the form of fuzzy numbers are the results of applying the fuzzy conversion scales which are the most popular form of fuzzy scales. Fuzzy conversion scales assume that their points are expressed in the form of fuzzy numbers. The choice of fuzzy number parameters which describe the various points of measurement scales is most often subjective. The aim of the article is to assess the impact of the choice of the fuzzy conversion scale on the stability of the assessment results of the ser-vice quality using the fuzzy SERVQUAL method. The stability assessment was made both for the individual dimensions and the overall SERVQUAL score. The results of employee satisfaction surveys of the West Pomeranian Province local government were used for the purpose of the assessment. The results suggest that there is no significant impact of the form of fuzzy conversion scales on the stability of the assessment results of the service quality us-ing the fuzzy SERVQUAL method.

Opis:: This contribution concerns the modelling of fuzzy information in geographic databases. For this purpose, fuzzy regions and fuzzy points have been defined in the past, along with a number of suitable operations. For numerical information - such as the surface area of fuzzy regions, or the distance between fuzzy regions and/or fuzzy points - the computation depends on the interpretation given to the fuzzy regions or points. Consequently, it is important to differentiate between the interpretation in order to obtain correct results. This article explains in detail the impact of the interpretation in terms of both the surface area and the distance.

Opis:: Fuzzy regions are a concept allowing the uncertain or imprecise spatial data to be represented. Many geographic or spatial data are prone to uncertainty or imprecision and while such data can be represented, it is still necessary to be able to perform basic tasks one expects to perform in a geographic context. A number of operations have been considered in the past; in this contribution the topological concepts of fuzzy regions will be examined. For this purpose, appropriate definitions for the boundary, interior and exterior of fuzzy regions will be developed. These definitions can then be applied in an extension of the 9-intersection model.

Opis:: This paper presents certain important aspect soft he fuzzy logic extension, one of whichis OFN. It includes basic definition soft hat discipline. It also compares fuzzy logic arithmetic with the arithmetic of ordered fuzzy numbers in L-R notation. Computational experiments were based on fuzzy observation of the impounding basin. The results of the study show that there is a connection between the order of OFN number and trend of changes in the environment. The experiment was carried out using computer soft ware developed specially for that purpose.When comparing the arithmetic of fuzzy numbers in L-R notation with the arithmetic of ordered fuzzy number son the ground soft he experiment, it has been concluded that with fuzzy numbers it ispossible to expand the scope of solutions in comparison to fuzzy numbers inclassic form. The symbol of OFN flexibility is the possibility to determine the number that always satisfies the equation A+X=C, regardles soft hevalue of arguments. Operations performed on OFN are less complicated, as the yare performed in the same way regard less the sign of the input data and the irresults are more accuratein the majority of cases.The promising feature of ordered fuzzy numbers is their lack of rapidly growing fuzziness. Authors expect to see implication of that fact in practice in the near future.

The adjacency matrix of an intuitionistic fuzzy graph has been determined and evaluated the energy of an intuitionistic fuzzy graph in terms of its adjacency matrix with suitable illustrative examples. Probability of IFE by using the theorems of decomposition and extension principle of D. Stoyanova. Section 5. Probability of IFE according to the ideas of E. Szmidt and J. Kacprzyk. Section 6. A large example showing utility and helpfulness of using a probability calculus to evaluation of some economic problems. A comparison of different results by using different methods of probability proposals. Section 7. Final remarks
Praca ma ukazać zastosowanie prawdopodobieństwa zdarzenia rozmytego do oceny pewnych sytuacji ekonomicznych. W części wstępnej artykułu zarysowano ogólną ideę tak zwanego zbioru rozmytego wprowadzoną do nauki i praktyki przez L.A. Zadeha w 1965 r. Koncepcja ta wyrosła na podstawie rozwijającej się od początków XX wieku logiki wielowartościowej przy wybitnym wkładzie w tej dziedzinie polskich uczonych. Zainteresowanie tą teorią w Polsce było i jest duże, i to podniesiono w rozdziale 1. W rozdziale 2 omówiono pewne uogólnienie teorii Zadeha zaproponowane przez K. Atanassova. Ukazano zalety wprowadzenia do rozważań oprócz tzw. funkcji przynależności także funkcji nieprzynależności elementu do pewnego zbioru, a w konsekwencji pojęcia tzw. marginesu niepewności, co odpowiada wielu sytuacjom spotykanym w praktyce. Zilustrowano to przykładami. Zbiory tak scharakteryzowane nazywa się intuicjonistycznymi rozmytymi lub dwoisto rozmytymi. Rozdział 3 omawia prawdopodobieństwo zdarzenia rozmytego na podstawie prac własnych Rozdziały 4 i 5 przedstawiają inne koncepcje prawdopodobieństwa niedawno zaproponowane. Rozdział 6 stanowi ilustrację sposobu obliczenia prawdopodobieństwa według różnych koncepcji w odniesieniu do problematyki ekonomicznej. Daje to obraz zalety prognozowania opartego na wiedzy. Rozdział 7 zawiera uwagi końcowe.

Opis:: This paper concerns fuzzy neural networks and fuzzy inference neural networks, which are two different approaches to neuro-fuzzy combinations. The former is a direct fuzzification of artificial neural networks by introducing fuzzy signals and fuzzy weights. The latter is a representation of fuzzy systems in the form of multi-layer connectionist networks, similar to neural networks. Parameters of membership functions (centers and widths) play the role of neural network weights. In this paper, fuzzy inference neural networks with fuzzy parameters are considered. Neuro-fuzzy systems of this kind utilize both approaches: fuzzy neural networks and fuzzy inference neural networks. They also pertain to fuzzy systems of type 2 since membership functions with fuzzy parameters characterize type 2 fuzzy sets. Various architectures of these networks have been obtained for fuzzy systems based on different fuzzy implications. By analogy with fuzzy inference neural networks with crisp parameters, methods of learning fuzzy parameters and rule generation can be derived for neuro-fuzzy systems with fuzzy parameters. Fuzzy inference neural networks are studied in the framework of fuzzy granulation. In particular, fuzzy clustering as fuzzy information granulation is proposed to be applied in order to generate fuzzy IF-THEN rules. Applications of fuzzy inference neural networks are also outlined.

Opis:: Fuzzy clustering is a well-established method for identifying the structure/fuzzy partitioning of Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy models. The clustering algorithms require choosing the fuzziness parameter m. Prior work in the area of pattern recognition shows, that a suitable choice of m is application- dependent. Yet, the default of m=2 is commonly chosen. This paper examines the suitable choice of m for identifying TS models. The focus is on models that use the classifiers resulting from fuzzy clustering as multi-dimensional membership functions or their projection and approximation. At first, the differentiability and grouping properties of the fuzzy classifiers are analyzed to make a general recommendation of choosing m(1;3). Besides, the effect of the cluster number c on the classification fuzziness is examined. Finally, requirements that are specific to TS modeling are introduced, which narrow down the suitable range for m. Building on algorithm analysis and four case studies (function approximation, a vehicle engine and an axial compressor application for nonlinear regression), it is demonstrated that choosing m2(1;1.3) for local and m2(1;1.5) for global estimation will typically provide for good results.

Opis:: In the paper basicconcepts of mew methodology of fuzzy boundary element method are presented. This article deals with fuzzy-set-valued mappings which are solutions of the fuzzy boundary integral equations. Extact fuzzy solutions of the fuzzy boundary integral equations are defined as well as conditional solutions. Computational fuzzy problems and applications are considered in details for boundary potential problems with fuzzy Dirichlet and Neumann type boundary conditions and fuzzy density source functions in a fuzzy domain.
W pracy przedstawiono elementy nowej koncepcji metody rozmytych elementów brzegowych. Artykuł omawia odwzorowania o wartościach rozmytych, które są rozwiązaniami rozmytych brzegowych równań całkowych. Analiza przeprowadzona jest na przykładzie problemu brzegowego klasycznej teorii potencjału z uwzględnieniem rozmytych warunków brzegowych typu Dirichleta i Newmanna, rozmytej funkcji gęstości źródeł oraz rozmytego kształtu obszaru.

Opis:: This article presents a methodological proposal for implementing interval type-2 fuzzy processors over digital signal controller technology. We describe the main considerations that a practitioner or an engineer should follow when implementing an interval type-2 fuzzy system over an embedded processor. These considerations guide the implementation study of eight interval type-2 fuzzy processors, which are fully characterized and tested. Results show that by combining fast computing strategies and technologies like digital signal controllers, the inference time of an embedded type-2 fuzzy processor can be set to hundreds of microseconds.

Opis:: Kumar, Kaur and Singh (2011), proposed a new method to find the exact fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problems with equality constraints. In this paper, an FFLP problem is chosen to show that the fuzzy optimal value, obtained by using the existing method, is not necessarily a unique fuzzy number i.e., the fuzzy optimal value of the FFLP problem, obtained by the existing method, does not conform to the uniqueness property of fuzzy optimal value. To overcome this shortcoming of the existing method, a new method is proposed for solving FFLP problems with equality constraints. To show the advantage of the proposed method the results of the chosen FFLP problem, obtained by using the existing and the proposed methods, are compared.

Opis:: Imprecision and uncertainty appear together in many applications of soft computing. Imprecise and uncertain values are usually expressed by means of linguistic terms, specially when they have been provided by or for a human being. However, in many applications it is desirable that both aspects are combined into a single value that appropriately describes the intended information. In this work, we extend our previous research on this topic and we study how to combine imprecision and uncertainty when both of them are expressed by fuzzy numbers and the final goal is to obtain a normalized fuzzy value that provides the same amount of information about the described fact.

Opis:: In the paper, using some MATLAB fuzzy logic toolbox Demos, in which the fuzzy controllers are compared with the classical PID ones, it is shown that the well tuned classical PID controllers are significantly better than those fuzzy presented in the Demos. It is shown, that using fuzzy approach, it is very difficult to shape the input-output nonlinearity, describing the so called fuzzy block of the fuzzy controller. It is also shown, that the linear fuzzy block (created to obtain comparable results with the classical PID controllers) is not justified at all, because it may be replaced by the usual summing junction, which is significantly simpler. The considerations of the paper do not support the idea of fuzzy controllers.

Opis:: Fast time to market, high performance and low cost make new FPGAs a competition for dedicated VLSI device in many area. Their array architecture with lots of programmable resources and IO pins is attractive hardware platform for implementation a complex fuzzy systems. The article discusses the realization of fuzzy Łukasiewicz operations in Xilinx Spartan6 FPGAs, which in addition to Zadeh operations, are basic elements in fuzzy systems. Safe behavioral description of these operations that define functionalities independent of the hardware platform are presented. Structural descriptions of both synchronous and asynchronous fuzzy operations are shown, to carry out their primitive level realization and the effective utilization of basic elements of the FPGA structure. As the result the area optimized implementation of Łukasiewicz operations are obtained.

Opis:: Applying fuzzy relational cognitive maps in dynamic modelling work of the systems involves restrictions deriving from the assumed model parameters. The selection of these parameters depends mostly on abilities of calculating equipment used for the simulation and on the modelling purposes. In most cases it is necessary to balance between increasing the mapping accuracy (which is connected with the calculation time lengthening) and shortening the calculation time (which, in consequence, worsens the accuracy). Additionally, aiming at the accuracy maximization not always can really improve it, but is always connected with the growing of the computational load. In this chapter the analysis of the intelligent cognitive maps work accuracy in the realization dynamic models is elaborated. As a result of the numerical analysis there was shown the existence of certain optimal parameters of analyzed signals fuzzyfication and connected with them sampling parameters in fuzzy arithmetical operations performed during the modelling processes.

Opis:: The article introduces a new proposal of a def uzzification method, which can be implemented in fuzzy controllers. The first chapter refers to the origin of fuzzy sets. Next, a modern development based on this theory is presented in the form of ordered fuzzy numbers (OFN). The most important characteristics of ordered fuzzy numbers are also presented. In the following chapter, details about the defuzzification process are given as part of the fuzzy controller model. Then a new method of defuzzification is presented. The method is named center of circles intersection (CCI). The authors compare this method with a similar geometric solution: triangular expanding (TE) and geometric mean (GM). Also, the results are compared with other methods such as center of gravity (COG), first of maxima (FOM) and last of maxima (LOM). The analysis shows that the proposed solution works correctly and provides results for traditional fuzzy numbers as well as directed fuzzy numbers. The last chapter contains a summary, in which more detailed conclusions are provided and further directions of research are indicated.

Opis:: With respect to multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems in which attribute values take the form of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values, a new decision making analysis method is developed. First, some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values, score function and accuracy function of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values are introduced. Then, we have developed two fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral aggregation operators: fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet ordered averaging (FNIFCOA) operator and fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet ordered geometric mean (FNIFCOGM) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they can not only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have studied some desirable properties of the FNIFCOA and FNIFCOGM operators, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity, and applied the FNIFCOA and FNIFCOGM operators to multiple attribute decision making with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed method.

Opis:: We consider multistage optimal control of a fuzzy dynamic system under fuzzy constraints on controls and fuzzy goals on states in the setting of Bellman and Zadeh (1970) and Kacprzyk (1983, 1997). First, we present the solution by dynamic programming chich is a standard techniques in the class of problems considered. We indicato its limitations, mainly related to its inherent curse of dimensionality. We propose to replace the source problem by its auxiliary counterpart with a small number of reference fuzzy states and reference fuzzy controls, solve it by dynamic programming to obtain optimal reference control policies relating optimal reference fuzzy controls to reference fuzzy states. Then, we show the use of an interpolative reasoning approach to derive optimal fuzzy controls, not necessarily reference ones, for current fuzzy states, not necessarily reference ones.

Opis:: The paper compares performance of Baldwin's fuzzy reasoning based on a fuzzy truth value with the fastest available solutions. The analysis is important in order to locate areas where improvement of the first is the most significant. Potential fast approach based on the fuzzy truth value would be very interesting for many users applying fuzzy systems to solve problems involved with complex knowledge bases. Particularly, all research considering an analysis of genes employing DNA microarrays. Such methods very often generate rules with thousands of atomic premises. The most valuable advantage of Baldwin's reasoning is preserving a fuzzy relation between a fact and a premise in the inference process, where other solutions, especially those commonly used, usually reduce it to only one value. Obtaining the method which, from computation time point of view, is comparable with common approaches but offers more advanced process of fuzzy reasoning, would be a significant achievement. The goal of this analysis is to prepare the future research considering development of Baldwin's method, which computational complexity is comparable to simple, fast and widely used solutions like systems based on the approach of Mamdani and Assilan or Larsen.

Opis:: Uncertain queries are very common in many areas of human activity. The problem can be seen particularly in medicine, where expressions like ”very high”, ”low”, ”normal” are commonly used in order to describe different information. However, the most popular data repositories do not allow to form imprecise queries in order to filter information. Therefore, the paper proposes an extension to the standard SQL language allowing anybody to profit from fuzzy database using any SQL engine. The existing approaches employ different mechanisms in order to allow the user to perform fuzzy queries on a database. The most complex solutions modify the database engine itself. However, such approach is strongly bound to the modified server version and must be updated with any development of the original server. Nevertheless, there is possible to store fuzzy information using for instance columns of regular relational database. Therefore, this approach proposes extensions to the query language allowing to use fuzzy information in a query and provides a parser transforming a fuzzy query into a standard SQL. Thus, the database server version is irrelevant. The solution is provided as a module written in multi-platform Java language using popular JDBC database connection.

Opis:: In this paper we explore the connections between fuzzy congruence relations, fuzzy ideals and homomorphisms of hyperlattices. Indeed, we introduce the concept of fuzzy quotient set of hyperlattices as it was done in the case of rings [19]. We prove that a fuzzy congruence induces a fuzzy ideal of the fuzzy quotient hyperlattice. In particular, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions for a zero-fuzzy congruence class to be a fuzzy ideal of a hyperlattice.

Opis:: Evaluation of efficiency of the DMUs (Decision Making Units) in a company can be carried out with the help of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The efficiency calculated for a DMUo with the help of DEA is, however, higher than the maximum efficiency among the single object-single output results. It can be postulated that total efficiency is constrained between the limits thus obtained. Within this context we introduce the concepts of fuzzy goal and fuzzy constraints into the DEA formulation, propose the satisficing method following the precepts of the maximizing decision introduced by Bellman and Zadeh, and the improvement procedure for the satisficing solution using the dialogue with the DM over the tradeoff rate for two inputs, developed by Sakawa.

Opis:: Features of web-based recommending systems can be considered both from the perspective of providing access to certain options or from the commercial applications and marketing. Due to different applications different objectives and criteria for their evaluation, and application areas can be distinguished here. In the case of online platforms focused on business goals recommending interfaces play an important role that provide matching products to customer preference. Research areas related to recommending systems have usually focused on algorithmic layer and mechanisms of selection of offers. More and more often, attention is also drawn to the way of visualization offers and presentation layer. The article examines the design of recommending interfaces focused on certain acquisition-oriented interaction with a receiver, and the use of mechanisms of selection of the level of influence and persuasion. The solution enables the selection of design options, and multi-criteria assessment of the effects, which is meant to take into account both business purpose and customer satisfaction level.

Opis:: Portfolio optimization, one of the most rapidly growing field of modern finance, is selection process, by which investor chooses the proportion of different securities and other assets to held. This paper studies the influence of membership function’s shape on the result of fuzzy portfolio optimization and focused on portfolio selection problem based on credibility measure. Four different shapes of the membership function are examined in the context of the most popular optimization problems: mean-variance, mean-semivariance, entropy minimization, value-at-risk minimization. The analysis takes into account both: the study of necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of extremes, as well as the statistical inference about the differences based on simulation.

Opis:: A vast majority of research has been performed in the field of hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs), involving the introduction of some properties, operations, relations and modifications of such sets or considering the application of HFSs in MCDM (multicriteria decision making). On the other hand, no research has been performed in the field of fully hesitant fuzzy equations. Therefore, in this paper, fully hesitant fuzzy equations and dual hesitant fuzzy equations are introduced. First, a method is proposed to solve one-element hesitant fuzzy equations. Then, the proposed method is extended to solve n-element hesitant fuzzy equations effectively. Moreover, to show the applicability of the proposed method, it is used to solve a real world problem. Thus, the proposed method is applied to determine market equilibrium price. Also, some other numerical examples are presented to better show the performance of the proposed method.

Opis:: There are several fuzzy critical path methods for solving fuzzy critical path problems in which ranking approaches are used for comparing fuzzy numbers. In this paper, it is shown that if the existing ranking approaches are used for solving such fuzzy critical path problems in which duration times of activities are represented by LR flat fuzzy numbers, then more than one fuzzy numbers, representing the fuzzy project completion time, are ob- tained and a new ranking approach for comparing LR flat fuzzy numbers is proposed. Also, it is proved that if the proposed rank- ing approach is used for solving fuzzy critical path problems then a unique fuzzy number, representing the fuzzy project completion time, is obtained.

Opis:: Fuzzy systems are widely used in research and applications considering complex information like gene recognition and classification. Because of the character of genetic data, the extensive knowledge bases of such systems contain complex rules described by even thousands of atomic premises. This paper presents an analysis of fuzzy reasoning based on a fuzzy truth value, presented by Baldwin. The solution is an interesting, alternative approach to fuzzy inference. Considering the Zadeh’s compositional rule of inference, the idea of Baldwin has an advantage of resolving the whole inference process within the truth space. The approach is especially convenient for systems with large number of premises in rules, like mentioned gene classification systems. Although the solution of Baldwin is characterized by significantly lower computational complexity than the full implementation of the compositional rule of inference, it is not applied in contemporary systems. Over the years different researchers proposed simplified approaches, which are easier to implement and faster. The analysis presented in this paper considers possible simplifications that could be applied to the approach of Baldwin, where facts and fuzzy truth values are described by triangular membership functions. Such assumptions open the possibility of implementation of fast Baldwin’s inference and applications even for complex genetic data. Nevertheless, the solution would preserve one of the biggest advantage, which is the fuzzy relation, in form of the truth function, between a fact and a premise, throughout the whole inference process. Other fast approaches reduce this relation to only one value.

Opis:: Indian SMEs are going to play pivotal role in transforming Indian economy and achieving double digit growth rate in near future. Performance of Indian SMEs is vital in making India as a most preferred manufacturing destination worldwide under India’s “Make in India Policy”. Current research was based on Indian automotive SMEs. Indian automotive SMEs must develop significant agile capability in order to remain competitive in highly uncertain global environment. One of the objectives of the research was to find various enablers of agility through literature survey. Thereafter questionnaire administered exploratory factor analysis was performed to extract various factors of agility relevant in Indian automotive SMEs environment. Multiple regression analysis was applied to assess the relative importance of these extracted factors. “Responsiveness” was the most important factor followed by “Ability to reconfigure”, “Ability to collaborate”, and “Competency”. Thereafter fuzzy logic bases algorithm was applied to assess the current level of agility of Indian automotive SMEs. It was found as “Slightly Agile”, which was the deviation from the targeted level of agility. Fuzzy ranking methodology facilitated the identification & criticalities of various barriers to agility, so that necessary measures can be taken to improve the current agility level of Indian automotive SMEs. The current research may helpful in finding; key enablers of agility, assessing the level of agility, and ranking of the various enablers of agility to point out the weak zone of agility so that subsequent corrective action may be taken in any industrial environment similar to India automotive SMEs.

Opis:: The article presents our research on applications of fuzzy logic to reduce air pollution by DeNOx filters. The research aim is to manage data on Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) process responsible for reducing the emission of nitrogen oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2). Dedicated traditional Fuzzy Logic Systems (FLS) and Type-2 Fuzzy Logic Systems (T2FLS) are proposed with the use of new methods for learning fuzzy rules and with new types of fuzzy implications (the so-called ”engineering implications”). The obtained results are consistent with the results provided by experts. The main advantage of this paper is that type-2 fuzzy logic systems with ”engineering implications” and new methods of learning fuzzy rules give results closer to expert expectations than those based on traditional fuzzy logic systems. According to the literature review, no T2FLS were applied to manage DeNOx filter prior to the research presented here.

Opis:: The research applications of fuzzy logic have always been multidisciplinary in nature due to its ability in handling vagueness and imprecision. This paper presents an analytical study in the role of fuzzy logic in the area of metaheuristics using Web of Science (WoS) as the data source. In this case, 178 research papers are extracted from it in the time span of 1989-2016. This paper analyzes various aspects of a research publication in a scientometric manner. The top cited research papers, country wise contribution, topmost organizations, top research areas, top source titles, control terms and WoS categories are analyzed. Also, the top 3 fuzzy evolutionary algorithms are extracted and their top research papers are mentioned along with their topmost research domain. Since neuro fuzzy logic poses feasible options for solving numerous research problems, hence a section is also included by the authors to present an analytical study regarding research in it. Overall, this study helps in evaluating the recent research patterns in the field of fuzzy metaheuristics along with envisioning the future trends for the same. While on one hand this helps in providing a new path to the researchers who are beginners in this field as they can start exploring it through the analysis mentioned here, on the other hand it provides an insight to professional researchers too who can dig a little deeper in this field using knowledge from this study.

Opis:: The merging of fuzzy model is widely used for reduction of rule number in fuzzy model. The supernumerosity of rules is mainly caused by grid partition of input domain. In the paper different cause for model merging is described. It is the need for creation of fuzzy model for large data set. In our solution the models are build basing data subset and then the submodels are merged into one. This approach enables quicker elaboration of submodels with relatively good knowledge generalisation ability without waiting for the whole data set to be processed. With passing time, the subsequent submodels are created and merged to create the better model.
Artykuł opisuje scalanie modeli rozmytych w systemach neuronowo-rozmytych wykorzystywane przy tworzeniu modeli dla dużych zbiorów danych. Nieraz zbiory danych są tak duże, że nie jest możliwe wypracowanie modelu od razu dla całego zbioru. Tworzy się zatem modele dla podzbiorów zbioru danych. Uzyskane w ten sposób modele są następnie scalane, by wypracować jeden model. Podejście to jest także korzystne, gdy wszystkie dane nie są dostępne, ale są dostarczane partiami. Wtedy wstępny model jest wypracowany zanim wszystkie dane zostaną dostarczone do systemu. Artykuł przedstawia sposób wyznaczania podobieństwa reguł w modelu rozmytym oraz opisuje system neuronowo-rozmyty budujący i scalający modele wypracowane dla podzbiorów.
