    Niniejszy artykuł bada i  objaśnia przywództwo jako refleksywny proces współdecyzyjny. Zastosowane podejście polega na analizie sposobu, w  jaki przywódca przekazuje swoją wizję innym członkom organizacji, gdy relacja pomiędzy nimi jest skomplikowana, oraz sposobu, w  jaki tzw. ciemna strona wpływa na przywództwo. Analiza obejmuje trzy kroki: 1) wprowadzone zostają pojęcia refleksywności i  dyskursywności; 2) przywołana zostanie teoria przywództwa Chestera Barnarda w  odniesieniu do refleksywności; 3) zanalizowany zostanie przykład, mianowicie legendarne odejście Steve’a Jobsa z  Apple’a w  1985  r. i  związane z  nim okoliczności. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na sferę dyskursywną listu rezygnacyjnego Jobsa. Wyniki badania prowadzą do dwóch wniosków. Po pierwsze, posiadanie wizji stanowi jedną z  cech wyróżniających liderów, a  taka wizja może mieć albo pozytywne, albo negatywne skutki. Wizja może przeciągnąć lidera i  jego organizację na ciemną stronę ze względu na wewnętrzne lub zewnętrzne spory o  władzę. Po drugie, odnoszący sukces lider wizjoner potrzebuje zwolenników rozumiejących, podzielających i  realizujących jego wizje w  ramach refleksywnego procesu współdecyzyjnego.
    This paper examines and explicates leadership as a reflexive co-determinative process. The approach is an analysis of how a leader relates his/her view and vision to other organizational members when the relationship between them is entangled and how the so-called 'dark side' affects leadership. Three steps inform the analysis: 1) reflexivity and discursivity are introduced as constructs; 2) Chester Barnard's theory of leadership in relation to reflexivity is revisited. 3) I analyze an exemplary case: the legendary 'event' surrounding Steve Jobs' 1985 departure from Apple. Particular attention is paid to the discourse sphere of Jobs' letter of resignation. The results suggest two points. First, having vision is one of the attributes of a leader, where such a vision can have positive or negative effects. Vision may lure the leader and his/her organization to the dark side due to internal or external power disputes. Second, a successful visionary leader needs followers who understand, share, shape, and implement their leader's visions as part of a reflexive co-determinative process.

    Punktem wyjścia dla rozważań zaprezentowanych w tekście są trzy założenia. Pierwsze z nich oparte jest na przekonaniu, że kultura przesądza o wszystkim – o rozwoju społeczeństw, o jakości życia ludzi, drugie zaś związane jest z twierdzeniem, iż edukacja jest lustrem kultury. Problemy kultury są więc jednocześnie problemami edukacji oraz edukacja jest zawsze praktyczną realizacją jakiejś wizji (modelu rozwoju) kultury. Trzecie założenie związane jest z istotą pedagogiki jako dyscypliny, której specyfika i przedmiot badań stają się swoistym rodzajem szans i możliwości zarówno na rozumienie złożonych uwarunkowań różnorodnych przejawów kryzysu kultury i wychowania, jak i na ich przezwyciężanie. Taką szansą jest w moim przekonaniu narracyjność pedagogiki oraz pedagogiczne badania narracyjne.
    The reflection presented in the text is underpinned by three premises. Firstly, it presupposes that culture determines development of societies and people’s quality of life. Secondly, it presumes that education is a mirror of culture. Hence, the problems of culture are at the same time the problems of education. Also, education is always a practical enactment of a particular vision (model of development) of culture. Thirdly, the text assumes that educational sciences form a specific discipline which offers unique possibilities and opportunities both of understanding complex conditions and diverse manifestations of the crisis in culture and education as well as of overcoming them. A distinctive chance is provided, I believe, by the narrativity of educational sciences and educational narrative research.

    Opis:
    Die Korpuslinguistik und die logisch-positivistische Auffassung von der Bedeutung haben dazu geführt, dass die Frage nach dem Sinn und dessen Konstitution von der klassischen Linguistik geflissentlich übergangen werden. Da die Übersetzung aber Texte und somit auch Diskurse zum Gegenstand hat, wird die Sinnkonstitution zur zentralen Problematik der übersetzerischen Tätigkeit. Der vorliegende Artikel befasst sich mit dem diskursiven Charakter der Übersetzung und mit dem Paradigmenwechsel, der für den Übergang von der Transcodierung zur Dynamik der Sprache und der Konstitution von Sinn in praxeologischen Kontexten erforderlich ist. Der Zusammenhang zwischen dem Mechanismus der Sinnkonstitution und dem durch die Regeln der Grammatik gezogenen Grenzen einer Sprache wird anhand der Begriffe der Relevanz und des Gebrauchs erläutert.
    Due to corpus linguistics and the logical positivists’ theory of meaning classical linguistics has deliberately ignored the question about underlying sense and its constitution. Given the fact that translation is about texts and thus discourses, the constitution of meaning is the key challenge of translation. This article deals with the discursive nature of translation and the resulting paradigm shift after the transition from transcoding to the concept of the dynamics of language and the constitution of meaning in praxeological contexts. The correlation between the process of discerning meaning and the restrictions of a language subject to the rules of grammar is explained by applying the concepts of relevance and use.

    During „the long 1970s” in Poland homosexuality began to be thematized in public and semi-public discourse, enabling a sense of community among people who were not personally acquainted. The discursive emergence of homosexuality was gradually eroding an unspoken pact of silence which had prevailed before. Early selforganizing relied heavily on private networking, in which forms of proto-political sociality supported and enabled the emergence of properly political activism. The paper draws on oral history interviews and on letters which men in Poland sent to the Austrian organization HOSI Wien in the mid-1980s.
