The article describes how by creating a database of teaching tools aimed at teachers and students in junior high school take a parallel reflection on the Polish language learning theory and its functionality. Such model of thinking which combines the practice and the theory is called a conceptual methodology. Conceptual methodology meets the practical and pragmatic expectations of teachers derived primarily from their everyday work experience with junior high school students. This conceptual methodology proposes concrete teaching solutions, but derived from a detailed analysis of the findings of teaching and thus from scientific thinking. The article highlighted the educational and research potential in the current model of thinking about education in the Polish language learning, not only in junior high schools.

Prace Jana Amosa Komeńskiego, jako najwybitniejszego myśliciela pedagogiki, były często przedmiotem zainteresowania badaczy w tej dziedzinie. Jego spuścizna to bogactwo praktycznych pomysłów, teorii, sugestii i wskazówek branych pod uwagę przez dzisiejszych ekspertów pedagogicznych, badaczy i praktyków. W niniejszym artykule dokonujemy krótkiego przeglądu życia i pracy Komeńskiego, aby określić wpływy jego postaw i przekonań na rozwój metodologii dydaktycznej. Ponadto staramy się podkreślić znaczenie wkładu Komeńskiego w ogólny rozwój dydaktyki jako dyscypliny naukowej i jej metodologii. Artykuł zawiera: 1. analizę życia i pracy Jana Amosa Komeńskiego; 2. analizę dzieła Komeńskiego jako najbardziej wiarygodnego źródła jego reformatorskich idei; 3. przedstawienie jego poglądów na pedagogikę i metodologię dydaktyczną; 4. wskazanie metodologii dydaktycznej w odniesieniu do zasad edukacyjnych Komeńskiego. Wykorzystana została analiza historyczna i analiza zastosowania metody historycznej w celu zebrania i analizy danych empirycznych oraz przedstawienia idei i postaw Komeńskiego zawartych w jego dziełach. Stanowią one podstawę jego zasad edukacyjnych.
The works of John Amos Comenius, as the most prominent thinker in didactics, have often been the focus of researchers in the field. His legacy is a wealth of practical ideas, theories, suggestions, and guidelines, used by today’s pedagogy experts, researchers, and practitioners. This paper will briefly review Comenius’ life and work to determine the influences hisatt itudes and beliefs had on the development of the didactic methodology. Furthermore, our aim is to emphasize the significance of the Comenius’ contribution to the overall development of didactics as a scientific discipline and its methodology. The specific tasks thepap er will perform are as follows: 1. to analyse the life and work of John Amos Comenius; 2. to analyse the works of John Amos Comenius as the most reliable witness to his reformatory ideas; 3. to map his attitudes on pedagogics, pedagogy, and didactic methodology; 4. to indicate the alignment between the didactic methodology and the educational principles. For the purposes of this study, historical analysis and the content analysis of the historical method were used to collect and analyse the data and present the ideas and attitudes expressed in the works of Comenius that form the basis for his educational principles.

The quality and safety are the key attributes in the traffic and transport processes in the aviation, general aviation and the military aviation activities. Prevention of accidents with a human focus is an important means of the flight safety management to achieve and implement the flight safety policy, in accordance with the mission and tasks of each air operator. The aviation practice identifies the problems of pedagogical didactic research that we are able to realize within the framework of a comprehensive didactic system of aviation education of selected personnel, in the favor of strengthening the level of accident prevention, the quality and safety in the aviation activities.

The proposed research is focused on and maps the various methods of communication of students who study master teaching courses at Faculty of Education (or existing elementary and secondary teachers) in the pedagogical practice. The experience with the project will lead to improve the preparation of future teachers (student) and improve approach of the preparing teachers. Present educational system imposes high requirements on teachers of all levels. Personality development is marginalized in teacher training, mainly the development of creative abilities and skills to solve conceptual matters and dynamic changes in the educational process. One of the ways of improvement the personality and professional development is to include the case study method. Case study method of didactic situations is a modern procedure of effective development of professional abilities in future teachers.

At the beginning we would like to provide a short description of the new theory of learning in the digital age called connectivism. It is the integration of principles explored by the following theories: chaos, network, complexity and self-organization. Next, we describe in short new visual solutions for the teaching of writing so called multimodal literacy 5–11. We define and describe the following notions: multimodal text and original theory so called NOS (non-optimum systems methodology) as a basis for new methods of visual solutions at the classes and audiovisual texts applications. Especially, we would like to emphasize the tremendous usefulness of evolutionary algorithms VEGA and NSGA as tools for optimal planning of multimodal composition in teaching texts. Finally, we give some examples of didactic texts for classrooms, which provide a deep insight into learning skills and tasks needed in the Internet age.

This paper presents key lessons learned from the development and implementation of a modern didactic tool useful for teaching project management, i.e. an online simulation game “Car Factory”. The game has been created in the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow. The first part of the paper describes the general context that justifies the need for such educational solutions. An increasing interest in developing one’s competences in project management is the key incentive. The second part of the paper focuses on most important problems and questions that had to be addressed at the game design stage and while planning didactic process. The third part provides a summary of the results of game evaluation that was performed in the period of 2015–2016.

The object of observation is the situation of Polish school in a fast changing world. The author pays attention to often only declaratory changes in ways of teaching, the lack of treatment of the student and the adaptation of teaching methods and materials. There are excessive encyclopaedism, a stress on acquisition of knowledge of descriptive grammar in terms of language education. It notices a necessity to develop pupils’ language skills, because a communication skill may be extremely important in everyday and future adult life. The use of sociolinguistic perspective in Polish language teaching is the way of developing pupils’ communicative competences. Implementation of the students to build and analyse statements taking into account a communication context and also transceiver roles. In the article there have been presented sample lesson solutions, which emphasizes the use of the language in situations close to pupils and avoiding encyclopaedism. It pays attention to the depth of the processed information that serves learning and memory, and also the relationship between teaching methods and the development and functioning of the brain.

An important, but underestimated method of teaching geographic themes in elementary and junior high schools are strolls, organized on didactic routes appointed near schools. They enable merging the knowledge on multiple topics, show its application in practice, and enables expanding students’ interests. The project of a didactic route created for Zalas shows the possibilities of using local potential to teach geography, with special consideration of human activities. Usage of students’ closest neighbourhood as an example during the teaching process may have positive influence on the behaviour and value system of the young people, which will find reflection in their further life.

The purpose of this article is to present image management and unattended systems in research and teaching laboratories. Both types of laboratories are specific from the point of view of IT personnel. In this work environment, unlike computers used for example in offices, frequent and advanced changes in configurations and settings are necessary. Maintaining such machines is a challenge for IT staff due to time-consuming processes and downtime in laboratories. The system proposed within the framework of this study is aimed at shortening and simplifying the service of laboratories. It help in increase of usage time of laboratories by reducing the downtimes necessary to maintain the IT infrastructure.

The reading of the didactic works dedicated to the feminine public at the end of the Middle Ages teaches us that their authors treat the marriage as a natural vocation of the woman and although they are not indifferent to the religious dimension of the conjugal reality, it is the terrestrial and profane aspect that interests them more. So the works such as the Livre pour l'enseignement de ses filles of Geoffroy de La Tour Landry, Mesnagier de Paris and even Le Livre des Trois Vertus of Christine de Pizan appear in the form of textbooks in which the women can find any sort of rules, even practical advice on how to become a good wife and how to make a successful marriage. Among these books concerning the conjugal savoirfaire, the treaty of Philippe de Mézières Le Livre de la Vertu du sacrament de marriage et reconfort des dames mariés (1385-1389) occupies a very particular place. At first because the material sphere and everyday life of the life of a couple interest him only marginally, then because he turns all his attention to the essence of the marriage. Through his return in the spiritual conceptions of the marriage Philippe de Mézières anticipates his time. By putting in the heart of the marriage the love, by putting the love as the foundation of the marital union, he contributes to the advent of the modern couple which will triumph only after the Council of Thirty.

Celem badań było poznanie wyobrażeń studentów pedagogiki o szkole XXI wieku. Główny problem badawczy zawierał się w pytaniu: Jakie wyobrażenie o szkole XXI wieku mają studenci pedagogiki? W badaniach, którymi objęto 52 studentów, wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego. Za technikę badawczą przyjęto wywiad nieskategoryzowany. Obszary tematyczne uwzględnione w wywiadzie dotyczyły wybranych komponentów środowiska szkoły, tj. jednej z grup wewnątrzszkolnych, czyli nauczycieli, środków dydaktycznych stosowanych w procesie nauczania, organizacji procesu nauczania i lokalizacji szkoły. Wyniki badań dowiodły, że nauczyciel szkoły XXI wieku powinien być przede wszystkim sprawiedliwy i empatyczny. Badani nie są zwolennikami zbyt głębokich przemian technologicznych. W szkole XXI wieku nie powinno być prac domowych. Zamiast tradycyjnych klasówek czy kartkówek studenci zaproponowali pracę w grupie, różne quizy, dyskusję, burzę mózgów czy projekt edukacyjny jako sposoby weryfikacji wiedzy uczniów. Badani preferują stacjonarne nauczanie, ponieważ ogromną rolę przypisują bezpośrednim kontaktom uczniów z nauczycielami i klasowymi kolegami. Szkoła powinna być usytuowana na obszarze mało zurbanizowanym, najlepiej w pobliżu parku czy lasu.
The aim of the research was to get to know the perceptions of studentsof pedagogy about the school of the 21st century. The main research problemwas contained in the question: What idea about the school in the 21st centurydo the students of pedagogy have? The diagnostic survey method was usedin the research involving 52 students. The uncategorized interview was adoptedas the research technique. The thematic areas included in the interview concernedselected components of the school environment, i.e. one of the intra-schoolgroups, i.e. teachers, didactic measures used in the teaching process, organizationof the teaching process and school location. The results of the researchproved that the teacher of the 21st century school should be fair and empathetic.The respondents do not support too deep technological changes. There shouldbe no homework in a 21st century school. Instead of traditional tests or quizzes,the students proposed group work, various quizzes, discussions, brainstormingsessions or an educational project as a means of verifying students’ knowledge.The respondents prefer classroom teaching because they attribute a huge roleto direct contacts of students with teachers and classmates. The school shouldbe located in a less urbanized area, preferably near a park or forest.

Opis:
The control over students' cognitive achievements is one of the integral parts of a didactic process. The paper presents an empirical survey on the advantages of testing in order to measure students' achievements in descriptive geometry. The construction of the test is based on the theory of didactical measurement, and assumes multi-level format. The main problem is as follows: does test application result in improving educational process and leveling students' achievements? The survey consists of the following stages: 1) the construction of the test, 2) the analysis on measurement features, 3) the analysis of test results, 4) comparison between testing and traditional examination which was conducted parallel. The testing was held in the summer semester in the academic year 1999/2000 at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Gdańsk. The scope of the test covered one of the more important teaching modules that is perspective. In two groups students' achievement were measured by means of the teacher's test whereas in four other groups they were checked in traditional way. In the first paragraph of the paper the construction of the test is discussed. Then the rules of transforming test scores into school marks as well as making other decisions are presented. The third paragraph is devoted to the measurement standards by applying criteria of objectivity, reliability and validity to the test scores. The paper conclusions deal with evaluation of the actual teaching system. Practical conclusions, in respect to efficiency of teaching system, are drawn.

W przedmiotach zawodowych, które dominują na kierunku Technika rolnicza i leśna wymagana jest od studentów oprócz wiedzy ogólnej także umiejętność zrozumienia i interpretacji materiału ilustracyjnego dostarczanego w postaci rysunków, wykresów, nomogramów, schematów itp. Klasyczna metoda przeprowadzania różnego rodzaju testów wykonywanych na kartach papieru, utrudnia lub uniemożliwia dołączanie do nich form graficznych. W pracy podjęto próbę opracowania programu komputerowego, który umożliwi przeprowadzenie testu wyboru z graficzną prezentacją pytań i odpowiedzi.
In the professional subjects, which dominate at the department of Forest and Agricultural Technic - a student is required to understand and interpret pictorial material delivered in the form of: drawings, graphs, schemas etc. A classic method of different kind of tests in print makes it difficult or makes it impossible to enclose graphic forms. In this work we try to elaborate a computer program, which will make possible to carry out a multiply test of choice with graphic presentation of questions and answers.

The article aims to present the results of the Interreg project “DPL digital” at the Department of Slavonic Studies at the University of Greifswald and the implementation of digital tools in foreign language pedagogy on the example of Polish and Russian. The project was carried out in the seminar “Media Use in Foreign Language Teaching Didactics”. The essence of the project was to familiarize students with selected online tools that can be used in teaching foreign languages. It was conducted as part of the seminar “Use of media in foreign language teaching”, whose didactic assumption was strengthening the digital competences of future teachers through project work. Nowadays, practice-oriented media pedagogy is an integral component of teacher training and an essential prerequisite for modern teaching in schools (Bäsler 2021:431). DPL digital follows the Game-Based-Learning approach when presenting or assessing linguistic content in a playful way. Recent analyses of the use of online tools in teaching Polish as a foreign language indicate that the effectiveness of learning process in the treatment group increases by 17% (Kaźmierczak 2020:46).

Racjonalizm działalności w sferze czasu wolnego człowieka winien być oparty na wyraźnie sprecyzowanych celach oraz stosowaniu skutecznych metod ich osiągania. Istotne sposoby realizacji wolnoczasowych potrzeb rekreacyjnych obejmuje metodyka rekreacji, będąca niejako naukowym systemem. Bardzo ważnym ogniwem w działalności rekreacyjnej jest osoba organizatora a jednocześnie realizatora zajęć. Od poziomu m.in. jego wiedzy metodycznej oraz umiejętnie przyjętych sposobów realizacji zadań dydaktycznych zależy efektywność i atrakcyjność ich prowadzenia. Niezbędne jest więc posiadanie przez organizatora dokładnej znajomości dydaktycznych form, metod i środków stosowanych w procesie działalności rekreacyjnej. Stąd też treść pracy stanowi opis wybranych, istotnych składowych metodyki rekreacji fizycznej.
The rationalism of activities in the field of people's free time should be based on clearly stated goals or practicing effective methods of their achievement. The essential ways of performing leisure activities include the methods of recreation which is a scientific system. A very important link in the activity of recreation is the person who both organizes and performs the activities. The effectiveness and attractiveness of the didactic activities depend on the level of the person's methodical knowledge or skillfully accepted ways of doing these activities. It is essential for the person to have a detailed knowledge of the didactic forms, methods and ways which are applied in process of the recreation activities. Thus, the content of the work is a description of the selected, essential components of the methods of physical.

The legacy of Jan Amos Comenius can be understood as a continuously professional and social discussion on the issues of education and learning. The article presents the idea formulated by J. A. Comenius in the Great Didactics: “If a person is to become a man, he must be educated“. In his work called “The gate of unlocked languages”, Comenius postulated the thought of respecting the natural, physical, spiritual and social development of a human - a child, a student and an adult. In the work “Labyrinth of the World and Paradise of the Heart”, Comenius characterizes learning as „difficult and bitter entry into life“. The article focuses on confronting the ideas of J. A. Comenius with the current, turbulent, electronic and digitalised times. The context results in the need for more investigation in the area of the didactic process in schools and further education. The author introduces suggestions connected with the improvement of the teaching processes at elementary and secondary schools as well as at universities and in adult education.

In the paper I resume some problems concerning the teaching of historiography at the Faculties of History in Poland. Having thirty hours to present historiography from Antiquity to Present Times, the Polish scholars must answer to the following questions: is it necessary to discuss with students every stage of the development of history, or maybe would it be bett er to focus on the twentieth century historical schools and tendencies? In what proportion the national history should be included in the universal one? Based on my personal teaching experience, I try to show how that kind of dilemas could be resolved.

The paper aims to reconstruct the concept of mutuality as a moral value in learning and to recognise meanings assigned to it by students of pedagogy. Showing the phenomenon of learning from the perspective of didactic paradigms – transformative, interpretative-constructive, and objective – makes it possible to observe a variety of forms and motifs of reciprocation in learning and to distinguish its several types as mutuality: general, balanced, forced, and absent. An analysis of 71 short essays describing instances of mutuality experienced by students in learning enables recognition of moral meanings assigned to it. To specify them, the following concepts of gratitude are introduced: altruistic, loyalty-grounded, enslaved, and atrophied. It follows from the analysis that the experiencing of transmission-based education in Polish schools hampers or precludes building up mutuality in learning.

Aim: The aim of the article is to present the scientific and didactic achievements of Prof. Wiesław Jamrożek. Methods: Methods appropriate for research on the history of the Polish pedagogical thought, social sciences and humanities were applied in the study. Results: The article presents a comprehensive overview of the achievements regarding publication of books, scientific articles, active participation in conferences and symposia. He was a member of the editorial office and program councils of several scientific journals and the editor-in-chief of the „Bulletin of the History of education”. He cooperated with or belonged to several scientific societies. He was a reviewer in many doctoral and postdoctoral dissertations and professor proceedings. He was appreciated for his good results in didactic work and the ability to establish contact with students. Conclusions: Prof. Wiesław Jamrożek brought considerable scientific achievements to the history of the Polish pedagogical thought and academic didactic work. He was a well-known and respected man in the scientific community.
