Interests of each social worker, and especially leaders should create working conditions appropriate baseline from which often depends subsequent intervention and possible future outcome. Working environment significantly affects the performance of work. When creating a work environment is a summary of the factors that influence wellbeing in the workplace. The basic conditions of probation work for children include: number of child clients per probation officer, material and technical equipment of the workplace, working conditions and spatial climate. Artykuł przedstawia analizę wybranych zagadnień proceduralnych związanych z ustanawianiem przez sąd opiekuńczy kuratora reprezentującego w procesie karnym małoletniego pokrzywdzonego przestępstwem przez jednego z rodziców. Opracowanie stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, które podmioty, kiedy i w jaki sposób powinny wystąpić z wnioskiem o ustanowienie kuratora. Omówienia wymagały więc odpowiednie przepisy Kodeksu rodzinnego i opiekuńczego, Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego oraz Kodeksu postępowania karnego. Dla pełnego zobrazowania poruszanej tematyki przedstawiono także orzecznictwo Sądu Najwyższego oraz poglądy doktryny.

Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu specjalizację Interdyscyplinarne projekty kuratorskie i wieńczący ją festiwal, jednocześnie nakreślając szeroki kontekst dla przemian w sztukach performatywnych. Specjalizacja jest z jednej strony odpowiedzią na potrzebę, wyrażaną coraz mocniej przez studentów i zdeterminowaną przez system boloński, działań łączących teorię i praktykę na uniwersytetach. Z drugiej strony, jest reakcją na zmiany w sztukach performatywnych, które wykreowały nowe zawody: kuratora i producenta teatralnego.
The theme of the text is a new methodology of university education based on research and practice. I present formed eight years ago in the Department of Drama and Theatre Performances of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań specialization Interdisciplinary Curator Projects and crowning festival. At the same time I am outlining the broad context for the change in performing arts. Specialization is, on the one hand, a response to the need, expressed more and more by students and determined by the Bologna System, measures linking theory and practice in universities. On the other hand, is a reaction to the changes in performing arts that have created new jobs: theatre curator and producer.

The paper presents the research project implemented by the staff of the University of Silesia in Katowice during the Museum Power Exhibition at the National Museum in Krakow. The semiotic interpretation of the data amassed in FGIs and IGIs, these enriched with class observations, Desk Research, as well as the analysis of purpose-created documents, allowed to fulfil the goal of the investigation. The interdepartmental cooperation launched when educators became Exhibition’s curators was of the main interest to the researchers. These actions were considered as examples of the implementation of the ‘educational turn’ in Polish museology where tendencies to clearly separate and differently evaluate curatorial and educational practices are distinctly visible. The analysis of the manners of extending fields of museum education by educators-curators enabled the identification of a set of recommendations for initiating display projects implemented and co-created by the education department staff. In the presentation of the research results the focus has been put on three areas in which the shift was observed: types of knowledge organizing thinking about the display; perception and application of educators’ competences; and shaping informal relations and producing institutional trust. The paper speaks in favour of the necessity to take into account the experience and competences of the education department employees when creating valuable exhibitions and consolidating good relations with committed public.

The curator has traditionally been defined as a custodian, a person having control and taking care of a collection, and often, a researcher and scientist. In the 70s, a new form of curatorial activities was developed - a figure of an independent curator who is responsible for the form and content of artistic events. This article analyses the profiles of an independent curator and her/his relations with artists. The dissertation also tries to define the curator as an interpreter and a person who has the authority and the power of legitimization.

In the article there were analyzed the legal norms concerning shrines included in common law and particular law of the diocese of Kalisz. The Author noticed that the shrines are sacred places to which people make pilgrimage and have lots of functions, this is why the legislator of the First Synod of Diocese of Kalisz, which took place in 2007-2009, regulated this issue in particular law. The Author presented the term of „shrine” and indicated material and formal element. The legislator in the Code distinguished a diocesan shrine, a national shrine and an international shrine, while the legislator in diocese of Kalisz made different classification. The Author indicated what the statutes of the shrine should regulate in particular to efficiently administrate the shrine, there was also presented the authority competent to approve these statutes. There were presented functions of the shrine curator, who is head a shrine.

A radical reconstruction of the exposition layout at the Museum of the City of Warsaw, connected with the general reconstruction of the facilities and retirement of its longtime director, Janusz Durko (1951-2003), resulted in 2017 in opening a new permanent exposition called Things from Warsaw. The exposition consists of 21 cabinets containing 8 000 items selected out of 300 000 included in the museum holdings (e. g., Cabinet of Warsaw Monuments, Cabinet of Warsaw Silver and Plate Tableware, Cabinet of the Warsaw Sirens, Cabinet of Postcards, Cabinet of Souvenirs, Cabinet of Shrines). The main criterion was the materiality and authenticity of particular items, which resulted in the absence of multimedia presentations and suggested “appropriate” narratives. The main curator of the exposition is Jarosław Trybuś, art historian and curator rewarded with the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 2008. His team followed an idea of Bjørnar Olsen that due to various conceptualizations the material world studied by the humanities has been so dematerialized that we can hardly believe our eyes. Thus the features of the exposition – sincerity, seriousness, and modesty – suggest a new approach to the city’s history through experiencing the reality of things treated not so much as “witnesses,” but rather as “actors” of the past events. This turn to materiality stems from the hope to come close to the things without the mediation of words imposing predictable interpretations in advance. In other words, the exposition is a kind of lesson in openness, multidirectional reading, and the de-ideologization of history. The Things from Warsawexhibition has been analyzed in reference to three criteria: openness to the “other,” creating a vision of the future, and the inspiring power of imagination.

The present study aims to reconstruct selected issues related to the position of the curator of the estate proceedings before administrative courts. The analysis includes basically applicable procedural regulations supplemented with practice shaped by courts (both administrative courts and common courts). Determining the scope of application of the regulations in force is to facilitate the answer to the question regarding the possibility of applying for the right of assistance by the curator of the estate. The reconstructed model of proceeding in Polish legal system taking into account not only the views presented in the literature, but also the views extracted from previous court records. As a consequence, the article attempts to combine theoretical views with practical views derived from the jurisprudence of administrative courts and common courts.

Nieletni podopieczni ośrodków kuratorskich, to osoby przejawiające symptomy demoralizacji w postaci np.: wagarów, uchylania się od obowiązku szkolnego, zażywania środków odurzających w postaci narkotyków lub alkoholu, włóczęgostwa, uprawiania nierządu, popełnienia czynu zabronionego, udziału w grupach przestępczych, naruszania zasad współżycia społecznego. Młodzież kierowana jest do takiej placówki na mocy prawomocnego orzeczenia sądu rodzinnego, podopieczni ośrodków kuratorskich znajdują się w przedziale wiekowym od 13 do 17 lat. Osoby, wobec których orzeczono środek wychowawczy w postaci umieszczenia w ośrodku kuratorskim, najczęściej pochodzi z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, w których występowała przemoc, uzależnienie jednego bądź obojga z rodziców, bezrobocie, brak miłości, poczucia bezpieczeństwa, zainteresowania ze strony rodzica. Wyżej wymienione czynniki przyczyniają się do wykształcenia u dzieci niskiego poziomu poczucia własnej wartości, samooceny, bierności, życia niezgodnego z prawem. Dlatego też ważna jest pomoc świadczona nieletnim w czasie ich pobytu w ośrodku kuratorskim. Wśród form wsparcia świadczonej młodzieży zdemoralizowanej wyróżnia się oddziaływania w postaci: wsparcia psychologicznego, pedagogicznego, warsztatów z zakresu rozwijania kompetencji społecznych, zajęcia profilaktyczne, treningi relaksacyjne. Oprócz tego: sport, terapia, szkolenia zawodowe, młodzieżowy klub wolontariusza w ramach realizacji projektu ,,Szansa – Aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa młodzieży”.
Juveniles in the care of probation centers are individuals displaying symptoms of demoralization in the form of e.g. truancy, evading compulsory education, abusing intoxicating substances such as drugs or alcohol, vagrancy, practicing prostitution, committing forbidden acts, participating in criminal groups, violating rules of social coexistence. Juveniles are referred to such an institution based on a legally valid ruling of a Family Court; individuals in the care of probation centers are aged 13 to 17. Persons who have been adjudicated an education measure in the form of placement in a probation centre most commonly come from dysfunctional families, in which there was violence; addiction of one or both of the parents; unemployment; a lack of love, sense of security, interest from a parent. The abovementioned factors contribute to forming in children a low self-esteem, self-assessment, passivity, lead to a law-violating life. That is why the assistance provided to minors during their stay in a probation center is so essential. The forms of support for demoralized youth staying in a probation centre include: psychological and pedagogical counselling, workshops on developing social competences, preventative activities, relaxation training. Additionally, sports therapy, job training, a youth volunteer club operating as part of “Chance – Social and Vocational Activation of Young People”.

The article documents all the actions which have already been undertaken to compile a Polish Dictionary of Museum Curators. The co-operation of the National Institute for Museums and Public Collections, the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the National Museum in Poznań, and the Association of Polish Museum Professionals, Wielkopolska branch, and the project’s public partner and initiator, which has contributed to two symposiums and a discussion panel. The opportunity to implement a long-term and nationwide project which serves to contribute to knowledge about the development of museology in Poland, consolidate the professional environment, and improve the ethos of a profession which is similar to a public service, will be the substantive result of the events.
Artykuł dokumentuje dotychczasowe działania mające na celu stworzenie Polskiego Słownika Muzealników. Współpraca instytucji: Narodowego Instytutu Muzealnictwa i Ochrony Zbiorów, Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu i Muzeum Narodowego w Poznaniu z partnerem społecznym i inicjatorem projektu – Oddziałem Wielkopolskim Stowarzyszenia Muzealników Polskich doprowadziła do realizacji 2 sympozjów oraz panelu dyskusyjnego. Efekty merytoryczne tych wydarzeń stanowią trwałą bazę umożliwiającą realizację wieloletniego projektu o charakterze ogólnopolskim, służącego powstaniu zarówno podstaw wiedzy o osobach związanych z rozwojem muzealnictwa w Polsce, jak i konsolidacji środowiska oraz wzmocnieniu etosu zawodu o cechach służby publicznej.

The aim of this article is to analyse the concept of educational turn and its impact on everyday museum practices. It seeks to explore whether educational turn can effectively change the relations of power in a museum. The text studies how such model of comprehending and producing art affects the relationship between curators and educators. The discussion of problems related to the implementation of projects reveals that the chances for developing alternative, mainly dialogue-based, ways of producing knowledge in a museum are higher once the experience and competence of curators and educators are combined.

Zaprezentowana glosa opisuje problematykę reprezentacji oraz wykonywania praw małoletniego pokrzywdzonego przez jednego z jego rodziców w sytuacji, gdy drugi z nich jest osobą podejrzaną o popełnienie przestępstwa przeciwko małoletniemu. Wskazane zagadnienie zostało rozstrzygnięte przez Sąd Najwyższy w postanowieniu z 30 września 2015 roku (I KZP 8/15). Autorka w całości podziela konkluzję Sądu Najwyższego, także dochodząc do przekonania, iż małoletni nie może być reprezentowany w postępowaniu karnym (również w postępowaniu przygotowawczym toczącym się inrem) przez żadnego z rodziców w sytuacji, gdy jeden z nich uzyskał w postępowaniu przygotowawczym status osoby podejrzanej.
This gloss describes the problems related to the representation of a minor victim, when one of his parents is a person suspected of committing a crime against a minor. This issue was resolved by the Supreme Court in its decision of 30 September 2015(I KZP 8/2015). The author agrees with the Supreme Court also thinking that a minor cannot be represented in criminal proceedings by any of the parents, when one of them is a suspect.
