Currently, studies on the formation of microbiological biofilm on biomaterial surfaces and medical devices have become an important aspect in medicine. In vivo studies of the biofilm development show a high correlation between the environmental factors and attachment of microorganisms to artificial surfaces. This paper is devoted to determining the impact of specific environmental stimuli and parameters of cultivation of Candida albicans yeasts on their adhesion to AISI-316L and Ti6Al4V substrates. Environmental parameters include variable glucose concentrations in YPG growth medium (0, 2, 4 and 10% wt.). Development of yeasts was also analyzed in terms of variable nutrients level i.e. transferring samples from medium with low nutrients level to other with higher glucose content. Another studied parameter was incubation time and how much fungal colonization varies during 24 and 48 h of incubation. For all samples, the number of both live and dead cells was taken into account. The results showed that with the increase in sugar content in culture media, biofilm development was observed, especially on AISI 316L surface. Also, significant changes in the number of adhered cells were observed with higher glucose concentration in medium after 24 h of incubation. Almost similar number of attached cells was observed for low glucose concentrations on both studied materials.

The aim of the study was to analyze the changes in the parameters of bacterial cultures and bacterial cellulose (BC) synthesized by four reference strains of Gluconacetobacter xylinus during 31-day cultivation in stationary conditions. The study showed that the most visible changes in the analyzed parameters of BC, regardless of the bacterial strain used for their synthesis, were observed in the first 10–14 days of the experiment. It was also revealed, that among parameters showing dependence associated with the particular bacterial strain were the rate and period of BC synthesis, the growth rate of bacteria anchored to the cellulose fibrils, the capacity to absorb water and the water release rate. The results presented in this work may be useful in the selection of optimum culturing conditions and period from the point of view of good efficiency of the cellulose synthesis process.

This article presents basic issues related to safety culture. In addition, there is information about the factors determining the desirable and undesirable, good and bad safety culture and the most important news about a culture of safety. In the empirical part, such elements have been examined a model of safety culture as the environment and working conditions, and the behavior and attitudes of employees.

The concept of the language as an instrument for children, that leads to their mutual understanding in the classes 1–3, depends on the comprehensive educators approach to the relations between linguistics and the philosophy of language, developmental psychology, sociology of culture, and the history of the Polish society. The child’s undertaking of the school education imposes on the teacher the obligation to accompany it not only in mastering the elementary knowledge of the native language’s grammar system, but also in creating situations that overcome students fear of making difficult decisions when solving interesting tasks. When using the functions of the language: fatic, communicative, informational, expressive or meta-linguistic, pupils go through the several stages from the incorrect speech to correct speech, and they master the elementary structure of the reading texts intended for the little recipients. The described process would be strengthened depending on the pupil’s social background, and conditioned culturally and environmentally. This in turn affects the perception of the poetic language function and aesthetic attitude towards art.

Opis:
Public aid can be involved even in such peculiar public activity sector as culture and heritage conservation. Hence, the EU projects implemented in this area may be subject to legal restrictions on state aid. In this respect, particular legal doubts concerning state aid arise in the context of “impact on trade” premise. This situation is a consequence of both lack of clear definition thereof and the peculiar nature of culture projects. The present paper is aimed at identifying particular issues that ought to be taken into account when determining the possible impact on trade (recommendations for judicature). These issues aren’t actually defined in law, but only in few judgments and literature. Hence, there is a necessity to make further researches.

It can be confidently stated that the military-professional activity of the chiefs of physical training and sports in the Armed Forces is complex, multifaceted and multifunctional, which is not limited to their functional duties. We took into account the experience gained during the war and the feedback of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. Future officers-specialists in physical education and sports should not only be able to implement their official competencies, but also to perform the tasks set before them by combat activity in the course of a full-scale war. The purpose of the article is to define and substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions that will positively influence to the formation of methodical competence in future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical education and sports. During the analysis of the scientific literature, the main aspects of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of training military specialists were established. These aspects ensure high-quality and effective formation of methodological competence among future officers – physical culture and sports specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their professional training. We also conducted an expert evaluation. The experts were chosen according to certain requirements – combat experience, a candidate of science degree, a doctor of philosophy or a doctor of science, and more than 10 years of experience in training future officers. With the help of expert assessment and analysis of scientific literature, organizational and pedagogical conditions were defined and justified, which will ensure the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the formation of our psychological and pedagogical phenomenon. The first condition is the purposeful formation of professional and methodical qualities in cadets as future officers (commanders) and specialists in physical culture and sports. The next is the availability of modern interdisciplinary methods for the formation of methodological competence among future officers- -specialists in physical culture and sports of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of their professional training. It is also important to use objective criteria and indicators for diagnosing the levels of methodological competence formation in future officers-specialists in physical culture and sports. The final condition is pedagogical modeling of the formation of methodological competence in future officers-specialists in physical education and sports.

This article raises the issue of setting up and developing urban parks on islands which are situated around New York’s borough of Manhattan. Among the principal consequences are an improved balance of developed green spaces in the city and the emergence of attractive public places with a variety of functions and high-quality design solutions. As for the urban landscape, interesting relations are created with respect to views of the unique silhouette of the city, and in particular of Manhattan.
Artykuł prezentuje zjawisko powstawania i rozwoju nowych parków miejskich zlokalizowanych na wyspach położonych satelitarnie w stosunku do nowojorskiego Manhattanu. Konsekwencje zjawiska w podstawowym wymiarze dotyczą poprawy bilansu terenów urządzonej zieleni w mieście oraz rozwoju atrakcyjnej przestrzeni publicznej o zróżnicowanym programie użytkowym i wysokim poziomie rozwiązań projektowych. W wymiarze krajobrazowym dochodzi natomiast do zbudowania interesujących relacji widokowych w zakresie odbioru unikatowej sylwety miasta, w szczególności panoramy Manhattanu.

Artykuł zawiera wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w latach 2012–2013, gdy zbadano rozwijanie przez rodziny oporu wobec konsumpcjonizmu u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Celem badań było określenie warunków niezbędnych do rozwijania u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oporu wobec konsumpcjonizmu oraz przewidzenie środków edukacyjnych niezbędnych dla rozwijania oporu wobec konsumowania u dzieci. Badania były realizowane zarówno z użyciem jakościowej, jak i ilościowej metodologii badawczej. Wykorzystano obserwację reklam telewizyjnych, metody niedokończonych obrazków tematycznych rysowanych przez dziecko, rozpoznawanie reklam telewizyjnych, jak również kwestionariusz dla rodziców. Badania pokazały współczesną sytuację rodziny w zakresie wytwarzania oporu wobec konsumpcjonizmu u dzieci. Co więcej, zaprezentowały dotychczasowe doświadczenia konsumeryzmu u dzieci, włączając w to ich znajomość centrów handlowych oraz samego robienia zakupów, a także ich świadomość znaków i marek rynkowych. Artykuł rozpoznaje źródła najważniejszych informacji o konsumpcji i konsumpcjonizmie napotkane przez dzieci, którymi okazują się członkowie rodziny, rówieśnicy oraz mass media. Wiedza dzieci dotycząca reklam, a także ich świadomość najważniejszych elementów reklam telewizyjnych oraz ich postawy wobec tych zjawisk były również badane. Zgodnie z wynikami ankiety rozpoznano warunki edukacyjne znaczące dla rozwijania u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym oporu wobec konsumpcjonizmu: proces edukacyjny zorientowany na dziecko dla wytworzenia oporu wobec konsumpcji, jak również dla wytworzenia krytycznej postawy wobec reklamy; postawy wychowawców i podejście do konsumpcjonizmu (włączając w to osobisty przykład dorosłego); nacisk na potencjalne zagrożenia, okoliczności i czynniki wpływające na niewłaściwą socjalizację dzieci (w odniesieniu do konsumpcjonizmu); wybór spersonalizowanych metod i środków edukacyjnych odpowiednich dla dziecka (włączając w to środki dla rodziców, jako że to oni mają rozwinąć opór wobec konsumpcjonizmu u swoich dzieci); wytworzenie odpowiedniego mikroklimatu oraz wzajemnego wsparcia i współuczestniczenia w procesie wytwarzania u dzieci oporu wobec konsumpcjonizmu.
The article presents the results of the research on the development of 6–7 year old children’s resistance to consumerism in the family, conducted in 2012–2013. The research was conducted combining qualitative and quantitative methods of research. The method of interviews with the child and parents’ survey was applied. The research investigated the situation of the development of children’s resistance to consumerism in the family, disclosed children’s consumerism experience, which includes children’s knowledge of places of trade and their visits to them, children’s knowledge about the assortment of products, brands and the main providers of knowledge about consumption and consumerism for children, namely family members, peers and the media. The article also presents the analysis of children’s knowledge of advertising, children’s perceptions about TV advertising and their attitudes to it. Based on research results, educational conditions that are important for development of 6–7 year old children’s resistance to consumerism are distinguished.

The article considers and substantiates the most important conditions for the development of professional culture of military doctors. The author's methods of formation of professional culture and its pedagogi cal modeling i n the process of training future military doctors in the system of med i cal universities of Ukraine is determined. The relevance of the study of the professional culture of future military doctors is associated with the growing role of military doctors, given the continuation of the Russian - Ukrainian war and the spread COVID - 19 pandemie. lt's noted that professional culture, as a social-psychological component, is inherent in the relevant professional environment and determines the professional, morał and psychological qualities of the of the individual, the appropriative level of training of military doctors. For the development of the professional culture of future military doctors it's necessary to apply the appropriate pedagogical technology, to create the necessary pedagogical conditions using the model subject - activity learning of students. Pedagogical conditions are considered as a set of systematic pedagogical circumstances created by lecturers in medical universities for purposeful practical training of future military doctors. Pedagogical conditions include such aspects of practical training as a motivational-value, methodological, theoretical, praxiological, evaluative and reflexive.

The relevance of the study is due to the importance of the period of preschool childhood in the upbringing and education of the child and the creation of conditions and prerequisites for harmonious, full-fledged development. The article actualizes the problem of education of culture of behavior of preschool children. The article is aimed at highlighting the peculiarities of fostering a culture of behavior of preschool children. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of literature on research problems), empirical (pedagogical observations). The essence and content of the concept of research are clarified, namely: «culture of behavior», which is defined as a way for a child to perform actions and actions that meet the moral and aesthetic requirements of society, is reflected in the confirmation of expected expectations on the part of adults, peers and ensures his personal growth. It was clarified that preschool age is a period of intensive socialization of the child’s personality, gaining life experience, when there is an active interest in relationships with other people, there is a need to familiarize with certain norms of communication and, as a result, to develop an individual culture of behavior. To foster a culture of behavior is to constantly worry about children growing a culture of human relationships, to become generous with affection, goodness, attention, help and care of the child’s soul and that all these qualities are manifested in pleasant forms of behavior for others. It is noted that the preschool educational institution is a leading social institution in which preschool children receive not only basic knowledge, skills and abilities, but also acquire the foundations of a culture of behavior. The article reveals components of the culture of behavior such as culture of activity, culture of communication, cultural and hygienic skills and habits. The task of educating the culture of behavior of preschool children is outlined: the formation of ideas about norms of behavior, about the moral qualities of the individual, the development of moral feelings; expansion, deepening and systematization of knowledge about the norms and rules of cultural behavior, the development of the ability to evaluate their own and other people’s actions, the formation of positive relations to norms of behavior and negative relation to anti-social manifestations, the formation of skills, skills and habits of cultural behavior. The main components of methodical actions aimed at educating the culture of behavior of preschool children are proposed. The program of education of culture of behavior in preschool children is proposed.
Актуальність дослідження зумовлюється важливістю періоду дошкільного дитинства у вихованні і навчанні дитини та створенні умов і передумов для гармонійного, повноцінного її розвитку. У статті актуалізується проблема виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Метою статті є виокремлення особливостей виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (аналіз літератури з проблем дослідження), емпіричні (педагогічні спостереження). Уточнено сутність і зміст поняття дослідження, а саме: «культура поведінки», яке визначаємо, як спосіб здійснення дитиною дій і вчинків, що відповідає морально-естетичним вимогам суспільства, відображається у підтвердженні очікуваних сподівань з боку дорослих, однолітків і забезпечує її особистісне зростання. З’ясовано, що дошкільний вік – період інтенсивної соціалізації особистості дитини, здобуття нею життєвого досвіду, коли відбувається формування активного інтересу до взаємин з іншими людьми, виникає потреба в ознайомленні з певними нормами спілкування і, як результат – вироблення індивідуальної культури поведінки. Виховувати культуру поведінки – це означає постійно турбуватися про те, щоб у дітей зростала культура людських відносин, щоб ставала щедрою на ласку, добро, увагу, допомогу і турботу дитяча душа і щоб усі ці якості виявлялися в приємних для оточуючих формах поведінки. Зазначено, що заклад дошкільної освіти – провідна соціальна інституція, в якій діти дошкільного віку отримують не лише елементарні знання, уміння та навички, а й набувають основи культури поведінки. У статті розкрито компоненти культури поведінки такі, як культура діяльності, культура спілкування, культурно-гігієнічні навички і звички. Окреслено завдання виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку: формування уявлень про норми поведінки, про моральні якості особистості, розвиток моральних почуттів; розширення, поглиблення та систематизація знань про норми і правила культурної поведінки, розвиток умінь оцінювати власні та чужі вчинки, формування позитивних ставлень до норм поведінки та негативних ставлень до анти-суспільних проявів, формування умінь, навичок та звичок культурної поведінки. Пропонуються основні складники методичних дій спрямовані на виховання культури поведінки дітей дошкільного віку. Запропоновано програму виховання культури поведінки у дітей дошкільного віку.

Uwarunkowania endogeniczne zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi zakreślają ramy funkcji kadrowej w organizacji. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie wybranych uwarunkowań, których wpływ na zasięg, identyfikację grup docelowych, cele, zadania, dobór narzędzi i praktyk zarządzania kadrami jest współcześnie szczególnie istotny. Uwagę skupiono na tendencjach przekształceń strukturalno-organizacyjnych, wirtualizacji narzędzi ZZL i ambiwalentnej roli kultury organizacyjnej w realizacji procesów i praktyk kadrowych. Wspomagane pogłębioną analizą struktury zasobów ludzkich identyfikują podstawowe, teraźniejsze i przyszłe problemy ZZL, skoncentrowane wokół postępującego zróżnicowania pracowników organizacji.
Endogenous conditions of human resource management create the framework of the personnel function in an organization. The aim of the article is to indicate selected conditions that currently influence range, identification of target groups, objectives, tasks, and tool and practice selection in a substantial way. Attention is focused on the tendencies of organizational and structural transformations, virtualization of human resource management tools, and the ambivalent role of the organizational culture in human resource practice and processes. Supported by an in–depth analysis of human resource structures, actual, present and future human resource management problems that concentrate on the progressing diversity of employees are identified.

W opracowaniu przybliżono relacje zachodzące pomiędzy podnoszeniem poziomu bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy (bhp) w przedsiębiorstwie a kształtowaniem kultury organizacyjnej, w tym kultury bhp. Odnosząc się do wyników badań empirycznych zidentyfikowano podejście do zagadnienia bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy w przedsiębiorstwach zlokalizowanych na ternie Dolnego Śląska. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono przy tym na cechy kultury organizacyjnej ujawnione w objętych badaniami przedsiębiorstwach, rozpatrując je w kontekście kształtowania kultury bhp.
The paper discusses the relationship between improvements in health and safety management and development of organizational culture, concerning health and safety culture as well. Attitudes and approaches to health and safety management are discussed in companies operating in the Lower Silesia region basing on the finding of empirical studies. Finally features of organizational culture identified in the companies under research are examined in the context of developing health and safety culture.
В работе объясняется связь между повышением уровня безопасности и гигены труда (охраны труда) на предприятии и формированием организационной культуры, в том числе культуры охраны труда. Ссылаясь на результаты эмпирических исследований, авторка охарактеризовала подход к вопросу безопасности и гигены труда на предприятиях, расположенных на территории Нижней Силезии. При этом особое внимание уделяет она выявленным свойствам организационной культуры, рассматривая их в контексте формирования культуры охраны труда.

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie problematyki nauczania języka i kultury polskiej w warunkach zdalnych na przykładzie Bałtyckiego Uniwersytetu Federalnego im. Immanuela Kanta w Kaliningradzie. Przedstawiony został przebieg wydarzeń edukacyjnych i kulturalnych promujących język i kulturę polską w roku akademickim 2020/2021, takich jak: Międzynarodowe Multimodalne Dyktando oraz konkurs krasomówczy PaintTalks, które zostały zorganizowane w ramach Dni Języka i Kultury Polskiej. Dodatkowo omówiono sposoby realizacji dwóch kursów przedmiotowych przeznaczonych dla studentów studiów licencjackich na kierunku filologia obca: język polski i literatura, które w całości odbyły się w formie online; są to: Wprowadzenie do kultury polskiej i Praktyczny język polski. Uwzględnione zostało także badanie ilościowe, a kwestionariusz ankietowy prezentuje opinie i refleksje uczestników kursów na temat atrakcyjności i efektywności takiej formy uczenia się języka obcego. Powodem podjęcia wybranej tematyki jest potrzeba odpowiedzi na aktualne wyzwania edukacyjne związane z nauczaniem online oraz zaprezentowanie różnorodnych przedsięwzięć promujących język i kulturę polską poza granicami kraju. Tekst wpisuje się we współczesne badania nad promocją języka polskiego jako obcego oraz glottodydaktyczne poszukiwania dotyczące polonistyk światowych.
The purpose of the article is to discuss the issue of teaching the Polish language and Polish culture in remote conditions on the example of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University in Kaliningrad. The study presents the educational and cultural events promoting Polish language and culture in the academic year 2020/2021. They included the International Multimodal Dictation and the PaintTalks oratorical competition, which were organized as part of the Days of Polish Language and Culture. The article also presents the methods of implementing two subject courses intended for undergraduate students of foreign philology in the program Polish language and literature, which were entirely conducted in an online form: Introduction to Polish culture and Practical language Polish. Further, the paper shows the results of a quantitative study and of a questionnaire, which express the course participants’ opinions and reflections on the attractiveness and effectiveness of this form of learning a foreign language. The reason for taking up this topic is the need to respond to the current educational challenges related to online teaching and to present various projects aimed at promoting the Polish language and Polish culture abroad. The text is in line with contemporary research on the promotion of Polish as a foreign language and international glottodidactic studies of Polish.
