    Opis:
    The general problems of the Hungarian education system surface in the higher education sphere as well. Instructors frequently note the knowledge, skill, and competence-related deficien-cies of newly enrolled students. Additional difficulties are posed by the lack of motivation or the low level of interest toward learning. Furthermore, the prevalence of traditional educational meth-ods, the lectures designed for a large student audience and similarly structured seminars tend to exacerbate the problem. Students do not prepare for classes or strive to increase their knowledge via independent work and active in-class participation. Consequently new methods are needed for increasing the efficiency of the educational process, along with the enhancement of internal moti-vation and the promotion of subject-related interest.

    Opis:
    Abundant and extensive literature on training and employee development contains, apart from description of training methods, more and more information about evaluation of effectiveness of this process. Cooperative learning involves deepened reflection of a learner and discussion with other participants of the course. Knowledge is created during the learning process and its aim is to comprehensively process the situation. A teacher is a participant in this process, an advisor who cooperates, searches and shapes the active learning environment. The aim of the article is to present the method of cooperative learning and determine the factors that may significantly influence the effectiveness of training based on this method. The article contains theoretical remarks regarding cooperative learning process as well as the nature of factors conditioning the effectiveness of the training process.
    W licznej i rozległej literaturze dotyczącej szkoleń i rozwoju pracowników coraz więcej miejsca – oprócz opisu metod szkolenia – poświęca się problematyce oceny efektywności tego procesu. Uczenie się kooperatywne przeprowadzane jest poprzez poszerzoną refleksję osoby uczącej się oraz dyskusję z pozostałymi uczestnikami kursu. Wiedza jest konstruowana podczas procesu uczenia się, jego zaś celem jest kompleksowe przetworzenie sytuacji. Nauczyciel jest w tym procesie uczestnikiem, doradcą, który kooperuje, wyszukuje i kształtuje aktywne środowisko nauczania. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja metody kooperatywnego uczenia się i określenie czynników mogących istotnie wpływać na wzrost efektywności szkoleń prowadzonych tą metodą. Artykuł zawiera uwagi teoretyczne odnoszące się do procesu kooperatywnego uczenia się, a także charakterystykę czynników warunkujących efektywność procesu szkoleniowego.

    This article presents some methods for assessing and testing student learning outcomes in cooperative teaching in order to help lecturers to assess objectively as well as to clearly present the results achieved by various groups and individuals. Understanding the basics of assessment can have a positive impact on every student. It is essential to adjust the methods of assessment to teaching and create incentives that will increase students’ interest in learning
    Artykuł prezentuje kilka metod oceniania i testowania efektów kształcenia studentów w ramach nauczania opierającego się na współpracy w grupie. Przykłady metod zaprezentowanych w tekście mogą pomoc wykładowcom w obiektywnym ocenianiu, a także w jasnym prezentowaniu efektów osiąganych przez poszczególne grupy i osoby. Wyjaśnienie podstaw oceniania może wpłynąć pozytywnie na każdego studenta. Podstawą jest dostosowanie metod oceniania do nauczania, a także tworzenie zachęt, które zwiększą zainteresowanie studentów uczeniem się.
