Opis:
Modern wheeled armoured vehicles are constructed as multipurpose. Universal construction of vehicle is achieved in two separate ways: as specialized versions of vase model or by using exchangeable mission-modules. Realization of various tasks requires different equipment; ensure adequate level of protection and firepower. Increase of protection level, implementation of weapon systems, characterized by high firepower despite technological advancement in this field affect vehicles weight increase and therefore, it also affects requirements for other vehicle systems. Ensuring high mobility requires use of high power, turbocharged diesel engines, hydro mechanical transmission, hydro pneumatics suspension, possibility of clearance adjustment, use of central wheel pumping system enabling tire pressure change according to the surface on witch vehicle runs. This study gathers and compares characteristics of selected wheeled armoured personnel carriers and determines possible directions of development for future wheeled vehicles.

Large scale timber construction has been on the upswing for some time in many European countries. Besides the building cluster, also regions and cities have taken advantage of the ongoing timber boom in their economic and spatial development. In this article the focus is on the South Ostrobothnia region and the city of Seinäjoki in Western Finland, where the potential of the business is quite weakly exploited regardless of favourable preconditions. By studying the key actors of the innovation network we are able to better understand the premises of the local development platform that should aim at boosting timber construction.

W pracy omówiono podstawowe problemy polskiego budownictwa podziemnego w skałach zwięzłych oraz w skałach luźnych. Zwrócono uwagę na zagadnienia podziemnej infrastruktury sieciowej miast. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia projektowania geotechnicznego w budownictwie podziemnym oraz wzajemne relacje pomiędzy budownictwem podziemnym, geotechniką i geoinżynierią. Pracę kończy podsumowanie wskazujące na perspektywy rozwoju budownictwa podziemnego w Polsce.
The basic problem of the Polish underground construction both in the rocks (chapt. 2) and grounds (chapt. 3) have been discussed in the paper. The problems of the underground net infrastructure of cities have been focused on in the chapt. 4. Selected topics of the geotechnical designing in the underground construction and cross relations among the underground construction, geotechnics and geoengineering, have been presented in the last part of the paper. It has been finished by the summary indicating the prospects for the development of the underground construction in Poland.

Ewolucja budowy willi sięga czasów starożytnych i trwa do dziś, jednak jej przestrzenny i artystyczny kształt ewoluował na przestrzeni wieków, wraz ze zmianami kulturowymi, ekonomicznymi i filozoficznymi. Koncepcja willi miejskiej integralnie odzwierciedla tradycje innych obiektów tego typu, takich jak wille podmiejskie i wiejskie. Jak sama nazwa wskazuje, charakter tego budynku mieszkalnego, o którym mowa nawiązuje do jego położenia i jest zazwyczaj wynikiem uwarunkowań funkcjonalnych. Jednak koncepcja willi, odpowiadającej symbolicznym, filozoficznym lub naturalistycznym planom, wskazuje, że tego rodzaju architektura była silnie związana z głębszymi znaczeniami. Aktualne badania w tej dziedzinie koncentrują się raczej na podmiejskich typach willi. Jednak rozważania nad komunalną formą tego rodzaju budynku nie są możliwe bez ciągłego odniesienia do willi podmiejskich oraz zależności między nimi. Głównym założeniem niniejszego artykułu jest określenie formy zmiany willi miejskiej, pod wpływem pojęć i relacji do innych typów budowy willi, od starożytności do genezy willi miejskiej w epoce przemysłowej.
The evolution of villa construction dates back to ancient times and continues until today, however its spatial and artistic shape has evolved over the centuries, together with cultural, economic and philosophical changes. The concept of the urban villa integrally reflects the traditions of other buildings of this type such as suburban and country villas. As the name shows, the character of this residential house referred to its location and was usually a result of functional conditions. However, the concept of a villa, corresponding with symbolic, philosophical or naturalistic plots, indicates that this kind of architecture was strongly connected with deeper meanings. Current studies on this subject focused rather on the suburban type of villas. However considerations over the municipal form of this kind of building are not possible without continuous references to villa suburbana as well as dependencies between them. The main foundation of the present article is the specification of the changing forms of the urban villa, influenced by concepts and relations to other types of villa construction, from antiquity to the genesis of the urban villa in the industrial époque.

The purpose of the article is to check if companies should be assessed on the base of dynamics of the financial ratios or both dynamics of financial ratios and nominal values of financial ratios. In order to point out the better portfolio their performances are compared. Companies are chosen to quantile portfolios due to their position in the ranking that is constructed on the base of the chosen financial ratios (nominal values and/or their dynamics). As a result, it can be stated that the best portfolios are two portfolios pointed out by the ranking constructed on the base of nominal value of financial ratios and their dynamics.

The paper discusses difficulties of identifying the causes of a landslide. These difficulties are illustrated in the example of a catastrophic landslide on the embankment of the western bank of the Brda River, which affected a bridge abutment of a disused narrow-gauge railway line from Bydgoszcz to Koronowo (Polish Lowlands). The railway was closed in 1992, and after the removal of the track, the bridge served as a pedestrian overpass. The landslide occurred in February 2011. Investigations revealed that the first signs of the landslide were cracks and subsidence that appeared at the embankment crest. Then, an initially slow movement accelerated suddenly, resulting in an over 45 m total displacement of the soil mass. The primary passive cause of the landslide movement resulted from the geology of the mass (loose soils underlain by cohesive soils) and from the steep inclination of the embankment surface. Active causes, however, are often ambiguous. In this case, no significant apparent phenomena which could trigger the movement occurred in the days preceding its initiation. Therefore, a detailed analysis of atmospheric conditions was carried out to identify and explain the causes. It was proved that the fundamental triggering cause of the landslide was a combination of rainfall, snowfall, snow-melting and air temperature. Moreover, an important cause was a faulty construction of a ditch with a sewage pipe on the crest of the embankment.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza charakteru prawnego oświadczenia inwestora o dysponowaniu nieruchomością na cele budowlane. Prawo do zabudowy nieruchomości, przysługuje każdemu pod warunkiem zgodności zamierzenia budowlanego z przepisami prawa. Warunkiem uzyskania pozwolenia na budowę jest złożenie powyższego oświadczenia przez inwestora. Tworzy ono domniemanie dysponowania przez inwestora prawem do dysponowania gruntem oraz możliwości realizacji robót budowlanych na podstawie uzyskanej decyzji. Z tego też powodu, z reguły jest ono wystarczające dla organu aby wydać decyzję administracyjną o zatwierdzenie projektu budowlanego i udzieleniu pozwolenia na budowę umożliwiającą realizację robót budowlanych (pozwolenie na budowę). Dlatego też tak istotna jest ocena charakteru prawnego składanego przez inwestorów (wnioskodawców) oświadczenia o prawie dysponowania nieruchomością, nie tylko na tle prawa cywilnego ale także na tle postępowania administracyjnego. W artykule autor przyjmuje że jest to oświadczenie wiedzy na gruncie prawa cywilnego a także wskazuje skutki takiej kwalifikacji. W przypadku prawa administracyjnego przyjmuje, że oświadczenie stanowi jeden z dowodów, które powinny być oceniane przez organ na tle innych dowodów zebranych w toku postępowania o wydanie pozwolenia na budowę.
The subject of the article is an analysis of the legal nature of the investor's declaration on the disposal of the property for construction purposes. Everyone is entitled to the right to develop real estate, provided that the construction intent complies with the law. The condition for obtaining a building permition is submission of the above statement by the investor. It creates a presumption that the investor has the right to dispose of the land and the possibility of carrying out construction works based on the obtained decision. For this reason, as a rule, it is sufficient for the authority to issue an administrative decision to approve a construction project and grant a building permit enabling the execution of construction works (building permit). That is why it is so important to assess the legal nature of declarations made by investors (applicants) on the right to dispose of real estate, not only in terms of civil law but also in the context of administrative proceedings. In the article, the author assumes that this is a statement of knowledge under civil law and also indicates the effects of such a qualification. In the case of administrative law, it assumes that the statement constitutes one of the evidence that should be assessed by the authority against the background of other evidence collected in the course of the building permit procedure.

The aim of this paper is to present the requirements for the passive standard based on the example of the RES TTC building. The requirements were divided into main energy demand and detailed recommendations for each indicator. The calculations and analyses have shown that to achieve the required energy demand, better solutions than the recommended ones need to be applied, such as air handling units with better heat recovery efficiency. The same applies to the U heat penetration coefficient of heat for the outer partitions. The use of ventilation units with a recommended efficiency of 75% does not guarantee achieving a passive standard.

Conceptualization of quality new apprehension of career issues as an individual’s possession indicates a many-sided character of a contemporary discourse, which combines implications of an interdisciplinary dialogue and creates the need to review theoretical reflection about the way of understanding career and conditions, as well as indicators of its formation and construction. The „prodevelopmental orientation” is a remedy for a contemporary human being to be oneself again in this situation in the world of careers. In this attitude towards the definition of „a career”, one underlines importance of constructing (not choosing) a career for designing a quality of life.

Scientific and technical progress (STP) in construction leads to changes in engineering, technology, organization of construction, forms and methods of management of construction production. STP is the basis for the classification of production and has a decisive impact on all factors in the development of construction production. The article considers the relevance of solving the problem of an accelerated transition of the construction industry in the Republic of Belarus to the sixth technological order. It analyzes the most typical problems that have a negative impact on the process of changing structures and outlines the role of the National Sustainable Development Strategy 2035 for solving this set of problems.

Postęp naukowo-techniczny w budownictwie prowadzi do zmian w: inżynierii, technologii, organizacji, konstrukcji, formach i metodach zarządzania produkcją budowlaną. Rolą postępu naukowo-technicznego jest znajdowanie rezerw produkcyjnych w celu skrócenia czasu, zmniejszenia pracochłonności, kosztów budowy oraz poprawy jakości. Wymienione korzyści można uzyskać poprzez: tworzenie nowych i ulepsza nie istniejących urządzeń i technologii budowlanych, zwiększanie mechanizacji i automatyzacji procesów produkcyjnych, tworzenie i stosowanie nowych typów materiałów i konstrukcji budowlanych, opanowanie nowych i doskonalenie wcześniej wytworzonych wyrobów oraz podnoszenie ich jakości. Postęp naukowo-techniczny jest podstawą klasyfikacji produkcji i ma decydujący wpływ na wszystkie czynniki rozwoju produkcji budowlanej. Celem pracy jest opracowanie schematu strukturalnego i logicznego rozwoju budownictwa, uwzględniającego czynniki ekonomiczne, środowiskowe, społeczne, innowacyjne oraz koncepcję struktur technologicznych w rozwoju budownictwa. Artykuł rozważa zasadność rozwiązania problemu przyspieszonego przejścia branży budowlanej Republiki Białorusi do szóstego porządku technologicznego, analizuje najbardziej typowe problemy, które mają negatywny wpływ na proces zmiany struktur, nakreśla rolę Narodowej Strategii Zrównoważonego Rozwoju - 2035 w rozwiązaniu ww. problemów.

W ostatnich 20 latach obserwowano w budownictwie okresy bardzo dobrej koniunktury, ale były też lata głębokiego regresu. Kryzysy powstawały w różnych warunkach i różne były czynniki, które je wywoływały, ale powtarzały się dość regularnie, co 8-10 lat.
