Common Criteria compliant, Modular, Open IT security Development Environment (CCMODE). System informatyczny zwany CCMODE Tools automatyzuje opracowanie dowodu, analizę bezpieczeństwa i ułatwia weryfikację dokumentacji. Proponowany system jest rozwiązaniem dla doskonalenia jakości rozwoju i dokumentacji produktów technologii informacji oraz ułatwia pracę projektantom, którzy nie znają standardu CC. W artykule przedstawiono podstawy i główne procesy metodologii Common Criteria, umieszczono krótki opis projektu CCMODE, scharakteryzowano główne moduły systemu, sformułowano wnioski i określono kierunki dalszych badań.

The aim of this article is to present issues regarding to IT projects specifications that must be taken into account during cutting a deal on IT system. The introduction includes the characteristic of information needs which are directly or indirectly the basic elements of future IT system. The data of individual sector on environmental science is compiled in information technology (IT) through database software known as Environment Information (EI). Environment information is an easy accessible database in individual sector, where people can know both new research scope and impact on environment. The present study deals to inform that EI is an area, in which the knowledge of environmental science and IT is combined through database software. In this paper, individual research area, data format and beneficial aspects on environmental science is tabulated for EI. There are several research areas in which the data viz. ecology and ecosystem, biodiversity and conservation of important species, health hazards by diseases, health care facilities, toxicological aspects, wastes types, source generation and management, alternative energy generation facilities, environment education and awareness etc. It is a conceptual approach to gather knowledge of environment related problems and prospects and can easily make a database for the intellectuals, academicians, scientists, regulatory authorities, policy makers, researchers, students etc. These help to know benefits in research area, regulatory process, decision making and proper environment management. People can easily access compiled database in an individual sector of environment science.

Author analyses the use of new technologies by the pedagogy students from the generation of digital natives focusing on using the functions of mobile electronic devices and basic functions of Internet. Data has been collected with Google Forms. They allow to collect the data very quick, to see the responses immediately and to export the data to a spreadsheet. The aim of the study is to determine the level of student’s competence on the chosen field of information technology. Research shows that students have lower skills than they declare. Author advocates that this situation needs to be improved.

Modern technologies whose development defines the beginning of the twenty-first century information civilization create entirely new possibilities for organizing and delivering educational processes. Thanks to them an opportunity for education opens up, which is a move away from the narrowly conceived encyclopaedism in education to independent work, revealing activities, and sometimes creativity. The paper will consider the benefits that can be associated with the use of IT in teaching on the one hand understood as a set of devices, on the other as education software packages. At the same time features which entails risks for the organization of teaching and learning processes as well as for themselves educated will be indicated.

В статье проанализированы разнообразные аспекты влияния информационно-компьютерных технологий на социальное и психическое здоровье личности. Рассмотрены психологические эффекты, феномены и закономерности, возникающих в Интернет – и компьютерной среде. Сделан акцент на амбивалентном характере происходящих культурных и психологических трансформаций в области развития высших психических функций личности. Затрагивается вопрос об эволюции психики современного человека, предлагающий рассмотреть под новым углом зрения критерии социального здоровья современного человека.
The article analyzes various aspects of the impact of ICT on social and mental health of the individual. The psychological effects, phenomena and regularities that arise in Internet and computer environment. The emphasis on the ambivalent nature of cultural and psychological transformations in the field of development of higher mental functions of personality. Address the question of the evolution of the psyche of modern man, offering to consider a new angle of view of criteria of social health of modern man.
W artykule przeanalizowano różne aspekty wpływu technologii informacyjno--komputerowych na środowisko społeczne i zdrowie psychiczne osobowości. Omówiono efekty psychologiczne, zjawiska i prawidłowości występujące w Internecie i w środowisku komputerowym. Zwrócono uwagę na ambiwalentny charakter kulturowych i psychologicznych zmian zachodzących w obszarze wyższych funkcji psychicznych jednostki. Postawiono pytanie o ewolucję psychiki współczesnego człowieka, odpowiedź, na które przewiduję przyjęcie nowych kryteriów zdrowia człowieka w obecnych czasach.

Health informatics is characterized by the need to securely store, process and transmit large amounts of sensitive medical data while ensuring interoperability with other systems. Among many standards used in such systems there are two which have gained interest in recent years and cover most of those needs: openEHR and HL7 FHIR. In this paper, both standards are discussed and compared with each other. The architecture of both systems, the similarities and differences, methods of data modeling and ensuring interoperability were presented.

Nadzór nad testami wiedzy studentów z wykorzystaniem komputera zwiększa obiektywizm i wiarygodność wyników. Rozwiązanie to daje możliwość nie tylko do sprawdzania wiedzy uczniów, ale także do ich poprawiania. Pomaga zwiększyć poziom przyswojenia jednostek dydaktycznych dyscypliny. Pozwala także zaoszczędzić czas pracy nauczyciela poświęcany do sprawdzania prac uczniów. Badania eksperymentalne potwierdziły wysoki stopień gotowości studentów do postrzegania i zapamiętywania informacji w testach komputerowych opartych na szkoleniach. Pozwala to na personalizowanie edukacji, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych cech uczniów i samego procesu uczenia się.
Test control of knowledge of students using a computer enhances objectivity and reliability of the results. It gives an opportunity not only to check the students’ knowledge, but also to correct them. It helps increase the level of assimilation of didactic units of the discipline. It allows you to save the time of the teacher to check student work. Experimental research has confirmed a high degree of readiness of students to perceive and remember information in a training computer-based testing. This allows to personalize the education, taking into account the individual characteristics of students and the learning process itself.

Temat pracy jest próbą analizy problemu będącego kompilacją dwóch wzajemnie uzupełniających się wątków pracy. W pracy poruszony zostanie problem efektywności nauczania w szkole o profilu technicznym, który jest wynikiem nie tylko działań dydaktycznych nauczycieli, ale również odpowiedzialności dyrektora szkoły zadania organizacyjne umożliwiające osiągnięcie spodziewanych efektów pracy placówki. Przytoczone zostaną również efekty badań naukowych oraz ogólnie dostępne dane statystyczne, których zadaniem jest aktualne osadzenie omawianego tematu w obszarze społecznym o charakterze edukacyjnym. W pracy zostanie poddany dyskusji problem do dalszych przemyśleń, dotyczący istotności wykorzystywanych technologii informacyjnych w kształceniu technicznym.
The main subject of the paper is an attempt to analyze the problem which is a compilation of two complementary themes. This paper will be address the problem of the effectiveness of teaching in the technical profile's school, which is not only the result of teaching activities of teachers, but also the school director's responsibility for administrative tasks to achieve the expected results of educational institution n. The article will be also present the results of research and publicly available statistical data, whose a task is to indicate of the subject in the area of the social educational. In the paper will be discussed issue for further reflection concerning the significance of information technology used in technical education.

Wstęp i cel: Praca przedstawia budowę przewodowych i bezprzewodowych sieci komputerowych. Są w niej opisane etapy projektowania dostępu do Internetu oraz zasoby sprzętowe niezbędne podczas budowy infrastruktury sieciowej. Omówiono sposoby łączenia komputerów w sieć i przedstawiono urządzenia wykorzystywane w tym procesie. W pracy można zauważyć szczególny nacisk na funkcjonalność i bezawaryjność sieci LAN oraz WLAN. Celem pracy jest ukazanie obecnych standardów i możliwości przydatnych podczas projektowania sieci teleinformatycznych. Materiał i metody: Materiał stanowią dane z literatury dotyczącej sieci komputerowych. Zastosowano metodę analizy. Wyniki: Wyjaśnione zostały pojęcia związane z topologią oraz aktualnymi standardami. Zostały wyjaśnione pojęcia z zakresu Informatyki i technologii sieciowych. Ukazano, na co należy zwrócić uwagę podczas projektowania i analizy sieci teleinformatycznych. Wnioski: Opisanie zasad projektowania sieci teleinformatycznej w niniejszej pracy może stanowić poradnik dla początkujących projektantów sieci z tego względu, że znajdziemy tutaj przegląd technologii związanych z dziedziną Informatyki i sieci komputerowych. Praca może być traktowana, jako pomoc podczas projektowania sieci komputerowych.
Introduction and aim: The paper presents the construction of wired and wireless networks. In the paper are described some design stages of Internet access and the necessary hardware resources during the construction of the network infrastructure. Discussed ways to connect computers in a network and shows the device used in this process. In the paper can be seen emphasis on functionality and reliability LAN and WLAN. The main aim of this study is to show the current standards and capabilities useful in the design of networks. Material and methods: The material is data from the literature on computer networks. Has been used the method of analysis. Results: In the paper have been explained some concepts of topology and current standards. Also have been described concepts of Computer Science and networking technologies. It shows what you should pay attention to the design and analysis of networks. Conclusions: Describe the data communications network design principles in this work could be a guide for novice web designers, therefore, that we find here an overview of technologies related to the field of Information Technology and computer networks. The work can be regarded as an aid in the design of computer networks.
