    Podejmowanie decyzji jest zasadniczym elementem procesów zarządczych organizacji. Sieć czynników je determinujących, ich niepewność i niestabilność stały się immanentnymi cechami tego procesu. Wybór optymalnych rozwiązań spośród istniejących alternatyw wymaga stosowania metod przystających do tych warunków. Jedną z nich jest model Cynefin, wywodzący się z teorii systemów adaptacyjnych i kognitywistyki. W artykule zaprezentowano założenia modelu Cynefin w kontekście możliwości kształtowania procesów decyzyjnych w warunkach niepewności.
    Decision making is an essential part of management processes. Network factors, their uncertainty and instability have become inherent features of these processes. Selection of optimal solutions of existing alternatives require use methods which have agreed to these conditions. The paper presents the basic assumptions and possibilities of using Cynefin framework for modeling complex decision making processes under uncertainty.

    W artykule podjęto problem tworzenia modeli biznesowych w warunkach jakie stwarza współczesna rzeczywistość gospodarcza. Rozważania koncentrują się na mikroprocesach, w których wartość wyłania się dzięki interakcji agentów. Z tej perspektywy model biznesowy jawi się jako abstrakcyjne odwzorowanie złożonego doświadczenia. Dynamiczne ujęcie tych aspektów wyznacza potencjał innowacji w organizacji. Rozważania poparto wynikami badań własnych. We wnioskach sformułowano wskazówki metodologiczne do tworzenia modeli biznesu.
    In the article the problem of creating of business models in the conditions posed by contemporary economic reality is discussed. The author focus on the micro-processes of value, emerging in the interactions of agents. From this perspective, the business model appears as an abstract representation of the complex experience. The dynamic approach to these facets of the processes determines the potential of innovation within the organization. Methodological guidelines for creating business models are formulated in the conclusions.

    The paper begins with a description about the services of electronic freight and ware-house exchanges currently available on the Internet, then, continues to point out their shortcomings. Based on this, it demonstrates the participants, the aims, the structure and the services of a logistically and economically ideal electronic freight and warehouse exchange system. Then it presents the e-commerce toolbar (catalogue, tenders, auctions), which gives the framework of choosing. It empha-sises the application of a self-developed multi-criteria decision supporting algorithm (based on AHP – Analytic Hierarchy Process -) in the assessment of offers received for tender. The paper describes one optimum search problem emerging in electronic freight and warehouse exchanges, then presents, in details, the ant colony algorithm (BA_ACO) for its solution (to support the complex logistics processes). The demonstration of the modules and operational process of this system is done with the help of self-developed VBA-based (Visual Basic Application) algorithms.

    W artykule przedstawiono zalety i ograniczenia metody predykcji procesów złożonych reprezentowanych przez szeregi czasowe, opartej na metodzie GMDH i korzystającej z właściwości funkcji wrażliwości. Użycie funkcji wrażliwości ma zapewnić zwiększenie precyzji predykcji w stosunku do metody podstawowej, dzięki informacjom o kierunku i szybkości zmian wartości zmiennych szeregu, zawartych w funkcjach wrażliwości. Na wejściu potrzebna jest niewielka ilości danych (siedem). Metoda wykazuje zwiększenie skuteczności w stosunku do GMDH nawet przy wykorzystaniu wielomianów Kołmogorowa-Gabora jedynie drugiego stopnia.
    In this paper, there are presented the advantages and limitations of the prediction method of complex processes (presented in the form of the time series) which is based on the Russian researcher A. G. Ivakhnenko-GMDH method and uses the properties of the first and second-order sensitivity functions. Sensitivity function is used to ensure an increase of the precision of the prediction in relation to the basic method, thanks to the information about direction and changes in the values of the time series variables and the speed of these changes included in them. We need only small amount of input data (seven) opposed to the other regression methods using large amounts of information in order to study the statistical relationship between time series variables. On the basis of several alternative (partial) models we receive several outputs for every time-series variable, from which we choose the best (terms previously fixed criteria) [1]. Figures 1, 4, 6 and 7 show the results of the prediction of the best partial models for one or two steps forward. Others show values of the sensitivity functions indicating an influence on the studied variables. Results of the prediction without using the sensitivity function differ significantly from the expected values, therefore, are not shown in the drawings. The method shows an increase in efficacy in comparison with GMDH even for second degree Kolomogorov-Gabor polynomials.

    Celem opracowania jest próba przeniesienia rozumowania charakterystycznego dla teorii relacji złożonych procesów reakcji (Complex Responsive Processes - CRP) do wyjaśniania tworzenia się wiedzy społecznej. W artykule w pierwszej kolejności zaprezentowano obszerną charakterystykę teorii CRP jako przyjętej ramy metodologicznej. Następnie wyjaśniono zjawiska uczenia się i powstawania wiedzy w kontekście organizacji, stosując model przyjęty w CRP. Przeniesienie rozważań na poziom społeczny zostało zapoczątkowane w części trzeciej, w której odwołano się do tekstów innych autorów niniejszego tomu, tj. Jerzego Hausnera, Jarosława Górniaka, Stanisława Mazura i Anny Gizy, opisujących tworzenie się wiedzy w wymiarze społecznym. W ostatniej części dokonano próby interpretacji wiedzy społecznej, posługując się założeniami teorii CRP. W zakończeniu określono ograniczenia metodologiczne analizy oraz przedstawiono kierunki dalszych rozważań.
    The aim of the paper is to explain social knowledge creation in terms of the Complex Responsive Processes (CRP) theory. As a methodological framework of his analysis, the author gives a detailed description of the CRP approach, presents the phenomena of learning and knowledge creation in an organizational context, and considers the social level of knowledge. He discusses contributions by J. Hausner, J. Górniak, S. Mazur, and A. Giza, who embed the problem of knowledge in the social context that is covered in the current issue of the journal. In his conclusion, the author assesses the interpretation of social knowledge on the basis of the CRP assumptions and offers some thoughts on the end limits and future directions of this approach.

Matrix theory is an essential component of such courses and we both excelled at it. Our paths have intersected on a number of occasions and George's insight and cooperation has been a great help in enabling me to carry out research in several areas. This article summarizes the value of George's presence and help in carrying out some interesting and complicated research projects.

    The article is focused on preconditions and general conception of simulating the processes of innovative projects initialization with establishing production and processing complexes on the industrial facilities and material and technical basis of agricultural enterprises. The paper suggests the conceptual model of the processes of initialization of introducing innovative projects of production and processing complexes for agribusiness of Ukraine. The suggested conceptual model reveals the sequential and mutual dependence of the processes of initialization of the determined innovative projects.     The issues presented in this article do not only refer to the substantive aspects of processes of teaching, learning and communication, but also to their close connections in teaching foreign languages. Therefore, on the one hand, the course of teaching and learning is viewed separately, and, on the other hand, their inseparable unity is established. Learning new perceptual foreignlanguage structures is seen as a multi-stage process which takes place not only in decoding but also in the construction of matrices in the foreign-language storage mechanism. All foreignlanguage activities relating to teaching and learning are based on communication, which runs parallel to glotto-didactic processes. Thus, the following results emerge for learners: known information structures function as means of communication and understanding, while new structures function as means of communication and teaching and learning.
    Die im Beitragstitel dargestellten Fragen zielen sowohl auf das Wesen der Lehr-Lern-Prozesse und der Kommunikationsprozesse als auch auf deren feste Verkettungen im Fremdsprachenunterricht. Dementsprechend werden einerseits die einzelnen Abläufe des Lehrens und des Lernens und anderseits deren geschlossene Einheit behandelt. Das Lernen der neu empfangenen fremdsprachlichen Strukturen ist als mehrstufiger Prozess aufzufassen. Er vollzieht sich nicht nur in der Dekodierung der fremdsprachlichen Strukturen, sondern auch in deren Konstruktion in Form von Matrizen im Speicher-Mechanismus. Alle fremdsprachlichen Lehr-und-Lern-Handlungen basieren auf der Kommunikation, die zu den glottodidaktischen Prozessen parallel abläuft. Daraus lassen sich für die Lernenden folgende Schlüsse ziehen: Die bekannten Informationsstrukturen funktionieren als Kommunikations- und Verständigungsmittel, die neuen als Kommunikations- und Lehr-Lern-Mittel.

    The central problem of the paper is grouping details in the conditions of FMS (flexible manufacturing system). The criteria for forming rational detail groups were identified and. The statistical analysis of details characteristics was based on the database of products for the electronic industry. The paper proposes a mathematical method of grouping using accumulated data on the processing objects, which employs the group-ing criteria. By employing such an approach we are presented with details grouped according to normative indicators of FMS equipment loading or minimum loss on their readjustment within the group of technological adjusting for every robotic technological complex (RTC).
