Opis:
Церковное пение способствует передаче социально-культурных отношений, ориентаций, ценностей, категорий, элементов христианства через осязаемые знаки и сообщения словесного искусства. Церковное пение представлено здесь как модель коммуникации с самоорганизующимся процессом связывающая и когнитивный опыт, и ценностные ориентации и социальную, практическую деятельность. Церковное пение интегрирует фонетические символы, вокал и музыку в структуру норм и принципов с внутренней связью и семантической интерпретацией. Церковное пение как социальная коммуникация является динамикой личностного усвоения доктрины элементов, социального опыта в виде знаний о мире вокруг накопленных христианской культурой принципов и навыков общественной жизни и социально значимой продуктивной деятельности, критериев самоопределения в обществе. В свою очередь, человек не только передает христианскую культуру, но также создает и производит традиции, изменяя или изобретая культурные инновации.
Church singing promotes the transmission of sociocultural relations, attitudes, values, categories and elements of Christianity through tangible signs and messages of verbal art. Church singing is presented here as a model of communication with self-organizing process linking cognitive experience, value orientations and social practical activity. Church singing integrates phonetic symbols, singing and music into a structure of the norms and principles with intrinsic relation and semantic interpretation. Church singing as social communication, is the dynamic of personal acceptance of doctrinal elements, social experience in the form of knowledge about the surrounding world accumulated by Christian culture, principles and skills of community life, socially meaningful productive activity, and criteria of self-determination in a community. In turn, a person not only transmits Christian culture, but also creates and reproduces a tradition, varying it or inventing cultural innovations.
Śpiew cerkiewny sprzyja przenoszeniu społeczno-kulturowych relacji, postaw, wartości, kategorii, elementów chrześcijaństwa przez konkretne znaki i przesłania sztuki werbalnej. Śpiew cerkiewny został tu przedstawiony jako model komunikacji z procesem samoorganizacji, jako model, który łączy i doświadczenie poznawcze, i orientacje wartościujące, i praktyczną i społeczną działalność. Śpiew cerkiewny integruje symboli fonetyczne, śpiew i muzykę w strukturę norm i zasad z więziami wewnętrznymi i interpretacją semantyczną. Śpiew cerkiewny jako komunikacja społeczna jest dynamiką osobistego przejmowania doktryny elementów, społecznego doświadczenia w zakresie wiedzy o otaczającym świecie wokół zgromadzonych przez kulturę chrześcijańską zasad i umiejętności życia społecznego i społecznie znaczącą produkcyjną działalnością, kryteriów samostanowienia w społeczeństwie. Z kolei człowiek nie tylko przekazuje kulturę chrześcijańską, ale także tworzy i produkuje tradycje, zmieniając lub wymyślając innowacje kulturowe.

The crash of TU-154 plane on 10 April 2010, which killed the Polish president, Lech Kaczyński, and 95 other members of the presidential delegation, had most of all the consequences on the political system - it became necessary to ensure continuity of the state’s authorities, and to organize early elections of the head of state. Controversies over the accident, which occurred just a few days after the tragedy, caused a conspicuous polarization of Polish public opinion (Niżyńska, 2010). The so-called “case of the cross” (concerning the cross which was erected in front of the Presidential Palace by a group of Polish scouts in honour of the victims of the disaster) turned out to be a symbolic expression of the split in Polish society. The language of the public debate about that event took on specific qualities that we want only to sketch in the presented paper. We draw attention to three important factors that constitute “the discourse on the cross”: a) areligious context, b) a context ofpatriotic martyrdom, c) a political context. Furthermore we tend to show that political communication in Poland after 2010 has revealed only the existing social split, the first symptoms of which are to be sought in the reconfiguration of the Polish party system at the turn of the 20th and 21st century.
Katastrofa samolotu TU-154 z 10 kwietnia 2010 roku, w której zginęli prezydent Polski, Lech Kaczyński, oraz 95 osób wchodzących w skład prezydenckiej delegacji, miała przede wszystkim konsekwencje ustrojowe - konieczne stało się zapewnienie ciągłości władz państwowych oraz zorganizowanie przyspieszonych wyborów głowy państwa. Kontrowersje w sprawie wypadku, jakie pojawiły się już kilka dni po tragedii, spowodowały jednak także wyraźną polaryzację opinii publicznej. Symbolicznym wyrazem podziału stała się tzw. sprawa krzyża ustawionego przed Pałacem Prezydenckim przez harcerzy w hołdzie ofiarom katastrofy. Język debaty publicznej towarzyszący temu wydarzeniu nabrał z czasem cech swoistych, które chcemy w niniejszym artykule ledwie naszkicować. Zwracamy uwagę na trzy istotne elementy konstytuujące dyskurs okołokrzyżowy: a) kontekst religijny; b) kontekst patriotyczno-martyrologiczny; c) kontekst polityczny. Ukazujemy ponadto, że komunikacja polityczna po 2010 roku unaoczniła jedynie podział społeczny, którego pierwszych symptomów upatrywać należy w rekonfiguracji polskiego systemu partyjnego na przełomie XX i XXI wieku.

The experimental research presented in this paper concerning the evaluation and the development of oral ability of Polish children with impaired hearing system. The aim of the research was the assessment, evaluation of positive changes in the level of oral development. The research have been conducted with the use of two computer attachments: Laryngograph Processor PCLX and Nosality, connected to a PC computer. The obtained results and following practical conclusions can serve as guidelines in clinical and logopedical applications in voice rehabilitation and communication development of groups of non-hearing children whose native language is not necessarily Polish.

Opis:
Dla efektywnego wspomagania procesu eksploatacji statków powietrznych użytkowanych w Siłach Zbrojnych RP zostały wprowadzone systemy informatyczne m.in. system SI SAMANTA, zawierający dane o niesprawnościach instalacji i systemów pokładowych, a także system SI TURAWA, umożliwiający określanie statusu wybranych parametrów eksploatacyjnych. W artykule przedstawiono komputerowy systemu ewidencji danych zintegrowanego systemu łączności, który eksploatowany jest na śmigłowcach Mi8/Mi17/Mi24. Gromadzone dane eksploatacyjne systemu dają możliwość wyznaczania i oceny parametrów eksploatacyjnych, w tym niezawodności oraz gotowości operacyjnej.
In Poland, the effective aiding of the operation of aircraft and helicopters used in the Polish Armed Forces is also provided by IT systems, including, among others, the SAMANTA system, which includes data about the defects of avionic systems and devices, and the TURAWA system, which allows specifying the status and selected operating parameters. The Air Force Institute of Technology runs an IT system in the form of a database to collect specific data and determine the value of selected operating parameters in the scope of the ZSŁ (integrated communication system). The database is regularly updated with information concerning, among others, dates of commencing maintenance, servicing and storage of particular ZSŁ system components, results of checks and inspections, descriptions of damage and defects, as well as the times of their operation on board of an aircraft (data collected from military units using the system).

Opis:
The light-emitting diode (LED) is an essential component of intelligent street lighting (ISL) systems. An efficient ISL system can not only reduce power consumption by planning LED illuminating time but also reduce maintenance costs through a high degree of automation. In this paper, a buck-boost converter is used to realise composite transmission of power and signals for an ISL system. The power is modulated by the pulse width modulation (PWM) approach, and the switching ripple generated in the PWM process is utilised as the carrier of the signals transmitted between the remote-control centre and the slave nodes. Moreover, the proposed model involves a ‘request to send (RTS)/confirm to send (CTS)’ mechanism to avoid signal conflicts. Compared with the conventional power line communication (PLC) approach, the proposed transmission scheme has the advantages of simple circuit structure and simple system wiring. Additionally, a simulation model built in MATLAB/Simulink proves the designed transmission method has strong anti-noise ability.

During working with children with communication disorders, they are more and more often accompanied by devices supporting the development of speech. One of them is the C-eye system, which is used especially in two areas – communication and education. This article is an introductory report on the research on the use of high technologies in working with children with developmental disorders, accompanied by deficits in the field of verbal speech. The described case study concerns a child with delayed speech development, without any additional health burden, in whom the etiology of communication disorders has not been determined despite careful diagnostics and many specialist consultations. The article was written on the basis of observations, an interview with the family and the recommendations provided, and presents the original path of therapeutic treatment with the use of the C-eye device, which can be used in work with preschool and early school children. Very important was the neurologopedic diagnosis and research conducted during the therapy, which allowed for the proper definition of therapeutic goals and showed its effectiveness, both in the communication, educational and social sphere.

Purpose: The aim of the research was to identify problems and develop a way to improve the communication process between partners in the logistics process. Design/methodology/approach: By analysing complaints and interviewing employees, the most important problems in the process were identified. Thanks to the 5 Whys analysis, the root causes of the problems were then identified. Understanding the sources of problems was used to design and implement an IT system supporting communication between suppliers and the manufacturer. Findings: The use of a quality management tool has identified the causes of the problems observed. Three basic sources have been distinguished: lack of dedicated platform to contact the carrier, lack of a knowledge base about the means of transport available at carriers and lack of integration of documentation with a given carrier in the IT system. By knowing the sources of the problems, it was possible to design an efficient and effective IT system. Research limitations/implications: Improvement of the process was possible thanks to the involvement of top management and awareness of the necessity of changes by interested parties. Practical implications: As a result of the analyses, a coherent design of the IT system was developed, whose implementation ensured that problems in the process were reduced, including sending errors and invoicing errors, as well as a shortening of the average processing time for a single order. Originality/value: The implication of quality management tools to improve the logistics process.

W artykule omówiony został sposób doboru środków transportu publicznej komunikacji zbiorowej do tras komunikacyjnych, począwszy od planowania układu komunikacyjnego, czyli zapoznania się z infrastrukturą poprzez odpowiedni dobór środków transportu komunikacji zbiorowej z taboru, którym dysponuje dane miasto. Omówione zostały również rodzaje taboru i czynniki jakie powinny zostać spełnione, aby dany środek transportu mógł optymalnie obsługiwać wybraną trasę.
The way of selection of means of public transport to communication routes was discussed in this article. Starting from planning transport network, that is, familiarizing with infrastructure through proper selection of means of public transport that a given city possesses. The types of means of transport and conditions that must be met to start a given means of transport were also discussed.

Opis:
How does Yad Vashem Institute presents the stories of the youngest participants in the war? What role do children play in its narrative? Do the authors of the exhibition devote separate exhibition to them – or are the children’s fates ‘inscribed’ in the overall message about history? Is the death of victims or the death of heroes at the centre of the message? Is the museum presentation dedicated to specific, individual figures or rather to communities of anonymous participants in wartime events? The author of the article addresses those questions by analysing the narrative line of the Holocaust History Museum (Yad Vashem) in Jerusalem. The research conducted show that the Holocaust story presented in this place focuses on the loss and suffering that resulted in interrupted lives. The perspective of the victims dominates the exhibition analysed. The civilian victims of occupation and Genocide are at the centre of the exhibition.
W jaki sposób Jad Waszem eksponuje historie najmłodszych uczestników wojny? Jaką rolę odgrywają dzieci w prezentowanej ekspozycji? Czy jest im poświęcona odrębna wystawa, czy ich losy są wpisane w ogólną narrację? Czy w centrum przekazu znajduje się śmierć ofiar, czy może śmierć bohaterów? I wreszcie – czy mamy tu do czynienia z dziecięcym bohaterem zbiorowym, czy raczej ze zbiorem indywidualnych historii i biografii młodych osób znanych z imienia i nazwiska? Autor poszukuje odpowiedzi na te pytania, analizując linię narracyjną Muzeum Historii Holokaustu w Instytucie Jad Waszem w Jerozolimie. Stwierdza, że zorganizowana tu wystawa stała koncentruje się na utraconym i przerwanym życiu. Dominuje w niej perspektywa ofiar wojennego dramatu rozpętanego przez nazistowskie Niemcy, a głos oddano tu przede wszystkim – żyjącym i nieżyjącym – cywilnym ofiarom okupacji, wojny i Zagłady.

Opis:
This paper is dedicated to an overview of components of an onboard control system of an autonomous ship. This system controls and operates the ship. Therefore, this system needs to be able to analyze the ship’s state, predict its future development and analyze the consequences of its own decisions. The paper focuses on software aspects of the onboard control system, not the hardware. The paper provides an overview of technologies that can be used to implement the components of such a system responsible for planning new routes, handling the ship during the voyage, ensuring its seaworthiness and safety during the voyage, monitoring an autonomous ship from an onshore control centre, ensuring the robustness of the onboard control system, and collective operations of multiple autonomous ships. The paper describes benefits the maritime industry would gain from deploying some of the technologies developed for autonomous ships on ordinary, human-controlled ships. The paper also describes some challenges, especially in the field of automatic decision and reasoning, arising from the emergence of autonomous and smart ships. The main contribution of the paper is that it summarizes existing research in different areas of autonomous ship technology.
