Opis:
The creative heritage of Yakov Polonsky foreruns the Russian modernism on the whole and symbolism in particular in terms of both the worldview and the features of poetics. Vladimir Solovyov explained this connection by pointing to the romantic vein in the personality of the poet and to his striving for the ideal. Polonsky was the forerunner of the Russian symbolism in that he affirmed the ideal in the forms of real life. The convergence between his work and the programme of the young symbolists consisted in the absolute reliance on the image as a “symbol of the religious reality” (Aram Asoyan). The lyrical cycles by Polonsky and Blok that are discussed show a dramatic disunity of a community of people who have lost spiritual values of life. The result of this loss is suffering and death (the motive of Retribution). The moment of the highest tension in the development of the lyric plot in Polonsky’s work is the loneliness of the protagonist in the absolute darkness and emptiness of a lifeless space of a mystery. Blok shows the loneliness of his protagonist in the antithesis between the motionless “perfect order” of an ordinary life and the spontaneous movement of reminiscences, of anticipation and of thoughts, all born from dreams. Polonsky’s Dreams close with the Transfiguration achieved through obtaining a mysterious book. Blok’s cycle, in turn, ends with a sentence of suffering in the afterlife for the apostate. The analysis of the plot and motives in the two cycles makes it possible to ascertain their affinity on the level of the symbolic functioning of the motif complex of the apocalyptic plot.
Творческое наследие Я. П. Полонского мировоззренчески и чертами поэтики предшествовало русскому модернизму в целом и символизму в частности. В. С. Соловьев обосновывал эту общность романтической направленностью личности поэта и ее устремленностью к идеалу. Полонский предварил русский символизм тем, что, утверждал идеальное начало в формах действительной жизни. Органичность его творчества программе младших символистов состояла в абсолютном доверии художественному образу как «символу религиозной реальности» (А. А. Асоян). В лирических циклах Полонского и Блока показана драматическая разобщенность сообщества людей, утративших духовные смыслы бытия. Следствием этой утраты становится страдание и смерть (мотив Возмездия). Наиболее напряженным моментом в развитии лирического сюжета у Полонского является одиночество героя в абсолютной темноте и пустоте безжизненного мистериального пространства. У Блока одиночество героя показано в антитезе неподвижного «отменного порядка» обыденности стихийному движению порожденных сном воспоминаний, предчувствий, мыслей. Сны Полонского завершаются мотивом Преображения через обретение тайной книги. Цикл Блока – утверждением посмертного страдания богоотступника. Сюжетно-мотивный анализ двух циклов позволяет установить их родственность на уровне символического функционирования мотивного комплекса апокалиптического сюжета.

АннотацияПравопорядок, будучи системным явлением организации общественной жизни, пре-дставлен как особая социально-психологическая реальность, предусматривающая не только возможность, но и необходимость его научного анализа. Понятие правопорядка созвучно с понятиями государства, власти, однако имеет не только институциональные, а и мно- гомерные психологические аспекты в своем содержании. Динамика правопорядка тесно коррелирует с тенденциями социального развития, изменениями состояния социальной психики, культурными условиями, гуманизацией или дегуманизацией правовой политики на определенном историческом этапе.В представленной статье очерчено авторское видение социально-психологического содержания отдельных граней правопорядка. В частности уделяется внимание роли зако-нодателя, несущего «повинность» за его нормативную регуляцию. С позиций защиты обще-ственной безопасности делается вывод, что непродуманное, гносеологически неоправданное нормотворчество нередко также если не более разрушительно, нежели то Зло, которое породило «властный указ». В рамках социально-психологического дискурса и основываясь на гуманистической парадигме, безопасность человека базируется на устойчивом правовом фундаменте, спосо-бном обеспечить реальное создание и соблюдение условий для самоактуализации. Защита личности как общественной ценности, обеспечение ее права на развитие и счастье, по нашему мнению, является важнейшим условием формирования не формального, а истинного правопорядка.
Praworządność, jako zjawisko systemowej organizacji życia społecznego, jest przedstawiona jako specyficzny element rzeczywistości społeczno-psychologicznej, która nie tylko stwarza możliwość, ale także wymusza konieczność analizy naukowej. Pojęcie praworządności jest zgodne z koncepcją państwa, rządu, obejmuje jednak nie tylko instytucjonalne, ale wielowymiarowe i psychologiczne aspekty. Dynamika praworządności jest ściśle skorelowana z trendami rozwoju społecznego, zmianami stanu psychiki społecznej, uwarunkowaniami kulturowymi, humanizacją i dehumanizacją polityki prawnej w pewnym historycznym etapie. W artykule autor przedstawił wizję społeczno-psychologicznej zawartości poszczególnych aspektów praworządności. W szczególności zwrócił uwagę na rolę ustawodawcy uzyskującego mandat dla regulacji normatywnych. W zakresie środków ochrony bezpieczeństwa publicznego stwierdzono, że nieprzemyślane, epistemologicznie nieuzasadnione reguły okazują się często bardziej szkodliwe niż narzucane odgórnie dekrety. W ramach dyskursu społeczno-psychologicznego i bazując na paradygmacie humanistycznym, bezpieczeństwo ludzkie opiera się na stabilnej podstawie prawnej zdolnej do zapewnienia warunków samorealizacji. Ochrona jednostki jako wartości społecznej, zapewnienie jej prawa do rozwoju i szczęścia jest najważniejszym warunkiem dla kształtowania, nie tyle formalnego, co rzeczywistego prawa i porządku.
The law and order, as a phenomenon system of organization public life, presented as a special socio-psychological reality, which contemplate not only ability, but also needs of its scientific analysis. The concept of law and order similar with concept of state, government, however, has not only institutional and multi-dimensional psychological aspects of its content. Dynamics of law and order is tightly correlates with trends of social development, changing of mental status, cultural terms, humanization or dehumanization of legal policy at definitely historical stage.In the presented article, the author’s vision of socio-psychological content of the individual boundaries of law and order is defined. In particular the attention to the role of the legislator getting the “obligation” for its normative regulation is paid. With protection of position of public safety there is an output that unreasoned, epistemologically unjustified rule-making is often as, if not more than damaging than the evil, which generated “power decree”.In the frame of the socio-psychological discourse and basing on the humanistic paradigm, safety of human is based on the sustainable legal fundament which can make real creation and conditions compliance for self-actualization. Protection of the individual as a social value, ensuring its right for development and happiness, in our opinion is the most important condition for the formation not formal but the true law and order.

Opis:
Professional academic music occupies a special place in the system of culture. The composer’s cultural activity is designed to expand the artistic and aesthetic horizons of public consciousness and to influence the formation of worldviews. In particular, the elite musical culture not only fills the deficit of self-worth of creativity, the spiritual growth of the individual, but also assumes the function of breaking stereotypes. The ideas of dialogue and integration of mass and elite cultures are both negative and positive. On the example of cultural missions of Vladimir Guba and Svyatoslav Krutikov, prominent representatives of Ukrainian culture, members of the group "Kyiv avant-garde" we will outline the influence of elite musical culture on the reconstruction of anthropocentric values.

Opis:
The author argues that in all economically independent states, as well as in Ukraine, the mechanisms of optimization of the state economic role and private economic initiatives are being searched. However, the optimal combination of the market mechanism forces and state regulation in the long-term perspective failed to be reached almost anywhere, that leads to a permanent review of the economic and political forces impact, science impact on the relations between economy and state, entails a transition from the current, state running model to liberal economic policy or vice versa.
Autor udowadnia, że w każdym gospodarczo niepodległym państwie, również na Ukrainie, trwa poszukiwanie mechanizmu optymizacji roli gospodarczej państwa oraz inicjatyw prywatnych. Jednak w trwałej perspektywie nie osiągnięto optymalnego połączenia wysiłków mechanizmu rynkowego i regulacji rządowych. Wpływanie państwa na gospodarkę pociąga za sobą szereg zmian, m.in. przejście od modelu centralizacji gospodarki do modelu liberalnego lub odwrotnie.

The relationship between political strategy of the state (first of all on the basis of studying the experience of democratic transformations) and the foreign policy vector of national development on the example of Ukraine and countries of Central and Eastern Europe is examined. The author seeks to find answers to the question: «What is the ideological guidance for national development of modern Ukraine?»; «Experience of our closest neighbors - Central and Eastern Europe - may be useful in identifying these ideological landmarks for Ukraine?»; «Should such ideological orientations be based on clearly defined ideological and political (doctrinal) bases or be as politically neutral?». The proposed research of the structure of European integration strategy because of the burning social and political realities of Ukraine distinguish the most problematic areas of political, social, economic and cultural space of national society. Based on the experience of the process of democratic transformation and holding of European integration in Poland, Hungary, Romania and other CEE countries are attempting to define «strong» and «weak» sides of these processes for the further consideration of their formulation of national politics and the foreign policy strategy of systemic transformation. The author’s view on the problems and prospects of development of civil society in Ukraine in view of events ( in fact - for the most significant recent history of national tests) is presented by late 2013 - early 2014.

The article discusses the problem of absence of symmetry between opening of the economy and opening of the society. Even though both discussed occurrences have their history, they are studied separately. In the article a hypothesis is put on existence of asymmetry between opening of the economy and opening of the society and this fact is seen as one of the obstacles which limits both studied and analysed processes. The attention in the article is turned to fact that there are measures which help to estimate the scale of opening of an economy, however there are no similar tools to measure openness of a society. This asymmetry limits our ability to understand the problem and to construct tools necessary to reduce it. The aim of the article is not to show actions or a plan for narrowing the existing gap between the two processes but pointing at the role of those two processes in shaping the effective policy in the two fields.

Opis:
The aim of this study refers to the understanding of parents’ attitudes towards private and alternative schools. The sample consists of 189 parents. The applied instrument consists of the assessment scale of distinctive features of private schools vs. public schools, as well as questions about the level of information about alternative pedagogical concepts. Results indicate that the respondents believe that there are no significant differences between private and public schools, and they are not informed enough about various alternative pedagog- ical concepts. It may be concluded that work on the promotion of school choice, as parents’ right, is very important.

In the article I will define the role and place of both thinkers in relation to the fact of Christianity’s involvement in politics.

Chodzi o spotkanie myśli chrześcijańskiej i lewicowej w kontekście teologii wyzwolenia, która wszelako nie jest rozumiana radykalnie, jako południowoamerykański ruch zbrojnej walki o wartości chrześcijańskie, ale jako oddziaływanie idei lewicowych na wartości przyjmowane przez ludzi Kościoła. Zarówno Kołakowski, jak i Tischner wielokrotnie podejmowali wątki związane z teologią wyzwolenia. W artykule określam stanowisko obydwu myślicieli wobec faktu zaangażowania chrześcijaństwa w politykę.

The reflection of theoretical and practical aspects of regional literature, which reflects the vital and creative values of the border region, and shows the possibilities of consolidating a multicultural society by means of literature, is presented in the example of the analysis of separate poems by Lyubov Krasevskaya, Dmitry Kovalev, Vladimir Kuchminsky, and of the stories by Zbigniew Włodzimierz Fronczek.
W artykule autorka omawia pojęcie „regionalna literatura wieloetniczna”, pokazuje jej specyfikę: różnorodność gatunkową, tematyczną i problemową, charakter języka i stylu, a także zwraca uwagę na rolę inter-języka oraz inter-kultury w odbiorze czytelników. Na przykładzie analizy wybranych wierszy Liubow Kraszewskiej, Dymitra Kowalowa, Vladimira Kuczmińskiego, opowiadania Zbigniewa Włodzimierza Fronczka pokazuje kwestie funkcjonowania teoretycznych i praktycznych aspektów literatury regionalnej, która odzwierciedla wartości życiowe i twórcze pogranicza, pokazuje możliwości konsolidacji wielokulturowego społeczeństwa za pomocą literatury.
В статье автор раскрывает понятие «региональная полиэтническая литература», показывает специфику её жанрового многобразия, тематики и проблематики, языка и стиля, в том числе, отмечает и роль интер-языка и интер-культуры в осмыслении произведения читателем. На примере анализа отдельных стихотворений Л.Н.Красевской, Д.М..Ковалёва, В.Д. Кучминского, рассказов З. В. Фрончека показано отражение теоретических и практических аспектов региональной литературы, которая отражает жизненные и творческие ценности пограничья, показывает возможности консолидации   мультикультурного социума средствами литературы.

Opis:
By declaring a language as their native language or mother tongue, people carry out an act of identification with this language, and via this language with people and ideas to whom they assign the same language. This comes to the fore especially when external conflicts are transferred to the linguistic constellation. This is the case in Ukraine, where three languages / codes are at the disposal: the state’s official language Ukrainian, but also Russian, and “suržyk”, a widespread form of speech containing both Ukrainian and Russian elements. Based on a survey from 2014 in the central regions of Ukraine, this article examines which of these languages / codes are chosen as a native language and how this choice is connected with more objective aspects of language use. By means of generative additive mixed-effects modeling, it will be shown how this choice varies both socially and geographically.
