    Opis:
    This paper refers to certain aspects of the process of simplification of the European Union legislation. It focuses on the three main methods of editorial and substantial intervention in the text of a Union legal act, i.e. consolidation, codification and recast. Those three conceptions, their purpose and differences between them in terms of the procedure applied and the legal and practical consequences for the Union law are elaborated. Interdependence of those three methods is explained. The first step of the technical simplification of the Union law is the informal consolidation of the text of a legal act which forms the basis for the formal codification work at a later stage, which in turn is the basis for recasting of a legal act. The importance and results of the law simplification process in the three main pillars of the common agricultural policy: the common organisation of the markets, direct payments and rural development are demonstrated.

    Agricultural consulting has been accompanying farmers for years in the difficult process of managing and managing farms. Advisory services have an impact on the shape of the human factor in agriculture, evoking innovative attitudes that are conducive to the implementation of technological progress. In the light of the new agricultural advisory paradigm, there is a need to depart from the traditional functioning of advisory institutions and to develop new rules that will be adequate to the changing requirements of the Common Agricultural Policy.

    Opis:
    The aim of the paper is to present how the Italian legislature supports the promotion and sale of broadly understood regional and traditional products, including the products covered by EU quality system. It analyses rules for the implementation in some regional Rural Development Programs measure under art. 16 of EU Regulation 1305/2013 and the national and regional regulations concerning various forms of promotion and sale of products. Italian solutions to promote quality products, are focused on improving their commercialization in local markets in the short supply chain. These are the rules for the creation of farmers’ markets; destination of specific area in the municipal agricultural markets for local products; administration of regional products in agritourism; provisions enabling farmers to combine their agricultural and food products in the processing and direct sales, as well as providing a very broad catalog forms of union, both on the supply side (with respect to the participants in the production chain) as well as on the demand side, by creating the so-called folk purchasing groups.

    Opis:
    Resource safety of agricultural production is investigated as the main condition. Its dominant registers are land resources and fertility of soil. The bearing-out of nutritives is analyzed from soil together with the harvest of agricultural cultures. It shall be underlined that for providing maintenance of areas and fertility, it is crucial to maintain a balance between the bearing-out of nutritives from soil with the harvest of agricultural cultures and compensative bringing. The major directions of maintenance of the resource providing agricultural production are the following: increase of bringing of organic fertilizers, optimization of the structure of croplands, strengthening the responsibility of land users, development of ecological culture.

    The article discusses several aspects of urban planning in Poland which is increasingly taking the form of action for the interests of the individual, instead of shaping space primarily for social good. The incompetence of officials in urban planning are the sources of many misunderstandings. Also more and more records of the plan are analyzed mainly from the perspective of a legal rather than urban perspective. Where is urban planning going?

    This paper aims to analyse, at a European level, the extent to which dispositions contained in Council Directive 91/676/CEE have been applied. The Directive aims to decrease water pollution directly or indirectly caused by nitrates from agricultural sources, and to prevent other similar pollution. The analysis considers the main pressure factors within the Member States, the state of their implementation at a European level and also puts forward suggestions which bear in mind the fact that Europe cannot give up its agricultural sector and that water is a limited resource which is necessary for human survival.
