    The aim of his article was to show the meaning of the Christian Tradition in the Transfer of Divine Revelation. Due to it the Revelation is transferred into history. The Tradition is means for it. The Transfer of the Revelation in tradition is performed with reference to work and God’s words. As said, that each supernatural Revelation is realized in the form of God’s action, which accompanies word. As a form of Revelation this God’s action in a way exists in the Church transferring and realizing it. The Tradition does not reveal new contents, does not add something to the Divine Revelation, but it makes public and makes present, what has been revealed in Christ practice. This way, The Divine Revelation is present in the Tradition.

    The so-called Apostolic Tradition is usually considered an element of the history of the liturgy of the Roman Church. This conviction lays ultimately on two presuppositions: on the attribution of the Apostolic Tradition to St. Hippolytus of Rome and on the presence of two postbaptismal anointings in the baptismal ritual of Apostolic Tradition, which is peculiar exclusively to the Roman liturgy. However, none of these presuppositions is certain. The arguments for St. Hippolytus’ authorship are so weak, that this attribution must be considered highly improbable. The presence of two postbaptismal anointings in the Apostolic Tradition can be explained by the complexity of its baptismal ritual which seems to be a conflation of different traditions. On the other hand, the Roman tradition of two postbaptismal anointings is probably due to the episcopal prerogative to administer the confirmation and to the concession given to presbyters to anoint the neophytes with the chrism at the baptisms administered by them. This presbyteral chrismation was afterwards extended to every baptism. Consequently, the origins of the Apostolic Tradition are far from certain and its Roman provenance is by no means proved.
    Tzw. Tradycja apostolska jest zwykle traktowana jako element historii liturgii Kościoła w Rzymie. Przeświadczenie to opiera się ostatecznie na dwóch przesłankach: na przypisaniu dokumentu św. Hipolitowi Rzymskiemu oraz na fakcie obecności w rytuale chrzcielnym Tradycji apostolskiej dwóch namaszczeń pochrzcielnych, co jest specyfiką rytu rzymskiego. Żadna z tych przesłanek nie jest pewna. Przypisanie Tradycji apostolskiej Hipolitowi Rzymskiemu opiera się na tak wątpliwych argumentach, że musi zostać uznane za niezwykle mało prawdopodobne. Obecność dwóch namaszczeń pochrzcielnych w Tradycji apostolskiej jest prawdopodobnie skutkiem kompilacyjnego charakteru jej rytuału chrzcielnego, zaś dwa namaszczenia w rycie rzymskim można wytłumaczyć jako skutek zastrzeżenia bierzmowania dla biskupa oraz udzielenia prezbiterom zezwolenia na namaszczanie neofitów podczas chrztu udzielanego pod nieobecność biskupa. Namaszczenie neofity przez prezbitera stało się z czasem regułą przy każdym chrzcie. Pochodzenie Tradycji apostolskiej jest zatem niepewne, jej powiązanie z Kościołem w Rzymie nie jest udowodnione.

    St Paul’s text of 1 Cor 15 3b-8 in a concise and schematic way gives the basic data con¬cerning Jesus’ death, funeral, resurrection and manifestations. It is a true synthesis of the Christian doctrine on the death and resurrection of Christ the Redeemer. The author of the article first discusses the literary aspect of St Paul’s words; he analyzes the context, tradition, edition and the structure of the text, and then he carefully interprets it from the exegetic and theological point of view.

    Artykuł przedstawia postać św. Ireneusza i charakteryzuje jego dzieła literackie. Omówiona została geneza gnostycyzmu i ukazani zostali główni przedstawiciele tego nurtu okresu przełomu II/III w. Następnie zostały przedstawione punkty, w których św. Ireneusz zwalczając poglądy gnostyków jako zagrażające bytowi Kościoła ukazuje prawowierną naukę. Te punkty dotyczą: antropologii, teorii rekapitulacji, tradycji i apostolskości Kościoła. Św. Ireneusz demaskując fałszywe nauczanie gnostyków dał wykład prawdziwej nauki kościelnej.
    This article presents St. Irenaeus and characterizes his literary work. The origins of Gnosticism are discussed and the main leaders of this movement at the turn of the third century are presented. Next, the places in which St. Irenaeus reveals orthodox teaching when combating Gnostic views, which threatened the existence of the Church, are outlined. These points concern anthropology, the theory of recapitulation, and the Tradition and apostolicity of the Church. While exposing the Gnostic’s false teaching, St. Irenaeus bears witness to the true teaching of the Church.

    W artykule omawiam aktualność teologii przednicejskiej. Po pierwsze, zwracam uwagę na jej kontekst i środowisko. Nie zaniedbując refleksji katechetyczno-liturgicznej (ad intra), teologia ta podjęła z powodzeniem krytyczno-twórczy dialog ze światem semickim i grecko-rzymskim (ad extra). Dla teologii współczesnej oznacza to, że nie można zamykać się na wymóg myślenia historycznego, umiejscowionego w przestrzeni i czasie. Następnie ukazuję, że niezależnie od różnych kontekstów historyczno-kulturowych, teologia przednicejska jest refleksją nad Pismem Świętym, którego kluczem jest Chrystus zmartwychwstały - źródło i ostateczne wypełnienie Pism natchnionych. Takie ujęcie objawienia stanowi też podstawę właściwego uprawiania współczesnej refleksji teologicznej. W końcu, zwracam uwagę na doświadczenie egzystencjalno-duchowe, z którego wyrosła teologia przednicejska. Ewangelia jest dla niej nie tylko regułą wiary, lecz także regułą postępowania. Niewątpliwie tak rozumiana refleksja teologiczna ukazuje współczesnemu teologowi wymóg podjęcia egzystencjalnej refleksji nad objawieniem w kluczu historyczno-hermeneutycznym.
    This paper focuses on three issues. First, it is about the context and environment of pre-Nicene theology. It is emphasized that pre-Nicene theology did not neglect catechetical and liturgical reflection (ad intra) while at the same time successfully entered into a critical and creative dialogue with both the Semitic and Greco-Roman world where first Christians lived (ad extra). For contemporary theology its means that it cannot reject historical reasoning, placed in space and time. The second part stresses that, in spite of different situations and all historical and cultural contexts, theology before Nicea was above all an understanding of Sacred Scripture to which the key is the Risen Christ as the source and definitive fulfilment of the inspired writings. Finally, the third part of the paper focuses on the existential and spiritual experience from which pre-Nicene theology originated. For this theology the Gospel of Christ is not just the rule of faith but also the rule of life. This leads to a conclusion that a contemporary theologian is a to take up an existential-personalistic reflection on Revelation using the historical-hermeneutic method.

    Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy adhortacja apostolska Amoris laetitia papieża Franciszka jest przejawem kreatywnego sumienia. W związku z powyższym scharakteryzowano pojęcie i istotę tzw. „sumienia kreatywnego”, następnie - zgodnie z duchem nauczania biskupa Rzymu – nakreślono status małżeństwa chrześcijańskiego we współczesnym świecie i wreszcie skonfrontowano aktualne nauczanie z tradycyjną wizją sumienia. Z uwagi na brak autorskiego komentarza do uwag i kwestii podnoszonych przez czytelników dokumentu uprawnione staje się mówienie o tym, że dokument dopuszcza takie możliwości interpretacyjne, które wskazują na kreatywną rolę sumienia. Jest to rola uwidoczniona w tak zwanej „nowej teologii moralnej” po Soborze Watykańskim II. Trudno uznać zatem obecnie prezentowaną interpretację Amoris laetitia za wyraz „hermeneutyki ciągłości”, a także za nauczanie wyrastające z tradycji tomistycznej.
    The article is an attempt to answer the question of whether the apostolic exhortation Amoris laetitia of Pope Francis is a manifestation of a creative conscience. In connection with the above, the concept and essence of the so-called “creative conscience”, then – in accordance with the teaching spirit of the Bishop of Rome – the status of Christian marriage in the contemporary world was outlined and, finally, the current teaching was confronted with the traditional vision of conscience. Due to the lack of an original commentary on the comments and issues raised by the readers of the document, it becomes legitimate to say that the document allows such interpretative possibilities that point to the creative role of conscience. This is the role shown in the so-called “new moral theology” after the Second Vatican Council. Therefore, it is difficult to recognize the present interpretation of Amoris laetitia as an expression of “hermeneutics of continuity” and also as teaching stemming from the Thomist tradition.

    The aim of this article is to explain the canonical status of the sui iuris mission. The Code of Canon Law of 1983 does not make reference to this original but independent Church territorial base of a temporary nature, which is a preliminary stage of an existence of the particular Church in areas, where the number of Catholics is not large, and political situation of the area is uncertain. As an example for the presentation of the functioning of this Church structure, sui iuris mission in Uzbekistan has been presented, which existed in 1997-2000, and next has been promoted to the rank of an apostolic administration.
