W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z prowadzeniem zajęć laboratoryjnych z przedmiotów chemia budowlana i materiały budowlane na kierunku Budownictwo. Pandemia z 2020 roku wymusiła natychmiastową zmianę formy nauczania. Mimo przeciwności, chcąc zbliżyć się do zakładanych efektów nauczania, podjęto decyzję o próbie zastąpienia tradycyjnego nauczania, nauczaniem zdalnym, z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technik kształcenia na odległość.
In this paper we consider challenges regarding teaching of building chemistry and building materials for Civil Engineering udergraduates. 2020’s pandemic forced an immediate change of the way how the teaching is delivered. Against all obstacles, with unshakable desire to teach new generations, a decision was made to try replacing traditional teaching with a distant one, using the most modern distant teaching techniques.

Artykuł jest raportem z przeprowadzonego przez autorkę projektu współfinansowanego ze środków Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju ze środków europejskich WND-POWR.03.01.00-00--U055/17-01 pt. „Z technologią informacyjną do matematyczno-przyrodniczej krainy”. Był on dedykowany uczniom klas VIII szkoły podstawowej w Warszawie. Głównym jego celem było podniesienie/rozwój kompetencji ogólnorozwojowych w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych w ścisłej korelacji z technologiami informacyjnymi, związanych z poprawnym argumentowaniem, krytycznym i samodzielnym myśleniem, logiką i heurystyką. Przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę projektu oraz analizę przyrostu wiedzy uczniów w zakresie fizyki, informatyki i matematyki.
The article is a report on the project carried out by the author co-financed by the NationalCenter for Research and Development from European funds WND-POWR.03.01.00-00-U055/17-01entitled: With information technology to the mathematical and natural land. It was dedicated toeighth grade students of elementary school in Warsaw. The main goal was to increase/developgeneral development competences in the field of mathematics and natural sciences in close correlation with information technologies related to correct argumentation, critical and independentthinking, logic and heuristics. Short project characteristics and analysis of students’ knowledgegrowth in physics, computer science and mathematics were presented.

Knowledge management takes on various forms depending on the character of the enterprise, the specificity of the industry, and the adopted strategy. The technology platform model created at the Research Institute is a tool supporting the process of knowledge management and particularly the process of the knowledge codification. The platform allows both the codification of the knowledge of partners and projects, and the accumulation of knowledge about innovative technological solutions. The platform allows the dissemination of knowledge into the economy. Moreover, it identifies the needs and expectations of the market in the field of innovative technologies. The article presents the best practices in the functioning of the Technology Platform as an operational mechanism in knowledge management for the process of commercializing R&D results conducted in the scientific research units.
Zarządzanie wiedzą przybiera różne formy w zależności od charakteru działalności podmiotu, specyfiki branży i przyjętej strategii. Utworzona w instytucie badawczym modelowa Platforma Technologiczna jest narzędziem wspomagającym proces zarządzania wiedzą, a w szczególności proces kodyfikacji wiedzy. Platforma umożliwia zarówno kodyfikację wiedzy o partnerach i realizowanych projektach, jak i gromadzenie wiedzy o innowacyjnych rozwiązaniach technologicznych. Platforma umożliwia dyfuzję wiedzy do gospodarki. Jest jednocześnie podmiotem identyfikacji potrzeb i oczekiwań rynku w zakresie innowacyjnych technologii. Celem artykułu była analiza i prezentacja wykorzystania Platformy Technologicznej jako operacyjnego mechanizmu wykorzystywanego w zarządzaniu wiedzą w procesie komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R prowadzonych w jednostce naukowo-badawczej.

This study investigates the process of designing the functionalities of an online learning platform put forward by three types of its users: students, academics and admin staff. Moreover, the study intends to get an insight into the impact the attitudes of the participants of the instruction process have on the process of the platform construction. The case study design was used to see if users of an online learning platform could contribute to defining its functionalities in the areas of creating and sharing classes remotely, conducting tests, tests and exams and advanced reporting of student activity. Moreover, the author wished to learn if different platform users would put forward similar platform functionalities. It was discovered that the parties involved in the platform construction processes may, first of all, have a lot to offer in terms of the platform functionalities and should therefore be involved in the platform construction process. Second of all, although their contributions as far as the functionalities of the platform are concerned may have a lot in common, there are certain aspects of the platform which only people involved in seemingly narrow areas can come up with.

Aim/purpose – The main objective of this study is to present a concept of an IT tool supporting management of a social innovation process. Design/methodology/approach – The concept was preceded by an analysis of more than 30 leading internet platforms supporting innovation processes. Findings – As a result of the review of the literature and the analysis of internet platforms supporting innovation processes the assumptions of IT tool have been defined. The idea of building the civic technology tool to increase participation in creating a new solution has emerged. Each stage of social innovation development is characterised by individual requirements, it coincides with the participation of different stakeholders. The IT tool concepts which have been proposed include the specification of the social innovation process and show the frame for knowledge collection during the process of new social solution development. Research implications/limitations – The concept of IT tool is a starting point for further research into the issue of using crowd knowledge to empower the cycle of social innovation development. Originality/value/contribution – The scope of this paper fills in the research gap that exists in area of supporting the social innovation processes by IT tools. The proposed concept should be the basis for further work in the use of civic technology in the cycle of social innovation development. In particular, the area of citizens’ participation, e.g. creating the methods and procedures of knowledge acquisition and assessment.

W artykule dokonano analizy zjawiska, jakim jest b-learning w terapii logopedycznej dzieci. Przedstawiono odpowiedzi na hipotezy badawcze z rozprawy doktorskiej autorki pt. „B-learning w diagnozie i terapii logopedycznej dzieci”, w której stara się znaleźć odpowiedź na pytanie, czy nowe technologie korzystnie wpływają na rozwój językowy współczesnych dzieci? Cyfrowy świat niesie nie tylko zagrożenia, ale również korzyści. Logopedzi, którzy są odpowiedzialni za rozwój językowy dzieci, powinni szczególnie uważnie obserwować i badać te zjawiska, by wypracować jak najlepsze metody stymulujące mowę i komunikację „cyfrowych tubylców”.
The author of the article analyzes the phenomenon of b-learning in speech therapy of children. The article presents answers to research hypotheses from the PhD dissertation of the author, ”B-learning in the diagnosis and speech therapy of children”. The author tries to find an answer to the question whether new technologies have a positive impact on the linguistic development of contemporary children? The digital world has not only risks but also benefits. Speech therapist, who are responsible for the linguistic development of children, should pay particular attention to these phenomena and study them in order to develop the best possible methods of stimulating the speech and communication of ”digital natives”.

Opis:
Creating a technology platform facilitating the process of knowledge and technology transfer is one of the ways to strengthen the ties between the R&D sector and industry. Technology platform is a tool supporting marketing activities undertaken at research organisations, which enables effective implementation of research results. Concurrently, it also helps one to identify actual market needs and requirements as far as innovative technologies are concerned. Within the platform, innovative product and process technologies are promoted and effective technology transfer mechanisms and structures are established and assessed. Besides, the platform enables the analysis of potential innovation development directions rooted in the actual market needs and economic trends. The articles presents good practices in the activity of a technology platform developed at a R&D organisation and gives an overview of successful cooperation with industry enhancing commercialisation of research results.
Jednym ze sposobów wzmocnienia kooperacji sektora nauki i biznesu jest utworzenie platformy technologicznej stanowiącej forum przekazywania informacji o wynikach realizowanych w jednostce naukowo-badawczej badań naukowych oraz prac rozwojowych i wdrożeniowych. Platforma technologiczna jest narzędziem wspomagającym działania marketingowe podejmowane w podmiotach sektora nauki, stwarzającym możliwość efektywniejszego implementowania wyników prac B+R. Jest jednocześnie podmiotem identyfikacji potrzeb i oczekiwań rynku w zakresie innowacyjnych technologii. W ramach platformy prowadzone są działania związane z promocją innowacyjnych technologii produktowych i procesowych, z budowaniem efektywnych struktur i mechanizmów transferu wyników B+R oraz oceną skuteczności funkcjonowania tych struktur. Wykonywane są analizy potencjalnych kierunków rozwoju innowacji, wynikających z zapotrzebowania przemysłu oraz trendów w gospodarce. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie dobrych praktyk z zakresu aktywności podejmowanych w ramach utworzonej w jednostce naukowo-badawczej platformy technologicznej oraz zaprezentowanie sposobów i rezultatów nawiązania i utrzymania współpracy na linii nauka-przemysł wspomagającej proces komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R.

Celem artykułu jest zbadanie zmieniającej się roli regulacji w gospodarce cyfrowej opartej na danych. Inspiracją dla niniejszego opracowania są najnowsze koncepcje regulacji platform cyfrowych (bigtechów), literatura z prawa i ekonomii, systemowa analiza prawa, praktyki i compliance, innowacje regulacyjne. Prawo powinno być technologicznie neutralne. Problem polega na akcentowaniu regulacji usług z uwzględnieniem prawnego kontekstu innowacji: ochrony konkurencji, zapobiegania nadużywaniu władzy rynkowej, np. w przypadku platform cyfrowych działających na dwu-(wielo)-stronnych rynkach. Prawa, często uchwalane w epoce analogowej, również muszą jednak dotrzymywać kroku technologii. Nowością jest uwypuklenie problemu wspierania prawa kodem lub przekształcania prawa w kod, nadzoru nad implementacją algorytmów opartych na sztucznej inteligencji, a także redefinicja roli prawa jako instrumentu zarządzania technologią.
The aim of the article is to examine the changing role of regulation in a digital economy based on data. Inspiration of the study is based on the latest concepts of regulating digital platforms (BigTech), literature in the field of law and economics, systemic analysis of law, practice and compliance, regulatory innovations. The law should be technologically neutral. The problem consists in emphasizing the regulation of services, taking into account the legal context of innovation: competition protection, prevention of misuse of market power, e.g. in the case of digital platforms operating on two- (multi-)sided markets. However, the rights, often adopted in an analogue era, must also keep up with technology. It is a novelty to emphasize the problem of supporting the law by code or transforming the law into code, supervision over the implementation of algorithms based on artificial intelligence, as well as redefine the role of law as a technology management instrument.

The following report is a presentation of a standardization process of laboratory-educational university base meant to teach about computer system management according to evolution of e-PUAP platform in national administration responsible for public services. The report discusses selected technological system issues, the operations done by institutions in order to develop corporation applications on many different administration levels and the models of project and administration team improvement. A main trend of student education was presented with particular consideration of languages and tools for modeling and development of corporation computer system architectures in national institutions.

Jednym ze sposobów usprawniających komunikację pomiędzy sferą badawczo-naukową a sektorem przedsiębiorstw jest budowa tzw. sieciowych form współpracy. Sieć rozumiana jest jako długoterminowa relacja pomiędzy partnerami, których łączą przedsięwzięcia, wyznaczające zakres ich współdziałania. Doświadczenia międzynarodowe wskazują, że sieciowe formy współpracy zapewniają korzyści zarówno przedstawicielom nauki jak i przedsiębiorstw, intensyfikują procesy komercjalizacji, niwelują negatywne zjawiska na rynku pracy, wpływają na wzrost konkurencyjności firm. Na świecie odsetek przedsiębiorstw deklarujących współpracę z naukowcami wynosi 75 - 80%. W Polsce, skala kooperacji pomiędzy tymi sferami jest niższa o ponad 30%. Celem wzmocnienia współpracy sektora nauki i biznesu, Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji -Państwowy Instytut Badawczy w Radomiu, zainicjował powstanie modelowej platformy technologicznej, stanowiącej wynik realizowanych w Instytucie badań naukowych i prac rozwojowych, z zakresu zaawansowanych technologii materiałowych, nowoczesnych systemów mechatronicznych, informatycznych oraz sterowania i kontroli, systemów wspomagania bezpieczeństwa technicznego i ekologicznego, aparatury badawczej i testowej. Upowszechniane w ramach platformy technologicznej rozwiązania produktowe i procesowe są rezultatem realizacji Programu Strategicznego pn.: „lnnowacyjne systemy wspomagania technicznego zrównoważonego rozwoju gospodarki" oraz innych prac rozwojowych i projektów badawczych. Głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie dobrych praktyk z zakresu działań podejmowanych w ramach platformy technologicznej oraz zaprezentowanie sposobów i rezultatów współpracy ITeE-PIB z przemysłwm.
One of the ways facilitating communication between the research and scientific sector and the business sector is the establishment of the so-called network forms of cooperation. Network understood as a long-term relation between partners connected through ventures which define the scope of their cooperation. International experiences show that network forms of cooperation are beneficial both for the representatives of science and business, they intensify the processes of commercialization, level out negative phenomena on the labour market, boost the competitiveness of companies. Around the world the share of companies declaring that they cooperate with scientists amounts to 75-80%. In Poland the scale of cooperation between these spheres is 30% lower. In order to boost the cooperation of the science sector with enterprises the Institute for Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom has initiated the establishment of a model technology platform, which is the effect of research and development works on advanced material technologies, modem mechatronics. IT. control and steerins systems, technical and ecological safety support systems, research and testing equipment. Product and process solutions disseminated under the technology platform are the effects of implementation of the Strategic Program titled.: „Innovative systems for technical support for sustainable development of the economy" and other development works and research projects. The main aim of this paper is to present good practices in the area of measures taken within the technology platform and presenting the ways and effects of cooperation of Institute for Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom (ITeE-PIB) with the industry.

Opis:
One of the ways facilitating communication between the research and scientific sector and the business sector is the establishment of the so-called network forms of cooperation. Network understood as a long-term relation between partners connected through ventures which define the scope of their cooperation. International experiences show that network forms of cooperation are beneficial both for the representatives of science and business, they intensify the processes of commercialization, level out negative phenomena on the labour market, boost the competitiveness of companies. Around the world the share of companies declaring that they cooperate with scientists amounts to 75-80%. In Poland the scale of cooperation between these spheres is 30% lower. Opis:
The aim of this project is easier interactions between educators and children in preschool institutions and teaching resources through ICT. The project will be carried out in two phases. After the initial formation of the base for teaching resources (the playing sheets/panels) in the 1st phase, the material will be only available for download – printing and sharing between users in base in the PDF format. In the 2nd phase, will be developed interactive approach where in a web form content, the same teaching materials would be reviewed, entered/resolved, respectively – creation of e-learning approach. After launching a web platform, users (target group) would have the option of selective, limited and time-limited access to two databases of teaching materials: a) web plat-form for downloading and solving traditional teaching material and b) for solving and learning on mobile devices through Android app (PEIT1, TV, tablets and mobile phones). The platform will in the case of e-learning material, carry out an evaluation of the same, the assessment of individual sheets, at group level, themes, areas or the playing boards. In this paper we present a future project.
