Opis:
Function spaces of type S are introduced and investigated in the literature. They are also applied to study the Cauchy problem. In this paper we shall extend the concept of these spaces to the context of Boehmian spaces and study the Fourier transform theory on these spaces. These spaces enable us to combine the theory of Fourier transform on these function spaces as well as their dual spaces.

Od XV wieku w Jadownikach koło Brzeska znajduje się obraz Matki Bożej z Dzieciątkiem, nawiązujący stylem do Hodegetrii Krakowskich. Prawdopodobnie został namalowany przez Mistrza Zwiastowania z Jodłownika. Obraz ten przynajmniej między XVII a XIX wiekiem był otaczany lokalną czcią parafian, którzy wierzyli, że jest on wizerunkiem „niosącym łaski”. Niestety, w XX wieku pamięć o jego czci całkowicie zanikała, a po rozebraniu drewnianego kościoła parafialnego, w którym był przechowywany w głównym ołtarzu, został przeniesiony w 1910 roku do oddzielnej bocznej kaplicy w nowo wybudowanej świątyni. Po konserwacji wizerunku w latach 60. i zdjęciu XIX-wiecznych przemalunków, został przez wielu parafian uznany za fałszywy. Z czasem zaginęły również srebrne korony i pozostałe wota, świadczące o lokalnym kulcie. Kaplica zaś stała się miejscem przechowania po prostu kolejnego obrazu ze starego kościoła. Dzięki sięgnięciu do dawnych wizytacji biskupich i kapitulnych z czasów, kiedy Jadowniki były częścią diecezji krakowskiej, oraz naukom związanym z historią średniowiecza, dawno zapomniana historia odżywa, wzmagając lokalny kult Matki Bożej Róży Duchownej z Jadownik i odkrywając przed wiernymi historię ich własnej parafii.
Since the 15th century, there has been an image of Our Lady and Child in Jadowniki near Brzesko, referring in style to the Hodegetria of Krakow. It was probably painted by the workshop of the Master of the Annunciation from Jodlownik. This image was venerated locally by parishioners, at least between the 17th and 19th centuries, who believed that it was a “grace-bearing” image. Unfortunately, in the 20th century, the memory of its veneration completely disappeared, and after dismantling the wooden parish church where it was kept in the main altar, it was transferred in 1910 to a separate side chapel in the newly built temple. After the image was restored in the 1960s and the 19th century repaintings were removed, it was considered a fake by many parishioners. Overtime, the silver crowns and other votive offerings, testifying to local worship, also disappeared. The chapel, on the other hand, became a place to store just another painting from the old church. Thanks to the old episcopal and chapter visits from the times when Jadowniki was part of the Krakow diocese, and the science related to the history of the Middle Ages, a long-forgotten history revives, increasing the local cult of Our Lady of the Mystical Rose of Jadowniki and revealing to the faithful the history of their own parish.

Denys Sichynsky is one of the brightest representatives of the musical culture of Eastern Gali-cia at the turn of the twentieth century. He belongs to the so-called second generation of Gali-cian composers, successors and followers of the Przemyśl School, Mykola Lysenko, influenced by European musical romanticism, and a forerunner of modernist trends in Ukrainian vocal music. Vocal music is the main area of the artist’s work.The pages of Sichynsky’s Autobiography open up a narrative that is a unique model of his own reflection on life events, as well as one of his self-realization forms in the romance genre. It makes it possible to decode a complex creative identity and compare the autobiographi-cal description of his own life history with factual material available. The “Autobiography” becomes a key to understanding the composer’s choice of vocal works and the specifics of reading literary texts of romanticists and his contemporaries, as well as their musical imple-mentation. Sichynsky’s mental constitution, viewed from the pages of his vocal works, is one of his identification forms as an artist with challenging destiny from the Austrian province of the Habsburg Empire at its decline, which coincided with the fin-de-siecle period marked by new artistic trends.D. Sichynsky’s vocal creative work, which completes the era of Romanticism and reveals the first sprouts of modernist aesthetics in Galician vocal music, was first considered through the prism of autobiographical reflections. The features of the new worldview in vocal works were self-formed uder the influence of the aesthetics of Ukrainian (Ivan Franko, Lesia Ukraiin-ka, Bohdan Lepkyi, Uliana Kravchenko) and Polish (Lucian Rydle, Marian Havalevіch) mod-ernist poets, Ukrainian and foreign romantic traditions of the solo singing genre, as well as opera art by G. Verdi, G. Puccini, and composers-verists. His vocal creative work formed a basis for the chamber and vocal music formation by the new generation of Ukrainian artists of Galicia – S. Liudkevych, V. Barvinskyi, and N. Nyzhankivskyi, who in the first decades of the twentieth century elevated the genre of Ukrainian vocal miniature to the highest level of European vocal art.

The paper substantiates the relevance of the study of universal creative personality in the typological aspect and the need to involve in such study of psychological resources. The author described the main provisions of Alexei Leontiev’s activity theory of personality, because it most meets the needs of this study. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the methodological basis for the study of the universal creative personality. The researcher relies on the statement of A. Leontiev that the real basis of personality forms the system of its activities. Thus, she argues that in the study of the universal creative personality it is necessary to appreciate the development of personality activity, its specific types and forms and connections between them. The researcher chose the leading subject activity as the main criterion for the typology of the universal creative personality. She attracted to study William Stern’s concept of the psychological type and Nina Herasymova-Persydska’s musical type to determine the shape and quality of the universal creative personality. The author described the essence of the proposed typological approach and the conceptual- terminological apparatus of the study. In particular, she identified six simple types of universal creative personality – universal-composer, universal-performer, universalmusicologist, universal-public figure, universal-pedagogue and classical universal. According to O. Komenda, the universal creative personality combines at least three types of activities. The leading activity of musician is marked of large scale, duration, value in the eyes of the artist and his environment, the emergence of new types of activities and the restructuring of creative processes. In conclusion, the researcher described the method of typological analysis of the universal creative personality.

Results show that Intuition-Thinking and Sensing-Thinking individuals tend to engage in public action, while Sensing-Feeling individuals prefer to take private action, and Intuition-Feeling individuals take no action, which is a different form of complaint behavior

Over some time, Drosophila melanogaster (Meigen, 1830), commonly called fruit fly, has been used as a model organism in both scientific and medical research. Drosophila in comparison with other mammalian species shares some basic features like physiological, biological, biochemical, and neurological resemblances which make them suitable for use for biomedical research. Fruit fly can be maintained efficiently at a reduced cost in the laboratory, and it is endorsed as an alternative model compared to other vertebrates. It is confirmed and documented that almost 75 % of human disease-causing genes have functional similarities in Drosophila. Nevertheless, the use of D. melanogaster as a model organism was not narrowed to genetic research only, but several experiments. The use of this organism as a model for human diseases has also led to findings like neurodegenerative diseases, Huntington’s disease, spinocerebellar ataxia type 3, cancer, cardiovascular, inflammation and infectious diseases, and metabolic disorders. The fly is used as an ideal model organism for neurodegenerative disease studies such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, which have become more predominant in today's aging population due to its complex nervous system which conserved neurological function, and the human disease-related loci. In this review, we presented and discussed Drosophila melanogaster as a model to study several human diseases.

The k-rainbow index rxk(G) of a connected graph G was introduced by Chartrand, Okamoto and Zhang in 2010. As a natural counterpart of the k-rainbow index, we introduce the concept of k-vertex-rainbow index rvxk(G) in this paper. In this paper, sharp upper and lower bounds of rvxk(G) are given for a connected graph G of order n, that is, 0 ≤ rvxk(G) ≤ n − 2. We obtain Nordhaus-Gaddum results for 3-vertex-rainbow index of a graph G of order n, and show that rvx3(G) + rvx3(Ḡ) = 4 for n = 4 and 2 ≤ rvx3(G) + rvx3(Ḡ) ≤ n − 1 for n ≥ 5. Let t(n, k, ℓ) denote the minimal size of a connected graph G of order n with rvxk(G) ≤ ℓ, where 2 ≤ ℓ ≤ n − 2 and 2 ≤ k ≤ n. Upper and lower bounds on t(n, k, ℓ) are also obtained.

W artykule stawiam tezę o potencjale zmiany normatywnego porządku rzeczywistości szkolnej, który tkwi w wybranych zachowaniach uczestników i uczestniczek życia szkolnego. Opisuję go przez pryzmat neoklasycznie odczytanego typu biograficznego zboczeńca, jednego z typów wyróżnionych przez Floriana Znanieckiego w pracy Ludzie teraźniejsi a cywilizacja przyszłości. Perspektywą teoretyczną badań, na podstawie których stawiam tę tezę, jest kulturalizm. Strategią pozyskiwania i analizy danych: etnografia. W zakończeniu przywołuję koncepcję subwersji znaczeń Juditch Buttler, jako propozycję użycia języka do zmiany myślenia i konstruowania rzeczywistości.
In the article I put the thesis about the potential for the change of the normative order of the school reality, which is present in the selected behaviour patterns of the school life’s participants. I describe it through the prism of the neoclassically understood type of the biographical pervert, one of the types distinguished by Florian Znaniecki in Contemporary People and the Civilization of the Future. The theoretical perspective of the research, I base my thesis on, is culturalism. The strategy for obtaining and analyzing data is ethnography. In conclusion I mention Judith Buttler’s concept of the subversion of meaning, as the proposal for using the language to change the way we think and construct reality.

In [HS] the Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces on spaces of homogeneous type were introduced. In this paper, the Triebel-Lizorkin spaces on spaces of homogeneous type are generalized to the case where $p_0 < p ≤ 1 ≤ q < ∞$, and a new atomic decomposition for these spaces is obtained. As a consequence, we give the Littlewood-Paley characterization of Hardy spaces on spaces of homogeneous type which were introduced by the maximal function characterization in [MS2].

Various derivative estimates for functions of exponential type in a half-plane are proved in this paper. The reader will also find a related result about functions analytic in a quadrant. In addition, the paper contains a result about functions analytic in a strip. Our main tool in this study is the Schwarz-Pick theorem from the geometric theory of functions. We also use the Phragmen-Lindelof principle, which is of course standard in such situations.

Opis:
The mismatch effect of photovoltaic (PV) arrays due to different illumination intensity has a significant impact on the output characteristics and output power of PV arrays, which is crucial to understand the output characteristics of PV arrays and optimize the array configuration in order to improve the value of the maximum power point. This paper illustrates the short-circuit current mismatch of series circuits, and the open-circuit voltage mismatch of parallel circuits and proposes corresponding solutions for each mismatch phenomenon. The output characteristics of multi-stage series PV arrays and multi-stage parallel PV arrays under complex illumination are analyzed by using the peak point approximation calculation method, and the distribution law of peak voltage points as well as the I-V (Current-Voltage) characteristic equation of each operating section are proposed. On this basis, the output characteristics of 3 x 3 centralized PV arrays are analyzed and verified by simulation. By comparing series and parallel PV arrays with the same condition, as well as several groups of centralized PV arrays with the same topology and different types of illumination distribution, this paper proposes a configuration optimization method for PV arrays. Matlab/Simulink simulation results confirm that the output power of parallel arrays is greater than that of series arrays under the same configuration and illuminationt distribution type, and the peak point is less than that of series arrays under the same configuration and lighting conditions; while in centralized PV arrays, the fewer series modules are shaded, the greater the output power and the less the peak point.

We therefore performed transcription regulation assays in HeLa cells and found that wild type p53 suppressed the S100A6 promoter up to 12-fold in a dose-dependent manner. In contrast, the well-characterized V143A, R175H, R249S, and L344A p53 mutants cloned from human cancers suppressed this promoter with a 6 to 9-fold lower efficiency. All the sites mediating the p53-dependent suppression were contained in the -167 to +134 fragment of the S100A6 promoter. Separate overexpression of either Sp1 or of NFκB only partially counteracted the p53 inhibitory effect on the S100A6 promoter, while simultaneous overexpression of both these transactivators resulted in a complete abolishment of the p53 inhibitory effect on this promoter. Sp1 and NFκB binding to the probes resembling their putative binding sites present in the S100A6 promoter was decreased in the presence of wild type p53. We propose that the suppression of S100A6 is yet another mechanism by which p53 inhibits proliferation. Insufficient suppression of this gene by p53 mutants could well be responsible for calcyclin overexpression and cell cycle deregulation observed in cancer tissues.
