    Audiovisual programs are meant to be seen and heard simultaneously. Screen translators have to take the verbal, acoustic and visual elements of audiovisual works into consideration. However they translate only the verbal content of the message. In the following article we focus on one of the main modalities for audiovisual translation, namely the subtitling. Our aim is to describe the specificity of screen translation and to think about the impact of subtitling process on the final product, that is on translation. We will show how translators take advantage of the presence of the verbal (dialogues) and the visual (screen) codes with the aim of reducing an original text.

    Albert Cohen, a committed writer? It is difficult to answer this question, so much the writer is difficult to classify, as he refuses to belong to any aesthetic movement. But the Zionist cause and the love of the Jewish people have marked his life as a man and as a writer. We will try to specify what is the Cohenian commitment from the analysis of some minor texts, in particular Projections ou Après-minuit à Genève et Mort de Charlot. Albert Cohen chose an aesthetic that is that of laughter, derisory and grotesque to express a dull pain that only humor can translate.
    Albert Cohen, écrivain engagé? Il est difficile de répondre à cette question tellement l'auteur est difficile de classer, tellement il refuse d'appartenir à un mouvement esthétique quelconque. Or la cause sioniste et l'amour du peuple juif ont marqué et sa vie d'homme et sa vie d'écrivain.Nous essaierons de préciser quel est l’engagement de la Cohen à partir de l’analyse de certains textes mineurs, notamment Projections ou Après-minuit à Genève et Mort de Charlot. Albert Cohen a choisi l’esthétique du rire, du dérisoire, du grotesque à fin de mieux exprimer une douleur sourde que seul l'humour peut traduire.

    Th e considered text aims at explaining how companies are valued an assessed in Central Europe aft er the collapse of the Soviet Union. In the fi rst part of the text, a global overview of the theory of valuations is provided. Th e fi rst part includes the major type of valuations that are utilized by professional from the valuation sector. Th e fi rst part includes the main valuations methodes (the net book value, discounted cash fl ows and multiples -market capitalization to fi nancial indicators of a considered company-). Th e second part of the text concerns particularly the societies of Central Europe as well as the specifi cs of this region. Some examples of European companies are provided and studied. Multiples of Central European Countries are studied as well as other factors related to the fi nancial assesment of companies. We will particularly remark that multiples are highly diff erent from one country to the other and therefore the fundamental analysis is less strict in Central Europe in comparison to Western countries of Europe.
    Le texte ci-contre se donnera pour vocation d’expliquer la manière dont sont évaluées les sociétés en Europe Centrale suite aux changements économiques qui se sont déroulés après la chute de l’empire soviétique. Dans la première partie du texte ci-dessous se trouve un rappel théorique concernant les méthodes d’évaluations. La première partie comprend les principaux types d’estimations (la méthode du patrimoine, l’actualisation et les comparables – capitalisation boursière en comparaison aux principaux indicateurs fi nanciers de sociétés). La seconde partie du texte concernera tout particulièrement les sociétés d’Europe Centrale ainsi que ces spécifi cités. Des exemples de sociétés d’Europe Centrale seront donnés et étudiés. Les comparables de Sociétés d’Europe Centrale seront étudiés ainsi que d’autres éléments relatifs aux estimations fi nancières de sociétés. On y remarquera tout particulièrement que les multiples des comparables varient très fortement d’un pays à l’autre et que par la-même l’analyse fondamentale se révèle être moins suivie en Europe Centrale qu’en Europe Occidentale.

    Notre contribution consiste à analyser les pratiques discursives des trois textes constitutionnels algériens (1996, 2002 et 2016) dédiés à la à la constitutionnalisation de la langue amazighe. Il s’agit de montrer et de dégager, à travers une analyse textuelle et pragmatique de ces textes, le statut et la définition qui lui a été réservée en tant que langue qui se présente sous forme de plusieurs variétés dispersées sur le territoire national.   Pour mener à bien notre analyse, nous ferons appel principalement au domaine de la jurilinguistique.  Par ailleurs, la langue amazighe est définie dans la constitution prise comme un ensemble de variétés attestées dans le territoire national.
    Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza praktyk dyskursywnych w trzech algierskich tekstach konstytucyjnych (1996, 2002 oraz 2016) w zakresie konstytucjonalizacji języka tamazight. Analiza tekstowa i pragmatyczna tych tekstów ma na celu przybliżenie statusu oraz definicji tego języka jako języka wernakularnego, używanego pod postacią różnych narzeczy występujących na terytorium narodowym. Główny punkt odniesienia dla analizy stanowią prace z dziedziny juryslingwistyki. Także w konstytucji język tamazight jest definiowany jako narzeczy, których istnienie zostało odnotowane na terytorium narodowym.
    Our contribution consists in analyzing the discursive practices of the three Algerian constitutional texts (1996, 2002, and 2016) dedicated to the constititionalisation of the Amazigh language. It is about showing and putting in evidence, through a textual and pragmatic analysis of these texts, the status and the definition that has been scattered over the national territory. To carry out our analysis, we will mainly appeal to the field of jurilinguistics. Moreover, the Amazigh language is defined in the constitution as a set of certified varieties throughout the national territory.

    Via Equidia to pomysł na odkrywanie „w rytmie konia” naturalnych pejzaży oraz zabytków, inny sposób poznawania historii. To innowacyjna koncepcja turystyki, której zadaniem jest „umożliwienie współistnienia tradycyjnego świata koni ze współczesnym światem cywilizacji wiejskiej i miejskiej”. To projekt zespołu tras konnych złożonych z dróg już istniejących, które należy skatalogować, opisać i przywrócić do użytkowania, a także szlaków nowych, wytyczonych jako marszruty tematyczne, o przebiegu dostosowanym do poziomu umiejętności jeździeckich i stopnia zainteresowania zabytkami. Celem działania Via Equidia jest również przywrócenie do życia wymierających rzemiosł związanych z tradycyjnym użytkowaniem konia – tej „najpiękniejszej zdobyczy ludzkości”. Towarzyszyć temu ma rewaloryzacja i rewitalizacja zabytkowych miejsc i obiektów związanych z transportem konnym (kuźnie, karczmy, zajazdy). Via Equidia proponuje udostępnienie, na wspólny użytek jeźdźców, piechurów i cyklistów, już istniejących, zaadaptowanych na potrzeby turystyki specyfi cznych miejsc i obiektów (postoje, popasy, schroniska, wodopoje, brody, sanitariaty). Pomysł narodził się we Francji, w departamencie Charente. Przewidywana jest możliwość rozszerzenia terenu objętego jego zasięgiem na sąsiednie departamenty, a nawet terytorium całej Francji. Szczególnie interesujące mogłyby być szlaki tematyczne, które łączyłyby Francję z innymi krajami Europy. Via Equidia Cisterciena jest propozycją szlaku łączącego nicią starych dróg zabytkowe zespoły cysterskie i pocysterskie. To idea przemieszczania się nie tylko w przestrzeni, ale i w czasie, drogami, po których przeszły konwoje cysterskie, jadące budować nowe opactwa. Pierwszym etapem jest pocysterski zespół opactwa Grosbot w departamencie Charente, we Francji. Wytyczono i opisano trasy dwóch wycieczek, umożliwiających odkrycie i zwiedzanie opactwa i jego okolic.
    Via Equidia c’est l’idée de découvrir «au rythme du pas du cheval» les paysages naturels et le patrimoine, une autre façon d’apprendre l’histoire. C’est un nouveau concept touristique pour: «pouvoir vivre ensemble le monde du cheval, le monde agricole, rural et urbain», un réseau de chemins équestres, composé de chemins déjà existants, à recenser, rétablir et revaloriser et de chemins à créer. L’association veut proposer plusieurs itinéraires à parcourir, en fonction du temps disponible, des niveaux d’équitation acquis et de l’intérêt pour le patrimoine. Le but du projet est également la restauration des activités liées au monde équin, redécouverte, préservation des métiers, des professions et des traditions et des lieux liés à la «plus belle conquête de l’Homme». Via Equidia envisage la mise en valeur et réutilisation des équipements anciens liés au monde du cheval (forges, auberges, relais) et la création des équipements spécifiques (stationnements, haltes de repos, abris, abreuvoirs, gués, sanitaires, signalétique) partagés par les cavaliers, les randonneurs et les cyclistes. Le projet est né dans le département de la Charente. Cependant, il est prévu d’étendre ces balades sur d’autres territoires. Les «circuits à thèmes» pourraient lier plusieurs départements français et d’autres pays d’Europe. Via Equidia Cisterciena est une proposition de «circuits à thèmes» en rapport avec les voyages le long des chemins empruntés par les convois cisterciens pour bâtir les nouvelles abbayes. La première étape proposée en Charente est l’abbaye de Grosbot. Deux circuits sont tracés pour découvrir l’abbaye et ses alentours.

    This article is part of a linguistic study whose objective is to demonstrate the compositionality or non-compositionality of some collocations in the ecological domain (environment) whose structure seems fixed, i.e. noun + adjective. We shall see that the compositionality of the analysed expressions has many sources and goals, as well as the consequences that the speaker / interlocutor do not understand instantly. The subjects of our analysis are: the association process, the type of association, the established models, and will be developed, interpreted and, hopefully, resolved by illustrating this process through various contexts.

    Opis:
    Code-Switching ist ein Sprachkontaktphänomen und besteht in einem Wechsel zwischen zwei oder mehreren Sprachen bzw. Sprachvarietäten innerhalb einer Äußerung und kann entweder unbewusst oder bewusst ablaufen. Das Ziel des vorliegenden Artikels ist es, ausgewählte syntaktische Beschränkungen des Code-Switching, so wie sie in der Fachliteratur diskutiert werden, zur Debatte zu stellen und anhand einer Transkription eines Interviews mit dem berühmten Neurobiologen Eric Kandel (2011) empirisch zu überprüfen. Einer empirischen Überprüfung wird ebenfalls die Triggering-Hypothese (M. Clyne, 1967) unterzogen.
    Code-switching appears among multilingual speakers and means switching fluently from one language to another. Since the 70s some research have been carried out on code-switching from the syntactic point of view. Its main purpose is to determine in which parts of a sentence code-switching cannot appear. The aim of the present study is to verify empirically the selected grammatical constraints on code-switching as well the Triggering-Hypothesis (Clyne 1967) on the basis of an interview transcript with a famous neurobiologist Eric Kandel.
