    This paper presents process of analysis of the conception and planning solutions as well as field measurements for the DN 700 gas pipeline, characterized by high pressure, carried out in Ruda Łańcucka. Reconstructed pipeline had been located on extremely unsteady, heavily watered ground. Article covers implementation process of the reconstruction.

    La situación actual de los páramos y parques naturales de Colombia, se ha vuelto un tema de interés nacional, tanto a nivel económico como social y ambiental, ya que en las últimas décadas, debido al incremento de la industria minero energética en el país, el Estado ha ejecutado una serie de titulaciones en dichos territorios, a la par que, paradójicamente, se dictan y proclaman enmiendas de protección y reserva ambiental para estos. El presente artículo, pretende contextualizar la situación actual de Colombia frente a la titulación de proyectos mineros en zonas de páramos y parques naturales, lográndose esto, por medio de una revisión documental, la cual se basó en el análisis y consulta de la información a través de tres categorías investigativas: algunos aspectos de la normatividad referente a la protección de áreas de reserva natural, afectación a los parques naturales por la acción minera y afectación a los Páramos Nacionales por la acción minera. Se pudo ob¬tener como resultado, una tendencia fuerte de parte del gobierno, al otorgamiento de títulos mineros en este tipo de zonas, lo que evidencia la carencia de regulación, control, acatamiento y respeto de parte de este ante el marco normativo, el cual se encuentra poco estructurado y con gran cantidad de incoherencias y contradicciones
    The current situation of the moors and natural parks of Colombia, has become a matter of national interest, both economic and social and environmental level, since in recent decades, due to increased energy mining industry in the country, State has implemented a number of degrees in those territories, at par, paradoxically, they dictate and proclaim amendments environmental protection and reserves for these. This article aims to contextualize the current situation in Colombia against the degree of mining projects in areas of moorland and natural parks, this being achieved through a documentary review, which was based on the analysis and consultation of information through three research categories: some aspects of the regulations concerning the protection of natural reserve areas, natural parks affected by mining action and involvement to the National Páramos by mining action. Could be obtained as a result, a strong tendency on the part of government, the granting of mining rights in such areas, which demonstrates the lack of regulation, control, compliance and respect from this before the regulatory framework, which is loosely structured and with lots of inconsistencies and contradictions

    Opis:
    The recurrent theme of dropping frontiers in a world which has become increasingly heterogeneous but intolerant is the leitmotif of Sashi Tharoor’s Riot and Salman Rushdie’s The Moor’s Last Sigh. The figure of the Moor and his hybrid genealogy is central to Rushdie’s vision, as he reconstructs a syncretic, tolerant Moorish Spain and juxtaposes it with Bombay, his haven of pluralism. He celebrates Nehru’s vision of a new Indian nation which, in keeping with the traditions of western modernity, promised to be above religion, clan, and narrow parochial considerations. With the vanishing of such ideals and hopes, as boundaries and religious communalism are getting intensified these diasporic cosmopolitan writers make a case for a boundless world. Their response is a human subjectivity which transcends color, class, narrow parochialism, tribalism and fundamentalism. Secularism is the very base of their humane approach. This essay, therefore, analyzes the theme of secularism and its discontents, particularly in the context of the coexistence of Hindus and Muslims in India, as it runs through Rushdie’s The Moor’s Last Sigh and Tharoor’s Riot by exploring the various layers of allegories related to pluralism and the critique of fundamentalism in them. Toward this end, it will focus on the recent debates on Indian secularism by scholars to interrogate the relevance of the European model of secularism which argues for the separation of state and religion.

    Niniejsze studium prezentuje sposoby postrzegania przybyszy z Afryki przez Europejczyków, a także modele samoidentyfikacji Afrykanów osiadłych w Europie. Ujęcie historyczne ukazuje dynamikę procesów migracyjnych oraz tożsamościowych, co znajduje swój wyraz w zagmatwanej terminologii. Zjawisko egzotyzacji Afrykanów i specyficznej protekcjonalnej postawy w stosunku do nich, które przetrwało w Europie do połowy XX wieku, spowodowało, że nauki społeczne i historyczne późno zainteresowały się kategorią „Afrykanów w Europie”. Afrykanie (traktowani w kategoriach geograficznych, a nie rasowych) obecni byli na kontynencie europejskim od czasów antycznych. Rzadko wspominany jest wielowiekowy okres ich panowania na Półwyspie Iberyjskim (al-Andalus). Częściej w pamięci historycznej Europejczyków pojawiają się „czarni niewolnicy”. Coraz większe zainteresowanie badaczy budzi niezwykle złożony i ciekawy poznawczo proces przeistaczania się „czarnego tubylca” w „czarnego robotnika emigranta” oraz powstawanie nowych typów tożsamości: Afroeuropejczyka, Euroafrykanina, czarnego Francuza lub czarnego Brytyjczyka, opisywanych z perspektywy historycznej, antropologicznej lub statystycznej.
    The following article presents the various perceptions towards migrants from Africa from the point of view of Europeans, as well as the self-identification of Africans in Europe. A historical framework uncovers the dynamic processes of migration and identity construction, which manifests itself in convoluted terminology. The phenomenon of rendering Africans exotic together with a specific protectionist stance towards them,which persisted in Europe until the mid-20th century, delayed the interest of the social sciences and history in the category of “Africans in Europe”. Africans, treated in geographic rather than racial categories, have been present on the European continent since antiquity. Their half-century presence on the Iberian Peninsula (al-Andalus) is rarely mentioned, whilst “black” slaves are more frequently inscribed the historical memory of Europeans. Increasingly, researchers are interested in the particularly complex and challenging process of transformation of the “black native” to the “black worker-emigrant”, as well as the rise of new identities: Afro-European, Euro-African, Black French or Black British, analysed from the historical, anthropological or statistical perspectives.
