Opis:
The right to assembly is recognized as one of the key human rights. It is essential for the functioning of the community, it is also the foundation of the democratic state. The legal regulations of the law of assembly in Poland have a tradition dating back to the mid-nineteenth century, but this right was regulated by 1990. The authentic freedom in this respect can be discussed only in the period of the Third Polish Republic, although this freedom has never meant freedom and has always been subject to limitation. The standards, which have been improved for decades, have been broken by the 2015 act, while in 2017 the Polish legislator introduced a number of solutions that made the law inconsistent and problematic in application. This article is aimed at tracing the evolution of statutory regulations from 1918–2015 and evaluating new solutions, especially those introduced in 2017, against it.

This paper considers the cultural heritage and global / local manifestation in urban spaces. It focuses on cultural monuments, phenomena, events and the image of the city, which form a historical continuum and the part of today's city culture with the overlap between global and local elements, forms and functions. Global and local manifestations enable compliance or conflict that may promote, encourage, even out or damage cultural heritage. Municipal institutions, NGOs, individuals and foreign investors and entrepreneurs enter into this process. The paper is the result of field research in Zvolen located in central Slovakia.

Opis:
Transcendental Phenomenology of language wrestles with the relationship of language to mind’s manifestation of being. Of special interest is the sense in which language is, like one’s embodiment, a medium of manifestation. Not only does it permit sharing the world because words as worldly things embody meanings that can be the same for everyone; not only does speaking manifest to others the common world from the speaker’s perspective; but also speaking, as a meaning to say, may achieve the manifestation of the world also for the speaker herself. This requires finding the right words to form true propositions in a well-formed sentences. The manifest telos of proposition-rendering sentences is adumbrated and founded in the infant’s elemental formation of simple phonemic identity syntheses and syntax. This instinctual dynamism is founded in what Husserl names “the idea of truth” which supports the thesis of a universal language instinct.

Ebola is a severe, acute viral disease, characterized by the sudden onset of fever, vomiting, and profuse diarrhoea, leading to severe dehydration, haemorrhagic diathesis, significant blood loss, shock, often with a fatal outcome. The disease is transmitted by either direct contact with blood or other bodily fluids of live or deceased infected people. Transmission may also occur by unprotected sexual contact or by direct contact with the blood or body fluids of animals. Before 2013, the maximum number of infected people in a single outbreak of Ebola was 425. This figure was significantly exceeded during the largest wave of Ebola that began in December 2013 in West Africa. The epidemiological situation is being closely monitored by the states of the European Union. The World Health Organization has issued recommendations for travellers to countries affected by the Ebola virus.

The motion, which is the main idea of the Way of the Cross, needs space to occur. Jerusalem became a pattern that was imitated across the world by the Calvary Foundation. In accordance with the utopian theory, the sanctuaries combine the characteristics of a garden and a city. Calvary creates a new space which can be deemed artificial because it transfers urban solutions into natural environments. The city of everyone can also create a space that is involved in the Way of the Cross. Religious manifestations that accompany the celebrations of the Good Friday cause that the tradition of the Passion is still alive, and give new meanings to the new areas across which the procession leads.

Epidemiological studies on the impact of onchocerciasis control in some parts of Imo State, Nigeria was undertaken between 2008 and 2012 to determine the impact of annual ivermectin mass drug administration on clinical manifestation of Onchocerciasis. The survey took place in the nine villages of Okigwe local government area, which have base line data at Carter Center Imo/Abia project. Permission to carry out this survey was obtained from Ministry of Health as well as informed consent was obtained from the individual volunteers. Skin snip for microfilaria (mf), community microfilaria load (cmfl), physical examination, visual screening, were carried out among 960 volunteers comprising of 511 males and 499 females from age group 5-62+ in the sampled villages in accordance with the epidemiological evaluation of onchocerciasis protocol. The results shows 63.7% reduction against 47.2% nodule prevalence in 1995 to 14.3% nodule prevalence in 2012 (p<0.001). Similarly there is 36.3% reduction rate of mf prevalence from 51.8% mf rate to 33.0% in 2012 after 15 years of mass drug administration (p<0.005). CMFL is generally low among the sampled villages 0.90 mf per milligram (p<0.001). An Onchocercal symptom was found among individuals in the sampled villages 47.2%. Also mf prevalence was rare in age group 5-15(17%), subsequently increased with age and highest in age group 56-62+ (26%). However, because microfilaria (mf) was found among the subjects, is suggestive of its potential continued transmission and therefore Onchocerciasis is not yet eliminated.

Opis:
Inna grupa pojmuje Go jako proroka. Są i tacy, którzy zajmują krańcowo wrogie stanowisko względem Jezusa, nazywając Go zwodzicielem.

This article is aimed at presenting the results from research. The aim of the research was to verify whether children organized in groups work more effectively in achieving a common goal. The research method employed was that of a social experiment under natural conditions, with the parallel groups technique. The research group consisted of 100 six-year-old children over the course of two school years from two public kindergartens in the same location of a single town. The assumption was that the frequency of collaboration would be higher at the end of the school year for children organised by teachers into groups in order to achieve a common goal compared to children for whom this opportunity is intentionally not created by their teachers. The assumption was confirmed for the methods in which collaboration was manifested: The assumption was confirmed for manifestations of cooperation: continuous, effective communication; helping a friend; praise, encouragement. The following was not confi rmed: expression of one’s own opinion/proposal; engagement in the achievement of a common goal.

Defending the ancient thesis, that being and the true, or being and manifestation, are necessarily inseparable, is at the heart of transcendental phenomenology. The transcendental “reduction” disengages the basic “natural” naïve doxastic belief which permits the world to appear as essentially indifferent to the agency of manifestation. The massive work of transcendental phenomenology is showing the agency of manifestation of “absolute consciousness.” Yet the foundations of this agency of manifestation are pervaded by issues which, when addressed, reveal that the question of a “second absolute” is basic and opens Husserlian phenomenology to metaphysical questions. This has to do not merely with the teleology of the agency of manifestation, i.e., the “whither” of the teleology of presencing, but also, in some sense, with the constituting “whence” of the transcendental I. Husserl argues for the teleology of truth pointing to both a divine subject as well as a divine entelechy.

Introduction. SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2) is a coronavirus that causes COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) with mild to severe respiratory illness. It is a highly contagious disease transmitted through direct or indirect contact with infected people or contaminated surfaces, mainly through respiratory droplets, but other routes are being investigated. Objective. It is known that coronaviruses (CoVs) can cause a variety of ocular pathologies in animals, including conjunctivitis, anterior uveitis, retinitis, and optic neuritis, many of which are severe. However, there is no evidence of the SARS-CoV-2 presence in the eye tissue of asymptomatic patients, even if the symptomatic incidence is low. This systematic review presents updated literature on this issue. Abbreviated description of the state of knowledge. COVID-19 has now spread throughout the continents and poses a global threat to public health. The risk of rapidly overloading health care systems and causing substantial mortality worldwide is real. On 11 March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced coronavirus as a global pandemic. Several studies described a few cases with initial ocular symptoms followed by systemic symptoms of the disease. Summary. Although the frequency of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 infection through the eye is low, ocular symptoms are not uncommon in COVID-19. In some cases, eye symptoms may be the first signs of illness. This implies the need for hygienic recommendations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical staff and other services to minimize COVID-19 infection of both health-care workers and patients. A triage for ophthalmic outpatient clinic is mandatory.

Oral cavity lesions are amongst the earliest manifestations of HIV-infection. Thorough examination of oral cavity as well as awareness of associations between specific symptoms and HIV-infection can lead to early diagnosis of this life-long disease. Consequently, early diagnosis of HIV infection allows for prompt introduction of antiretroviral therapy allowing to improve patients’ quality of life, their life expectancy but also reducing the risk of transmission. Therefore, raising awareness on oral cavity disorders suggestive of HIV-infection among general physicians and dentists is of a great importance. In this article we described the most common oral cavity manifestations associated with HIV infection including: oral candidiasis, hairy leukoplakia and Kaposi’s sarcoma in detail.
