    When taking actions to promote the competitiveness of a given country or group, the benefi ts of higher growth and dynamic development should be reaped by all members of a given community or group and, thus, this growth should be inclusive. The aim of the paper is to present the role of the innovation policy in fostering inclusive growth in China and in the EU. It is arguable that this policy should, in particular, support the growth of inclusive innovation irrespective of the level or value of the economic growth of a given country. However, given the diverse conditions of each country and, thus, different issues to be tackled, inclusive innovation must consider how unique such countries are. Supporting and developing inclusive innovation is not only the exclusive policy of developing countries such as China. In the EU, fostering this kind of innovation is highly encouraged, which contributes to achieving sustainable growth and ensuring benefits from inclusive innovations to EU inhabitants given that this is the major priority of this union and the foundation on which further continued growth of the EU is built.

    Inclusive education in Polish schools has become a fact and it is necessary to reflect on its effective implementation and the forecast of further development. This article is another voice in the lively discussion of the non-segregating model of student education, and its aim is to show inclusive education in a dichotomous approach as change and continuation. The idea of inclusive education as a kind of innovative solutions is based on many concepts in the field of pedagogy and psychology, and their recognition makes it easier to understand and accept the direction of changes towards the school for all students.

    The aim of the article is to discuss the innovation policies implemented in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, which promote innovativeness of enterprises. It is claimed that the innovation policies in those countries should increasingly contribute to the so-called inclusive growth, which may be achieved by supporting the innovativeness of enterprises, SMEs in particular, as well as through the greater mobilisation of these entities to become actively involved in the promotion of innovation.Its promotion is considered to be the key course of action to boost the economic growth in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. The innovation policy should account for the aspect of inclusiveness and should be strongly focused on the structural modifications of national innovation systems in the discussed countries, with priority support for enterprises, including both small and medium ones as well as their capabilities to create innovations and absorb them.

    Opis:
    Diversity pedagogy and inclusive education – understood as the integration of the representatives of heterogeneous groups into the educational community – is as an example of a very up-to-date, socially important innovation, which requires serious, systematic approach to its generation and diffusion. The paper shows that successful implementation of such innovation depends not only on what part of the population considers it to be socially useful, but also on the consistent and, in the long term perspective, logical steps taken to implement and disseminate the innovation. Such consistency can be accomplished most effectively within the framework of the strategic plan of innovation implementation.

    Celem artykułu jest określenie cech lidera inkluzywnego w procesie skutecznego wprowadzania zmian w organizacji. Założono tu, że każda organizacja musi wdrażać innowacje w zasobach pracowniczych poprzez zastosowanie cech inkluzywnego lidera. W trakcie badań przeprowadzono następujące prace: desk research, indywidualny wywiad pogłębiony oraz ankietę. Badaniem objęto respondentów z przedsiębiorstw mikro i małych. Artykuł powstał na podstawie trzeciego etapu badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w 2022 r. Wyniki badań identyfikują cechy i kompetencje lidera inkluzywnego. Zespoły zarządzane przez liderów inkluzywnych mają większe szanse na osiągnięcie lepszych wyników poprzez podejmowanie bardziej trafnych decyzji i pracę opartą na współpracy. Biorąc pod uwagę szybkie tempo zmian społecznych i gospodarczych, celowe wydaje się stałe i systematyczne monitorowanie działań lidera inkluzywnego w organizacji. Przedstawione wyniki badań pokazują, jakie umiejętności miękkie będą miały wpływ na rozwój organizacji.
    The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristics of an inclusive leader in the process of successfully implementing change in an organization. It is assumed here that every organization must implement innovations in the field of employee resources, applying the characteristics of an inclusive leader. In the course of the research, the following work was carried out: analysis of the foundational data, an individual in-depth interview and a questionnaire survey. The survey included respondents from micro and small enterprises. The article is based on the third stage of the empirical research conducted in 2022. The findings identify the characteristics and competencies of an inclusive leader. Teams led by inclusive leaders are more likely to achieve better results through more accurate decision-making and collaboration. Given the rapid pace of change, it seems advisable to constantly and systematically monitor the activities of an inclusive leader in the organization. The presented research results show which soft skills will have an impact on the development of the organization.
