    Opis:
    The automotive industry is one of the most important sectors of the global economy. It has long been setting new standards not only in quality management (QS 9000/VDA or ISO/TS 16949). It is also an inspiration for seeking efficient production methods, such as lean production, agile production and tools that support such production in the global automotive supply chain. Since October 2016, a new quality management standard in the form of the IATF 16949:2016 system has been in place in the automotive industry. The standard amends the existing ISO/TS 16949:2009 based on the revised ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements (CSR).

    The work focuses on changes caused by the adaptation of the IATF 16949 standard - Quality Management System in the Automotive Industry to the new requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system and the benefits of certification for compliance with IATF 16949. Moreover, an attempt was made to determine the requirements for suppliers and clients, belonging to the company chain, having implemented a quality management system in the automotive industry. A survey was carried out using a questionnaire to indicate the determinants of the selection of original parts by customers - car owners. It was the main research problem.
    W pracy skupiono się na zmianach spowodowanych dostosowaniem się standardu IATF 16949 – System Zarządzania Jakością w Branży Motoryzacyjnej do nowych wymagań systemu zarządzania jakością ISO 9001 oraz na korzyściach z tytułu certyfikacji na zgodność z normą IATF 16949. Ponadto podjęto próbę określenia wymagań jakie stawiane są dostawcom i klientom, należącym do łańcucha przedsiębiorstwa, mającego wdrożony system zarządzania jakością w branży motoryzacyjnej. Przeprowadzono badanie za pomocą kwestionariusza ankietowego, aby wskazać determinanty wyboru części oryginalnych przez klientów – posiadaczy aut. Stanowiło to główny problem badawczy.

    The aim of the article is to present the case study of implementation of the example CAQ system, which allows to meet the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and the VDA 6.1 standards in the field of statistical process control (SPC). The foundations of the CAQ systems concept and their specific requirements, especially for companies operating in the automotive industry, for which modern CAQ tools are necessary, in the described case based on the LEAN-QS program, are presented. The article presents the observations and results of the analysis of the operation of the quality assurance system in a company that is a supplier of car parts. One of the modules of the LEAN-QS program was implemented there, which makes it possible to meet the requirements of a certified quality management system. The effectiveness of the presented tool was demonstrated, allowing to meet industry requirements while minimizing resources necessary for supervision and proper implementation of the quality management system process, which in this case is the SPC.

    The aim of the paper is analysis of dissemination of management systems in Poland, and to discover if there any difference between management systems dissemination and size of enterprise. On the basis of conducted research, the most widespread management system in the surveyed organizations, besides ISO 9001, was ISO 14001. Moreover, many organizations use IATF 16949, PN 18001, AQUAP, ISO 22000, EMAS, ISO 27001 management systems.

    Opis:
    A theory and a practical example of proceeding with the 8D procedure in the automotive industry enterprise have been shown. The most common errors in the 8D procedure have been given. Indication of the possibility of modifying the 8D method was the main goal of the study. This modification took into account the modern requirements of standardized management systems - in particular in areas related to risk analysis. The methodology presenting the course of the proceedings has been presented in the article.
