    Opis:
    W artykule przedstawiono warunki badań dotyczące oddziaływania obciążeń cieplnych o wysokiej temperaturze na próbki ze stali 2H13. Starano się powiązać temperaturę wygrzewania (zmianę barwy badanych powierzchni) ze zmianami mikrostruktury warstwy wierzchniej badanych próbek. Zatem z punktu widzenia diagnostyki obiektów technicznych, w sposób bezinwazyjny starano się uzyskać ważną informację diagnostyczną, która w praktyce może posłużyć do oceny zmian mikrostruktury lub też stanu przegrzania materiału w eksploatacji elementów maszyn.
    In this article, main emphasis was put on determining the influence of high temperature on steel 2H13 samples. Attempted was linking the high temperature of heating with change of tested surface color and changes in microstructure of sample's surface layer. In terms of technical system diagnostics, in a non-invasive manner obtaining important diagnostic information was attempted, which in practice can be used for evaluation of microstructure changes as well as the state of overheating in machine elements operation.

    Background: This paper is focused on the development of costs and their structure in logistics companies. Industry 4.0 should trigger significant changes in technologies, business or society where logistics as an area of entrepreneur activity is no exception. Some areas of logistics as storage and warehousing should be even pioneers. It is supposed that human labor has been/will be substituted by other production factors. This substitution should influence economic variables of companies and their overall performance. Challenges of Industry 4.0 will not only be exposed to companies but also to government. It is necessary to monitor the environment and describe changes. Methods: Using published corporate financial statements the analysis is based on ratio analysis which describes cost structure and time series which show cost development on the level of individual companies operating in logistics. There are analyzed especially analytical indicators of selected cost items in terms of ratios, indicators of total costs and profitability. Results: The computed cost structure and development were summarized and evaluated by descriptive statistics. Conclusions: The obtained results show if and how significant there have been any changes in the level and structure of costs and profitability of logistics companies. Coming Industry 4.0 will have serious impact on business, government and individuals. This paper proves if the initiative Industry 4.0 can be already visible on the corporate data and results.
    Wstęp: W pracy poruszane jest zagadnienie rozwoju kosztów oraz ich struktury w przedsiębiorstwach logistycznych. Wdrożenie Industry 4.0 pociąga za sobą istotne zmiany w technologiach, biznesie oraz środowisku dla wszystkich rodzajów firm, w tym również logistycznych. Niektóre obszary logistyki jak magazynowanie powinny być nawet pionierami we wdrażaniu Industry 4.0. Ma to bezpośredni wpływ na zmienne ekonomiczne i ich ogólną kondycję. Wyzwania, jakie stawia Industry 4.0 dotyczą nie tylko firm ale również dla rządu. Niezbędne jest monitorowanie środowiska oraz opis zachodzących zmian. Metody: Dane do analizy pochodzą z publikowanych zeznań finansowych korporacji. Sama analiza opiera się na analizie porównawczej tych sprawozdań, opisujących strukturę kosztów oraz rozwój kosztów na poziomie indywidualnych przedsiębiorstw działających w branży logistycznej. Szczególnej analizie poddano wskaźniki analitycznej wybranych pozycji kosztowych, jak również dokonano analizy całości kosztów i zyskowności. Wyniki: Uzyskana struktura kosztów została podsumowana i oszacowana statystyką opisową. Wnioski: Uzyskane wyniki wskazują czy i jak istotne są zmiany w poziomie i strukturze kosztów oraz zyskowności przedsiębiorstw logistycznych. Nadchodzący Industry 4.0 będzie miał poważny wpływ na biznes, zarówno na poziomie rządu jak i poszczególnych przedsiębiorstw. W pracy udowodniono, że inicjację Industry 4.0 można już zauważyć w wynikach firm.

    Opis:
    4-Acetaminopyridine dihydrate and its protonated form, stabilized as the hydrochloride salt have been synthesized and spectroscopic elucidated in solution and in the solid-state by means of the inear-polarized solid state IR-spectroscopy (IR-LD), UV-spectroscopy, TGA, DSC, and the positive and negative ESI MS. Quantum chemical calculations were used to obtain the electronic structure, vibrational data and the electronic spectra. The spectroscopic and theoretical data are compared with the structure of the first compound obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The effect of Npy protonation on the optical and magnetic properties of a 4-acetaminopyridine is discussed.

    Gel filtration and velocity of sedimentation analyses on native and on lysine- and arginine- modified forms of the annelid worm Chaetopterus variopedatus sperm H1 histone indicate that anion-mediated lysine - arginine interactions play a relevant role in the stabilization of the oligomeric states of the molecule. CD spectroscopy shows that phosphate anions are at least an order of magnitude more efficient than chloride as negatively charged groups connecting H1 lysines and arginines. Acetylation of lysines, although not altering grossly the H1 properties, causes a tenfold decrease of the structuring efficiency of phosphates. This suggests that DNA phosphates may be sandwiched between lysine and arginine groups of H1 histone when this molecule binds to chromatin, constituting a relevant parameter for the reciprocal stabilization of the protein and of the chromatin higher order structures.

    Opis:
    The article is devoted to the problems of the security management for the dispersed organizational structures. The security is one of the system criteria that determine the factual value of the organization, what tends to expose the information and decision-making processes in an article. These processes determine the efficiency of modern business units and directly affect the level of the overall security of dispersed organizations. The security of an organization can be seen in various aspects ranging from the system security (general, global) through the economic security to the information security. The process nature of the relationships between the links of an dispersed structure indicates the need for the creation of the operational security. A particular role is played by the ICT as a strengthening factor for the widely understood potential of the company and its economic security in this area, e.g. in the framework of stimulating processes of a group learning, using of dispersed databases, or verifying generated knowledge in terms of the efficiency and certainty of the decision-making processes in dispersed structures. This article is a kind of an outline of the concept of the new H-H type structural solution (the hybrid of the hierarchical and heterarchical configurations), taking the criterion of an information and economic security into an account.

    Podstawowym celem prowadzonych badań stali T321H w stanie wyjściowym i po różnych czasach pracy było zbudowanie modelu umożliwiającego przewidywanie trwałości eksploatacyjnej materiału elementów części ciśnieniowej kotła po długotrwałej eksploatacji w warunkach pełzania wykonanych z tej stali. W pracy wykonano badania pełzania stali austenitycznej T321H przeznaczonej na elementy kotłów o parametrach nadkrytycznych. Przeprowadzono badania właściwości wytrzymałościowych oraz analizę struktury badanej stali w stanie wyjściowym oraz po długotrwałej ekspozycji w warunkach pełzania (tzn. po ok. 200000 godzin pracy). Wykonane badania umożliwiły wstępne opracowanie klasyfikacji zmian mikrostruktury i rozwoju procesów wydzieleniowych. Zastosowana metodyka oraz uzyskane wyniki badań będą w przyszłości wykorzystane w budowaniu modeli umożliwiających przewidywanie trwałości eksploatacyjnej dla innych materiałów o strukturze austenitycznej.
    The main purpose of testing T321H steel in its initial state and after different service times was to build a model to allow forecasting the lifetime of the material of boiler pressure section components made from this steel after longterm service under creep conditions. In this paper, creep tests of T321H austenitic steel for the elements of boilers with supercritical parameters were carried out. The investigations of mechanical properties and structure analysis of the tested steel in initial state and after long-term exposure to creep conditions (i.e. after approx. 20 000 h service) were performed. These tests enabled the preliminary elaboration of the classification of changes in microstructure and development of precipitation processes. In the future, the applied methodology and obtained test results will be used in building models to enable forecasting lifetime for other materials with austenitic structure.
