Opis:
Cet article décrit le niveau de connaissance de différents domaines qu’ont les salariés des entreprises impliqués dans la gestion de projet. Son but est d’établir un diagnostic pour le premier degré de maturité de la gestion à partir d’informations recoltées dans quatre entreprises. L’établissement d’un langage commun est le premier des cinq degrés de maturité de la gestion de projet. Méthodologie: une étude qualitative sur un échantillon cible a été réalisée à l’aide d’un questionnaire. Résultats: Cet article présente une partie des résultats de l’étude sur la maturité des projets de ces organisations dans le processus d’innovation de produit. La connaissance du projet est une ressource qui se rapporte aux méthodes et aux techniques liées à la coordination des activités du projet et de l’expérience des projets précédents. Conclusions: La bonne gestion des ressources liée à la connaissance au cours du projet peut sans aucun doute apporter de nombreux avantages, tels que le développement et l’amélioration de solutions propres, l’élimination de la duplication des travaux. Elle permet aussi de gagner du temps, de tirer les leçons de ses propres erreurs et de celles des autres et de mettre en place de meilleures pratiques. Originalité: La connaissance des domaines techniques liés au projet au sein de l’équipe qui travaille dessus indique le degré de maturité de la gestion de projet en ce qui concerne l’innovation du produit.

Opis:
La obra poética del franciscano Diego de Valencia de León, activo entre los siglos XIV y XV en círculos cercanos a la corte castellana, consta de 42 composiciones de muy variada extensión. Aunque fue uno de los principales exponentes de la más antigua escuela de autores castellanos de poesía cortés, su refinada y culta técnica ha recibido escasa atención por parte de la crítica literaria. La traducción al italiano de sus poemas, publicada en 2012, nos ofrece un punto de partida para examinar, teniendo en cuenta los rasgos métricos, temáticos y léxicos peculiares de la poesía de cancionero, las dificultades a las que se enfrentan los editores y traductores de textos pertenecientes a esta escuela poética. Así, pues, partiendo de ejemplos sacados del corpus poético de fray Diego, caso por caso se comentarán los problemas de traducción y las estrategias traductoras utilizadas.

O zjawisku przepisywania literatury w Złotym Wieku: Przypadek El bastardo de Castilla W Złotym Wieku proces przekazywania literatury dostarcza wielu przykładów użycia przez pisarzy tematów, motywów lub argumentów, a także dosłownych tekstów zaczerpniętych od innych pisarzy. To zjawisko dramatycznego przepisywania zostało przedstawione w niniejszym artykule poprzez konkretny przypadek grenadyjskiego scenarzysty Álvaro Cubillo de Aragóna w dwu jego pracach, dla których wzorcami są dwie sztuki Lope de Vegi. Jedną z par stanowią El bastardo de Castilla i El conde de Saldaña, drugą zaś, odpowiednio, Las mocedades de Bernardo del Carpio i El casamiento en la muerte. Analiza kompozycji i technik pisania są wyraźnym przykładem nawyków kompozycyjnych Cubilla. Sobre la reescritura dramática en el Siglo de Oro: El caso de El bastardo de Castilla En el Siglo de Oro el proceso de transmisión de la literatura brinda innumerables ejemplos del aprovechamiento que los escritores hacían tanto de temas, motivos o argumentos como de textos literales tomados o entresacados de plumas ajenas o de su propia obra. Este fenómeno de la reescritura dramática se ejemplifica en este trabajo a través del caso concreto del ingenio granadino Álvaro Cubillo de Aragón mediante dos obras que toman como modelo dos de Lope de Vega. Se trata, por un lado, de El bastardo de Castilla y de El conde de Saldaña, y, por otro, de Las mocedades de Bernardo del Carpio y de El casamiento en la muerte, respectivamente. El análisis de su composición y sus técnicas de escritura son un ejemplo claro de los modos compositivos de Cubillo.
In the Golden Age the process of transmitting literature provides lots of examples of the use that writers made in subjects, motives or arguments as well as literal texts taken from other writers or their own work. This phenomenon of dramatic rewriting is exemplified in this paper through the concrete case of the grenadian playwriter Álvaro Cubillo de Aragón through two works that take as model two plays of Lope de Vega. One is, on the one hand, El bastardo de Castilla and El conde de Saldaña, and, on the other hand, Las mocedades de Bernardo del Carpio and El casamiento en la muerte, respectively. The analysis of its composition and its writing techniques are a clear example of Cubillo’s compositional habits.

This presentation - following, as closely as possible, the book of Pierre Aubenque “Do we have/need to deconstruct the metaphysics? / Faut’il déconstruire la métaphysique?” (PUF Paris 2009) - will be focused just on Gilson’s doctrine: on some, « in a sense, deconstructing approaches » which, according to Aubenque, Gilson (as a metaphysician and as an historian of metaphysics, knowingly or not…) put in fact in practice… The « sense of deconstructing approaches » in question (let us say: the « what-why-when-which way… in singular or in plural, of the practiced deconstruction ») will not be fixed-made explicit at the beginning, but, step by step, will become more and more clear all along the study… Inevitably, the screening of deconstruction practiced here, will put in evidence « its reverse side » - namely, what, within metaphysics, is - can (must?) be - a matter for « construction »… During his screening, Aubenque approaches Gilson on the background of continuous confrontation with Heidegger, punctual confrontation with Bergson; and, in some proximity with Descartes and Kant (tacit-unspoken and what’s more, a bit undecided between them both)… The presentation will finish-culminate with/in a series of global-essential conclusions: Aubenque’s conclusions, related to Gilson, to Heidegger, to convergences-divergences between them; and mines, related to his (especially, to the limitations-confusions-discrepancies… in his own approach) …

A ship built from ferromagnetic steel disturbs the uniformity of the Earth’s magnetic field. Changes of ship’s signature are due to the magneto-mechanical interaction of the hull with the Earth’s magnetic field. The ship’s magnetic field can be detected by a magnetic naval mine. For this reason, the vessel has to be demagnetized. There are several methods of ship’s de-perming. The results of experimental and computer simulations of the ship’s de-perming process using coils lying on the seabed are presented in this paper. The simulation of the de-perming process with a hysteresis model of ship’s steel was carried out in Opera-3d 18R2. The laboratory experiments were carried out using a physical ship’s model, several Helmholtz coils, magneto-resistive sensors, etc. The experiments and computer simulations have shown that ship’s de-perming with coils lying on the seabed is possible. The values of coil currents are over dozen times greater than those used in the standard method.

Pierre de Deimier’s “Académie de l’art poétique” is a treaty written at the time of transition between Renaissance and Classical aesthetics. Consequently, Deimier, who continues to respect the regularisation of French poetry, is much more liberal in the applications of the rules of literature than his successors. Contrary to his predecessors, he acknowledges the primacy of invention over imitation, and distinguishes between free and close imitation. Only free imitation is acceptable.

The structural, elastic anisotropy and thermodynamic properties of the P4̅m2-BC₇ are investigated using first-principles density functional calculations and the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The obtained structural parameters and elastic modulus are in consistency with the available theoretical data. Elastic constants calculations show that P4̅m2-BC₇ is elastic anisotropic. The bulk modulus as well as other thermodynamic quantities of P4̅m2-BC₇ (including the Grüneisen constant, heat capacity and thermal expansion) on temperatures and pressures have also been obtained.

The structural, elastic anisotropy and thermodynamic properties of the I4mm-B₃C are investigated using first-principles calculations and the quasi-harmonic Debye model. The calculated elastic anisotropic suggest that I4mm-B₃C is elastically anisotropic with its Poisson ratio, shear modulus, the Young modulus, the universal anisotropic index, shear anisotropic factors, and the percentage of elastic anisotropy for bulk modulus and shear modulus. The quasi-harmonic Debye model, using a set of total energy versus molar volume obtained with the first-principles calculations, is applied to the study of the thermal and vibrational effects. The thermal expansions, heat capacities, the Grüneisen parameters and the Debye temperatures dependence on the temperature and pressure are obtained in the whole pressure range from 0 to 90 GPa and temperature range from 0 to 2000 K.

We have investigated the structural, elastic, electronic, optical and thermal properties of CsBaF₃ perovskite using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method within the generalized gradient approximation and the local density approximation. Moreover, the modified Becke-Johnson potential (TB-mBJ) was also applied to improve the electronic band structure calculations. The ground state properties such as lattice parameter, bulk modulus and its pressure derivative were calculated and the results are compared with the available theoretical data. The elastic properties such as elastic constants, anisotropy factor, shear modulus, Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio are obtained for the first time. Electronic and bonding properties are discussed from the calculations of band structure, density of states and electron charge density. The contribution of the different bands was analyzed from the total and partial density of states curves. The different interband transitions have been determined from the imaginary part of the dielectric function. The thermal effect on the volume, bulk modulus, heat capacities $C_V$ and the Debye temperature was predicted using the quasi-harmonic Debye model, in which the lattice vibrations are taken into account.

We present theoretical study of lattice parameters and elastic constants of wurtzite Al-rich In$\text{}_{x}$Al$\text{}_{1 - x}$N (x = 0.125, 0.1875 and 0.25) alloys using self-consistent ab initio calculations with a supercell model. Two different atomic arrangements have been considered for a given x, by either distributing the In atoms as uniformly as possible over the supercell or by clustering the In atoms together in a small part of the supercell. Our calculations reveal that the a and c lattice parameters show almost linear dependence on composition for the alloys with uniform distribution of In atoms, while for the case of alloys with clustered In atoms the c lattice parameter deviates from linearity quite significantly. For the alloys with clustered In atoms, we observe that the values of C$\text{}_{11}$, C$\text{}_{12}$, and C$\text{}_{44}$ elastic constants are significantly smaller than the linear interpolated values between the elastic constants of AlN and InN, and the values of C$\text{}_{33}$ elastic constant are significantly larger than the corresponding interpolated values. For the alloys with uniform distribution of In atoms, only C$\text{}_{11}$ elastic constant deviates significantly from linear dependence on composition.

High power semiconductor opening switches (SOSs) with $P^+PNN^+$ doping profile have been used in different pulsed power applications because of their fast high current interruption capability. In high pulsed power applications with high repetition rate, temperature increase of the semiconductor switch during its operation is no more negligible. In this paper, the cut-off characteristics of SOSs with different doping profiles are compared and then the impact of the temperature increase on the performance of the semiconductor opening switch is investigated using a detailed physical model. The simulation results indicate that due to the temperature increase of the switch, both the current amplitude and the cut-off characteristics of the switch are affected. Semiconductor opening switches with different base materials (Si and SiC) are studied. Due to favorable intrinsic characteristics of SiC (higher thermal conductivity, higher saturation velocity and higher breakdown electric field), the performance of the SOS can be enhanced using SiC as the base material and the design of compact high pulsed power applications can be achieved.

Neapolitański pisarz Erri De Luca porzuca na zawsze rodzinne strony w 1968 roku i kieruje się do Rzymu, by tam osiąść i wpaść w wir życia politycznego. Ucieczka ta zarazem uwalnia jak i, paradoksalnie, na zawsze wiąże autora z jego korzeniami i staje się powodem ciągłego dążenia do odnalezienia przynależności alternatywnej. De Luca decyduje się podjąć poszukiwania utraconych „źródeł”, otwierając sobie możliwość wyboru i kreowania własnej tożsamości w określonym kierunku. Świadomość nieprzystosowania, niezrozumienia i obcości wobec świata autor stawia obok potrzeby wypełnienia pustki wywołanej wykorzenieniem i zerwaniem więzi z miejscem pochodzenia. Twórczość De Luki obraca się wokół tego aspektu, skazując zarówno pisarza, jak i jego bohaterów na wieczne poszukiwanie.

Wydany w roku 1631 traktat Kwiaty Hiszpanii, wspaniałości Portugalii (Flores de España, excelencias de Portugal) portugalskiego erudyty, Antóniego de Sousa de Macedo, praktycznie nieznany polskim czytelnikom i niecieszący się dogłębnym zainteresowaniem portugalskich badaczy, jest tekstem o wyjątkowych walorach perswazyjnych. Dzieło to dokumentuje kształtowanie się poczucia dumy narodowej i więzi wśród Portugalczyków. Napisane w schyłkowym okresie tzw. Unii Iberyjskiej, rządów dynastii habsburskiej w Portugalii (1580–1640), wpisuje się z jednej strony w założenia tzw. literatury autonomistycznej” (termin Hernâniego Cidade), której zadaniem było podtrzymanie ducha narodowego, z drugiej zaś w tendencje epoki. W artykule przedstawia się, w jaki sposób António de Sousa de Macedo, korzystając z technik perswazyjnych, udowadnia prymat Portugalii i podkreśla tak niezwykłość, jak i wyjątkowość na tle innych ziem europejskich. Na przykładzie wybranych fragmentów pracy, w tym szczególnie rozdziału zatytułowanego „O sile Portugalczyków” („De la fortaleza de los Portugueses”), wykazuje się, że autor traktatu tworzy wyidealizowany i podporządkowany celom politycznym portret Portugalii i jej mieszkańców.
Published in 1631, the Flowers of Spain, Excelencies of Portugal (Flores de España, excelencias de Portugal), a treaty written by a Portuguese erudite, António de Sousa de Macedo, is virtually unknown to Polish readers, nor does it enjoy a deepened interest among Portuguese researchers. The treaty, however, emerges to be a one-of-a-kind vehicle of persuasive devices. It documents the evolution of a sense of national pride and ties among the Portuguese. The work was written in the fi nal period of the so-called Iberian Union, i.e. the rule of the Habsburg dynasty in Portugal (1580–1640) and seems to correspond well both with the assumptions of the so-called “autonomist literature” (a term by Hernani Cidade), whose task was to maintain the national spirit, and with the tendencies of its times. The article shows how António de Sousa de Macedo, making use of a rich arsenal of rhetorical tools, corroborates the primacy of Portugal in all areas and also underlines its uniqueness as compared to other European lands. The analysis is based on the chapter entitled “The Strength of the Portuguese” (“De la Fortaleza de los Portugueses”) and makes clear that the author creates both idealized and functionalized portrait of Portugal and its people.

From the 16th to 18th centuries in Western Europe care and nursing institutions for the sick were created by the faithful of the Catholic Church. The greatest successes in that field were achieved by three persons: Juan de Dios, Camillo de Lellis and Vincent de Paul. They established charity, care and nursing congregations, orders and convents which conducted wide charity activities in Europe before the French Revolution.
W Europie Zachodniej w okresie od XVI do XVIII wieku instytucje opiekuńczo-pielęgnacyjne dla ludzi chorych tworzone były przez wiernych Kościoła katolickiego. Największe osiągnięcia w tej dziedzinie stały się udziałem trzech osób: Juana de Dios, Camillo deLellis oraz Vincenta de Paul. Oni utworzyli zgromadzenia i zakony charytatywne i opiekuńczo-pielęgnacyjne, które w Europie przed Rewolucją Francuską prowadziły szeroko rozgałęzioną akcję dobroczynności.

Cet article est une tentative d’analyser quelques particularités du style des textes politiques de Christine de Pizan. La structure de ses oeuvres doit beacoup à la compilation ; ses ouvrages, dans certains passages, sont constitués de morceaux des textes repris à divers auteurs. Son style paraît un peu lourd et obscurci par des reminiscences, répétitions, phrases trop longues à multiples propositions subordonnées, constructions imbriquées réalisées par compléments et subordonnées conjonctives qui parfois rendent ses textes obscures. Christine utilise aussi des constructions pseudo-latines, formules de notaire, groupements des mots synonimiques deux par deux, constructions à double objet ou à double dépendante substantive, ou mixtes.

Cet article a pour l’objet la comparaison de quelques versions des manuscrits du Livre du corps de Policie de Christine de Pizan, qui forment deux groupes: le plus fidèle à l’original, où il existe rarement d’importants désaccords, et moins fidèle, assez éloigné de l’original, les deux contenant non seulement des divergences et différences structurales ou sémantiques, introduites par l’auteur-même, mais aussi des altérations inévitables, dues à l’opération de transcription. Christine de Pizan surveillait le travail des copistes, et ce système lui permettait de repérer d’éventuelles fautes et d’introduire des auto-corrections. Les changements dans les manuscrits concernent la morphosyntaxe (omissions de mots ou de phrases entières, modifications de la structure de phrase), et plus rarement, l’orthographe ou le choix d’un mot plus précis.

The subject of this study is chemical functionalization as means of structural modification of multiwalled carbon nanotubes. The main goal of the experiments was to create highest density of carboxyl groups on multiwalled carbon nanotubes surface, necessary for further nanocomposite application. Two different types of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (I: outer diameter d=50÷ 100 nm, purity ≈84%, synthesized by pyrolysis and II: outer diameter d=10÷40 nm, purity ≈94%, synthesized by chemical vapor deposition) were treated by concentrated nitric acid (HNO₃) and by alkaline mixture (NH₄OH+H₂O₂). The alkaline medium as "milder" and less aggressive than nitric acid, was expected to be less destructive and cause minimal structural damage on multiwalled carbon nanotubes surface. Structural changes due to oxidation were observed by the Raman analysis, while the ratio of the intensities of the D and G peak was used to estimate the concentration of defects. Pristine and functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and zeta (ζ) spectroscopy. The results showed that functionalization initiates changes in carbon nanotubes structure as well as in their density of states. It also results in carbon nanotubes shortening and exfoliation and decreases their agglomeration tendency. Carbon nanotubes functionalized by both acid and alkaline treatment can successfully replace conventional carbon fibers as fillers in polymer composites for sensing application.

Synthesis of nanocrystalline, spherical, and anatase type $TiO_2$ photocatalyst were performed by supercritical gas antisolvent process in the range of 50-150C and 100-150 bar. As-prepared samples were calcined at 500C and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method, differential thermal analysis/thermal gravimetry. In X-ray diffraction analysis, the anatase crystalline phase of titanium dioxide has been detected. The mean crystalline size of powders is about 13 nm. The photoactivity test of the powders was evaluated by the photodegradation of aqueous RR 180 (reactive red 180) solution under UV light. While the photocatalytic performance of $TiO_2$ powders (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area of 69.2 $m^2$/g) produced at 150 bar and 150C was found to be 98%, only 25% degradation was observed with powder produced at 150 bar and 100°C. Results showed that the powder properties and photocatalytic activity can be tuned by controlling the supercritical conditions such as temperature and pressure.
