The article is divided into three parts. The first one (“The past is a foreign country [L.P. Hartley] History and Anthropology. Meeting points) is devoted to bringing history and anthropology of culture closer together, since in both of them a great deal of attention is paid to the issue of memory. In the second part (Problems with relations), by means of examples from ethnographical studies, we are presented with some of the difficulties that memory researchers can encounter when doing fieldwork. The last part of the text contains theoretical ponderings on the matter of memory as presented from the perspective of anthropology of culture. The problem of memory is discussed: the way it is understood by today’s anthropologists and what role it plays in the cognitive processes (memory as a source of anthropological knowledge, memory as a subject of knowledge, memory as a cognitive tool).

Memorial sites pedagogy emphasizes the importance of historical-political education which, in turn, assumes that students, for example, should visit the museums of former Nazi concentration camps. It combines the acquisition of historical knowledge of WW II with self-development and the teaching of socially desirable attitudes, mostly by means of methods subsumed under non-formal education. With the help of memorial sites pedagogy, students can learn how to be tolerant and how to foster anti-discrimination acts. The method also offers a possibility to reinforce the pro-democratic attitudes.

Memorial site pedagogy is a term describing the practice and theory of historico-poli-tical education in museums in former nazi concentration camps. It combines gaining and deepening historical knowledge on the topic of World War II with self-development and shaping socially desirable attitudes, through usage of non-formal educational methods. Pedagogy of memorial sites aims at, among other things, learning tolerance and respect for diversity and shaping refl ective and active members of society. It offers an answer to the needs of contemporary European societies in the area of strengthening democratic attitudes.

Społeczeństwo jest ze swej natury zawsze zbiorem wzajemnie powiązanych procesów dokonujących się w czasie, ciągłym przechodzeniem od przeszłości, poprzez teraźniejszość do przyszłości. Pamięć o byłych doświadczeniach jest zaś kluczowym czynnikiem kształtującym tożsamość tak jednostek jak i społeczeństw, przekazując wzory kulturowe, normy i wartości. Pamięć jest przy tym zawsze pewną interpretacją tego, co było, skoro przeszłość jest dostępna człowiekowi zawsze czy to przez mechanizmy zapamiętywania czy też poprzez zapośredniczony przekaz, realizowany tak drogą ustną, jak i systematycznej historiografii. Interpretowana pamięć może prowadzić do jej instrumentalizacji. Przykładem takiej instrumentalizacji jest „kultura pamięci”, którą można zdefiniować jako całość przedsięwzięć, zarówno zinstytucjonalizowanych jak i nie, które przyczyniają się do umocnienia kolektywnej jak i indywidualnej pamięci o byłych doświadczeniach, tak aby wykorzystać te doświadczenia w kształtowaniu przyszłości. Artykuł zmierza do odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy kultura pamięci może stać się narzędziem ekumenicznym. Wobec diagnozowanego przez wielu socjologów i teologów kryzysu chrześcijaństwa, Kościoły chrześcijańskie stają przed koniecznością wypracowywania nowych metod działania, które skuteczniej pozwolą stawić czoła wyzwaniom współczesności. W konsekwencji, przed taką koniecznością stoi również ekumenizm. Kultura pamięci, również ta odnosząca się do dawnych kontrowersji, może stać się takim ekumenicznym narzędziem, o ile jest projektowana w poszanowaniu podstawowych zasad dialogu ekumenicznego i oparta na ewangelicznym nakazie miłości.

The subject matter of this text is a broad context of social activities focused on the institution of the museum. These activities comprise initiating procedures for establishing the culture of remembrance and civic responsibility in order to strengthen the cultural heritage in creating the local community, in the social and cultural, and social and economic sense. The texts refers to a statement in Resolution no.6 from the 1st Congress of Polish Museum Professionals that ‘it is essential to launch a programme, within the framework of programmes of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage, which would directly support pro-museum social activities’. Another important message is that this statement creates new creative possibilities based on activating the participation potential of institutions of the culture of remembrance. The author highlights the importance of launching the procedures of the Social Capital Development Strategy, as well as other tools whose activation is the responsibility of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage. These reflections are supplemented by a regional annex with short descriptions of cultural initiatives in Ostróda County (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeshop), carried out thanks to community actions, which is focused on revealing the inhabitants’ needs for integration by creating local institutions of the culture of remembrance
Przedmiotem rozważań niniejszego tekstu jest szeroki kontekst działalności społecznej skoncentrowanej wokół instytucji muzeum. Działania te to inicjowanie procedur służących budowaniu kultury pamięci i obywatelskiego poczucia odpowiedzialności za wzmocnienie roli dziedzictwa kulturowego w tworzeniu wspólnoty lokalnej, w wymiarach społeczno-kulturowym i społeczno-ekonomicznym. Tekst odnosi się do zapisu uchwały nr 6 I Kongresu Muzealników Polskich, iż należy stworzyć – w ramach programów Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego – program bezpośrednio wspierający promuzealne działalności społeczne. Ważne jest też przesłanie, że zapis ten otwieranowe możliwości kreacyjne i stwórcze, oparte na uaktywnianiu partycypacyjnego potencjału instytucji kultury pamięci. Autor wskazuje tu na istotność zainaugurowania procedur Strategii Rozwoju Kapitału Społecznego i innych narzędzi, których uruchomienie leży w gestii Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego. Rozważania uzupełnia aneks regionalny, zawierający krótkie opisy inicjatyw kulturotwórczych w powiecie ostródzkim (woj. warmińsko-mazurskie), realizowanych we wspólnotowym działaniu, nakierowanym na ujawnianie potrzeb integratywnych mieszkańców poprzez tworzenie lokalnych instytucji kultury pamięci.

Pamięć ludzka, zarówno w swym wymiarze indywidualnym jak i zbiorowym, jest czynnikiem determinującym tożsamość, skoro tożsamość definiuje się jako proces czyjejś refleksji nad przeszłością i przyszłością. Tożsamość jest więc rozwijana w permanentnej interpretacji tak jednostek, jak i społeczeństw swej historii i przyszłości. To dlatego sposób, w jaki przeszłość, z przekazem kultury, struktur społecznych, norm i wartości, jest nam dostępna, waży na naszej tożsamości. Jedną z dróg utrwalania ludzkiej pamięci jest kultura pamięci. Może być ona definiowana jako całość przedsięwzięć, zinstytucjonalizowanych bądź nie, które przyczyniają się do wzmocnienia zarówno zbiorowej, jak i indywidualnej pamięci o przeszłych doświadczeniach, by wykorzystać tę pamięć w planowaniu przyszłości. W świetle tego, jak tożsamość jest definiowana, kultura pamięci musi być odbierana jako silny czynniki procesu kreowania tożsamości. Artykuł omawia sposób, w jaki kultura pamięci jest rozwijana, aby budować wspólną europejską tożsamość. Uznając dialog za fundamentalny instrument współżycia społeczeństw europejskich, artykuł naświetla koncepcję dialogu sformułowaną przez Światową Radę Kościołów. Ekumeniczna teoria dialogu musi być odbierana jako owoc długoletnich doświadczeń Kościołów chrześcijańskich, żyjących w różnorodnych kontekstach, i jako taka – jako ważne narzędzie interpretacji sposobów odsłaniania się pamięci. Ekumeniczna perspektywa może być pomocna w budowie wspólnej europejskiej kultury pamięci.
Human memory, in both individual and collective dimensions, is recognized as an inherent factor of identity since identity is declared to be a process of one’s reflection on his past and his future. Identity is thus developed in the constant interpretation of both individuals and communities on their history and their future. This is why a way of how past with the transfer of culture, social structure, norms and values is available for us, effects on our identity. One of the ways to petrify a human memory is the culture of remembrance. It may be defined as the whole of undertakings, institutionalized or not, that contributes to strengthen both collective and individual memory about past experiences, in order to use these experiences to construct the future. It is embedded in the conviction that every distinctive society or community must build its identity on the one narrative line which encompasses the past, the present and the future. The culture of remembrance thus reveals itself in number of places of memory, monuments, museums, exhibitions, books, films, websites, memorial days, lectures. In light of how identity is defined, culture of remembrance must be seen as a strong factor of identity creating process. Article discusses a way of how culture of remembrance is developed in order to build common European identity. Considering dialogue as an essential instrument of co-existence of European societies, the article displays the concept of dialogue provided by the World Council of Churches. Ecumenical teaching on dialogue must be received as a fruit of the long-term experience of the Christian Churches living in the various contexts, and as such as an useful tool to interpret the ways of how memory is revealed. Ecumenical perspective might be helpful to build the common European culture of remembrance.

Der Artikel greift das Thema der Namen von Straßen und sonstigen öffentlichen Räumen in Stettin/Szczecin innerhalb der letzten hundert Jahre auf. Da die Stadt innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne im Deutschen Reich, in der Weimarer Republik, im NS-Staat, in der Volksrepublik Polen und in der Republik Polen gelegen war, erfuhren die Stadt und ihre Einwohner einen dramatischen Wandel. Zahlreiche Namen der öffentlichen Räume bieten einen tiefen Einblick in diese Prozesse an. Die meisten Namen wurden mehrmals umbenannt; ein kleiner Teil von ihnen blieb bis heute unverändert. Der Artikel ist kulturwissenschaftlich ausgerichtet und offeriert zwei Methoden der Forschung. Er soll als Basis zu weiteren Analysen fungieren.
This article tackles the topic of street names and other public spaces in the city of Stettin/Szczecin within the last hundred years. As the city was placed in German Empire, Weimar Republic, Nazi Germany, People’s Republic of Poland, and Republic of Poland, the city and its inhabitants have experienced a dramatic change within this period of time. Many names of public spaces offer a deep insight of those processes. Most names have been changed and replaced several times; a very little part of them has remained the same until today. The article takes a cultural science orientation and offers two methods of researching. It is meant to be a contribution to further analysis.
Artykuł podejmuje wątek nazw ulic i innych przestrzeni publicznych w mieście Stettin/Szczecinie na przestrzeni ostatnich stu lat. Z uwagi na fakt, że miasto w owym okresie znajdowało się w Cesarstwie Niemieckim, Republice Weimarskiej, nazistowskich Niemczech, Polskiej Rzeczpospolitej Ludowej oraz Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, miasto i jego mieszkańcy doświadczyli dramatycznych zmian. Wiele nazw przestrzeni publicznych Stettina/Szczecina oferuje głęboki wgląd w te procesy. Większość z nazw była zmieniana wiele razy; bardzo niewielka część z nich pozostała w swym oryginalnym brzmieniu do dziś. Artykuł przyjmuje optykę kulturoznawczą, i oferuje dwie metody badań. Ma on w swoim założeniu stanowić przyczynek do dalszych analiz.

Regarding the dispute about the evaluation of the Polish and Lithuanian resistance. The article presents a number of introductory insights into the subject of forming mutually negative portrayals of the two nations in the period of II World War. Having considered threats resulting from unresolved international conflicts, I point out the reasons for the Polish-Lithuanian exemplified by mutual relations of representatives of the resistance movement of both nations, who were involved in resistance activities during World War II on the territory of the contemporary Vilnius region. At the same time I attempt to specify and systematize the facts from the history of Lithuanian armed formations operating in Lithuania during the period of interest. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of Lithuanian partisans in collective memory of the both Lithuanians and the local Polish minority. I treat this text as a contribution and an encouragement to discuss and intensify research in this area. Issues raised here that would seem long gone, still play a huge role in the politics of Poland and Lithuania and have an impact on the future of our region, especially in the context of international security.

Vilnius plays an important role both for Lithuanian Poles and Lithuanians. By Lithuanians, it is understood as the historical capital of the state, the beginnings of the Lithuanian state. For Lithuanian Poles, in turn, Vilnius it is often a place of identification and a private homeland, a place of residence their ancestors. This article relates to the images of Vilnius presented by narrators during the interviews. I will try to illustrate the multiplicity of approaches using quotes from narrators. These images will show how important history is, especially in contemporary public debate and interpersonal relations, despite frequent declarations that it is currently not playing a role in everyday life.

Der Text diskutiert in der Form von Dialogen verschiedene mögliche alternative Geschichten von Danzig. Die beiden in diesen Dialogen auftretenden Personen sind eine optimistische Stimme („Opto“) und eine pessimistische Stimme („Peso“). Sie sprechen über eine Vielzahl von Themen: Zum Beispiel darüber, was wäre, wenn Danzig dänisch geworden wäre, wenn der Deutsche Orden Danzig nicht verloren hätte, wenn Napoleon gegen Russland gewonnen hätte, wenn die Stadt nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg polnisch geworden wäre, wenn sie nach 1945 nicht wiederaufgebaut worden wäre, wenn es keine Solidarność gegeben hätte und auch keine weltbekannten Schriftsteller, die über Danzig schrieben. Der Text ist ein stellenweise ironischer Kommentar zur Bedeutung, die urbaner Geschichte oft im öffentlichen Leben zukommt, und versucht, neues Licht auf die lokale Vergangenheit zu werfen. Er ist ursprünglich als Eröffnungsrede für das Vierte Welttreffen der Danziger 2014 entstanden und wurde im polnischen Original 2015 erstmals veröffentlicht.
The text discusses in the form of dialogues different possible alternative histories of Danzig / Gdańsk. The two characters in those dialogues are an optimistic voice (“Opto”) and a pessimistic one (“Peso”), who are speaking about a variety of topics, i.e.: What would be, if Danzig were Danish, if the Teutonic Order wouldn’t have lost the town, if Napoleon had won against Russia, if the town got Polish after the First World War, if it wouldn’t have been rebuilt after 1945, if there were no Solidarność and no well -known writers writing novels about Danzig. Through its mildly ironic form the text critically comments the importance, which urban history is often given in public life, and attempts to throw some new light on the local past. It was written as a speech for the Fourth World Meeting of people from Danzig / Gdańsk in 2014 and first published in its original Polish version in 2015.
Co by było, gdyby Gdańsk … ? Alternatywne biografie miasta. Tekst zawiera przedstawione w formie dialogów różne możliwe alternatywne historie Gdańska. Dwie występujące w nim osoby to głos optymistyczny („Opto”) oraz głos pesymistyczny („Peso”). Rozmawiają o całym wachlarzu tematów, np. o tym, co by było, gdyby Gdańsk stał się miastem duńskim, gdyby Krzyżacy nie utracili Gdańska, gdyby Napoleon wygrał z Rosją, gdyby miasto po pierwszej wojnie światowej stało się częścią Polski, gdyby po 1945 roku nie zostało odbudowane, gdyby nie powstała tu Solidarność lub gdyby nie było żadnych pisarzy rangi światowej piszących o Gdańsku. Tekst jest częściowo ironicznym komentarzem do znaczenia, jakie w życiu publicznym często przypisywane jest miejskiej historii. Tekst ten powstał pierwotnie jako przemówienie na Czwarty Światowy Zjazd Gdańszczan w 2014 roku i po raz pierwszy ukazał się w polskim oryginale w 2015 roku.

Marcin Szczygielski in his novel Arka czasu, czyli wielka ucieczka Rafała od kiedyś przez wtedy do teraz i wstecz (trans. The Ark of Time, or Rafał’s Great Escape from Once, Through Then, to Now and Back Again) (2013) exposes the young reader to the ethical complexity of the world by presenting both positive and negative attitudes of Poles towards Jews. The novel is primarily rooted in the poetics of fantasy, although it is based on facts and recalls the true story of a Jewish boy whose grandfather was a violinist. The story of Rafał’s escape from the Warsaw Ghetto can also be generically traced back to the adventure story and manners-cum-family story and is narrated with humour. The novel is clearly inspired by Janusz Korczak’s Diary (written in the ghetto in 1942, full ed. 1978) and a collection of poems, The Children of the Ghetto (1949), by Stefania Grodzieńska. It exudes authenticity, symbolised by both the topography of the actual ghetto space (heterotopia) and present motif time – travel. The rich, vivid narrative of the book seems to be a story of memories – filtered through successive generations – of events, places, people, values, ideas, images, and symbols. Its special significance in the literature for young readers and in speculative fiction may be explained by the power and function of literary imagination well adapted to the perceptual capabilities of the young reader.

Memory culture and historical politics in today’s RussiaConsidering that other countries are still conducting their studies, it is too early to make conclusions and summarise the question of Russia’s memory culture and historical politics. However, it is possible to share some insights concerning this topic:(1) This analysis indicates that Russia’s case is in stark contrast to the opinions of those theorists who negate the existence of national memory culture. In Russia, this culture began to materialise in 2005, after the complicated period of post-Soviet transformation. What became central was the narrative of the empire (derzhava), whose status should also be recognised by the rest of the world. The main symbolical resource used in the construction of the motif of powerful Russia is a myth of victory in the Great Patriotic War. More recently, however, this general myth has been strengthened by selected facts from other historical periods.(2) Symbolical figures of Russia’s memory culture – both those developing and those already formed – are continuously reinterpreted. Since 1992 the myth of victory has undergone a few stages of transformation: the first years of Boris Yeltsin’s presidency (until 1995) were dominated by active efforts to deconstruct this myth; in the period between 1995 and 2000 it was restored, with a particular stress put on the status of Russian people as the unconquered victim; in 2000–2005, the State regained its vital place in the structure of the myth. Recently, the myth has been instrumentalised and used as an argument in Russia’s confrontation with the West. The period since 2011 has seen a noticeable increase in attempts to expand the symbolic instrumentarium through active use of selected facts from other historical periods(3) Although what dominates in Russia is the imperial mega narrative (derzhava),there is also an alternative stream that makes a substantial opposition – the myth of a victim. The years 2009–2013 have shown us that the memory of Stalin’s crimes is really strong. In this sense, the structure of memory in Russia, although with some exceptions, is comparable to the Polish one. On the other hand, substantial differences are noticed in comparison with Germany, Lithuania or Belarus. Those countries have only one memory culture, although with different topics included in the content. Ukraine remains beyond the regional context: even though the process of forming a single policy of remembrance is in place, it is only in its initial phase.  Kultura pamięci i polityka historyczna w dzisiejszej RosjiBadania nad zagadnieniem kultury pamięci w Rosji i krajach ościennych ciągle trwają, dlatego nie można jeszcze mówić o ich podsumowaniu. Istnieją jednak przesłanki, by przedstawić pewne wnioski na ten temat.1. Przeprowadzona analiza ukazuje, że przypadek Rosji wyraźnie przeczy poglądom tych teoretyków, którzy negują możliwość istnienia narodowej kultury pamięci. Po skomplikowanym etapie transformacji postsowieckiej w Rosji kultura pamięci w 2005 roku nabrała konkretnych kształtów. W jej centrum znalazła się opowieść o imperium (dieržava), którego status powinna uznać także reszta świata. Podstawowym symbolicznym zasobem dla toposu silnego państwa rosyjskiego jest mit zwycięstwa w Wielkiej Wojnie Ojczyźnianej. Jednak w ostatnim czasie do wzmocnienia mitu centralnego aktywnie wykorzystuje się także selektywnie wybrane fakty z innych epok historycznych.2. Symboliczne figury tworzącej się czy też już ukształtowanej kultury pamięci są w Rosji stale reinterpretowane. Także mit zwycięstwa po 1992 roku przeszedł kilka etapów transformacji: w pierwszych latach prezydentury Borysa Jelcyna (do roku 1995) dominowały aktywne próby dekonstrukcji tego mitu, w latach 1995–2000 był on odnowiony, akcentowano przede wszystkim status rosyjskiego narodu jako niepokonanej ofiary. W latach 2000–2005 w centrum mitu znów usytuowano państwo, a w ostatnim czasie został on poddany instrumentalizacji i wykorzystany jako argument w konfrontacji Rosji z Zachodem. Po 2011 roku wyraźnie widać próby ilościowego rozszerzenia zasobu instrumentarium symbolicznego za pomocą aktywnego wykorzystania wybranych faktów z innych epok historycznych.3. Choć w Rosji wyraźnie dominuje meganarracja imperialna (dieržava), to jednak ma ona swoją konkurencję. W Rosji nadal w silnej opozycji do mitu zwycięstwa pozostaje mit ofiary. Lata 2009–2013 wyraźnie pokazały żywotność pamięci o ofiarach stalinowskich. W tym sensie struktura pamięci Rosji, choć z pewnymi wyjątkami, może być porównywana do polskiej, jednocześnie różniąc się istotnie od niemieckiej, litewskiej czy białoruskiej. W tych krajach dobitnie wyrażona jest jedna kultura pamięci, choć jej treść zawiera różne wątki tematyczne. W kontekście regionalnym nie mieści się Ukraina, w której jednolita polityka pamięci jest wprawdzie formowana, ale to dopiero początek procesu.

Lately, a distinct change took place in the Belarus authorities’ attitude towards the legacy of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. One of the aspects of the changes occurring in the Belarus historically-oriented policy is opening up to commemorating figures from those times. Historically-oriented policy is a fairly important element of preserving national identity and building historical awareness. It is reflected, among other things, in the attitude towards monuments. In the past few years, Belarus has witnessed changes in the central authorities’ and the society’s respective perceptions. More and more frequently, discussions are held about the legacy of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and its role in forging Belarus’ statehood. Among the elements of the historically-oriented policy in Belarus are issues related to mon¬uments to figures from the times of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The society’s opinions are extreme, both approving of the new developments and fiercely opposing them. The monument to the Lithuanian grand prince Algirdas in Vitebsk has been at the centre of this dispute, arousing the most intensive emotions. In the past years, efforts have been also made to commemorate prince Vytautas, king Mindaugas as well as Konstanty Ostrogski and Lew Sapieha.

One of the main aims of uniting Europe is to create a common European culture of remembrance. To achieve this, different transnational projects are carried out, especially in historical sciences, but increasingly also in other disciplines such as pedagogy. This paper shows a new solution in teaching German as a foreign language at an academic level using the didactics of culture. The lesson unit discussed in this paper was developed within a bilateral project New models of didactics of culture. Polish-German realms of memory during a workshop which had been conducted by students of four universities (two Polish and two German), in order to design lessons curriculums. This article discusses how history and foreign language can be taught within an intercultural lesson unit which focuses on area studies.

Rok 1918 nic oznacza jedynie końca I wojny światowej. Dla kilku krajów jest również początkiem ich państwowej niezależności. Ten ambiwalentny charakter pozwala odnieść się, jak zostanie to przeanalizowane w dalszym toku wnioskowania, do większej liczby obszarów życiowych, takich jak polityka, społeczeństwo, sztuka, kultura, literatura, filozofia i religia. Główny punkt rozważań odnosi się do pytania, jakie szanse, ale też i wyzwania przedstawia pamięć o tej dacie dla dialogu ekumenicznego. Następnie zbadane zostały wymienione wyżej obszary pod kątem pytania, jaką rolę w poszczególnych krajach odgrywają i odgrywały kultura i formy pamięci. Aby umożliwić ekumenicznie wykorzystanie religijnych i pastoralnych wyników, przedstawione zostały sugestie projektów, które powinny być zaadoptowane do konkretnych przypadków.
The year 1918 signifies both, the end of World War I and the beginning of state independence in the Eastern part of Europe. This ambivalence concerns different aspects of life, such as political affairs and society, arts and culture, literature, philosophy and religion. The following study discusses and considers chances and challenges of this ambivalence for an ecumenical dialogue in Europe. Therefore, these aspects of life will be analysed concerning the role of memory culture and also concerning the different kinds of remembrance in particular countries. In order to draw benefit from these results for parish oriented (adult) education and for ecumenical projects, theses considerations can be adopted as impulses for particular situations.
Die Jahreszahl 1918 markiert nicht nur das Ende des Ersten Weltkriegs. Für einige Staaten steht sic für den Beginn ihrer staatlichen Unabhängigkeit. Dieser ambivalente Charakter lässt sich, wie im Folgenden untersucht wird, an mehreren Lebensbereichen aufzeigen. Dazu gehören Politik und Gesellschaft ebenso wie Kunst und Kultur, Literatur, Philosophie und Religion. Der Schwerpunkt der folgenden Überlegungen betrifft die Frage, welche Chancen, aber auch welche Herausforderungen das Erinnern an dieses ambivalente Schicksalsjahr für den ökumenischen Dialog in Europa hat. Daher werden die unterschiedlichen Lebensbereiche daraufhin befragt, welche Rolle die jeweilige Erinnerungskultur und Erinnerungsform in verschiedenen Ländern spielte und spielt. Um die Ergebnisse religions- und gemeindepädagogisch ökumenisch nutzen zu können, werden Projektanregungen gegeben, die zur jeweiligen Situation vor Ort adaptiert werden müssen
