    Wykorzystanie różnych źródeł energii stanowi coraz poważniejsze wyzwanie dla krajów, dla których zrównoważony rozwój oznacza także lepsze wykorzystanie surowców energetycznych oraz poprawę stanu środowiska. Produkcja energii i jej wykorzystywanie wpływa na podniesienie poziomu naszego życia, ale jednocześnie powoduje degradację i niszczenie środowiska naturalnego. Głównym celem badań jest ocena wpływu wykorzystywanych źródeł energii na zanieczyszczenie środowiska w Unii Europejskiej. Omówione zostały zmiany w wielkości produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w poszczególnych krajach Unii Europejskiej. Przeprowadzona została analiza stanu zanieczyszczenia środowiska oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Podjęta została próba oceny, czy zwiększające się wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii ma pozytywny wpływ na zmniejszenie degradacji środowiska naturalnego.
    The use of different energy sources is an increasingly serious challenge for the countries for which sustainable development also means better use of energy resources and environmental improvement. The energy production and using of it influences the raise the level of our lives, but at the same time causes the degradation and destruction of the environment. The main aim of the study is to assess the impact of the energy sources used on the natural environment in the European Union. In the paper was discussed changes in the volume of production of energy from renewable sources in each EU countries. Analysis of the state of the natural environment was conducted, with particular reference to of air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. An attempt was made to assess whether increasing the use of renewable energy sources has a positive impact on reducing environmental degradation.

    The study deals with the practical dimension of CSR initiatives, pointing to the good practices of an increasing number of companies in Poland in the context of their development. The CSR concept is gaining more importance in the development of companies and the idea of socially responsible business, implemented and consistently performed by enterprises, can significantly contribute to the growth of competitiveness on the market, building company’s value and shaping a lasting advantage over competitors. The main objective of the study was to examine good practices of Polish companies in terms of sustainable development challenges. The specific objective of this paper was to indicate the areas of corporate social responsibility in selected companies. The analysis focused on the following CSR areas: community involvement and development, consumer issues, the environment and labour practices. The study of the subject literature and websites on good CSR practices and the statistical and econometric analysis were used as research methods. A comparative analysis of CSR initiatives of selected companies was performed, comparing the tabulated information from the last few years. For the number of companies and practices in 2014-2018, the analysis of the dynamics was performed. First, simple indexes (one-base and chain) were determined. Next, the mid-term chain index and the mid-term rate of change were calculated and interpreted. Finally, for both variables, a linear trend model was determined. The results of the dynamics’ analysis indicated a clear upward trend both in terms of the number of socially responsible companies in Poland, and in the amount of good practices implemented by those companies. In the following years, a further systematic increase in the values of both variables is to be expected.

    Purpose: The aim of the article is to evaluate and characterize the use of renewable energy sources and their impact on the environment in selected European countries. Design/methodology/approach: relying on renewable energy sources is one of the fundamental goals of the European Union, which is constantly striving to improve the quality of life of societies, and to secure the welfare of present and future generations. The authors performed an analysis of energy consumption in 2010-2020 based on statistical data obtained from the European Statistical Office “EUROSTAT”. Numerous statistical analyzes, including data composition and decomposition, have been carried out. The authors relied on the analysis of change dynamics technique. The article presents indexes with a variable base (chain) and relative increments with a constant base. Findings: It has been established that the use of renewable energy in the following analyzed sectors such as electricity, transport, heating and cooling is diversified, with the highest use being noted in the field of heating and cooling. The most developed country in Europe in terms of the use of renewable energy sources is Iceland, followed by Norway and Sweden. The countries with the lowest use of renewable energy are Malta, the Netherlands and Luxembourg although these countries are exhibiting a growing tendency towards using renewable energy sources. Originality/value: The article presents the results of data composition regarding the use of renewable energy and its impact on the natural environment. Due to the analyzes used, it may be regarded as an interesting overview of the use of renewable energy sources.

    Celem analizy jest porównanie bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym w poszczególnych województwach. Zmiennymi branymi pod uwagę są: liczba wypadków, liczba zabitych oraz rannych w tych wypadkach, liczba ujawnionych przypadków kierowania pojazdami po użyciu alkoholu oraz liczba ujawnionych przypadków kierowania pojazdami w stanie nietrzeźwości. Podstawowa hipoteza badawcza mówi, że stan bezpieczeństwa na polskich drogach ulega ciągłej poprawie. Oprócz zbadania dynamiki zmian zdarzeń drogowych w poszczególnych województwach oraz w całym kraju, autor pogrupował województwa, w których sytuacja bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym jest podobna.
    The aim of the analysis is a comparison of traffic safety in particular voivodships in Poland. The variables taken into account are: the number of accidents, the number of killed and injured in these accidents, the number of discovered cases of driving after using alcohol and the number of discovered cases of driving under the intoxication. The main hypothesis of the research is that the security situation on the Polish roads is improving. The author has examined both the dynamics of traffic incidents in each voivodships and across the country, and grouped the voivodships in which the security situation on the roads developed similarly.

    Artykuł przedstawia dyskusję autorów dotyczącą celowości podjęcia usystematyzowanego badania dynamiki ruchu pojazdów szynowych w krzywych przejściowych przy prędkościach większych od krytycznej. Pomimo tego, że pojazdy szynowe budowane są tak aby ich prędkość eksploatacyjna była mniejsza od prędkości krytycznej (dla prędkości większych zachowanie modelu pojazdu reprezentowane jest przez rozwiązania stateczne okresowe), badania stateczności ruchu tak w torze prostym jak i łuku kołowym są nieustannie prowadzone. Przyczyną są nie tak rzadkie przypadki kiedy pojazd może poruszać się z prędkością większą od krytycznej. Interesującym dla autorów zagadnieniem są własności dynamiczne układu na odcinkach toru umiejscowionych pomiędzy jest prostą i łukiem kołowym, tzn. w krzywych przejściowych. Trzeba tylko uzmysłowić sobie kluczową różnicę formalną w tym przypadku. Jest nią tutaj ciągła zmiana promienia krzywizny i przechyłki toru. W konsekwencji, nie można tu oczekiwać rozwiązań statecznych stacjonarnych i statecznych okresowych, tak typowych dla analiz stateczności w torze prostym i łukach kołowych.
    The article presents the authors' discussion on the advisability of undertaking a systematic study of the dynamics of rail vehicle traffic in transition curves at speeds higher than the critical one. Even though rail vehicles are built so that their operating speed is lower than the critical speed (for higher speeds, the behavior of the vehicle model is represented by periodic stability solutions), traffic stability tests on both straight and circular tracks are constantly carried out. The reason is the not so rare cases when the vehicle can move at a speed higher than the critical one. An interesting issue for the authors are the dynamic properties of the system on track sections located between a straight line and a circular arc, i.e. in transition curves. You just need to realize the key formal difference in this case. Here it is a constant change of the radius of curvature and cant of the track. As a consequence, we cannot expect stationary stability and periodic stability solutions, typical of stability analyzes in straight track and circular arcs.

    Resultant force and moment are structured as a single object called the torsor. Excluding all metric notions, we define the torsors as skewsymmetric bilinear mappings operating on the linear space of affine tensors. On this ground, we define an intrinsic differential operator called the affine covariant divergence. Next, we claim that the torsor field characterizing the behavior of a continuous medium is affine covariant divergence free. Applying this general principle to the dynamics of three-dimensional media, Euler's equations are recovered. Finally, we investigated more thoroughly the dynamics of shells. Using adapted coordinates, this general principle provides a consistent way to obtain new equations with non-expected terms involving Coriolis's effects and the time evolution of the surface.
    Strukturę formalna wypadkowej siły i momentu można ująć w postaci pojedynczego obiektu zwanego torsorem.Wyłączając wszystkie pojęcia metryczne, torsory definiujemy jako skośno-symetryczne dwuliniowe odwzorowania w przestrzeni liniowej w dziedzinie funkcji wektorowych. Torsory stanowią szczególną rodzinę afinicznych tensorów. Na tej podstawie zdefiniowano wewnętrzny operator różniczkowania zwany afiniczną kowariantną dywergencją. Następnie wysunięto postulat, że zachowanie się ośrodka ciągłego opisane polem torsorowym posiada zerową taką dywergencję. Zastosowawszy tę ogólną zasadę, użyto równań Eulera w opisie dynamiki ciał trójwymiarowych. W dalszej części pracy skoncentrowano się na dynamice powłok. Poprzez użycie odpowiednio zaadaptowanych współrzędnych wykazano, że zastosowanie tej ogólnej zasady stanowi spójną metodę otrzymywania równań z nieoczekiwanie pojawiającymi się członami odpowiedzialnymi za efekty przyspieszenia Coriolisa oraz zmian powierzchni powłoki w czasie.

    The paper attempts to compare European Union countries in terms of the dynamics of changes in the value of lamb meat imports in the period 2003-2017. The standard against which this comparison was made was the average value, which should be understood as the growth dynamics of the examined feature for all EU countries together. For this purpose, tools related to the so-called Grade Data Analysis, such as the index of the unlikeness of structures “ar” (in this case a good tool to determine the direction of changes and the speed of these changes for all EU countries) and overrepresentation maps (used to visualise these changes and for their interpretation). Additionally, with the help of GDA methods, EU countries were divided into groups characterised by smaller, medium and higher dynamics of changes in lamb imports. It can be concluded that the most dynamic growth in imports of this type of meat is found among the newest EU member states. This may indicate a change in dietary preferences in these countries. It may also be related to greater accessibility to goods previously considered as luxury, greater awareness of so-called healthy foods and the improved standard of living of societies that have joined the European Union.

    The economic development of Poland and its individual Voivodeships largely depends on the business entities operating in the area. Analyzing them enables a definition of the current situation of the economy and contributes to the ability to forecast future trends. Based on GUS (Statistics Poland) data concerning national economy entities divided by sectors and Voivodeships, an analysis of their structure and dynamics in the years 2008–2016 was conducted. A study of their structure over the years was made possible thanks to the use of indicators of structure and indexes of similarity of structure. The dynamics were analyzed using single-base indexes, chain indexes and the average pace of change. In order to determine the direction of changes, trend functions were estimated. These functions also helped to make forecasts of the number of national economy entities. The objectives of the article are to describe the current condition of the population of economic entities, define the directions of their changes and forecast their future trends.

    This research analysed the availability of phytoplankton and the growth rate of Vannamei shrimp in relation to water quality changes. The research was carried out in February-March 2021 for a half cycle of shrimp cultivation in two ponds of the Brackish Water Fish Culture Probolinggo Laboratory in Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. The research used a descriptive method and included a survey. Sampling was made every two weeks for two months. Nine parameters were measured and ten shrimps were taken for a specific growth rate (SGR) measurement once per sampling. Data were analysed using the principal component analysis (PCA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). Secondary data of water quality were added for the PCA. The results show that the phytoplankton found in the first pond consisted of Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, and Cyanophyta, whereas the phytoplankton in the other pond included Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, Cyanophyta, and Dinophyta. The abundance of phytoplankton ranged from 12-80∙103 cell∙cm-3, which indicated eutrophic waters. The PCA demonstrated that pH, nitrate, and total organic matter (TOM) significantly influenced phytoplankton abundance in the pond. In addition, water quality parameters, such as temperature, transparency, salinity, nitrite and phosphate levels, were tolerable in both ponds for the growth of shrimps. However, the level of pH was lower than the aquaculture quality standard, whereas those of nitrate, ammonia, and TOM were higher. The growth rate of Vannamei shrimp increased by 0.76–7.34%∙day-1.

    This article presents results of experimental investigations of static and dynamic properties of machine tool R1000 prototype. Investigations were conducted for two different machine tools, each at different stage of exploitation. Dynamic properties were estimated on the basis of experimental modal analysis results. Comparative analysis of both models was conducted. This research was complemented by estimation of static stiffness of the machine tools, based on displacement measurements.
    W pracy przedstawiono analizę wyników badań doświadczalnych prowadzonych celem określenia właściwości statycznych i dynamicznych prototypu frezarki R1000. Badania wykonano dla dwóch obrabiarek na różnym etapie ich eksploatacji. Właściwości dynamiczne obrabiarki określono na podstawie eksperymentalnej analizy modalnej. Dokonano analizy porównawczej modeli modalnych zbudowanych dla obu obrabiarek. Badania uzupełniono estymacją sztywności statycznej, na podstawie wyników pomiarów przemieszczeń.

    Opis:
    Celem artykułu jest analiza relacji sióstr zakonnych na temat ich emigracji do świata klauzurowego. Spośród kilkudziesięciu wypowiedzi sióstr (reprezentujących różne polskie zgromadzenia zakonne) na temat ich wyboru drogi życiowej wybrałam najciekawsze i najobszerniejsze. Teksty (łącznie 20) zamieszczone na stronach internetowych zakonów poddałam analizie treści, nakierowanej na wyodrębnienie dominujących wątków tematycznych. Mają one ważny walor ko¬gnitywny, pokazują dynamikę powołania do życia konsekrowanego, które jest nie tylko aktem osobowym, ale i fenomenem społecznym; pozwalają też na wyodrębnienie czynników decydujących o zakonnej emigracji. Oprócz segmentacji wypowiedzi według klucza semantycznego, w podstawowym zakresie uwzględniłam też ich cechy językowe.
    The author’s aim is to analyze the nuns’ accounts on their spiritual and physical emigration to the enclosed world. Out of several dozen of sisters’ statements on their vocation, deriving from all sorts Polish religious congregations, the most engaging and extensive ones were chosen. The texts (altogether 20), placed on orders’ websites, were submitted to content analysis, aimed at isolating the dominant threads. They have an important cognitive value and present the dynamics of the vocation, which is not only a personal act, but also a social phenomenon; allow to distinguish factors that determine the choice of this unique way of life. Apart from the segmentation of the accounts according to the semantic key, in the basic scope also their linguistic features were taken into account.

    In recent years extensive attention has been given to the Rubus genus, but knowledge on the ecology of most of its species, including rhythmic development, is still insuffi cient. Such data may have practical applications, since blackberry species are economically important. The goal of the study was to analyse phenology and growth rate of vegetative and generative stems in 10 Rubus species of different systematic affi nity (belonging to two subspecies and three sections), growing in the Dendrological Garden of the Poznań University of Life Sciences. Some habitat factors were also taken into consideration. Field investigations were carried out for three growing seasons. The plants were evaluated for phenology twice a week, while the length of their stems was measured once a week. Diff erences were observed in the seasonal rhythm of individual species. Weather factors distinctly infl uenced the course of development phases in all the Rubus species. Drought during the growing season caused fl owering disorders, withering of fruit, earlier autumn leaf coloration, and fall of leaves. Rubus idaeus and R. fabrimontanus ripened all of their fruits each year of observations and seemed to be the most adapted for fruit production. Rubus fabrimontanus, R. kuleszae and R. praecox were the most vigorous species with reference to shoot growth. This study revealed that only some species were fully acclimated to the conditions of the Dendrological Garden, since they successfully completed their entire fl owering and fruiting cycles.

    Paper present results of experimental investigations on dynamic properties of rope threading lathe TAE 45N. Prototype of this uniquely designed machine tool was delivered for the tests focused on finding dominant mode shape. Influence of the dominant mode on the cutting process is determined. Significant velocity and acceleration of headstock, during machining, can result in high vibration amplitudes, and its influence was estimated.
    W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych unikatowej tokarki do gwintów falistych TAE 45N. Badania prototypu tej obrabiarki zostały przeprowadzone w celu wyznaczenia dominującej postaci drgań, oddziałujących na realizację procesu skrawania. Przyjęty cel wynika głównie z zastosowanej kinematyki obróbki charakteryzującej się dużą prędkością i przyspieszeniem głowicy narzędziowej, w trakcie jej realizacji.

In the first one methods used in analyses were shown, the second one includes the most important results of research, among others, the changes of HDI index in countries in Europe were presented.

    W dzisiejszych czasach przy projektowaniu konstrukcji mechanicznych jednym z podstawowych kryteriów są własności dynamiczne obiektu. Mają one znaczący wpływ na drgania układu, emitowany hałas, wytrzymałość zmęczeniową, sterowalność i stabilność konstrukcji. Najczęściej do opisu dynamiki konstrukcji stosuje się modele strukturalne, które buduje się zgodnie z zasadami metody elementów skończonych. Model strukturalny można wykorzystać do wyznaczenia modelu modalnego będącego zbiorem częstości drgań własnych i odpowiadających im postaci drgań - przez zastosowanie odpowiedniej transformacji współrzędnych modelu. Proces budowy modelu modalnego nosi nazwę analizy modalnej. W artykule przedstawiano sposób przeprowadzenia eksperymentalnych badań modalnych wagonu kolejowego. Celem przeprowadzonych badań była identyfikacja własności dynamicznych w tym częstotliwości i postaci drgań własnych badanego obiektu.
    Nowadays, one of the basic criteria of the design of mechanical structures are dynamic properties of the object. They have a significant effect on the vibration, emitted noise, fatigue strength, controllability and stability of the structure. The structural models are most often use to describe the dynamics of the structures. These models are built in accordance with the principles of the finite element method. Structural model can be used to determine the modal model which is a collection of natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes by an appropriate coordinate transformation model. The construction process is called the modal analysis . The article presented a method of conducting the experimental modal studies of railway car. The aim of the study was to identify the dynamic properties including the frequency and mode shapes of the object.

    Trwałość i bezpieczeństwo jest istotną kwestią dla pojazdów podlegających modernizacji. Do przeprowadzania analizy trwałości zmęczeniowej niezbędne jest dokładne przebadanie charakterystyki dynamicznej pojazdu przed i po modernizacji. W artykule na przykładzie konstrukcji lokomotywy manewrowej przedstawiono propozycje metodyki badań symulacyjnych dynamiki pojazdów szynowych podlegających modernizacji. Procedura badawcza obejmuje wykorzystanie parametryzacji modelu CAD 3D i MBS konstrukcji pojazdu, co umożliwia równoległą analizę dynamiki dla konstrukcji przed i po modernizacji. Dane z modelu CAD są przenoszone do modelu MBS, gdzie dodatkowo uwzględnia się rzeczywisty profil nierówności toru. Wyniki analizy MBS w postaci przebiegów sił dla obu typów konstrukcji mogą zostać wykorzystane do dalszych badań prototypowych. Zastosowanie zaproponowanej metodyki umożliwia szybką i efektywną analizę wpływu zmian konstrukcyjnych na dynamikę i trwałość pojazdu szynowego.
    The durability and safety are important problems for modernised vehicles. For performing the fatigue durability analysis, it is necessary to do a precise examination of the dynamics of a vehicle before and after modernisation. In the article, a methodology proposal of simulating investigations of rail vehicles dynamics is presented. The methodology is illustrated using the example of a modernised shunter locomotive. The investigative procedure comprises the utilisation of a parametric 3D CAD model and parametric MBS model of vehicle design. This makes a concurrent analysis of vehicle dynamics before and after modernisation possible. The data from the CAD model are transferred to the MBS model where real profile of irregularities of railway track is additionally taken into consideration. The MBS analysis results in the form of force-time domain histories for both types of vehicle designs can be used for the next prototype investigations. The use of the proposed methodology makes possible the fast and effective analysis of the influence of design changes on the dynamics and durability of rail vehicles.

    Opis:
    The objective of the paper was to carry out a bibliometric quantitative analysis of publications concerning the application of artificial neural networks in the research area - agriculture and a bibliometric quantitative analysis and subject analysis with regard to agricultural engineering. A number of scientific publications devoted to the ANN found in the data base of the Web of Science - in documents published to 2015 was a basis for the quantitative analysis. Research on the use of artificial neural networks in the research area – agriculture is extending systematically. Moreover, a rapidly growing number of citations prove a continuous increase in the scientists' interest in possibilities of the ANN applications. The quantitative analysis of scientific publications in 5 selected scientific journals and thematically related to agricultural engineering (indexed in the Web of Science) allowed a statement that 236 scientific articles from 1996-2015 were related to the ANN application. The biggest number of publications was reported in Computers and Electronics in Agriculture - 118 articles. In 2011-2015 there was a growing trend in dynamics of publishing of scientific papers devoted to the ANN application to agricultural engineering. Thus, we may assume that the research related to application of the artificial neural networks to agricultural engineering will be continued and their scope and number will be still growing. The thematic analysis of the most often quoted publications from 2011-2015 in the journal Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, proved that they concern both the issues related to the classification problem as well as to modelling processes and systems. We should suppose that the subjects related to modelling of drying processes and application of neural networks for image analysis will grow dynamically in the following years.
    Celem pracy było przeprowadzenie bibliometrycznej analizy ilościowej publikacji dotyczących wykorzystania sztucznych sieci neuronowych (ANN) w obszarze badawczym rolnictwo oraz bibliometrycznej analizy ilościowej i tematycznej w dyscyplinie inżynieria rolnicza. Podstawą dla wykonania analiz ilościowych była liczba publikacji naukowych poświęconych ANN znaleziona w bazie Web of Science - dokumenty opublikowane do roku 2015. Badania nad zastosowaniami sztucznych sieci neuronowych w obszarze badawczym rolnictwo rozszerzają się systematycznie. O ciągłym wzroście zainteresowania naukowców możliwościami wykorzystania ANN świadczy również gwałtownie wzrastająca liczba cytowań. Analiza ilościowa publikacji naukowych w 5 wybranych czasopismach naukowych tematycznie związanych z inżynierią rolniczą (indeksowanych w bazie Web of Science) pozwoliła stwierdzić, że 236 artykułów naukowych z lat 1996-2015 było powiązane tematycznie z zastosowaniem ANN. Najwięcej publikacji odnotowano w czasopiśmie Computers and Electronics in Agriculture - 118 artykułów. W latach 2011-2015 występuje tendencja wzrostowa dynamiki publikowania prac naukowych poświęconych zastosowaniom ANN w inżynierii rolniczej. Można zatem wnioskować, że badania związane z zastosowaniem sztucznych sieci neuronowych w dyscyplinie inżynieria rolnicza będą kontynuowane, a ich zakres i liczba będzie się w dalszym ciągu zwiększać. Analiza tematyki najczęściej cytowanych publikacji z lat 2011-2015 w czasopiśmie Computers and Electronics in Agriculture wykazała, że dotyczą one zarówno zagadnień związanych z problemem klasyfikacji, jak i modelowania procesów i systemów. Należy przypuszczać, że tematyka związana z modelowaniem procesów suszarniczych oraz wykorzystaniem sieci neuronowych do analizy obrazu będzie się w kolejnych latach gwałtownie rozwijać.

    This paper presents a study on flowmeters oscillatory motion when subjected to periodical, enforced vibrations induced by vortex-shedding. The proposed mathematical modelling of flow was compared to corresponding numerical simulation, in form of modal analysis. The frequencies of vortices generation and detachment were calculated for a number of flow velocities in two different flowmeter profile variants. The performed modal evaluation enabled estimating their natural frequencies, and in consequence the acquired data helped us to determine flow velocity for which the analyzed structures were prone to resonant vibrations.
    W artykule zaprezentowano proces oddziaływania wymuszonych przepływem płynu wirów na drgania przepływomierzy spiętrzających. Zaproponowany model matematyczny przepływu porównano z wynikami symulacji numerycznych w formie analizy modalnej. Częstotliwość generowania i odrywania się wirów policzono dla różnych predkości przepływu dla czujnika jedno- i dwuprofilowego. Przeprowadzone analizy modalne umożliwiły wyznaczenie ich częstotliwości, a w rezultacie pomogły w wyznaczeniu prędkości przepływu, dla których analizowany czujnik podatny jest na zjawisko rezonansu.

    Opis:
    A special wagon, presented in the paper, can be used for intermodal transport of various types of vehicles. It enables transport of vehicles of 36 tons mass and height of 4m on the GB1 clearance height. An innovative wagon is equipped with a frame-support with marginal parts mounted on standard biaxial bogies and the central part lowered with a rotatable loading platform. The rotating part of wagon acts as a kind of platform, allowing truck to move through it during load/unload. During railway operation, this rotating platform is to become an integrated part of the wagon; the tailboards of the rotating part will be connected to the over-bogie part with the special locks. A unique concept of the wagon structure forced a design approach which was rather unusual for the rail industry. Since the design team aimed at very challenging demands of GB1 envelope and usage of standard bogies, the layout of the wagon had to be thoroughly examined in terms of its overall stiffness. Every major design change had to be simulated in order to accurately predict its influence on the whole wagon structure. FE analysis was used for numerical tests of such a wagon structure in different configurations. The calculations were carried out on the basis of PN-EN standards. Selected results of numerical tests of the prototype version of a such wagon for intermodal transports were presented in the paper.

    Opis:
    Modelling and simulation investigations of a car non-linear dynamics with regard to freeplay (backlash in steering gear) and friction (kinetic and static friction in king-pins) is always a challenge for researchers. Fortunately, by special luz(...) and tar(...) projections and their mathematical apparatus the elaborated models and simulation procedures of stick-slip phenomena in a steering system are managed in efficient forms (without any entangle constraints) even for optimization and sensitivity studies. Exactly, the presented studies deal with problems of sensitivity of optimized maneuvers for vehicle models considering freeplay / friction effects. Double lane change maneuvers (overtaking and avoiding) are discussed. A criterion function refers to several evaluations (precision of maneuver, calm steering, feeling of comfortable travel). The optimization of steering wheel angle signal is done on a reference model with "nominal" freeplay and friction parameters. Such input signal is applied to a "real" vehicle having "real" freeplay and friction parameters. The differences of output signals as well as differences between criterion function values are a subject of sensitivity analysis. The sensitivity of reference models on a variation of freeplay and friction parameters appears as important from theoretical as well as practical points of view. The paper takes up the problems of sensitivity analysis of steering system model applied for synthesis steering algorithms for a double lane change maneuver.

    W artykule jest suponowana opozycja między statyką i dynamiką nauki. Przez naukę rozumiemy głównie nauki empiryczne, zwłaszcza przyrodnicze, lub nauki ścisłe (sciences), inaczej: matematyczne przyrodoznawstwo. Przy doborze kategorii jako przedmiotu podjętych analiz kierowano się racjami badawczymi oraz odwołującymi się do praktyki naukowej i metanaukowej. Kontekstowe objaśnienia tych obiektów relatywizowano do sytuacji poznawczej potencjalnych odbiorców. Uwzględniano zarówno adeptów, jak i profesjonalnie zainteresowanych refleksją nad czynnościowo i wytworowo ujmowaną nauką. Podjęte zagadnienia są rozpatrywane poprzez stopniowe dyskusje aspektywnie wyselekcjonowanych problemów. W rozpatrywanej perspektywie należą do nich: ramowe stanowiska; terminy-klucze; statyka/dynamika nauki; rewolucje w filozofii nauki; dwa konteksty; nowa filozofia nauki; nurt normatywny i deskryptywny; kategoria rewolucji naukowych; super-, supra- i maksiteorie jako jednostki ponadteoretyczne; problematyka aksjologiczna; pluralizm filozofii nauki; problem/teoria problemu; wartość — kategoria z zakresu aksjologii epistemicznej; dalsze zagadnienia filozofii nauki; charakterystyka opracowania.
    The opposition between statics and dynamics of science in the entire content of the paper is supposed. We understand science as natural science(s). The selection of categories as an object of examining is directed by reasons generated through scientific and metascientific practice. Contextual elucidations are related to actual situation of potential receivers. Among them are so students as well as professional scientists interested in solving scientific problems. To do so the following questions, namely: background standpoints; key-terms; statics/dynamics of science; revolutions in the philosophy of science; two contexts; new philosophy of science; descriptive and normative trends; scientific revolutions category; super-, supra- and maxitheories; problems of epistemic axiology; philosophy of science pluralism; problem/theory of problem; value — category of epistemic axiology; other questions of the philosophy of science; characteristic of the entire elaboration is subsequently discussed.

    Economic development is characterised by the fact that the share of agriculture tends to decrease both in terms of resources used and domestic product generated. This does not mean, however, that the role of agriculture in the economic development diminishes. It can be considered a paradox that the lower the share of agriculture in the national economy, the greater its role, as it provides raw materials for the production of goods, especially food, which meet the needs of the ever-growing community. The main aim of the presented study is to measure and evaluate changes in agricultural produce procurement in Poland in the years 2010-2016. The following research hypothesis is put forward in the study: Changes in the procurement volume had a much greater impact on the procurement value of selected agricultural produce in Poland in the period considered than changes in the level of transaction prices. In the paper, a comparative analysis of procurement of crop and animal products was conducted. The research process was based primarily on data derived from official statistics obtained from the Central Statistical Office and the Eurostat database regarding procurement of agricultural produce carried out by commercial entities and processing plants. This information is presented in qualitative and quantitative terms for total agriculture, as well as for individual voivodeships.
    Prawidłowością rozwoju gospodarczego jest to, że zmniejsza się udział rolnictwa zarówno w wykorzystanych zasobach, jak i w tworzonym produkcie narodowym. Nie oznacza to jednak, że zmniejsza się rola rolnictwa w rozwoju gospodarczym. Można uważać, za paradoks, że im mniejszy odsetek stanowi rolnictwo w gospodarce narodowej, tym większa jest jego rola, albowiem dostarcza ono surowców do wytwarzania dóbr, zwłaszcza żywnościowych, zaspokajających potrzeby coraz liczniejszej społeczności. Głównym celem niniejszego badania jest pomiar i ocena zmian skupu produktów rolnych w Polsce w latach 2010-2016.W niniejszym badaniu postawiono hipotezę badawczą: Zmiany w wolumenie skupu wywarły znacznie większy wpływ na wartość skupu wybranych produktów rolnych w Polsce w badanym okresie aniżeli zmiany w poziomie cen transakcyjnych. W artykule przeprowadzona została analiza porównawcza skupu towarów produkcji roślinnej oraz skupu towarów produkcji zwierzęcej Postępowanie badawcze oparto, przede wszystkim, na danych statystyki publicznej pozyskanych z Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz bazy Eurostat z zakresu skupu produktów rolnych prowadzanego przez jednostki handlowe i przetwórcze. Informacje te prezentowane są w ujęciu ilościowym i wartościowym dla rolnictwa ogółem oraz dla województw.

    Opis:
    The article provides theoretical analysis of dynamics of love and its connection with the truth about a person, in the context of ethical and metaphysical personalism. The considerations begin with the presentation of a philosophical controversy between the phenomenological and personalist recognition of love; the first indicates the empirical nature of love, whereas the second is complemented by ethics – virtue of love, related to the moral duty. Further the author undertakes to analyze the development of love including metaphysical and psychological aspects, which ends with a description of the imitations of love in the face of the mature, complete love, taking into account the truth about a person and representing the goal of education.
