    У статті на основі аналізу наукових праць українських авторів різних історичних проміжків часу схарактеризовано філософські, педагогічні та психологічні аспекти досліджень наукових ідей Я.А. Коменського. Констатовано, що найактивніше праці видатного педагога українські науковці розпочали аналізувати з другої половини ХІХ ст. Виокремлено тематичну хронологію досліджень творчості видатного педагога: педагогічних ідей; біографічних даних; ролі ідей у контексті загального становлення наук різних галузей – філософії, історії, педагогіки. Визначено, що філософський аспект української коменіології характеризується: акцентами дослідників ХІХ ст. на теологічних ідеях Я.А. Коменського та через їх призму – на суті функціонування української системи освіти; взірцевості його постаті для подолання перешкод у боротьбі за незалежність України; аналізом його ідей з початку незалежності України через національно-оновлену призму соціокультурних зв’язків; квінтесенцією філософської концепції «вічного миру». Філософський аспект української коменіології змістово повʼязаний із педагогічним аспектом: повсякчасна актуальність педагогічних ідей Я.А. Коменського в усі проаналізовані історичні періоди коменіології (від середини ХІХ ст. – до нині); одвічність ідей педагога, зокрема детермінованих історично-соціальними умовами професіоналі-зації педагога та образу сучасного учня; одвічна актуальність педагогічних принципів Я.А. Коменського (демократизму, культуровідповідності через національну самоіденти-чність); ідеї рідномовної школи тощо. Не виявлено психологічного аспекту української коменіології. Шляхом укладеного цитатника з відповідністю нинішнім психологічним поняттям звернена увага на психологічні ідеї видатного педагога.

    У статті досліджується концепт деконструкції, один з головних методів філософії постмодернізму. Показані роль і місце деконструкції в аналізі філософії історії і художніх творів. Підкреслюється позитивне значення деконструкції для розвитку методології сучасногосоціального пізнання та філософії історії. Вказується, що деконструкція покликана не руйнувати системи аксіом, специфічні для кожного історичного періоду і зафіксовані в текстах конкретної епохи, а насамперед виявити внутрішню суперечливість будь-якихтеоретичних систем. Мета деконструкції, вважає автор, полягає в аналізі відносин бінарних позицій, що обумовлює становлення нових смислів в пізнанні історичних, соціальних, культурноінтелектуальних процесів.
    The article studies deconstruction, one of the main methods of the philosophy of postmodernism. The role and place of deconstruction in the analysis of the philosophy of history and artistic works is shown. It emphasizes the positive significance of deconstruction for the development of the methodology of modern social cognition and history. It is emphasized that deconstruction is not intended to destroy axiom systems, specific for each historical period and fixed in the texts of a particular epoch, but primarily to reveal the internal contradictions of any theoretical systems. The purpose of deconstruction, according to the author, is to analyze the relations of binary positions, which causes the formation of new meanings in the knowledge of historical, social, cultural and intellectual processes.

    The article deals with the novel The Travel of Scientist Dr. Leonardo […] by Mike Johansen which manifests the author’s predisposition to experimental game with literary tradition and classic poetics as well as to the intellectual writing. The experiment can be observed foremost in the decentration of the novel’s structure and textual communicative strategies. The author creates “the book of Landscape” as opposed to the narrative about events and characters. He plays with the reader, emphasizing on his presence permanently and exposing artistic techniques, uses language code switching and inserted constructions, creating an eff ect of cinematography. The intellectualization of writing is proved by intertextual links (fi rst of all, parodying diff erent literary styles), presence of irony as worldview principle in the work, motivation for the reader to construct possible worlds and to oscillate at the limit of the factuality and fi ctionality as well as by refl ections devoted to the philosophy of things, landscapes, travels and laws of being.

    The article presents an analysis of corporeality in the structure of postmodern philosophical thought and the conceptual foundations of feminist critique (an essay by L. Irigaray). Based on several samples of the late XX century women’s writing, the article traces the problems of women authors searching and finding the voice of their body, and emphasizes the importance of accepting and comprehending the bodily forms of their nature. The main motives and authorial intentions of I. Ensler’s drama “The Vagina Monologues” are considered, the writer’s view on women’s language and speech expression of their own corporeality and sexuality is argued. Methods. The research is based on general scientific methods of synthesis, analysis, selection and systematization of material. Elements of psychoanalytic, anthropological, hermeneutic approaches are partially applied. The tools of deconstructivism and feminist critique are used. We use information from linguistics, anthropology, cultural and gender studies for interdisciplinary consideration of corporeality in women’s writing. The descriptive method allows to present the subject of corporeality in separate works of fiction. Results. It was found that the analyzed phenomena of the description of the female body in women’s writing create a projection of corporeality as a dramatized existence with its inherent characteristics: balancing between speech and silence, permissiveness and condemnation, courage and shame; search for exact language means; selection of rhetoric and stylistics peculiar to this theme; attempts to establish a verbal connection between the voice and the body, fear of losing this connection. Ukrainian women’s writing of the late XX century is also mentioned in this context, particularly when regarding the expression of the concept of “body” in thematic and ideological terms. Conclusions. Analyzing some examples of women’s writing (scholarly – an essay by L. Irigaray, and artistic – a drama by I. Ensler), we summarize that their problem-thematic direction is determined by issues of the body capable of self-narration and self-representation in public space. Some elements of postmodern symbolism of body and corporeality are decoded, o-corporeal metaphors of women’s writing related to women’s freedom of choice are explained. Women’s writing is defined as a symbolic way of telling one’s own experiences of one’s own body.
    У статті представлений аналіз тілесності у структурі постмодерної філософської думки та концептуальних засад феміністичної критики (праці Л. Ірігарай). На матеріалі окремих зразків жіночого письма кінця ХХ ст. простежено проблеми пошуку і знайдення авторками голосу свого тіла, важливість прийняття й осмислення тілесних форм своєї природи. Розглянуто основні мотиви й авторські інтенції драми І. Енслер «Монологи вагіни», аргументовано погляд письменниці на мовне й мовленнєве вираження жінками власної тілесності й сексуальності. Методи. Дослідження базоване на загальнонаукових методах синтезу, аналізу, добору та систематизації матеріалу. Частково застосовано елементи психоаналітичного, антропологічного, герменевтичного підходів. Використано інструментарій деконструктивізму та феміністичної критики. Послуговуємося даними лінгвістики, антропології, культурних та гендерних студій для інтердисциплінарного розгляду питань тілесності у жіночому письмі. Описовий метод дозволяє представити тематику тілесності в окремих творах художньої літератури. Результати. З’ясовано, що аналізовані явища дескрипції жіночого тіла у жіночому письмі творять проект тілесності як драматизованої екзистенції з властивими їй характеристиками: балансування між промовлянням й мовчанням, вседозволеністю й осудом, сміливістю й соромом; пошук точних мовних засобів; добір властивої цій темі риторики й стилістики; намагання встановити вербальний зв’язок між голосом й тілом, страх втрати цього зв’язку. Українське жіноче письмо кін. ХХ ст. теж згадано в цьому контексті, зокрема, щодо вираження концепту «тіло» в тематично-ідейному ключі. Висновки. Проаналізувавши окремі зразки жіночого письма (есеїстичного – праці Л. Ірігарай та художнього – драма І. Енслер), узагальнюємо, що їхнє проблемно-тематичне спрямування визначається питаннями тіла, здатного до себе-розповідання й саморепрезентування в публічному просторі. Декодовано окремі елементи постмодерної символіки тіла і тілесності, пояснено о-тілеснені метафори жіночого письма, пов’язані з жіночою свободою вибору. Жіноче письмо визначено як символічний спосіб себе-розповідання про досвіди власного тіла.

    У науковій розвідці актуалізується принцип антропоцентризму та націєцентризму у зв’язку з викладом теоретичних засад української лінгвоісторіографії, що базується на національній традиції і нових підходах до принципів опису історії мовознавства. Зазначене важливо для переосмислення української лінгвофілософії і філософії науки загалом. У сучасній українській лінгвістиці актуалізовані традиційні жанри репрезентації історіографії (покажчик, біобібліографія, хрестоматія, монографічні видання, наукові статті і под.), присвячені питанням історії розвитку української лінгвістики загалом, наукових осередків і шкіл зокрема, опису досягнень в окремих галузях українського мовознавства, напрацювань окремих учених та ін.) і нові гібридні жанри (метабібліографічні посібники, бібліографія окремих часописів, хрестоматії за окремими науковими напрямами, словники персоналій та ін.). У сучасному науковому просторі відбувається становлення й розвиток критично-шанувального дискурсу, лінгвістики персоналій.
    The paper discusses the principle of anthropocentrism and nation-centrism in relation to the presentation of the theoretical foundations of Ukrainian linguistic historiography, based on national traditions and new approaches to the principles of describing the history of linguistics. It is significant for reconsidering Ukrainian linguistic philosophy and philosophy of science in general. In modern Ukrainian linguistics, traditional genres of historiography are updated (index, biobibliography, textbook, monographs, scientific articles, etc.) on the history of Ukrainian linguistics in general, research centers and schools in particular, descriptions of achievements in certain fields of the Ukrainian linguistic studies, etc.) and new hybrid genres (metabibliographic manuals, bibliography of individual journals, textbooks in some scientific fields, dictionaries of personalities, etc.). In the modern scientific space the formation and development of critical-respecting discourse as well as linguistics of personalities can be observed.

    Each organization as a socio-economic system is exposed to the factors of external and internal environment; the organizational culture (OC) of the company is in its turn the product of the interrelation between the external and internal environment of an enterprise, so any impact will determine further formation and development of OC. The factors of both external and internal environment can have a positive or negative trend to a change. The problems of the research into the essence of OC and the innovation potential are tackled in many papers of both domestic and foreign authors, but no relationship was identified between the structure and the factors of OC and innovation potential. Therefore, in our opinion, the issue of identifying the factors influence presents a problem. Its defining will make it possible to forecast a positive or a negative trend in the change of the organizational structure that will determine the capacity to enhance the innovation potential of an enterprise. The purpose of writing this article was to study the influence of factors of external and internal environment of the organization on the components of OC and the innovation potential of an enterprise. To explore the problems studied for the article we structured in detail the concepts and elements that OC contains, and also defined the structure of the innovation potential, its components. Comparison of the structures of OC and innovation potential demonstrated the presence of common and interrelated elements. A deeper analysis was conducted by defining the main factors of OC. The results of the analysis allowed determining the place of OC in the structure of the innovation potential of an enterprise. Thus, the following conclusions can be made. First, the structure of OC and the innovation potential contains a shared item, which is microclimate that implies conditions that can facilitate the development of innovation in the organization. Second, the factors of OC for the most part form the structure of the innovation potential: personality of the founder – management style, system of communication; the size of the organization determines its structure, the presence of various technological premises, the possibility of free movement of the personnel and organization of work. Third, production technology, adopted by the organization, determines the level of its innovation potential. The flexibility of OC allows more intensive using and adapting innovation technologies at an enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research. For the first time we formulated a definition of OC as a model of key elements, genuinely correct and the one that is passed on to the new members of the team as a certain dogma. The practical value of the work lies in summarizing and comparing the basic elements of OC and the innovation potential and identifying common peculiarities that makes it possible to define the role of formation and development of organizational culture in improving the innovation of an enterprise.  Further objectives are defined as the analysis of influence factors on the Ukrainian enterprises, identification of problems and development of plans to eliminate them or warn about them.
    Раскрыты фундаментальные факторы и явления, которые непосредственно влияют на организационную культуру предприятия, предоставлена их развернутая характеристика. В рамках проблематики отдельно описаны различные группы факторов: первичные и вторичные, внешней и внутренней среды. На основе проведенного анализа определено влияние каждого фактора на эффективность функционирования организационной культуры на предприятии. Определена структура инновационного потенциала и выявлено место организационной культуры в нем
    Кожна організація як соціально-економічна система зазнає впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, у свою чергу, організаційна культура (ОК) підприємства – продукт взаємозв’язку зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища підприємства, отже, будь-який їх вплив визначатиме подальше становлення і розвиток ОК. Чинники як зовнішнього, так і внутрішнього середовища можуть мати позитивні або негативні тенденції до зміни. Проблемам дослідження сутності ОК та інноваційного потенціалу присвячено багато робіт як вітчизняних авторів, так і закордонних, але не виявлено взаємозв’язку структури й факторів ОК та інноваційного потенціалу. Отже, на нашу думку, питання виявлення впливу факторів проблемне. Його визначення дозволить спрогнозувати позитивну або негативну тенденцію зміни організаційної структури, що в результаті визначить можливість підвищення інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Мета написання статті полягала у вивченні впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища організації на складники ОК й інноваційний потенціал підприємства. Для розкриття проблематики статті було детально структуровано поняття та визначено елементи, які містить ОК, а також визначено структуру інноваційного потенціалу, його складники. Порівняння структур ОК та інноваційного потенціалу засвідчило наявність спільних і взаємозалежних елементів. Глибший аналіз було проведено за допомогою визначення головних факторів ОК. Результати аналізу дозволили визначити місце ОК у структурі інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Отже, можна зробити такі висновки. По-перше, структура ОК та інноваційного потенціалу містить спільний елемент – мікроклімат, який передбачає створення умов, що можуть сприяти розвитку інноваційності організації. По-друге, фактори ОК здебільшого формують структуру інноваційного потенціалу: особистість засновника – стиль управління, систему комунікацій; розмір організації визначає її структуру, наявність різних технологічних приміщень, можливість вільного переміщення персоналу та організацію праці. По-третє, технологія виробництва, прийнята в організації, визначає рівень її інноваційного потенціалу. Гнучкість ОК дозволяє інтенсивніше застосовувати й адаптувати на підприємстві інноваційні технології. Наукова новизна дослідження. Вперше сформульовано визначення ОК як моделі ключових елементів, істинно правильної і такої, яку передають новим членам колективу як певну догму. Практичне значення роботи полягає в узагальненні та порівнянні базових елементів ОК й інноваційного потенціалу і виявленні спільних рис, що дає можливість визначити роль формування та розвитку організаційної культури в підвищенні інноваційності підприємства. Подальшими завданнями визначимо аналіз впливу факторів на українські підприємства, виявлення проблем і розробку планів щодо їх усунення або попередження.

    У науковій розвідці презентовано огляд часопису "Studia Ucrainica Varsoviensia" за десять років його існування (2013–2022) з нагоди ювілею. Простежено зміст цього видання у фокусі проблематики українського та компаративного мовознавства, що було спроєктоване на одиниці всіх рівнів мовної системи, а також теорію і практику художнього перекладу. З’ясовано, що проблематика статей стосується таких порівняно нових лінгвістичних напрямів, як лінгвокультурологія та лінгвоконцептологія, психолінгвістика, теорія мовної особистості й лінгвоемоціологія, теолінгвістика й лінгвоаксіологія, політична й комунікативна лінгвістика, а також лінгвістика тексту, дискурслінгвістика, лінгвожанрологія, щоденникознавство й лінгвістична експертиза. Чимало статей виконані в руслі традиційного мовознавства, зокрема української діалектології, історії української мови та усіх розділів науки про сучасну українську мову (фонетика й фонологія, словотвір, лексикологія, зокрема й термінологія, та пареміологія, граматика, включаючи морфологію і синтаксис, а також стилістика). Особливий інтерес простежуємо до проблематики ономастики та новітньої української соціолінгвістики. Автори статей актуалізували основні методологійні принципи сучасного мовознавства: антропоцентризм, слово-, тексто- та дискурсоцентризм, міждисциплінарність, лінгвістичний когнітивізм, прагматизм, функціоналізм, структуралізм, а також постулати філософії мови: семантики, синтактики і прагматики.
    The paper presents a review of the 'Studia Ukrainica Varsoviensia' journal for its tenyear existence (2013–2022) on the occasion of the anniversary. The author analyzes the content of the journal focusing mainly upon the Ukrainian and comparative linguistics issues being projected on the units of all the language system levels, as well as the theory and practice of artistic translation. The paper finds that the issues of the journal articles are related to such modern linguistic trends as linguocultural studies and linguoconceptology, psycholinguistics, linguistic personality theory and linguoemotionology, theolinguistics and linguoaxiology, political and communicative linguistics, as well as text linguistics, discourse linguistics, linguistic genre studies, diary studies and linguistic expertise. Many research papers are written in the field of traditional linguistics, in particular Ukrainian dialectology, the Ukrainian language history and all the branches of the modern Ukrainian language study (phonetics and phonology, word formation, lexicology, including terminology and paremiology; grammar, including morphology and syntax; as well as stylistics). The researchers are particularly interested in the problems of onomastics and modern Ukrainian sociolinguistics. The authors of the research papers under consideration updated the main methodological principles of modern linguistics: anthropocentrism, word, text- and discourse-centrism, interdisciplinarity, linguistic cognitivism, pragmatism, functionalism, structuralism, as well as the language philosophy postulates: semantics, syntactics and pragmatics.

    Opis:
    Artykuł podejmuje temat zakresów pojęciowych zwyczaju oraz prawa, w tym prawa zwyczajowego i tzw. miękkiego prawa, a także ich holistycznego ujęcia w ramach funkcjonowania państwa w systemie civil law. Rozważania poświęcono nie tylko teorii i filozofii prawa, lecz także dorobkowi nauk socjologicznych. Autor poszukuje uniwersalistycznego ujęcia wynikających z analizy zjawisk, które wiążą się z zajmowaniem przez badaczy rozbieżnych stanowisk w literaturze przedmiotu. Wykazuje, że ich systemowe znaczenie i definicja są wynikiem istnienia i rozpoznawania przez system prawny określonych faktów prawotwórczych oraz wprowadzenia spójnej regulacji dostosowanej do współczesnych wymagań. W interesie ustrojodawcy leży bowiem powinność odpowiedniej walidacji norm prawnych pozwalająca utrzymać spójność porządku prawnego, w tym określenia zamkniętego katalogu źródeł prawa. Niniejsza praca dostarcza niezbędnych wniosków i spostrzeżeń systemowych, stanowiących postulaty dla przyszłej regulacji ustrojowej.
    У статті розглядаються концептуальні обсяги звичаю та права, зокрема загального права та так званого м’якого права, а також їх цілісний підхід до функціонування держави в системі цивільного права. Стаття присвяченa не лише теорії та філософії права, а й досягненням соціологічних наук. Автор шукає універсалістський підхід до явищ, які випливають із аналізу явищ, пов’язаних із розбіжними позиціями дослідників у літературі з цього питання. Показано, що їх системне значення та визначення є результатом існування та визнання правовою системою певних правотворчих фактів та існування цілісного нормативного акту, адаптованого до сучасних вимог. В інтересах законодавця, щоб правові норми були належним чином підтверджені для підтримки узгодженості правового порядку, включаючи визначення закритого каталогу джерел права. Ця робота подає необхідні висновки та системні уявлення, які становлять постулати для майбутнього системного регулювання.
    В статье рассматриваются концептуальные сферы действия закона и правового обычая, а также холистический подход к ним в рамках функционирования государства. Рассуждения посвящены не только теории и философии права, но и достижениям социологических наук. Автор ищет универсалистский подход к вытекающим из анализа явлениям, которые связаны с занятием несовпадающих позиций исследователями в литературе по данной теме. Он показывает, что их системное значение и определение являются результатом существования и признания правовой системой определенных правотворческих фактов, а также наличия когерентного регулирования, приспособленного к современным требованиям. Таким образом, в интересах законодателя находится надлежащая валидация правовых норм, позволяющая сохранить когерентность правового порядка, включая определение закрытого каталога источников права, а также обеспечение необходимых выводов, представляющих собой постулаты для будущего системного регулирования.
    The Article discusses the conceptual scopes of custom and law, including customary law and soft law, as well as their holistic approach to the functioning of the state in the civil law system. The work has been focused not only on the theory and philosophy of law, but also on the achievements of sociological sciences. The Author is looking for an universalistic approach to the phenomena in question resulting from the analysis, which are characterized by researchers taking divergent positions in the literature on the following subject. It shows that their systematic meaning and definition result from the existence and recognition by the legal system of certain law-making facts and the existence of a coherent regulation adapted to modern needs. It is the essential role and interest of the legislator to properly validate legal norms allowing for the coherence of the legal order, including the definition of a closed catalogue of the sources of law. The following work provides the necessary conclusions and systemic insights, which constitute the postulates for the future regulatory structure.
