    The cultural life of Lviv attracts attention with its multi-ethnic public structure, which is reflected in all musical institutes of the city. It gives a broad picture of the circumstances in which the Polish composers worked, since the multicultural alloy influenced their work. An important figure in the musical culture of Lviv in the first half of the twentieth century was Jozef Koffler (1896-1943), an undeservedly forgotten artist in the history of Western Ukrainian music culture. The historical significance of his artistic heritage for Ukrainian and Polish art cannot be overestimated, since the composer becomes a pioneer of new ideas for the development of the musical language, not only the first but also the only Polish composer, developed dodecaphonic technique. Chamber-instrumental creativity of the composer is indicative for demonstrating the constant renovation of the artist’s style. Trio for violin, viola and piano op. 10 is a work by which J. Koffler manifests his creative maturity. Opus demonstrates a new attitude to the twentytones – aesthetics become more important than techniques. String quartet Ukrainian sketches op. 27 testifies to the paralysis of creative forces, which is characterized by the inability to create new style qualities. In the context of the composer’s creativity, the folklore of this opus is perceived as an obvious anachronism

    The article is dedicated to the Svetlana Alexievich literary works in the cultural and social context of our time. As the writer has recognized, she writes about the end of the epoch which was called homo sovieticus. She paid a great attention to the traumatic experience regardless of to whom it belongs: to the Soviet servants or theirs victims – the ones who were repressed and called dissidents. Humanistic pathos is one of the main features of Svetlana Alexievich’s writings. It overestimates the value of individuality and private life in the contemporary society.

    This article is dedicated to the problems of new Azerbaijani prose. Author analyzed problems of new Azerbaijani prose in the context of all Turkish literature. The features of Azerbaijani literature of XVII–XIX century are investigated through some of factors which touch nationality, religious, modernity. Examples of Azerbaijani writers’ works of art are given in the article. The human conception is more criticized in works of writers.
    Данная статья касается проблем новой азербайджанской прозы. Автор ана- лизировал проблемы этой прозы в отношении к целой турецкой литературе. Черты азербайджанской литературы XVII-XIX вв. изучались в отношении к вопросам национальности, религии и современности. В статье перечисле- ны фамилии азербайджанских авторов и примеры их творчества. Эта лите- ратурная концепция более критически описана в научных работах.

    Culture formed a significant element of political thought of every major political movement, both during the final years of partition of Poland, and after it regained its independence. The scope of interest of people’s parties covered almost everything that had a rural context, relating to the many millions of peasants. The present article analyzes the program assumptions of the Polish People’s Party “Piast” [Pol. Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe “Piast”], Polish People’s Party “Wyzwolenie” [Pol. Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe “Wyzwolenie”], Peasant’s Party [Pol. Stronnictwo Chłopskie] and the People’s Party [Pol. Stronnictwo Ludowe] relating to the aforesaid category of political sciences. These parties played a significant role in the history of people’s movement, influencing the shape of the recreated Polish state during the interwar bi-decade. The political thought of people’s parties aimed at bestowing the peasant’s culture with both autonomous, and nationwide value. These ideological assumptions were included in the political programs of people’s parties.
    Культура являлась важным элементом политической мысли каждого из крупных политических движений периода конца Разделов и затем в независимой Польше. Интерес народных партий к культуре охватывал все, что имело деревенский, крестьянский контекст и относилось к многомиллионным крестьянским массам. Предметом анализа в данной статье являются программные положения Польской крестьянской партии «Пяст», Польской крестьянской партии «Освобождение» („Wyzwolenie”), Крестьянской партии и Народной партии (Stronnictwo Ludowe) относительно рассматриваемой политологической категории. В межвоенное двадцатилетие эти партии сыграли существенную роль в истории народного (крестьянского) движения и оказали влияние на строй возрожденной Польши. Политическая мысль народных (крестьянских) партий стремилась придать кре¬стьянской культуре ее автономные и, одновременно, общенародные ценности. Такие идеологические положения вошли в политические программы народных (крестьянских) партий.

    The article gives a broad overview of the repertoire of opera theatres of Paris during the twenties of the 19th century, analyzes some of the processes of the opera genre renewal. The creative connections of F. Halévy with the representatives of the theatre world, who played at an early stage a decisive role in the creative destiny of the composer (J. Rossini, J. Pixerecourt, G. Saint-Georges, M. Schlesinger) are revealed. The information on the history and fate of the first operas of F. Halévy Two pavilions, Pygmalion, Herostrat, Craftsman is provided. The composition, the principles of musical characteristics of the characters, the peculiarities of the musical language of Two pavilions and Craftsman are analyzed. The connection of the early works of Halévy with the socio-political life of the country, the general thrust of the development of musical culture of France and new trends that have emerged in the twenties (the development of the genre of lyrical comedy about the lives of ordinary people, the opera about the representatives of different professions, an ap-peal to the provincial cultures) is established.

    Работа исследует звукопись баллады В. Высоцкого Прерванный полет. Цель – описать репрезентацию ключевого образа текста. Гипотеза: обращение к ключевому образу НЕДО, являющемуся символом русской лингвокультуры, даст нетривиальные результаты. Баллада изучалась литературоведами в сопоставлении с творчеством классиков, характеризовался образ героя баллады; лингвисты упоминали балладу, исследуя сложную приставку недо- в компаративистике, еe бытование в литературе. Лингвопоэтический анализ показал: репрезентация звукообраза НЕДО осуществляется с помощью анафонии и еe разновидности – анаграммы. Репрезентация описана на шести основаниях: по количеству репрезентируемых частей сложного звукообраза (полная и частичная), по расстоянию между репрезентируемыми частями (контактная и дистантная); по способу репрезентации частей звукообраза (прямому и инверсивному); по манифестации репрезентации звукообраза (звукобуквенной и звуковой); по форме репрезентируемой части (непрерывной и дискретной); по месту репрезентации части звукообраза (аналитической и синтетической); по количественному составу звукобукв части репрезентации (полная и редуцированная). Общая характеристика НЕДО в балладе свидетельствует, что ключевой образ передает содержательно-концептуальную информацию и посыл произведения – судьба зависит не только от обстоятельств, но и позиции человека. В реализации сложного звукообраза участвуют четыре лексико-грамматических классa слов и фразеологизм. Предложенная методология изучения анафонии и анаграммы в поэтическом тексте действенна для лингвопоэтического анализа.
    The work explores the sound recording of V. Vysotsky’s ballad Interrupted Flight.The goal is to describe the representation of the key image of the text. Hypothesis: the appeal to the key image of NEDO, which is a symbol of Russian linguoculture, produces non-trivial results. The ballad was studied by literary critics against other classical works; the image of the ballad hero was characterized; linguists studied the ballad by exploring the complex prefix nedo- in comparative studies and its existence in literature. The linguopoetic analysis showed that the representation of the sound image is not always carried out with the help of anaphony and its variety – anagram. Representation is described in six aspects: by the number of representable parts of a complex sound image (complete and partial), by the distance between the representable parts (contact and distant); by the method of representation of parts of the sound image (direct and inverse); by the manifestation of the representation of the sound image (sound-letter and sound); by the form of the representable part (continuous and discrete); by the place of representation of the part of the sound image: analytical and synthetic; by quantitative composition of the sound-letter part of the representation (complete and reduced). The general characteristic of NEDO in the ballad indicates that the key image conveys meaningful and conceptual information, and the message of the work, fate, depends not only on circumstances but also on the position of a person. Four lexico-grammatical classes of words and phraseology are involved in the implementation of a complex sound image. The proposed methodology for studying anaphony and anagram in a poetic text is also effective in linguopoetic analysis.

    Prison facilities are special: they are complexes defined by a variety of parameters, whose understanding for an ordinary person is far from perfect. It may be observed that two main cultures clash in prisons: that of jailers and that of inmates. Both groups have different rules of conduct, which results in many misunderstandings and new norms of behaviour created on a daily basis. This, in turn, gives way to a constant creation of unique vocabulary specific to the institution, its inhabitants and employees. It may be said that under such conditions prison language thrives: prison slang is extremely changeable and adapts itself to the current needs of the facility. Thus, the level of linguistic creativity is tremendously high: prisoners base their vocabulary loosely on similarities between animate and inanimate beings, which leads to the development of highly figurative language. The research undertaken here focuses on linguistic creativity in American prison settings, and by doing so, draws attention to the originality and unconventionality of prison slang.

    Purpose – to explore a crowdsourcing data-driven approach to construct crowdknowledge databases for innovation through supporting creative idea generation. In the approach, social media will be used as platforms to crowdsource knowledge for producing the databases. Findings. Creativity is an essential element of innovation, but producing creative ideas is often challenging in design. Many computational tools have become available recently to support designers in producing creative ideas that are new to individuals. As a standard feature, most of the tools rely on the databases employed, such as ConceptNet and the US Patent Database. This study highlighted that the limitations of these databases have constrained the capabilities of the tools and, thereby, new computational databases supporting the generation of new ideas to a crowd or even history are needed. Crowdsourcing outsources tasks conventionally performed in-house to a crowd and uses external knowledge to solve problems and democratize innovation. Social media is often employed in crowdsourcing for a crowd to create and share knowledge. Originality/value/scientific novelty of the research. This paper proposes a novel approach employing social media to crowdsource knowledge from a crowd for constructing crowd knowledge databases. Practical importance of the research. The crowd knowledge database is expected to be used by the current computational tools to support designers producing highly creative ideas that are new to the crowd, in new product design, and ultimately to innovation. Research limitations/Future research. In this study to provide insights and potential directions for future research are discussed that challenges of employing described approach.   Paper type – theoretical.
    Мета роботи – вивчити краудсорсинговий підхід, заснований на даних для створення баз даних краудсорсингу для інновацій за допомогою підтримки генерації творчих ідей. У цьому підході соціальні медіа будуть використовуватися як платформи для краудсорсингу знань для створення баз даних. Результати дослідження. Творчість – важливий елемент інновацій, проте створення креативних ідей часто складне завдання у проектуванні. Наголошено, що нещодавно багато обчислювальних інструментів стали доступними для підтримки дизайнерів у виробленні нових творчих ідей для окремих замовників. Зазвичай більшість дизайнерських інструментів покладаються на використовувані бази даних, такі як ConceptNet та База даних патентів США. У цьому дослідженні підкреслено, що обмеження цих баз даних зменшують можливості інструментів, а отже, необхідні нові обчислювальні бази даних, що підтримують генерування нових ідей для краудсорсингу або навіть історії процесів. Під час краудсорсингу передають на аутсорсинг завдання, які зазвичай виконують власноруч, з метою використати зовнішні знання для вирішення проблем та демократизації інновацій. Наголошено, що соціальні медіа застосовують у краудсорсингу для накопичення та зовнішнього обміну знаннями. Оригінальність/Цінність/Наукова новизна дослідження. Запропоновано новий підхід із використання соціальних медіа задля накопичення крауд-баз даних для інновацій. Практичне значення дослідження. Очікується, що крауд-база даних знань може застосовуватися сучасними обчислювальними інструментами для підтримки дизайнерів, що виробляють висококреативні ідеї, які є новими для краудсорсингу, під час розробці нових продуктів і, зрештою, для інновацій. Обмеження досліджень/Перспективи подальших досліджень. У цьому дослідженні обговорено проблеми застосування описаного підходу задля надання розуміння та потенційних напрямків для подальших досліджень. Тип статті – теоретичний.
    Цель работы – изучить краудсорсинговый подход, основанный на данных для создания крауд-баз данных для инноваций посредством поддержки генерации творческих идей. В этом подходе социальные медиа будут использоваться как платформы для краудсорсинга знаний для создания баз данных. Результаты исследования. Креативность - важный элемент новаторства, но создание креативных идей часто является сложной задачей в проектировании. Отмечено, что в последнее время стало доступно множество вычислительных инструментов для поддержки проектантов в разработке новых творческих идей для отдельных заказчиков. В качестве стандартной функции большинства инструментов проектанты используют базы данных, такие как ConceptNet и Патентная база данных США. В исследовании показано, что ограничения этих баз данных урезают возможности инструментов и, следовательно, необходимы новые вычислительные базы данных, поддерживающие генерацию новых идей для краудсорсинга или даже для истории процессов. При краудсорсинге на аутсорсинг передаются задачи, обычно выполняемые собственными силами, с целью использовать крауд-знания в решении проблем и демократизации инноваций. Отмечено, что социальные сети часто используют в краудсорсинге для накопления и внешнего обмена знаниями. Оригинальность/Ценность/Научная новизна исследования. Предложен новый подход использования социальных сетей при краудсорсинге для создания крауд-баз данных. Практическое значение исследования. Ожидается, что база данных коллективных знаний будет использоваться текущими вычислительными инструментами для поддержки проектантов, создающих очень креативные идеи, которые являются новыми в краудсорсинге, в проектировании новых продуктов и, в конечном итоге, в инновациях. Ограничения исследований /Перспективы будущих исследований. В этом исследовании обсуждаются проблемы использования описанного подхода для предоставления понимания и потенциальных направлений для будущих исследований. Тип статьи – теоретический.

    Opis:
    The discourse of the Ukrainian musical culture is contains numerous appeals to the poetic legacy by Lesya Ukrainka. Therefore, understanding the musical-theatrical, choral, chamber- vocal works by M. Lysenko, K. Stetsenko, Y. Stepovy, S. Lyudkevych, M. Skorulsky, S. Turkevych-Lukiyanovych, V. Kyreiko, I. Shamo, Y. Stankovych, L. Dychko, O. Kozarenko, V. Tymozhinsky and other composers who entered into a musical and poetic dialogue with the poetess, is provides an understanding the key positions of the poet’s philosophy. In our opinion, a new spiritual vision was born in the Lesya Ukrainka’s creative matrix, which embodied the Ukrainian mental Ego in the female image of a spiritual knight and presented it as a weighty component of world culture. More than a hundred years ago, the poet showed a woman’s personality as a com-creator, which has a divine beginning, and therefore we interpret its philosophy in the vein of Femin-personalism (the term is proposed). The three Love types which were shown in Lesya Ukrainka’s works and in her musical discourse are as follows: Ancient Greek “agape. (in variants Love-Spirit, Love-Soul, Love-Eros), Love as a component of national Ego-concept, Love as an immortal divine spirit. The musical discourse expects the interpretation of the drama “Obsessed. and others from the “Blue Rose. to “Cassandra., “In the Catacombs., “Rufin and Priscilla. and others.

    Opis:
    В статье рассмотрена проблема подготовки будущих учителей начальной школы к созданию дидактических сказок в условиях новой украинской школы.  Акцентируется внимание на том, что подготовленный учитель может создавать дидактические сказки, которые заинтересуют учащихся и будут способствовать эффективному усвоению знаний. Предложен один из вариантов этапов создания дидактической сказки, представлены оптимальные методы и приемы создания дидактической сказки, адаптированые для подготовки учителей начальных классов. Осуществлена экспериментальная проверка эффективности подготовки будущих учителей начальных классов к созданию дидактических сказок.
    The article deals with training future primary school teachers to use didactic fairytales. A special emphasis is placed on the fact that a trained teacher can create didactic fairytalesthat interest students and contribute to their effective mastering of knowledge. Oneof the variants of stages in making a didactic fairytale has been offered, optimal methods andways of its making have been presented and adapted for the primary school teacher’s training.The experimental testing of future primary school teachers’ training effectiveness formaking didactic fairytales has been carried out.

    The present article is devoted to the consideration of a current and extremely popular in both the United States and Europe subject: "creative writing". Researchers say that if the ability to think and write creatively was developed in the native tongue, the learner should not have any problem with the transfer of this ability onto a foreign language. Creative writing is not only a perfect way of mastering foreign languages, but it is also great fun and even a therapy. In the article there have been suggested exercises which develop imagination, creativity as well as ready tasks of "creative writing".

    В статье анализируются цели и ожидаемые результаты высшего образования в современном быстроразвивающемся обществе. Раскрываются условия повышения качества университетского образования и перехода на креативные технологии обучения.
    The article analyzes the objectives and expected outcomes of higher education in today's rapidly developing society. The conditions and features of formation of a higher education institution of the creative person of the future teacher have been investigated. Disclosed conditions to improve the quality of university education and the transition to creative teaching techniques.
