Opis:
Reasonable mathematical derivation and mechanism model in the process of producing aluminum fluoride by fluosilicic acid is the key to the industrial treatment of fluorine resources in the tail gas of phosphate ore. In this work, aluminum fluoride was generated directly by fluosilicic acid to extract fl uorine from the tail gas of phosphate rock. The uncreated-core model dominated by interfacial reaction and the uncreated-core model dominated by internal diffusion-reaction were then respectively utilized to describe the reaction kinetics of the generation of aluminum fluoride. The result showed that the uncreated-core model was dominated by interface reaction and internal diffusion, the apparent reaction order n = 1, and the activation energy Ea = 30.8632 kJ . mol–1. Product characterization and kinetic analysis were employed to deduce the reaction mechanism of preparing aluminum fluoride. The theoretical basis for the low-cost recycling of fluorine resources in the tail gas of industrial phosphate ore was provided in this work.

The dynamic evolution process of the coal gangue particles’ core retention phenomenon in the process of crushing under stress, the evolution law of grading and the corresponding microscopic mechanical characteristics after continuous particle crushing are analyzed. The meso-level which reveals deformation phenomena of granular materials under the action of external loads is highly complex. At the qualitative level, the static compaction process of coal gangue samples can be roughly divided into three stages: initial compaction stage, compaction and crushing stage, and crushing (compaction) stage. It is proved that the interaction of lateral confined unidirectional compression of granular materials is mainly compression.

Opis:
Air leakage of closed wall in coal mine goaf would cause spontaneous combustion of remained coal. Most of measures to repair cracks are carried out after cracks are penetrated, which is not conducive to early prevention of spontaneous combustion. Repairing damage at the initial stage of cracking makes prevention effect to the best. Phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) microcapsules embedded in closed wall to achieve self-healing of initial cracks, but the actual repair effect is often less than expected. PF microcapsules (PFM) of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) decorated shell for self-healing of closed wall cracks were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The effects of nanomaterials on morphology, chemical constitution, thermal performance and mechanical properties of PF microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and nanoindentation test. The test results indicated that nanomaterials were successfully introduced into the shell of PF microcapsules. The CNTs-SiO2@PF microcapsules were uniformly dispersed, the thermal decomposition was delayed, and the residual carbon was significantly increased, and the brittleness of PF microcapsules was significantly enhanced. The 0.2CNTs-SiO2@PF microcapsules (0.2CNTs-SiO2@PFM) had a uniform and full particle size, the initial decomposition temperature was 267.6℃, the residual mass was 41.3%, the maximum load on the capsule wall reached 94.79 mN, and the load dropped sharply after the capsule wall rupture. Finally, the self-healing mechanism of closed wall doped with microcapsules was discussed. The exploration of modified phenolic microcapsules provides a new idea for the repair of closed wall in goaf.

Opis:
Stone arch bridge is an important type in the early bridge construction process because of its beautiful shape, material saving and economic rationality. However, stone material will deteriorate after long-term operation, which results in a decrease in strength and bearing capacity of stone arch bridge. The vehicle load is increasing at the same time. Therefore, accurate evaluation of bearing capacity of stone arch bridge is essential to ensure safety. In this article, a three-span open-spandrel stone arch bridge was taken as research object. Firstly, the bridge damages were investigated and analyzed in detail, and bridge service state was evaluated. Then, based on the evaluation results of disease damages and considering stone material deterioration, a refined finite element model of stone arch bridge was established to analyze bending moment, axial force, strain and deformation. Finally, static load test was carried out to test vertical deformation and stress of arch ring, horizontal displacement of pier, settlement of foundation and development of cracks. The results show that static load test is the most accurate method for evaluating bearing capacity of stone arch bridge. The evaluation accuracy of finite element model based on material correction is in the middle, and the evaluation accuracy of disease damage assessment is the worst. In practical work, bearing capacity of stone arch bridge can be evaluated by combining the three methods with high accuracy and comprehensive results.

W niniejszej pracy zaproponowano nową metodę analizy niezawodności systemów wielostanowych wykorzystującą sieci Bayesa (BN) oparte na rozmytych podzbiorach zmienności opisanych za pomocą trójkątnej funkcji przynależności. Metoda ta uwzględnia rozmyty charakter danych dotyczących uszkodzeń, wielostanowość systemu oraz zmienność prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia uszkodzenia w czasie. BN, które znalazły zastosowanie w modelowaniu i metodach obliczeniowych, wykorzystuje się także do analizy niezawodności. W przedstawionych badaniach, analizę BN uzupełniono o elementy teorii zbiorów rozmytych wykorzystując do opisu prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia uszkodzenia, podzbiory zmienności opisane przez trójkątną funkcję przynależności. Niepewność zależności logicznej pomiędzy awariami reprezentowanymi przez różne węzły sieci opisano za pomocą tabel rozmytego prawdopodobieństwa warunkowego. W pierwszej kolejności analizowano prawdopodobieństwo uszkodzenia każdego korzenia (węzła głównego) w funkcji czasu. Następnie, wyznaczono trójkątny rozmyty podzbiór zmienności, za pomocą którego opisano rozmyte prawdopodobieństwo uszkodzenia węzłów głównych. Podzbiór ten wykorzystano do analizy niezawodności systemu wielostanowego przy pomocy rozmytych BN. Artykuł kończy opis wypadku podczas ruchu wózka windy szybkobieżnej, który potwierdza skuteczność i możliwość praktycznego wykorzystania proponowanej metody. Wyniki pokazują, że proponowane podejście może skutecznie rozwiązywać na wczesnym etapie problemy związane z niepewnością informacji oraz wielostanowością systemu.
In this paper, a novel reliability analysis method for multi-state system is proposed on the basis of triangular fuzzy variety subset Bayesian network (BN). The method considers fuzziness, multi-state, and variety of failure probability over time. With advantages in modeling and computation, the BN is utilized for reliability analysis. Fuzzy set theory is introduced into the BN analysis by using triangular fuzzy variety subset to describe failure probability. The uncertainty of fault logical relationship between different nodes is described through fuzzy conditional probability tables. As a function of time, the failure probability of each root node is analyzed first. Subsequently, the triangle fuzzy variety subset is established to describe the fuzzy failure probability of root nodes. This subset is applied to analyze the reliability of multi-state system fuzzy BN. Finally, a case study on the car free movement accident of flexible high-speed elevator lift system is used to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method. Results show that the proposed approach could effectively address the problems on information uncertainty and multi-state in the early stage.

Opis:
Mechanical grinding (MG) is an effective method to regulate the pore structure and surface properties of mineral material. Grinding diatomite samples were prepared by horizontal sander under different grinding time. The pore structure and surface properties of grinding samples were characterized systematically by the particle size analysis, low temperature nitrogen adsorption, MIP, fractal theory, XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR and surface hydroxyl density analysis. The humidity control performance (HCP) of grinding diatomite was tested under different temperature and relative humidity. The relationship among pore structure, surface properties and HCP was analyzed. The results show that macroporous is more easily damaged by mechanical force than mesoporous, and the internal blind holes structure can be opened. The HCP of diatomite is positively correlated with the specific surface area, mesoporous volume, the inhomogeneity of macroporous structure and the number of hydroxyl groups, while negatively correlated with the proportion of macroporous volume.

Two recent studies found that RBMS1 gene rs7593730 and BCAR1 gene rs7202877 are related to type 2 diabetes. However, the association of these loci with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has not been examined in Chinese. We performed a replication study to investigate the association of the 2 susceptibility loci with T2DM in the Chinese population. We genotyped 1961 Chinese participants (991 with T2DM and 970 controls) for each of the 2 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs7593730 in RBMS1 and rs7202877 near BCAR1 using SNPscan and examined their association with T2DM using logistic regression analysis. We also analyzed the correlation of the SNP alleles and clinical phenotypes. In additive model, genotype association analysis of BCAR1 rs7202877 loci revealed that the homozygous of rs7202877 GG carriers had significantly decreased T2DM risk compared to homozygous carriers of TT (P=0.038, OR 0.44, 95% CI 0.20-0.96). In the recessive model, the GG genotype GG had significantly decreased T2DM risk compared to GT+TT (P=0.043, OR 0.67, 95% CI 0.46-0.99). Allele G was statistically significantly correlated with TC (mmol/L) (P=0.036) and LDL-C (mmol/L) (P=0.007). As for rs7593730, the carriers of CT and TT genotype had significantly decreased T2DM risk compared to the carriers of CC genotype (CT: CC P=0.038, OR 0.71, 95% CI 0.51-0.98; TT: CC P=0.010, OR 0.32, 95% CI 0.13-0.76). In a dominant model, TT+CT: CC (P=0.013, OR 0.673, 95% CI 0.49-0.92) and in a recessive model, TT: CT+CC (P=0.019, OR 0.59, 95% CI 0.39-0.92). The T allele carriers had significantly decreased T2DM risk compared to the carriers of C (P=0.002, OR 0.65, 95% CI 0.50-0.86). Allele T was statistically correlated with FINS (P=0.010). In conclusion, our study showed that RBMS1 gene rs7593730 and BCAR1 gene rs7202877 were significantly associated with type 2 diabetes in the Chinese population.

The structural stabilities, elastic properties and charge transfers of EuX (X = O, S, Se, Te) compounds as a function of pressure are investigated extensively using first-principles calculations. The ground-state parameters, such as lattice constants, bulk modulus are predicted and compared with the available data, our results are satisfactory. The calculated phase transition pressures from the NaCl-type (B1) structure to the CsCl-type (B2) structure for EuX (X = O, S, Se, Te) also accord with the experiments. Particularly, the elastic constants of EuX (X = O, S, Se, Te) under zero pressure and high pressure are simulated appropriately for the first time via density functional theory. The softening behaviors of the elastic shear modulus $C_{44}$ under pressure for the B1 phase of EuX (X = O, S, Se, Te) are captured, which should be responsible for the pressure-induced structural phase transition in the EuX system. It is also suggested that the softening behavior might be induced partly by the p → d and f → d electron transfers of Eu atom under pressure. In addition, the aggregate elastic modulus (B, G, E), Poisson's ratio (σ), Debye temperature $\Theta p_{D}$ are also successfully obtained for both B1 and B2 phases of EuX.

It is a hot topic to investigate resource allocation in fog computing. However, currently resource allocation in fog computing mostly supports only fixed resources, that is, the resource requirements of users are satisfied with a fixed amount of resources during the usage time, which may result in low utility of resource providers and even cause a waste of resources. Therefore, we establish an integer programming model for the time-varying multidimensional resource allocation problem in fog computing to maximize the utility of the fog resource pool. We also design a heuristic algorithm to approximate the solution of the model. We apply a dominant-resource-based strategy for resource allocation to improve resource utilization as well as critical value theory for resource pricing to enhance the utility of the fog resource pool. We also prove that the algorithm satisfies truthful and individual rationality. Finally, we give some numerical examples to demonstrate the performance of the algorithm. Compared with existing studies, our approach can improve resource utilization and maximize the utility of the fog resource pool.

This paper considers reasonable bandwidth allocation for multiclass services in peer-to-peer (P2P) networks, measures the satisfaction of each peer as a customer by a utility function when acquiring one service, and develops an optimization model for bandwidth allocation with the objective of utility maximization. Elastic services with concave utilities are first considered and the exact expression of optimal bandwidth allocation for each peer is deduced. In order to obtain an optimum in distributed P2P networks, we develop a gradient-based bandwidth allocation scheme and illustrate the performance with numerical examples. Then we investigate bandwidth allocation for inelastic services with sigmoidal utilities, which is a nonconvex optimization problem. In order to solve it, we analyze provider capacity provisioning for bandwidth allocation of inelastic services and modify the update rule for prices that service customers should pay. Numerical examples are finally given to illustrate that the improved scheme can also efficiently converge to the global optimum.

Opis:
With the continuous development of bridge technology, the condition assessment of large bridges has gradually attracted attention. Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) technology provides valuable information about a structure's existing health, keeping it safe and uninterrupted use under various operating conditions by mitigating risks and hazards on time. At the same time, the problem of bridge underwater structure disease is becoming more obvious, affecting the safe operation of the bridge structure. It is necessary to test the bridge’s underwater structure. This paper develops a bridge underwater structure health monitoring system by combining building information modeling (BIM) and an underwater structure damage algorithm. This paper is verified by multiple image recognition networks, and compared with the advantages of different networks, the YOLOV4 network is used as the main body to improve, and a lightweight convolutional neural network (Lite-yolov4) is built. At the same time, the accuracy of disease identification and the performance of each network are tested in various experimental environments, and the reliability of the underwater structure detection link is verified.

Opis:
To make clear the feasibility and influence factors of diesel fuel autothermal reforming to hydrogen, PdCeCr-FeCu/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by equivalent-volume impregnation method. Experimental facility based on an adiabatic tubular reactor with preheating section was designed and set up, the behaviors of diesel reforming to hydrogen with straight-run diesel as a raw material according to the analysis of the components were studied. Diesel oil reforming over a catalyst for hydrogen production was analyzed using an adiabatic tubular reactor with a preheating section that was designed and built in-house. The operating conditions were optimized. Under the suitable operating conditions, viz., catalyst bed inlet temperature of 700°C, diesel liquid space velocity of 0.24 h–1, water-carbon ratio of 20, and oxygen-carbon ratio of 0.6, the hydrogen yield reached 28.3 (mol/mol).
