Przedstawiono podaż i popyt na ciągniki rolnicze w Polsce w latach 2001-2008. Zakres badań obejmuje przedstawienie wielkości produkcji, importu, eksportu nowych oraz używanych ciągników rolniczych. Do realizacji celu badawczego wykorzystano krajową i zagraniczną literaturę oraz statystykę masową. Badania wykazały, że na krajowym rynku ciągników rolniczych następują znaczne wahania odnośnie wielkości produkcji, importu i eksportu, a w konsekwencji ich podaży.
The paper aims to analyze supply and demand of agricultural tractors in Poland in the period 2001 to 2008. The research area includes presentation of the volume ofproduction, import, export of new and used tractors. To conduct the research used domestic and foreign literature and mass statistics. Studies have shown that the national market for agricultural tractors followed by considerable volatility on the volume ofproduction, imports and exports, and consequently their demand.

Rolnictwo województwa podkarpackiego wyróżnia się dużym rozdrobnieniem agrarnym, nadmiarem zasobów siły roboczej oraz niską towarowością produkcji rolnej. Znacznie zróżnicowanie warunków przyrodniczo-glebowych, a zwłaszcza konieczność gospodarowania na terenach płaskich, podgórskich i górskich, stwarza konieczność utrzymania zróżnicowanego parku maszynowego. Podkarpackie gospodarstwa rolnicze są dosyć dobrze wyposażone pod względem ilościowym w sprzęt rolniczy, braki występują w środkach transportowych i sprzęcie specjalistycznym używanym w produkcji roślinnej. Jednak park maszynowy jest w przeważającej części wysłużony.
The agriculture of Podkarpackie voivodeship has one feature which makes it distingnishable from other povinces. It is known for its land divisions, an excess of supplies of man - power as well as for low efficency of agrarian production. Significant differences in soil and natural conditions and particularly the necessity of farming on flat, upland and mountainous areas creates necessity of maintaining various machines. It has been stated that agricultural farms in Podkarpackie are relatively well - equipped with regard to the amound of agricultural implements, there is a lack of means of transpotr and specialited equipment that could be used in plant production. However the quality of the machines - park is in majority low becouse of a prepoderance of broken - down machines.

Bezpieczeństwo wyrobu to kluczowe zagadnienie mające swoje odzwierciedlenie w przepisach i zastowanych rozwiązaniach praktycznych. Istotnym narzędziem spełnienia wymagań technicznych w odniesieniu do bezpiecznych konstrukcji maszyn i urządzeń są normy. W przypadku braku norm europejskich, zasadnicze wymagania dla określonych grup wyrobów mogą być definiowane na poziomie norm krajowych. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono czytelnikowi efekty prac normalizacyjnych KT 285 w zakresie zdefiniowania wymagań bezpieczeństwa oraz zakresu badań dla stojaków hydraulicznych centralnie zasilanych, stosowanych w obudowie indywidualnej, w podziemnych wyrobiskach zakładów górniczych.
Safety of the product is a key issue and it is included in legal regulations and in practical operations. The standards are the important tool to meet technical requirements as regards safe design of machines and equipment. In the case of lack of European standards, the main requirements for the certain groups of products can be defined on the national level. In the present paper, the results of the KT 285 standardization project on testing centrally supplied hydraulic legs used inb an individual roof support installed in workings of underground mining plants, are presented.

We investigated the magnetic properties of ultrathin magnetite films deposited directly on MgO(001) and on a Fe(001) buffer layer. In both cases the magnetite surface structure could be identified using low energy electron diffraction. The conversion electron MÖssbauer spectroscopy measurements proved that, for magnetite films deposited on the Fe buffer, superparamagnetic relaxation was strongly suppressed. The effect of a Fe overlayer on the magnetite film grown directly on MgO is considerably weaker. Longitudinal Kerr magnetometry indicated the presence of the ferromagnetic interfacial coupling between Fe and magnetite films. We conclude that the density of antiphase boundaries for films grown on the Fe buffer is lower than that of $Fe_3O_4$/MgO films.

Opis:
A measurement system for integrated circuit testing has been developed. It consists of a semi-automatic probe station and a set of measurement equipment controlled by commercially available measurement software. The probe station is controlled by dedicated software. Both the measurement and station-control software communicate using the DDE protocol. The measurement system is flexible. It is particularly suitable for semi-automatic testing of multi-project wafers. Output data generated by the system is used for the characterization of the CMOS technologies.

Opis:
The paper aims at identifying benefits of cooperation between farmers/entrepreneurs (that apart from running an agricultural holding, also carry out some non-agricultural activity) and the institutional environment, as well as barriers thereto, taking into account the level of intensity of relationships between these entities. The former most commonly cover financial benefits (e.g. in the form of support from the European Union), increase in the income from the performed economic activity, launching non-agricultural activity and improvement in the use of resources available in the agricultural holding. As regards barriers, farmers most commonly name: no experience in cooperation with institutions, difficult access to institutions, poor information on the offer of the institution, as well as absence of incentives following from cooperation. The analysis shows that intensity of relationships between these entities is a significantfactor when it comes to cooperation, to a large extent itdetermines its result and, thereby, the degree of implementing socio-economic objectives of both parties.

The results of a combined NMR, X-ray absorption spectroscopy and X-ray magnetic cirrcular dichroism study of the AA'FeMoO$\text{}_{6}$ and AA'FeReO$\text{}_{6}$ double perovskites are presented. They revealed a dependence of electronic and magnetic properties, including a d-electron transfer between Fe and Mo sites, on the structural tolerance factor. The maximum value of the 4d Mo electron occupation and the corresponding Mo moment is obtained for the tolerance factor of unity. This corresponds to the maximum strength of the magnetic interaction and, respectively, to the Curie temperature. The dominant T$\text{}^{5}\text{}^{/}\text{}^{2}$ type temperature dependence of the Mo hyperfine field reveals the half-metallicity of the AA'FeMoO$\text{}_{6}$ compounds. Antisite defects and antiphase boundaries have been identified in NMR measurements and the strength of their magnetic coupling have been determined. A considerable orbital contribution to the Re and Fe magnetic moments were found in the NMR and X-MCD measurements on the AA'FeReO$\text{}_{6}$ compounds. Its magnitude decreases with increasing structural tolerance factor and is correlated with their magnetic anisotropy.

The $\text{}^{95}$Mo and $\text{}^{97}$Mo NMR spin-echo study of (Sr,Ba,La)$\text{}_{2}$Fe$\text{}_{1 +y}$Mo$\text{}_{1-y}$O$\text{}_{6}$ double perovskites is reported. Powder samples of Ba$\text{}_{1.44}$Sr$\text{}_{0.36}$La$\text{}_{0.2}$FeMoO$\text{}_{6}$ and (Ba$\text{}_{0.8}$Sr$\text{}_{0.2}$)$\text{}_{2-2x}$La$\text{}_{x}$#$\text{}_{x}$ Fe$\text{}_{1+y}$Mo$\text{}_{1-y}$O$\text{}_{6}$, where# denotes vacancies, for: x=0, y=0; x=0.1, x=0.2 and x=0.3, y=0 and y=0.2 were measured at 4.2 K and no applied magnetic field. NMR signals are observed at 55-100 MHz for the main line and 30-55 MHz for low-frequency satellite. The main line and the satellite are attributed to the ideal and defect positions of Mo atoms. La and vacancy doping introduce more defects, however, increasing the Fe/Mo ratio decreases the amount of defect Mo sites. La doping causes a satellite pattern at the high frequency side of the spectrum, which is related to different numbers of the La next neighbours. The effect is attributed to an increase in the electron density and the corresponding magnetic moment at the adjacent Mo sites and reveals a local character of the electron doping.

Dokonano oceny aktywności rolników-przedsiębiorców w Polsce w zakresie pozyskiwania środków finansowych dostępnych w ramach programu rolnośrodowiskowego, przy uwzględnieniu takich cech, jak: rodzaj prowadzonej działalności pozarolniczej, wielkość ekonomiczna oraz powierzchnia gospodarstwa rolnego. Starano się również odpowiedzieć na pytanie, jakie znaczenie mają dopłaty rolnośrodowiskowe w kształtowaniu dochodu z rodzinnego gospodarstwa rolnego.
The paper presents a critical analysis of the farmer-entrepreneurs’s activities resulting from their participation in the agri-environmental programme in Poland with regard to the type of non-farming activity, economic size and the size of agricultural holding. The paper also attempts to provide an answer to the question about the role of agrienvironmental subsidies in generating income of the family agricultural holdings. The research has shown that the agri-environmental programme makes an attractive offer for non-farming agricultural holdings which is particularly true for agri-tourism agricultural holdings and the biggest in size holdings providing farming services. The agri-environmental subsidies, however, play little role for the income of the family agricultural holdings; their significance is greater for agri-tourism holdings and the weakest economically agricultural holdings providing farming services.

The paper aims to present the scale and directions of changes made in supplies and number of productive activity of farms with non agricultural activity, in context of cooperation of farmers-businessmen with local institutions. Investigations showed, that level of intensity of reports (cooperation) between this subjects has clear influence onto scale of introduced changes in productive supplies of farms. However it does not have essential meaning for changes in number of productive activity.
