Opis:
For a higher classification accuracy of disturbance signals of power quality, a disturbance classification method for power quality based on gram angle field and multiple transfer learning is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the one-dimensional disturbance signal of power quality is transformed into a Gramian angular field (GAF) coded image by using the gram angle field, and then three ResNet networks are constructed. The disturbance signals with representative signal-to-noise ratios of 0 dB, 20 dB and 40 dB are selected as the input of the sub-model to train the three sub-models, respectively. During this period, the training weights of the sub-models are transferred in turn by using the method of multiple transfer learning. The pre-training weight of the latter model is inherited from the training weight of the previous model, and the weight processing methods of partial freezing and partial fine-tuning are adopted to ensure the optimal training effect of the model. Finally, the features of the three sub-models are fused to train the classifier with a full connection layer, and a disturbance classification model for power quality is obtained. The simulation results show that the method has higher classification accuracy and better anti-noise performance, and the proposed model has good robustness and generalization.

Opis:
Satellite image classification is essential for many socio-economic and environmental applications of geographic information systems, including urban and regional planning, conservation and management of natural resources, etc. In this paper, we propose a deep learning architecture to perform the pixel-level understanding of high spatial resolution satellite images and apply it to image classification tasks. Specifically, we augment the spatial pyramid pooling module with image-level features encoding the global context, and integrate it into the U-Net structure. The proposed model solves the problem consisting in the fact that U-Net tends to lose object boundaries after multiple pooling operations. In our experiments, two public datasets are used to assess the performance of the proposed model. Comparison with the results from the published algorithms demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach.

The underframe passive inerter-based suspended device, based on the inerter-spring-damper vibration attenuation structure, could improve the dynamic performance of the train body, but its parameters are fixed and cannot meet the dynamic performance requirements under different operating conditions. Therefore, a semi-active inerter-based suspended device based on the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) control strategy is proposed to further enhance the dynamic performance. The rigid-flexible coupling vertical dynamic model of the train body and an underframe semi-active inerter-based suspended device are established. The structural parameters of the semi-active inerter-based suspended device are adjusted using LQR control strategy. Dynamic response of the system is obtained using the virtual excitation method. The dynamic characteristic of the system is evaluated using the Sperling index and compared with those of the passive and semi-active traditional suspended devices as well as the passive inerter-based suspended devices. The vertical vibration acceleration of the train body and Sperling index using the semi-active inerter-based suspended device is the smallest among the four suspended devices, which denotes the advantages of using the inerter and LQR control strategy. The semi-active inerter-based suspended device could decrease the vertical vibration acceleration of the train body and further suppress its elastic vibration in the lower frequency band, more effectively than the other three suspended devices. Overall, the semi-active inerter-based suspended device could significantly reduce elastic vibration of the train body and improve its dynamical performance.

As one of the key techniques in the fully mechanized mining process, equipment selection and matching has a great effect on security, production and efficiency. The selection and matching of fully mechanized mining equipment in thin coal seam are restricted by many factors. In fully mechanized mining (FMM) faced in thin coal seams (TCS), to counter the problems existing in equipment selection, such as many the parameters concerned and low automation, an expert system (ES) of equipment selection for fully mechanized mining longwall face was established. A database for the equipment selection and matching expert system in thin coal seam, fully mechanized mining face has been established. Meanwhile, a decision-making software matching the ES was developed. Based on several real world examples, the reliability and technical risks of the results from the ES was discussed. Compared with the field applications, the shearer selection from the ES is reliable. However, some small deviations existed in the hydraulic support and scraper conveyor selection. Then, the ES was further improved. As a result, equipment selection in fully mechanized mining longwall face called 4301 in the Liangshuijing coal mine was carried out by the improved ES. Equipment selection results of the interface in the improved ES is consistent with the design proposal of the 4301 FMM working face. The reliability of the improved ES can meet the requirements of the engineering. It promotes the intelligent and efficient mining of coal resources in China.
Dobór sprzętu, jako jedna z kluczowych technik w pełni zmechanizowanego procesu wydobycia, ma ogromny wpływ na bezpieczeństwo, produkcję i wydajność. Wybór i dopasowanie w pełni zmechanizowanego sprzętu górniczego w cienkim pokładzie węgla jest ograniczone przez wiele czynników. W przypadku całkowicie zmechanizowanej ściany wydobywczej węgla (FMM) w cienkich pokładach (TCS) przeciwdziałanie problemom związanym z wyborem sprzętu, takim jak m.in.: wielość rozpatrywanych parametrów i niska automatyzacja, ustanowiono system ekspercki (ES) doboru sprzętu do w pełni zmechanizowanej ściany wydobywczej. Utworzono bazę danych systemu doboru i dopasowania systemu eksperckiego w cienkich pokładach węgla w pełni zmechanizowanej ściany wydobywczej. Jednocześnie opracowano oprogramowanie do podejmowania decyzji, dopasowane do ES. Na podstawie kilku rzeczywistych przykładów omówiono wiarygodność i ryzyko techniczne związane z wynikami ES. W porównaniu z zastosowaniem obecnym, wybór kombajnu systemem eksperckim (ES) jest niezawodny. Wystąpiły jednak pewne niewielkie odchylenia w wyborze stojaków hydraulicznych i przenośnika zgarniającego, następnie ES został ulepszony. W rezultacie poprawiono wybór sprzętu w całkowicie zmechanizowanej ścianie wydobywczej o nazwie 4301 w kopalni Liangshuijing. Interfejs wyników wyboru sprzętu w ulepszonym ES jest zgodny z propozycją projektu 4301 FMM roboczej ściany wydobywczej. Niezawodność ulepszonego ES może spełniać wymagania inżynieryjne. Promuje inteligentne i wydajne wydobycie zasobów węgla w Chinach.

Temperature rise of the hub motor in distributed drive electric vehicles (DDEVs) under long-time and overload operating conditions brings parameter drift and degrades the performance of the motor. A novel online parameter identification method based on improved teaching-learning-based optimization (ITLBO) is proposed to estimate the stator resistance, -axis inductance, -axis inductance, and flux linkage of the hub motor with respect to temperature rise. The effect of temperature rise on the stator resistance, -axis inductance, -axis inductance, and magnetic flux linkage is analysed. The hub motor parameters are identified offline. The proposed ITLBO algorithm is introduced to estimate the parameters online. The Gaussian perturbation function is employed to optimize the TLBO algorithm and improve the identification speed and accuracy. The mechanisms of group learning and low-ranking elimination are established. After that, the proposed ITLBO algorithm for parameter identification is employed to identify the hub motor parameters online on the test bench. Compared with other parameter identification algorithms, both simulation and experimental results show the proposed ITLBO algorithm has rapid convergence and a higher convergence precision, by which the robustness of the algorithm is effectively verified.

To explore the mechanical response of anchored rock mass with an interaction of fatigue and creep, this paper selects the fatigue amplitude and fatigue frequency as influencing factors to carry out a fatigue-creep experiment of the anchored rock mass. Based on fractional order theory and binary perturbation theory, a new fractional order creep model is constructed. The results show that compared with the Burgers model, the newly proposed creep model can better describe the whole process of creep deformation of the anchored jointed rock mass under fatigue loading.

Opis:
A power split hybrid electric vehicle with dual planetary gear sets is studied in this paper. Firstly, the power split and circulation phenomenon are further described by analyzing a speed and torque relationship between the engine, motors and the output shaft based on the lever analogy. The transmission efficiency and the electric power ratio are then obtained. The working modes of the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) are divided according to the system operation mechanism. On this basis, the engine optimal operating line (OOL) control strategy and the mechanical point (MP) control strategy are designed. Furthermore, a fuzzy controller is designed to realize the optimal torque distribution of the engine and the motors in the MP control strategy. Simulation results demonstrate that the MP control strategy can guarantee a higher efficiency of the transmission system, which also shows good performance in improving fuel economy of the HEV by adjusting the engine operating point.

As the demand for low-cost rapid preparation techniques for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) fabric tags is increasing, embroidery technologists have attempted to fabricate tag antennas. However, the effects of stitch structures on the performance of tag antennas have rarely been studied. Since the structure of an embroidered stitch is related to the embroidering process parameters and embroidery thread, this study chose a common stitch trace type to prepare two sets of UHF RFID tag antennae by changing the embroidery thread structure and stitch length, and then the electrical and gain properties of these antennas were analyzed. And again, the reading performance of the corresponding tag was evaluated. The results showed that the antennas embroidered with copper/PET wrapped yarns have higher energy transfer efficiency than those with single copper wire yarns. When the stitch length increases from 0.9 to 5 mm, the read range of the embroidered tag firstly increases and then decreases, due to the large embroidering process deviation of the tag antenna geometry, and the optimal stitch length for the read range is 1.7 mm, where the read range is 12.95 m. When the stitch length is 5 mm, the read range is minimum – 9.56 m. In summary, this study determined the embroidered thread structure and the process design of the stitch length in terms of the performance of a fabric-based embroidery antenna for an RFID tag as well as the read range.
Wraz ze wzrostem zapotrzebowania na niedrogie techniki szybkiego przygotowania etykiet materiałowych RFID (identyfikacja radiowa), technolodzy haftu podjęli próbę wyprodukowania specjalnych etykiet. Dotychczas rzadko badano wpływ struktur ściegowych na działanie etykiet antenowych. Ponieważ struktura haftowanego ściegu jest powiązana z parametrami procesu i nicią zastosowaną do haftu, w badaniu przeanalizowano ścieg typowy. Przygotowano dwa zestawy antenowych etykiet RFID UHF różniących się strukturą nici do haftu i długością ściegu, a następnie przeanalizowano właściwości wzmocnienia tych anten. Wyniki pokazały, że anteny haftowane przędzą owiniętą miedzią/PET mają wyższą efektywność przenoszenia energii, niż anteny z pojedynczą przędzą z drutu miedzianego. Gdy długość ściegu wzrośnie z 0,9 do 5 mm, zasięg odczytu haftowanej przywieszki najpierw rośnie, a następnie maleje, ze względu na duże odchylenie procesu haftowania geometrii anteny przywieszki, a optymalna długość ściegu dla zakresu odczytu wynosi 1,7 mm, gdzie zasięg odczytu wynosi 12,95 m. Gdy długość ściegu wynosi 5 mm, zasięg odczytu wynosi minimum – 9,56 m. Podsumowując, w badaniu określono strukturę haftowanej nici i projekt długości ściegu pod kątem wydajności anteny, a także zasięgu odczytu.

As one of the most important decision-making problems in fully mechanised mining, the corresponding mining technology pattern is the technical foundation of the working face. Characterised by complexity in a thin seam fully mechanised mining system, there are different kinds of patterns. In this paper, the classification strategy of the patterns in China is put forward. Moreover, the corresponding theoretical model using neural networks applied for patterns decision-making is designed. Based on the above, optimal selection of these patterns under given conditions is achieved. Lastly, the phased implementation plan for automatic mining pattern is designed. As a result of the industrial test, automatic mining for panel 22204 in Guoerzhuang Coal Mine is realised.

Gas explosions are major disasters in coal mining, and they typically cause a large number of deaths, injuries and property losses. An appropriate understanding of the effects of combustible gases on the characteristics of methane explosions is essential to prevent and control methane explosions. FLACS software was used to simulate an explosion of a mixture of CH4 and combustible gases (C2H4, C2H6, H2, and CO) at various mixing concentrations and different temperatures (25, 60, 100, 140 and 180℃). After adding combustible gases to methane at a constant volume and atmospheric pressure, the adiabatic flame temperature linearly increases as the initial temperature increases. Under stoichiometric conditions (9.5% CH4-air mixture), the addition of C2H4 and C2H6 has a greater effect on the adiabatic flame temperature of methane than H2 and CO at different initial temperatures. Under the fuel-lean CH4-air mixture (7% CH4-air mixture) and fuel-rich mixture (11% CH4-air mixture), the addition of H2 and CO has a greater effect on the adiabatic flame temperature of methane. In contrast, the addition of combustible gases negatively affected the maximum explosion pressure of the CH4-air mixture, exhibiting a linearly decreasing trend with increasing initial temperature. As the volume fraction of the mixed gas increases, the adiabatic flame temperature and maximum explosion pressure of the stoichiometric conditions increase. In contrast, under the fuel-rich mixture, the combustible gas slightly lowered the adiabatic flame temperature and the maximum explosion pressure. When the initial temperature was 140℃, the fuel consumption time was approximately 8-10 ms earlier than that at the initial temperature of 25℃. When the volume fraction of the combustible gas was 2.0%, the consumption time of fuel reduced by approximately 10 ms compared with that observed when the volume fraction of flammable gas was 0.4%.

Effect of temperature and Mg:Ti ratio on phase composition and microstructure of reduced pellets was investigated to verify the feasibility of preparation of magnesium titanate by adding MgO in carbonthermic reduction of the vanadium titanomagnetite concentrates (VTC). Thermodynamic analysis results showed that magnesium titanate is more easily generated than FeTi2O5 or TiO2 by the reaction of FeTiO3 and MgO under the reductive atmosphere, which was confirmed by the discovery of magnesium titanate at roast experiment. It was found that the optimum conditions for reduction of VTC pellets were temperature of 1250 ºC and Mg:Ti ratio of 2, and the main phases of reduction product were metallic Fe and magnesium titanate (Mg2TiO4). However, trace iron impurities in Mg2TiO4 particles were found by energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), so further purification is required.

An active inerter-based suspension with acceleration feedback control is proposed in this paper, the time delay generated in the controllers and actuators is considered, which constitutes the time-delayed active inerter-based (TDA-IB) suspension. The dynamic equation of the TDA-IB suspension is established and is a neutral type of delay differential equation (NDDE) in which the time delay exists in the highestorder derivative. The stability analysis is conducted by calculating the number of unstable characteristic roots based on the definite integral stability method, the stable and unstable regions are determined. The effect of time delay and feedback gain on the dynamic performance of the TDA-IB suspension under harmonic, random, and shock excitations is studied in detail and compared with the parallel-connected inerterbased (PC-IB) and traditional suspensions. The results show that the TDA-IB suspension is asymptotically stable for smaller feedback gain and time delay, through increasing the feedback gain, the stable regions shrink, and a smaller time delay could cause the system to become unstable. Furthermore, the time delay could regulate the resonance peak around the unsprung mass natural frequency and generate multiple high-frequency resonance peaks. If the time delay is chosen appropriately and falls into the stable range, the TDA-IB suspension could improve the dynamic performance for the suspension stroke and dynamic tire load while having a deterioration for the vehicle body acceleration compared with the PC-IB and traditional suspensions.

In this study, we report the cloning and characteristics of an adiponectin-like receptor gene from Bombyx mori (BmAdipoR) with highly conserved deduced amino-acid sequences and similar structure to the human adiponectin receptor (AdipoR). Structural analysis of the translated cDNA suggested it encoded a membrane protein with seven transmembrane domains. BmAdipoR was found to be expressed in multiple tissues and highly expressed in Malpighian tubules, fat body and testis. BmNPV (Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus) bacmid system combined with confocal microscopy revealed that BmAdipoR was targeted to the cell membrane. We also found that infection with BmNPV did not have an effect on BmAdipoR mRNA quantity in the midgut of susceptible Bombyx mori strain (306) at 48 h, but BmAdipoR mRNA quantity increased significantly at 72 h. We concluded that BmAdipoR gene was a membrane protein ubiquitously expressed in Bombyx mori tissues and that its expression was altered by treating with BmNPV.

Opis:
Highly-oriented ZnO thin films prepared by using low-cost technique such as sol-gel technique are of much importance to ZnO-based white light-emitting diodes. The chose of proper preheating temperature in sol-gel technique is still critical for highly-oriented ZnO thin film so far. The mechanisms for the preheating in the formation of ZnO thin film and for the reactions involved in the sol solution have not been clearly stated yet. Thus, in this work, the highly-oriented ZnO thin films were prepared on glass substrates by using sol-gel spin-coating technique. The sol solution was prepared by using the two-step method rather than usual one-step method, which facilitates the understanding of the mechanism for the reactions involved in the sol solution. The effect of the preheating temperature on the microstructure and the optical properties of the films were in particular investigated. The mechanisms for the preheating in the formation of the films and for the reactions involved in the sol solution prepared by the two-step method were also proposed in terms of the experimental results. The preheating not only enhances the volatilization of the solvent 2-methoxyethanol and the decomposition of the residual organic species, but also results into the formation of small number of ZnO particles. The preheating temperature of 300°C is most favorable for the highly-oriented ZnO thin film. Increasing the preheating temperature results into the blue shift of the absorption edges of the films. This can be explained by using the quantum-size effect. The photoluminescence spectra of the films show an UV emission at the near-band edge and a broad green-yellow emission at 470-620 nm. The former is closely related to the excitons, while the latter is to the intrinsic defect species in the film.

In order to overcome the challenge of quantifying the influence of environmental conditions and the coexistence of multiple failure modes involved in mechanism reliability modelling under different environments. In this paper, we propose a method for the analysis of mechanism reliability that takes into account the influence of environmental factors and failure modes’ correlation, quantifies the influence of environmental factors as the random distribution and degradation path of parameters, and derives the Copula description of failure mode correlation from the historical data of environmental experiments. On the basis of the discrete mechanism dynamics model, the output parameters of the characteristic points are calculated, and the failure rate of each failure mode is calculated based on the failure criterion and the performance margin theory. Additionally, the dynamic change pattern of the mechanism reliability is compared with the Kaplan-Meier estimation of the corresponding environmental test history data to assess the validity of the calculation results. The reliability modelling problem of a motion mechanism of an automatic rifle automaton in a high and low temperature environment is applied to the method, and the reliability calculation results are close to those of Kaplan-Meier estimation of the test history data, and all are within the upper and lower bounds given by the reliability boundary theory, demonstrating the method's validity.
