Opis:: The solutions of results of Traveling Salesperson Problem (TSP) samples are presented in this article. Their were received using LP/Quadratic Solver included in Analytic Solver Platform V12.5. LP/Quadratic Solver designed for solutions of LP/MIP problems allow to solve TSP as integer programming model. Solutions were received based on Assignment Problem with Miller, Tucker, Zemlin subtour eliminating constraints model introduced to Excel 2010. Solved times of symmetric and asymmetric TSP samples from TSPLIB with small size of problems, limited by max integer variables of LP/Quadratic Solver are presented.

Results are samples of solutions and time values received for accepted parameters and restart manners of Solver.

Opis:: The results of previous research on antigenic (allotypic) specificities of immunoglobulins, alpha-globulins, beta-globulins and lipoproteins in cattle are reviewed. The suitability of heteroantibodies and alloantibodies for identification of this type of markers was analysed. New names/symbols of antigenic markers of proteins in cattle, identified at the Department of Immuno- and Cytogenetics of the National Research Institute of Animal Production (Balice/Kraków, Poland), were introduced.

Opis:: The transmission of previously described genes A2MD1 and A2ME2 that determine antigenic markers of alpha₂-macroglobulins A₂mD1 and А₂mЕ2 in cattle was studied. The starting point for the analyses was the lack of individuals negative for both markers in the population of 3551 Black-and-White, Red-and-White, Polish Red and Simmental cattle and interbreed crosses. Controlling of these specificities by allelic genes or genes from closely linked loci was considered. To support or reject this hypothesis, the independence test 2 x 2 and analysis of segregation of A₂mD1 and А₂mЕ2 in the offsprings of all phenotypic matings found and of selected matings in which genotypes of sires were determined, were used. It was found that the observed segregation of antigenic markers in the offsprings rules out the possibility that they are determined by allelic genes. The results obtained show that markers A₂mD1 and А₂mЕ2 are controlled by the genes A2MD1 and A2ME2 from closely linked loci. Moreover it seems that only those haplotypes are transmitted in which both genes - A2MD1 and A2ME2, or one of them - A2MD1 or A2ME2, are present. No haplotypc would then be transmitted (would occur?) in which both genes are in the recessive form. recessive form.

Opis:: Alloantibodies detecting antigenic determinants called BgC1 and AmiF1 were obtained in cattle. The analysis of determinants' inheritance was done on 1754 offsprings after 72 sires and 1740 dams. The molecule-carriers of both traits were characterized using serological and physico-chemical methods. It was found that the identified determinants are markers of beta-globulin and alpha-microglobulin proteins, and of autosomal, dominant genes BgC1 and AmiF1 from independent loci, which control them.

Opis:: The article analyzes the potential savings in energy consumption due to replacing the standard electrical motors with the high-efficient substitutes. The starting point for this article are the parameters of the existing standard engines supplying the facility of the Opole Power Plant (the coal mill and the mill's fan). Two methods are employed for the calculation of such savings: (1) the "simplified method" assuming the engine's nominal efficiency and (2) the "precise method" taking into account the load related efficiency. Considered are also the costs of the CO2 emission allowances. Additionally outlined are the operational aspects of such replacement and the start-up dynamics.

Opis:: Many systems implemented in FPGAs are based on embedded processor cores (the so called soft cores). Testing such systems is a challenging task due to possible faults in functional blocks, configuration memory and relevant circuitry. The paper deals with software-based self-test schemes taking into account an important requirement on test memory and time overheads. Special attention is paid to configuration faults caused by SEUs (single event upsets). The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified in fault injection experiments.
W systemach wbudowanych realizowanych na bazie struktur FPGA coraz częściej wykorzystuje się skonfigurowane rdzenie procesorów. Testowanie takich systemów jest dość dużym wyzwaniem ze względu na dość szeroką klasę możliwych błędów w blokach funkcjonalnych, pamięci konfiguracyjnej i związanej z nią logiką. W pracy przedstawiono koncepcje testowania programowego rdzeni procesorów (podejście funkcjonalne, strukturalne, pseudo przypadkowe i aplikacyjne). Szczególna uwagę poświęcono błędom pamięci konfiguracji wynikającym z błędów przemijających, których źródłem jest promieniowanie kosmiczne, szczątkowe promieniowanie użytych materiałów w systemie, czy tez zakłócenia elektryczne. Dokładniej omówiono koncepcje testów złożonych z sekwencji instrukcji, w których wyniki są jednocześnie argumentami wejściowymi dla kolejnych sekwencji (tzw. sekwencje bijektywne). Rozpatrzono problem optymalizacji takich testów biorąc pod uwagę narzut pamięci i czasowy testu oraz pokrycie błędów. Efektywność testów została zweryfikowana w eksperymentach z symulacją błędów. Podane przykłady dotyczą rdzenia procesora 8 bitowego PicoBlaze. Przedstawiona metodyka może być rozszerzona na inne procesory.

Opis:: The paper presents the extent of fault effects in FPGA based systems and concentrates on transient faults (induced by single event upsets – SEUs) within the configuration memory of FPGA. An original method of detailed analysis of fault effect propagation is presented. It is targeted at microprocessor based FPGA systems using the developed fault injection technique. The fault injection is performed at HDL description level of the microprocessor using special simulators and developed supplementary programs. The proposed methodology is illustrated for soft PicoBlaze microprocessor running 3 programs. The presented results reveal some problems with fault handling at the software level.

Opis:: Micro-jet cooling after welding was tested only for MIG welding process with argon, helium and nitrogen as a shielded gases. A paper presents a piece of information about nitrogen and oxygen in weld after micro-jet cooling. There are put down information about gases that could be chosen both for MIG/MAG welding and for micro-jet process. There were given main information about influence of various micro-jet gases on metallographic structure of steel welds. Mechanical properties of weld was presented in terms of nitrogen and oxygen amount in WMD (weld metal deposit).
Chłodzenie mikro-jetowe było stosowane tylko w spawalniczym procesie MIG, gdzie gazem osłonowym były argon, hel i azot. W artykule przedstawiono informacje na temat zawartości azotu i tlenu w spoinie po chłodzeniu mikro-jetowym. Podano informacje zarówno dla gazów, które mogą być wybrane dla spawania MIG/MAG i dla mikro-jetowego procesu. Uzyskano informacje o wpływie doboru gazu mikro-jetowego na strukturę metalograficzną stalowych spoin. Własności mechaniczne złącza podano w funkcji zawartości azotu i tlenu w stopiwie.

Opis:: The influence of the working speed of the one-row combine harvester for harvesting haricot bean pods on the qualitative and quantitative losses of pods of the „Presenta” variety was determined. The tests were carried out at three different speeds of the harvester, namely 0,44, 0,72 and 0,89 m/s. The rotational speed of the pod combing drums was 70 rpm for the first drum and 160 rpm for the second one. The total losses of pods were the lowest and the quality of the gathered yield the highest at the working speed of the harvester equal to 0,44 m/s.
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące określenia wpływu prędkości roboczej kombajnu jednorzędowego do zbioru strąków fasoli szparagowej na straty strąków i jakość zebranego plonu.
