    Opis:
    Wodnistą strukturę mięsa kurcząt identyfikowano przez pomiar $pH_1$ w mięśniach. Stwierdzono, że wodnistość mięśni piersiowych nie ma wpływu na zawartość wody i białka ogólnego, obniża natomiast zawartość witaminy E. Nasuwa to przypuszczenie, że wodnistość mięsa kurcząt jest związana z żywieniową dystrofią mięśniową, powodowaną niedoborem witaminy E w paszy.

    During archaeological research carried out in Zagórzyce area a small multicultural site (numbered as 3) was discovered. It is situated opposite to the excavated site no. 1 and the adjacent site no. 2. All these sites make a settlement complex functioning with varying intensity during the La Tène and Roman Prriods. During surface surveys and small rescue explorations conducted at sites 3 in 2003 remains from the Neolithic period (Funnel Beaker culture), the Older Bronze Age (Trzciniec culture) and from the Late Roman Period were recorded. The inventory of the explored feature of unknown function should be connected with the latter chronological horizon.

    During exploration of excavation units established till 2004 more than 200 archaeological features were discovered of different chronology. These features very often overlapped one another and formed complex stratigraphic systems. They are related the La Tène and Roman Period and belong to four settlements that are the subject of detailed studies conducted by the authors.

    Opis:
    Industry 4.0 will affect the complexity of supply chain networks. It will be necessary to adapt more and more to the customer and respond within a time interval that is willing to accept the product waiting. From these considerations, there is a need for a different way of managing the supply chain. The traditional concept of supply chain as a linear system, which allows optimizing individual subsystems, thus obtaining an optimized supply chain, is not enough. The article deals with the issue of supply chain management reflecting demand behaviour using the methodology Demand Driven MRP system. The aim of the publication is to extend the knowledge base in the area of demand-driven supply logistics in the context of Industry 4.0 and verify the processed theoretical knowledge in a case study.

    Opis:
    The article deals with a widely used method of measuring the overall efficiency of equipment (OEE), which in combination with technologies and software tools is gaining in importance. The overall efficiency of OEE equipment is a key performance metric for machines and equipment to identify hidden capacities and increase production productivity. The intensification of Industry 4.0 in traditional manufacturing companies supports and creates the conditions for their transformation into a smart factory. The integration of intelligent machines and devices with complex human-machine communication network systems requires a new direction in measuring and increasing OEE. Mass customization, resp. personalization of production raises a high need to monitor, improve and further maintain productivity. The aim of the article is to create a simulation model of the production process and test the energy consumption of selected equipment using TX Plant Simulation software with a proposal of measures to increase the OEE of the company.
