Opis:
The paper presents the issue of managing the control of vehicle traffic at crossroads by applying classical, traditional methods and a genetic algorithm. While carrying out the research, the authors indicated that genetic operators enable us to control lighting devices more efficiently by about 20% as compared to classical methods and by about 40% compared to traditional methods. Classical methods have been defined as models based on movement sensors only and the FIFO queue whereas the traditional method denotes permanent lighting cycles. Thanks to the elaborated method of controlling the traffic emission of CO2 may be decreased. The paper also indicated further directions for research on methods related to fuzzy sets, neural networks, heuristics and hybrid methods.

The article focuses primarily on two major aspects affecting each manufacturing enterprise. Namely, the question of planning of production process as well as process preparation to manufacture a desired product will be discussed. The article shows planning and production actions on the example of a production enterprise. The technical scope necessary in preparation of each production was presented as well as selected ways for inseparable connections and machines found in manufacturing halls were discussed. The characteristics of an enterprises manufacturing metal workshop furniture as well as workshop cars equipment was shown. The course of manufacturing process planning was depicted. Due to presented plans of the production hall it is possible to view the whole process. Some changes in that plan to streamline production and extend it in the future with a new range of products were suggested.

Opis:
The management of modern supply chain requires the use of many modern tools and applications. Telematics is a tool that allows to evaluate the state of implementation of processes in the supply chain in real time, take decisions adequate to a given situation, or carry out activities effectively. It is impossible to manage something one cannot see, therefore the ability to implement such processes correctly becomes one of the essential elements of success in the current market conditions. The research team at the Institute of Logistics at Wrocław School of Banking analyses the possibility to implement the latest telematics solutions to logistics system in Lower Silesia, particularly in transport companies. These activities, in addition to the development of knowledge related to using the latest technology in logistics systems, are intended to prepare a wide variety of solutions and concepts for enterprises in Lower Silesia, in order to be able to effectively apply under the EU Horizon 2020 programme or national programme 2014-2020 POIR.

Opis:
The paper proposes a new approach to the agglomeration of data in cluster analysis. These approach faces the problem of data classification where under the same conditions different conclusions are draw. Such problems occur in many areas of daily life: medicine, technology, and economic and social sciences and economics. The new approach assumes that events like the harvest are attributed to the cumulative probability of their occurrence at the same time. Such approaches will not be found in probability. Thanks to the mathematical theory of records fairly accurate classification of the object can be provided. The paper presents a method of agglomeration of measurement data using the mathematical theory of records. This is the method which can be used in the cluster analysis by agglomeration.

Experiments to evaluate 40% and 80% methanol extracts prepared from the aboveground parts of two Solanum nigrum biotypes and from the roots of two Avena sativa biotypes were used to test the growth and development of some weed species and agropathogens. The species collected from different crop fields were Viola arvensis, Chenopodium album, Stellaria media, Papaver rhoeas, and Thlaspi arvense together with the pathogenic fungi Fusarium avenaceum, F. culmorum, and F. oxysporum. Plant morphological changes and significant fresh weight reduction of Viola arvensis were observed when treated with both 40% and 80% extracts. A similar response was found in C. album, but only when plants were treated with an 80% extract obtained from plants of S. nigrum collected from a maize field. The most susceptible to both extracts from A. fatua roots growing in a spring wheat field were C. album and S. media, whereas V. arvensis was only susceptible to the 80% extract. The addition of the extracts obtained from A. fatua to PDA medium at concentrations of 0.1% and 1% contributed to significant reductions in the mycelium growth of all three Fusarium species. The extract obtained from S. nigrum added to PDA medium at 1% concentration slightly stimulated mycelium growth of F. oxysporum.
W warunkach szklarniowych przeprowadzono testy biologiczne z wykorzystaniem 40% i 80% frakcji metanolowych sporządzonych z części nadziemnych psianki czarnej (Solanum nigrum L.) oraz z części podziemnych owsa głuchego (Avena fatuaL.) Ekstrakty przygotowano na bazie roślin zebranych z różnych pól uprawnych. Celem badań było wykazanie różnic w oddziaływaniu tych frakcji na wzrost i rozwój niektórych agrofagów (Viola arvensis Murr., Chenopodium album L., Stelaria media L., Papaver rhoeas L., Thlaspi arvense L.) oraz grzybów patogenicznych [ Fusarium avenaceum (Fr.) Sacc, F. Culmorum (W. G. Sm.), F. Oxysporum Schlecht.). Zaobserwowano zmiany morfologiczne roślin i istotną obniżkę świeżej masy V. arvensis potraktowanych ekstraktami 40% i 80% frakcji metanolowych. Podobną istotną reakcją wykazała Ch. album, ale jedynie po aplikacji 80% frakcji metanolowej S. nigrum pochodzącej z uprawy kukurydzy. Najbardziej wrażliwymi gatunkami na obie frakcje metanolowe z części podziemnych A. fatua pochodzącego z uprawy pszenicy jarej okazały się Ch. albumi S. media, natomiast V. arvensis był wrażliwy tylko na 80% frakcję metanolową. Stwierdzono również, że dodatek wyciągów metanolowych z A. fatua do pożywki PDA zarówno w stężeniu 1% jak i w stężeniu 0,1% powodował znaczące zahamowanie wzrostu grzybni Fusarium avenaceum (Fr.) Sacc, F. culmorum (W. G. Sm.) oraz F. Oxysporum Schlecht i F. Avenaceum (Fr.) Sacc. Natomiast dodatek wyciągów metanolowych z S. nigrum do pożywki PDA w stężeniu 1% tylko w niewielkim stopniu stymulował wzrost grzybni patogena F. Oxysporum Schlecht.

Nanocristalline pure titanium in comparison to inicrocrystalline titanium is characterized by better mechanical properties which influence its wider usability. The aim of the research was to evaluate whether the grain size of pure titanium (micro- and nanocrystalline) has influence on the cutting force components and the surface roughness in the milling process. Models of cutting force components for both materials were prepared and differences between the results were examined. The feed rate effect on selected parameters of surface roughness after milling of micro- and nanocrystalline pure titanium was determined.

Almost entire fleet of steam turbines in Poland was designed between 1950_1980 with the use of the so-called zero-dimensional (0D) calculation tools. For several years, design and modernization of the turbines occur in assistance with the state-of-the-art methods that describe working fluid flow field based on three-dimensional (3D) models and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) codes. This cooperation between 0D and 3D codes requires exchange of overall, integral information such as: power, efficiency, heat and mass fluxes. In consequence the question arises regarding the cohesion of definitions, and particularly regarding the correctness of the definition for internal efficiency of the turbine's stage and the turbine as a whole. In the present paper we formulate basic definitions reason of efficiency that are naturally adapted to the numerical 0D and 3D models. We show that the main reason of differences between the definitions in 0D and 3D is the definition of the theoretical work of the stage lt. In the classical 0D models, mostly employed is the isentropic approach, and hence the isentropic efficiency occurs. Meanwhile, in the increasingly common 3D approach (most likely by CFD), we use more physically correct pathway by subtracting energy loss from the available energy, that leads to the polytropic definition of efficiency. We show an example of computing the efficiency and the 3D losses, denoted with additional subscript CFD, we also discuss benefits of this definition in comparison with the isentropic classical definition in 0D.

This paper presents the process of designing and constructing a desktop-size mobile robot aimed at multi-robot applications. We present the mechanical structure, the electronics and the software, focusing on the modularity concept, which determines the educational values of the entire design. The decision process underlying the design is presented in details: choosing motors, sensors and crucial electronics components, implementing communication buses, and construction of the additional modules. Possible multi-robot applications of this design are outlined at the end.
Niniejsza praca przedstawia poszczególne etapy projektowania i konstrukcji miniaturowego, dydaktycznego robota mobilnego własnego pomysłu. Zawarto w niej opis każdego z etapów, ze szczególnym naciskiem na koncepcję modułowości, która stanowi o wartości dydaktycznej całej konstrukcji. Opisano m.in. proces projektowania mechaniki, doboru czujników i najważniejszych elementów, projektowania elektroniki, opis zastosowanych magistral komunikacyjnych oraz opis wytworzonych modułów i programów zawartych w mikrokontrolerach oraz na komputerze PC.

The article presents opportunities for the Intelligent Transport System for the city of Wroclaw. In the first part the authors illustrate the current state of the system. The next section presents the results of studies into roads in the city of Wroclaw. The survey respondents were included, i.e. drivers, transport companies and employees of the police, the ambulance and fire brigade. The Author’s research tool was a questionnaire, and the study was conducted using a diagnostic survey. The remaining results show some disadvantages of the system and new perspectives of its development. On the basis of studies the authors presented improvements of the overall architecture of the system. This will allow the police and internships brigades to work more efficiently with primarily alert.

W artykule podjęto próbę omówienia zagadnień związanych obszarem logistyki zorientowanym na ekologię. Celem jej jest przedstawienie na podstawie badań ankietowych, stanu faktycznego wybranego szpitala, w jaki sposób odpady są tam segregowane, utylizowane. Jak istotne znaczenie ma dla pracowników szpitala ekologistyka : czy określone wymogi są w pełni wypełniane, jakie elementy wymagają drastycznej zmiany oraz jaka jest świadomość personelu o prawidłowej gospodarce odpadami medycznymi. Na podstawie badań można również zaproponować usprawnienia, które mogą skutkować większą świadomością ekologiczną, a co za tym idzie lepszym stanem środowiska. Przedstawiono czynniki, mające wpływ na rozwój omawianej sfery. Zdefiniowano odpady, zaprezentowana zostanie ich klasyfikacja zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Ochrony Środowiska, Zasobów Naturalnych i Leśnictwa, oraz dokonany zostanie ich przegląd przez wszystkie najistotniejsze grupy t.j.: odpady komunalne, przemysłowe i niebezpieczne oraz najistotniejsze dla niniejszej pracy odpady medyczne. Omówiono problem ilości odpadów wytwarzanych w Polsce i w Unii Europejskiej oraz przedstawiono regulacje prawne dotyczące gospodarki odpadami wraz z strategią zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zaprezentowano metodę badawczą, jaką są badania ankietowe, przeprowadzone na pracownikach placówki służby zdrowia. Zaprezentowano w formie graficznej i opisowej wybrane wyniki badań ankietowych. Dokonano ich analizy.
This article attempts to discuss issues related to the area of logistics-oriented ecology. Its purpose is to present on the basis of surveys, the facts of the hospital, how the waste is there segregated, recycled. How im-portant it is for the hospital staff ecologistics: if certain requirements are fully complied with, what elements require a drastic change and what is the awareness of staff about the proper management of medical waste. Based on the research you can also propose improvements which might result in greater environmental awareness, and thus better environmental conditions. The factors affecting the development of this sphere. Defined waste, will be presented their classification according to the Ordinance of the Minister of Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry, and their review will be carried out by all the most important groups namely: municipal, industrial and haz-ardous, and most relevant to this study medical waste. We discuss the problem of waste produced in Poland and the European Union and presents the legal regulations concerning waste disposal, together with the strategy of sustainable development. Presented research method, which are surveys conducted on workers’ health care. Presented in graphical and descriptive selected survey results. They made their analysis.

This study presents method of selection the most coherent, repeatable in time, results of researches. Firstly, a possible of application of concentration analysis for detection of variable or dependent variable, which results are different from other variables, is presented. Because some results of the same variable in time periods could influence on increase of results standard error, for such points detection, measure using mathematic filing system theory, Spearman's correlation ordinal ranks and weight of information contradiction, in sense of Dampster-Shafer theory, are proposed. The obtained measure cause decrease of results standard errors by selection and removal of measure points which influence on validity scales decrease. Example-results of the measurement, the analysis of concentrations for variable Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4, results of the normalization for each result of measurements, average values of measurement for all received results BZ and for selected MODELS, results of measurement marked curves of average data for all BZ measurements and measurement selected of MODEL least standard-errors are presented in the paper.
W artykule zastała przedstawiona metoda doboru najbardziej spójnych wyników pomiarów powtarzanych w czasie. W pierwszej części zaprezentowano możliwość zastosowania analizy skupień do wykrycia zmiennej bądź zmiennych zależnych, których wyniki różnią się od pozostałych zmiennych. Ponieważ niektóre wyniki pomiarów tej samej zmiennej w odstępach czasu mogą wpływać na zwiększanie błędu standardowego wyników, więc w celu wykrycia takich punktów zaproponowano miarę wykorzystującą teorię ewidencji matematycznej, korelację rang porządkowych Spearmana i wagę sprzeczności informacji w sensie teorii Dempstera-Shafera. Uzyskana miara pozwoliła na obniżenie błędów standardowych pomiarów, przez wyselekcjonowanie i usunięcie punktów pomiarowych, które wpływają na zmniejszenie rzetelności skal. W szczególności w artykule przedstawiono przykładowe wyniki pomiaru, analiza skupień dla zmiennych Y1, Y2, Y3 i Y4, wyniki normalizacji dla poszczególnych wyników pomiarów, uśrednione wartości pomiarów dla wszystkich otrzymanych wyników BZ i dla wyselekcjonowanych MODELI, wyniki pomiarów wraz z naniesionymi krzywymi uśrednienia danych dla wszystkich pomiarów BZ i pomiarów wyselekcjonowanych o najmniejszych błędach standardowych MODELI.

W artykule omówione zostały zagadnienia tematyki zarządzania wiedzą m.in. poprzez przybliżenie podstawowych pojęć, jak: informacja, wiedza czy mądrość. Następnie omówiona zostanie koncepcja przedsiębiorstwa jako organizacji uczącej się twórczej. Artykuł zawiera również prezentacje wybranych narzędzi oraz systemów zarządzania informacją i wiedzą w przedsiębiorstwach. Wiedza przedstawiona daje ogólne pojęcie o badanym temacie oraz jest kluczowa dla zrozumienia części badań dokonanych w artykule. Zostanie przedstawione usprawnianie system przepływu informacji, podejmowania decyzji oraz zarządzania wiedzą w badanym przedsiębiorstwie. Wykonany zostanie wstępny projekt systemu zarządzania wiedzą, którego celem będzie ukazanie wartościowych kierunków działań oraz ocena możliwych do wdrożenia narzędzi i praktyk. W konsekwencji zostanie zaproponowane usprawnienie obszaru przedsiębiorstwa, poprzez optymalizację dotyczącą zarządzania wiedzą w procesie weryfikacji lojalności klientów.
The article discusses the issues subject of knowledge management by bringing the basic concepts, such as: information, knowledge and wisdom. Then we will discuss the concept of the company as a learning organization creative. Article also includes presentations of selected tools and systems, information and knowledge management in the preterprises. Knowledge gives you the general idea of the test subject and is crucial to understanding the part of the research made in the article. It will be presented to improve the system of information flow, decision-making and knowledge management in the audited company. It made the preliminary draft knowledge management system, which will show the valuable activities and the evaluation of possible implementation of tools and practices. Consequently, it is proposed to improve the area of the company, by optimizing on knowledge management in the process of verification of customer loyalty.

W artykule omówione zostały zagadnienia zarządzania wiedzą oraz wykorzystanie tej wiedzy, przedstawiono usprawnienie systemu przepływu informacji, podejmowania decyzji oraz zarządzania wiedzą w wybranym modelowym przedsiębiorstwie. Zamiarem autora jest ukazanie pozytywnych aspektów pogłębiania się świadomości firm, co do angażowania się w optymalizację zarządzania ich wiedzą. Przybliżono zagadnienia zarządzania wiedzą we współczesnych organizacjach, omówiona zostanie koncepcja przedsiębiorstwa jako organizacji uczącej się i twórczej. W toku przeprowadzonych badań, w którym przeanalizowana zostanie sytuacja modelowego przedsiębiorstwa, pod kątem zarządzania w nim wiedzą dokonano analizy sytuacji wyjściowej badanego podmiotu zawierać będzie jego charakterystykę podstawową (przybliżającą specyfikę działalności firmy), reprezentowane przez podmiot podejście do zarządzania wiedzą, ogólny schemat sposobu przepływu informacji wzdłuż przedsiębiorstwa oraz głębszą analizę wybranego obszaru firmy co do typów podejmowanych decyzji oraz potrzeb informacyjnych decydentów. Podjęto próbę usprawniony systemu przepływu informacji, podejmowania decyzji oraz zarządzania wiedzą w badanym przedsiębiorstwie.
The article discusses the issues of knowledge management and the use of this knowledge, shows the improvement of the information flow, decision-making and knowledge management in the selected model enterprise. The intent is to show the positive aspects of deepening awareness of companies, which to engage in optimizing the management of their knowledge. In the course of the study, which will examine the situation of a model enterprise for management of the knowledge of the analysis of the initial situation audited entity will include the basic characterization, represented by the approach to knowledge management, the overall scheme of information flow along the company and a deeper analysis of the area of the company as to the types of decisions and information needs of decision makers. An attempt was made an improved system of information flow, decision-making and knowledge management in the audited company.

W artykule omówiony został temat negatywnego wpływu subkultur na zarządzanie całą organizacją. W każdej organizacji między członkami grup pracowniczych panują wyznaczone relacje, wewnętrzne zasady w organizacji. Głównym celem takiej komunikacji jest tworzenia ram kultury organizacyjnej. W literaturze można znaleźć modele według jakich mogą tworzyć się relacje między pracownicze. Artykuł przedstawia kulturę organizacyjną i pokazuje jej wpływ na działanie organizacji. Zostało również opisane co warunkuje ich powstawanie oraz w jaki sposób istnienie poszczególnych subkultur może wpływać na całą organizację. Została przeprowadzona analiza studium przypadku, a także wykorzystano narzędzie badawcze.
The article was discussed about the negative impact of subcultures on the management of the entire organization. In any organization between members of employee groups prevail designated accounts, internal rules of the organization. The main purpose of this communication is to create a framework of organizational culture. In the literature you can find models of what can create relationships between employees. The article presents the organizational culture and shows its impact on the operation of the organization. It has also been described what determines their formation and how the existence of various subcultures can affect the whole organization. It was carried out case study analysis, and used research tool.

The article discusses the issues concerning forwarding. Presents the responsibilities of the international freight forwarder in the context of foreign trade, the process of forwarding. They have raised the legal aspects that allow you to make international road haulage. Discussed key issues concerning the principle of transport and freight charges. On the basis of the operation of the enterprise. examined through the analysis of SWOT / TOWS business environment and analyzes the services of the transport process in the context of international agreements.
