    W artykule przedstawione są wyniki badań laboratoryjnych wpływu otoczenia na warunki propagacji impulsów w ekranie linii współosiowej. Poziomem odniesienia dla ekranu jest otocznie w warunkach rzeczywistej eksploatacji (gleba, woda) lub wewnętrzny przewód roboczy. Celem tych prac jest określenie możliwości wykorzystania metod impulsowych do lokalizacji uszkodzeń izolacji ekranu elektroenergetycznej linii kablowej lub telekomunikacyjnej. Lokalizacja uszkodzenia izolacji powłoki ma istotne znaczenie w poprawie warunków pracy automatyki zabezpieczeniowej linii wykorzystującej do lokalizacji uszkodzonej linii kablowej, pomiar prądu zwarciowego oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa w zakresie ochrony przeciwporażeniowej.
    This paper will present the results of laboratory tests the impact of the environment on pulse propagation conditions in the screen of the coaxial line. The reference level for the screen is actual ambient operating conditions (soil, water) or the internal conductor. The aim of this work is to determine the possibility of using pulse methods for insulation fault location screen power lines or telecommunication cable. Shield insulation fault location is important in improving the working conditions of the line protection relay using in the location of the damaged cable line, the short-circuit current measurement and to ensure the safety in against electric shock.

    This paper presents the results of laboratory tests of influence of the environment on pulses propagation conditions in the screen of coaxial cable. The reference level for the screen is the environment, which in real maintenance conditions, is the soil or it could be the inner work conductor. The objective of this work is to determine the possibility of using the pulse method for fault location of screen isolation of electric power cable line or telecommunication line. The special measurement system is described, which allows taking measurements of the influence of different substances types, which surround the location of damage, on the propagation of testing pulses. The results of measurements are shown in oscillograms obtained for typical substances which surround the cable in real exploitation conditions.

    W artykule przedstawione są wyniki pomiarów mających na celu zbadanie własności falowych ekranu rzeczywistej współosiowej linii długiej. Zbudowano układ odniesienia dla linii kablowej stosując rurę miedzianą grubościenną do wnętrza, której włożono badany kabel. Rurę wraz z kablem ułożono w okrąg o niedużej średnicy i ułożono tak, aby wszystkie zwoje stykały się ze sobą na całej długości. Ułożona w ten sposób rura stanowiła prawie idealny poziom odniesienia i tym samym nie wykazywała cech linii długiej. Wpływ poziomu odniesienia badano przez pomiar przemieszczania się impulsów napięciowych w przewodzie środkowym oraz ekranie kabla. Wynikami pomiarów są oscylogramy obrazujące przemieszczanie się impulsów napięciowych. Wyniki tych pomiarów będą wykorzystane do udoskonalenia lokalizacji miejsca uszkodzenia powłok kabli energetycznych i telekomunikacyjnych metodami impulsowymi.
    The article presents the results of measurements to investigate the wave properties of screen real coaxial transmission line. Constructed system of reference for the cable line using thick-walled copper pipe to the interior, which tested the cable is inserted. The pipe with the cable was laid in a circle with a small diameter and arranged so that all the coils touch each other throughout. Arranged in this way the pipe was nearly perfect reference level and thus does not show the characteristics of long lines. Influence of the reference level has been studied by measuring the movement of voltage pulses in the line center and the cable screen. Measurement results are oscillograms showing the movement of voltage pulses. The results of these measurements will be used to improve the location of the damage to the coating power and telecommunication cables using pulse methods.

It describes the operation of the voltage balancing system during charging and discharging of the capacitors. Attention has been drawn to the energy conditions of the system's operation and solutions that provide enhanced energy efficiency have been described.
    W artykule przedstawiono analizę własności elementów gromadzących energię przeznaczonych do zastosowań w systemach zasilania bezprzerwowego opartych na superkondensatorach. Pokazano efekty działań układów balanserów użytych podczas cykli ładowania i rozładowywania kondensatorów. Zwrócono uwagę na zmiany energii podczas takich procesów, tak aby osiągnąć maksymalną sprawność energetyczną.

    The article presents the analysis of the influence of the pulses propagating in the wires of a multi-wire cables. Special attention was drawn to the process of pulses inducing in the wires to which no pulse signal was provided. The pulses interaction occur in those sections of a cable where a change of wave impedance causing a change in the reflectance is present. The pulse interaction changes its shape and amplitude. This pulse interaction can be used to diagnose the technical condition of the electric power and telecommunication cables.
    W artykule przedstawiona jest analiza oddziaływania impulsów przemieszczających się w przewodach linii wieloprzewodowych. Zwrócono uwagę na powstawanie impulsów w przewodach, do których nie jest podawany sygnał impulsowy. Oddziaływanie impulsów występuje w miejscach linii, w których jest zmiana impedancji falowej powodująca zmianę współczynników odbicia. Oddziaływanie impulsów powoduje zmianę ich kształtu oraz amplitudy. Zjawisko oddziaływania impulsów można wykorzystać do diagnostyki stanu technicznego linii elektroenergetycznych i telekomunikacyjnych.

    W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane ze stosowaniem łączy transmisyjnych dla przesyłu informacji niezbędnych do prawidłowego działania systemów automatyki zabezpieczeniowej, telemechaniki, telemetrii w systemach i sieciach elektroenergetycznych. Łącza takie są szkieletem komputerowej sieci technologicznej SCADA służącej do prowadzenia ruchu, eksploatacji systemów automatyki i zabezpieczeń, pomiarów i rozliczeń energii. Zwrócono uwagę na nieuchronną migrację rozwiązań obiektowych do standardu IEC 61850, a w zakresie stosowania mediów transmisyjnych przedstawiono znaczenie techniki światłowodowej i bezprzewodowej.
    This paper presents the survey of telemechanics signals transmission techniques within the field of Substation Automation System in power substations and SCADA systems in control centers. The survey is divided into two parts. In the first part local communication systems in a substation are described. The paper also discusses implementation of the new communication standard IEC 61850. IEC61850 running on an Ethernet based station bus reduces the wiring and commissioning time by providing one common platform for the whole communication in the substation. The implementation of communication links between remote systems in substations and the central SCADA application are presented in part two. Existing wireless and optical fiber data transmission technologies are discussed and their suitability for this application is considered. Some possible solutions of long communication links are suggested. Telecontrol signal transmission techniques require unique communication systems, including slow dial-up phone lines, medium speed RF connections, and broadband wired/wireless IP networks. These networks are supported by many solutions, including microwave radio, trunked radio systems, mobile data radio systems, PDH, SONET/SDH, and PCM (n x 64 Kbps). To support the mission-critical traffic of power automation systems, an IP/MPLS-based communications infrastructure is needed.

    In this paper a measurement system for determination of supercapacitor equivalent parameters is proposed. Specific properties of materials used for supercapacitor construction require some advanced tools and measurement procedures to be applied during tests. The measurement system allows to measure values of equivalent parameters by both the DC and AC method whilst keeping appropriate time criteria required by this type of devices. Furthermore, in this paper the most relevant properties and measurement capabilities of the proposed system are described as well as some exemplary values of the supercapacitor equivalent parameters measured experimentally are presented.

    W artykule przedstawiono przykład warstwowego systemu zarządzania i kontroli procesu produkcyjnego zaimplementowanego w zakładzie produkującym wyroby metalowe. System łączy nowoczesne rozwiązania branży informatycznej, automatyki i metrologii. Procedury pomiarowe, wymagane na poszczególnych stanowiskach produkcyjnych, wykonywane są zgodnie z pobranym z serwera algorytmem danego fragmentu procesu technologicznego, a wyniki pomiarów, wykonywanych przy pomocy cyfrowych przyrządów pomiarowych, przez łącza komunikacyjne przesyłane są do sterownika PLC. Bazując na serwerach OPC są następnie przesyłane i gromadzone w systemach baz danych na komputerach klasy PC. Takie rozwiązanie pozwala na elastyczne zarządzanie, sterowanie i prowadzenie kontroli nad procesem produkcji, szybką implementację zmian procesu oraz automatyczną i ciągłą kontrolę jakości produktu. W artykule opisano zastosowane sposoby wymiany danych sterujących i pomiarowych, strukturę logiczną opartą o serwery OPC, protokoły komunikacyjne poszczególnych warstw oraz zastosowane rozwiązania sprzętowe i programowe systemu.
    The paper presents the layered system management and control of the production process implemented in manufactory manufactory. It combines modern information technology, control and metrology solutions. Measurement procedures, required for each production stages, are performed in accordance with the algorithms taken from the server. The measurements, performed by digital measuring instruments, are sent to the PLC through a serial interfaces. Next, based on the OPC server are transmitted and stored in database systems on PC. Such solution allows to manage, control and maintain control of the production process, quickly implement changes to the process and automatic monitoring the product quality. Paper describes the mechanisms used to exchange controls and measurement data, logical structure of management system based on OPC servers, communication protocols of each layer and used hardware and software.

    The paper presents the test set up and the measurement procedure of the relative value of the shielding effectiveness coefficient of the Y adapters. Such elements are widely used in IT networks in industrial automation systems. They are used for transmitting analogue and digital signals between the automation devices and different kinds of sensors, and for construction of industrial networks for data transfer. The paper presents the method of measuring the shielding effectiveness of such elements by measuring the signal attenuation between the radiating element and the internal wires of the tested element. The described test set up has been constructed in such way that minimize the signal penetration by the free space, that is outside the measuring zone. The test setup can be especially useful during the control of a process production and during preparation of new solutions. The construction and exemplary results of the tests were presented.

    The paper presents the results of the comparison of the lifetime estimation of two supercapacitors on the basis of the accelerated degradation tests by means of stochastic differential models. The acceleration of degradation processes was fulfilled by the increase of the operating voltage of the capacitors, while their reliability was assessed on the basis of the changes in equivalent series resistance. The reliability distribution function was determined using stochastic differential models. The model parameters were assessed based on the changes of supercapacitor parameter at the beginning of the testing process. In order to eliminate the effect of other factors accelerating the ageing process, supercapacitors were placed in a temperature chamber that provided a constant temperature during the tests. The paper describes the construction of the test setup, the tests procedure, and the method of reliability estimation. The use of two capacitors with different nominal voltages allowed for assessment of properties of particular parts of the test setup, as well as the proposed procedure for the tests and analysis of the results.

    Results of 3-D of discharge channel displacement simulation, acquired by means of the Fluent program during one current half-period of AC arc, indicate that the obtained images of the phenomenon are qualitatively similar to those, recorded with a high-speed digital camera, while the computer simulation enables much a more comprehensive analysis of the acquired data. In addition to selected arc simulation frames and corresponding distributions of mass velocity vectors and current density vectors on a plane, the distributions of temperature, current density and mass velocity values are presented on the axis of the electrode arrangement model. The composite motion (continuous and jumping) of discharge channels was analyzed, taking into account mass displacement and matter state changes.

    Coraz częściej podstawowym elementem w zakresie gromadzenia energii współczesnych systemów zasilania rezerwowego, pojazdach elektrycznych czy systemów odzyskiwania energii są superkondensatory. Dla potrzeb ich właściwej eksploatacji, diagnostyki czy sterowania wymagana jest znajomość parametrów ich modeli zastępczych. Szczególne właściwości użytych materiałów oraz zastosowanych rozwiązań powodują, że najlepszym modelem opisującym zależność pomiędzy prądem, a napięciem na zaciskach superkondensatora, jest model różniczkowy ułamkowego rzędu. Takie podejście pozwala na znaczne uproszczenie struktury samego modelu, zapewniając przy tym bardzo dobre dopasowanie charakterystyk zmierzonych i obliczonych. W artykule zawarto wyniki estymacji rzędu pochodnej modelu superkondensatora o pojemności 1200F , wyznaczonej dla różnych wartości prądów ładowania i rozładowywania. Przedstawiono strukturę i właściwości układu pomiarowego oraz algorytm prowadzenia badań.
    The most important element of today modern energy systems, backup power, electric vehicles and energy recovery systems are supercapacitors. For the purpose of their proper operation, diagnostics and control are required to know the parameters of their mathematical models. The specific properties of the materials and the applied solutions make the best model to describe the relationship between current and voltage at the terminals of the supercapacitor as the fractional order differentiation. This approach will simplify the structure of the model, while providing a very good estimation of unknown parameters. The paper present the results of the estimation of the order of the derivative model for 1200F supercapacitor, for different values of the currents charging and discharging. It describes the structure and properties of the measurement system and implemented specific test algorithm.

    W artykule przedstawiono sposób szacowania rozkładu funkcji niezawodności superkondensatorów z zastosowaniem przyśpieszonych testów starzeniowych. Przyśpieszenie procesu starzenia zrealizowano poprzez przyjęcie wyższego napięcia pracy kondensatora, a jego niezawodność określono na podstawie pomiaru zmian wartości szeregowej rezystancji zastępczej. Rozkład funkcji niezawodności wyznaczono z wykorzystaniem stochastycznych modeli różniczkowych. Parametry modeli wyznaczono na podstawie obserwacji zmian parametrów kondensatora na początku testowania. W celu wyeliminowania wpływu innych czynników przyspieszających procesy starzenia, kondensator był umieszczony w komorze temperaturowej zapewniającej stała temperaturę. W artykule opisano budowę stanowiska pomiarowego, algorytm prowadzenia badań, procedurę szacowania stopnia niezawodności oraz uzyskane na jej podstawie wyniki.
    Paper presents the procedure of estimating the reliability distribution of supercapacitors based on accelerated aging tests. Acceleration of the aging process was implemented through the higher operating voltage of the capacitor, and their reliability was determined by measuring changes in capacitance and equivalent series resistance. Distribution of reliability function was determined using stochastic differential models. Model parameters were derived based on the observed changes of the reliability parameters. In order to eliminate the influence of the other accelerating factors the capacitor are placed in a chamber at a constant temperature. The article describes the test setup, measuring procedure and the estimation method.

    Przedmiotem referatu jest układ i sposób do pomiaru wartości względnej współczynnika skuteczności ekranowania złącz teleinformatycznych stosowanych w układach automatyki do przesyłu sygnałów analogowych i dwustanowych między systemami automatyki a różnego rodzaju czujnikami pomiarowymi. Opisano sposób pomiaru skuteczności ekranowania kabli i złącz poprzez pomiar poziomu sygnału przenikającego między elementem promieniującym, a przewodami wewnętrznymi złącza. Opisany układ pomiarowy jest tak skonstruowany, aby zminimalizować przenikanie sygnału drogą poprzez wolną przestrzeń czyli poza strefą pomiaru. Uzyskuje się to przez wprowadzenie do konstrukcji dodatkowych ekranów. Układ pomiarowy może być szczególnie przydatny w czasie kontroli procesu produkcyjnego oraz w czasie opracowywania nowych konstrukcji. Przedstawiono budowę układu pomiarowego, sposób prowadzenia pomiarów i przykładowe wyniki.
    In this paper a system and method for measuring of shielding efficiency for ICT systems is proposed in the context of their application to automation systems used for transmission analog and binary signals between automation systems and various kind of sensors. Method for measuring of wires and links shielding efficiency via measuring level of signal permeating from a transmitting /radiating element and wires inside the link. Structure of the measurement system was designed so that permeation of the signal over free space, out of the measurement zone, was minimised. This can be achieved via equipping the construction with additional shields. The measurement system can be especially useful during control / monitoring of a technological process or whilst designing new connectors. Furthermore, in this paper structure of the measurement system as well as method of conducting measurements and example results were also described.

    W artykule opisano układ przeznaczony do zbierania danych pomiarowych na stanowiskach produkcyjnych zakładu produkującego wyroby metalowe metodą obróbki skrawaniem. System składa się ze stanowisk pomiarowych rozmieszczonych przy każdym stanowisku produkcyjnym, sieci teleinformatycznej, przełącznika sieciowego i komputerów centralnych. Stanowisko składa się ze sterownika mikroprocesorowego, panelu operatorskiego oraz przełącznika przyrządów, do którego wpięte są przyrządy pomiarowe. Pomiary wykonuje pracownik przyrządami z odczytem cyfrowym. Wyniki zapamiętywane są w pamięci sterownika, a po zakończeniu pomiarów przesyłane są do komputera centralnego w celu ich analizy i archiwizacji.
    In article the system for collection of measurement data on production position of metal detail are described. The system consist of measurement positions which are arrange at the each production position, communication network, network switch and two central computers. The measurement position consist of microprocessor controller, control panel and switch instruments in which are stick measurement instruments. The measure process is carry out by worker by means of the instrument with the digital readout. The measure results are storing in memory of controller and after the finish of measurement process are transferred do central computer, where are analyzed and archived.

    This paper presents the results of tests connected with measurements of capacitance and equivalent series resistance of supercapacitors, depending on value of charge/discharge current. Special circuit and algorithm for carrying out measurement procedure, to determine dependency of value of designated equivalent parameters of supercapacitor on value of current, based on which such parameters are estimated, have been prepared for this purpose. A supercapacitor of capacitance 1200 F has been used for the tests. Its equivalent parameters have been determined within the range of currents from 5 A to 20 A. Reliability assessment has been carried out directly based on changes of values of these parameters. Complete testing procedure has been prepared in MATLAB/Simulink environment using xPC toolbox.
    W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań związanych z pomiarami pojemności i szeregowej rezystancji zastępczej superkondensatorów w zależności od wartości natężenia prądu ładowania i rozładowywania. W tym celu przygotowano specjalny układ pomiarowy oraz algorytm prowadzenia badań tak, aby procedura badań była zbliżona do rzeczywistych warunków eksploatacyjnych. Podczas badań wyznaczono zależność zmian wartości parametrów zastępczych w funkcji wartości prądu, na podstawie których były one szacowane. Do badań użyto superkondensator o pojemności 1200 F. Wartości jego parametrów zastępczych wyznaczono w zakresie zmian natężenia prądu od 5 A do 20 A. Ocena niezawodności została przeprowadzona bezpośrednio na podstawie zmian wartości tych parametrów. Pełna procedura badania została przygotowana w środowisku MATLAB/Simulink z wykorzystaniem przybornika xPC.

    The paper presents results related to assessment of the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement test setup for determination the relative value of the shielding effectiveness coefficient of the industrial connectors. The construction of the proposed test setup, the measurement method and the procedure for the analysis of measurement results were described. To determine the value of the repeatability and reproducibility coefficient, the two–way analysis of variance was used, which additionally allows for an assessment of the influence of individual sources of variance. The measurements and their analysis were conducted for several frequencies in the range up to 1 GHz. Additionally, the expanded measurement uncertainty, including the test setup and instruments uncertainty was estimated.

    The results of the studies imply that F. hepatica metacercaria lose their ability to infect the final host (rabbit) as early as in the first days of fermentation process. Chemical and microbiologic analysis of the fermentation process suggest that the loss of infectivity and death of parasites are accounted for by a rapidly changing pH value, determined mainly by the appearance of large amounts of lactic acid in the silages, as well as by a rapid change in the composition of their biochemical flora.
