Opis:
The paper shows the approach for creating corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy in the context of industrial potential. The authors identified and analyzed social and economic indexes that eventually establish development of social and labor component of industrial potential. The contribution of the paper into the subject area is principles of assessment the development social and labor component of industrial potential. The essence of this approach is to highlight income and outcome indicators that allows consider industrial potential according to resource-result approach. In addition, it helped us to establish two main indexes of its development: level of the development of reproductive potential that shows current opportunities and level of the development of performed potential that shows indexes of efficient use of social and labor resources. To achieve relevant results of assessment, we provide the grading system, which is a prerequisite for making complex recommendations due to the level of indexes. The paper puts the recommendations regarding boosting social-labor component of industrial potential, which could be used while shaping CSR strategy of the business.
W artykule przedstawiono podejście do tworzenia społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu (CSR) w kontekście potencjału przemysłowego. Autorzy zidentyfikowali i przeanalizowali wskaźniki społeczne i ekonomiczne, które ostatecznie wpływają na rozwój społecznego i pracowniczego składnika potencjału przemysłowego. Wkładem autorów w omawianą dziedzinę są zasady oceny rozwoju społecznego i pracowniczego komponentu potencjału przemysłowego. Istotą tego podejścia jest zwrócenie uwagi na wskaźniki dochodów i wyników, które umożliwiają uwzględnienie potencjału przemysłowego zgodnie z podejściem opartym na zasobach. Pomogło to ustalić dwa główne wskaźniki jego rozwoju: poziom rozwoju potencjału reprodukcyjnego, który pokazuje aktualne możliwości oraz poziom rozwoju potencjału, który pokazuje wskaźniki efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów społecznych i pracy. Aby uzyskać odpowiednie wyniki oceny, zapewniono system oceniania, który jest warunkiem wstępnym do złożonych zaleceń ze względu na poziom indeksów. W artykule przedstawiono zalecenia dotyczące zwiększenia społecznego i pracowniczego komponentu potencjału przemysłowego, które można wykorzystać przy kształtowaniu strategii CSR firmy.

The article considers the research of sustainable development model of national economy of Ukraine at the modern conditions. Determine the structural changes of national economy of Ukraine at the period of 2001 – 2012. During the period from 2001 to 2012 increase of the share of economic activities of the sphere of immaterial production, while reduction of the share of economic activities of the sphere of material production. The lack of progress in the development and implementation of new technologies prevented the improvement of industrial competitiveness, which partly led to a deep structural crisis and drop in production. The share of type of economic activity in the structure of the national economy does not affect its importance for the development of national economy. The poor energy efficiency of Ukraine poses a serious threat to its economic security that results in a deformed structure of production and consumption, in the usage of old technology of production of energy and in slow implementation of energy saving technologies. For sustainable development of Ukrainian national economy at unstable modern conditions must improving public-private partnership in the field of energy efficiency are substantiated.

Opis:
The aim of the work is to study spatial concentration of knowledge resources and innovative activity of management entities to determine types of innovative industrial clusters in Ukraine and levers of government control of the innovative development of industrial potential. The foreign experience of innovative industrial clusters creating is analyzed and we define them as basic participants in the article. The model of innovative industrial clusters forming is worked out. The system of indicators of evaluation of the development level of intellectual and economic constituents is offered in order to distinguish innovative industrial clusters in Ukraine. The integral index of the intellectual constituent development is calculated and the ranking of administrative-territorial units is conducted by the mentioned index. The clustering of administrative-territorial units is conducted by the method of indistinct S-averages taking into account indexes of innovative activity, that characterize the state of the economic constituent development. The basic types of innovative industrial clusters are distinguished based on the comparison of levels of the intellectual and economic constituents development. It was defined that an important problem for Ukraine, that is necessary to overcome in the nearest perspective, is absence of the close collaboration among science and business structures. Creation of innovative clusters of the mixed type is considered as the modern basis of the industrial potential development that will assist to transfer innovations, to increase the competitiveness of spatial development and the national economy on the whole. The state, as the third participant of the cluster, should play the role of the regulator of this cooperation. The levers of the state stimulation of the industrial potential development on the innovative basis for certain types of innovative industrial clusters are offered in the article.

Opis:
The characteristics of territorial distribution of greenhouse gas emission sources have been analyzed for eastern Polish regions. Mathematical models and information technology for spatial analysis of greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel consumption of heat/power plants and households have been developed in consideration of the territorial distribution of greenhouse gas emission sources and structure of statistical data for the Polish voivodships: lubelskie, podkarpackie, podlaskie, and świętokrzyskie. The results of spatial analysis for these eastern voivodeships are presented in the form of thematic maps. Key words: information technology, spatial analysis, greenhouse gas emissions, heat/power plant, residential sector, fossil fuel.

Opis:
Using the two technologies: plasma-detonation and vacuum-arc deposition, we fabricated two types of coatings: Ti-Si-N/WC-Co-Cr/steel and Ti-Si-N/steel. We found that the top coating of Ti-Si-N was nanostructured one with 12 to 15 nm grain sizes and H = 40 to 38 GPa hardness. A thick coating which was deposited using the pulsed plasma jet, demonstrated 11 to 15.3 GPa hardness, an elastic modulus (E) changing within 176 to 240 GPa, and tungsten carbide grain dimensions varying from 150 to 350 nm to several microns. An X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the coating has the following phase composition: TiN, (Ti,Si)N solid solution, WC, $W_2C$ tungsten carbides. An element analysis was performed using energy dispersive spectroscopy (microanalysis) and scanning electron microscopy, as well as the Rutherford backscattering of $\text{}^4He^{+}$ ion and the Auger electron spectroscopy. Surface morphology and structure were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and scanning tunnel microscopy. Tests friction and resistance (cylinder-plane) demonstrated essential resistance to abrasive wear and corrosion in the solution. The decrease of grain dimensions ≤ 10 nm occurring in the top Ti-Si-N coating layer increased the sample hardness to 42 ± 2.7 GPa under $Ti_{72}-Si_8-N_{20}$ at.% concentration.
