In the study the author demonstratesthe shifts towards the twofold shape of Russian thought, towards philosophical idealismand the contact with the current development of the Soviet so-called “villageliterature”. Though this tendency seemed to be rather hidden, concealed, it could nottake place without the consent of political authorities which manifested the ideologicalsearching even in these ruling circles of that time.

The author of the present study deals with the contemporary state of memoir liter-ature based on the analysis of some recent Czech and Slovak memoirs. The prob-lem of contemporary memoir texts is connected with the position of the memoirist in the society, his courage and openness. In the past the author dealt with the chronicle and the novel-chronicle and with the whole layer of genres situated on the boundary of fiction and nonfiction (diary, essay, reportage, column, memoirs etc.). His typology of the memoir literature is based on the three-level structure (theme, structure and genre, narrative strategy). He prefers to call contemporary memoir literature because its structure is very heterogeneous, and the fear of the memoirist, his anxiety and aversion to express too radical views lead to soft focus, uncertainty, evasiveness, the lack of clear opinions – there are the characteristic features of contemporary memoir literature as a reflection of the state of the world and the man of the second decade of the 21 century. These features are being demonstrated at the works written by Czech and Slovak writers, significant personal-ities of culture, politicians, artists etc. The postmodernist understanding of virtuality and uncertainty, ambivalence of the truth and the lie reflect the pressure of contem-porary world as rationally inexplicable and generally incomprehensible in the sense of the knowledge of the principles of its construction and functioning which is asso-ciated with the problem of the evident and hidden power. In such a world the human being feels alone and lost.

Opis:
The aim of this article is to determine the coordinates of the points of Ott's Coordinate System in contemporary obligatory reference coordinate systems, which means the coordinate system of Datum of Uniform Trigonometric Cadastral Network. Optimal transformation relations have been searched in such a way, so as not to disturb the accuracy of calculations and measurements acquired in Ott's triangulation. Ott's system of coordinates was and is hugely important particularly during the remediation works performed between 1996 and 1998, aimed at removing the consequences of coal mining in the Ostrava-Karvina Coal District.

The author of the present study tries to answer the question from the title about the contemporary state and the future of Slavonic literary studies in connection with other disciplines, e.g., comparative and genre studies, their crises and shifts of methodological emphases. According to the author, the future perspectives of Slavonic studies are associated with the relatively constant entity of the subject, the Slavonic phenomenon or the Slavonic world as marking or delimiting the boundaries of Slavonic studies as an independent or autonomous discipline, and with their open or semi-open character in the philological framework, dynamic borders and transcending towards the cultural-area concept without losing their philological kernel.

This article deals with the general problems of the secular and postsecular, but mainly with the specific features of Russian cultural and literary development characterized by the conception of the pre–post effect (the imperfect imitation of Western models that leads to new artistic revelations) and by unfinished secularization, the consequence of which is the permanent presence of sacral elements. In Russian literature, there are three stages of postsecularism that are related to romanticism, modernism and postmodernism; these are demonstrated on the examples of two case studies (Bondarev, Vodolazkin). The general characteristics of Russian postsecularism are closely related to the typical Russian unfinishedness, incompleteness and openness, thus indicating a new development potential that leads to new poetics and constituted artifacts.

Opis:
Current quantitative easing brought into monetary policy of central banks unprecedented influence on monetary equilibrium and monetary policy as a whole. The issue of money and establishing interest rates are the main activities of central banks. Through issuing of money, the central banks immediately influence the behaviour of households, companies, financial markets and the state with measurable impact on main economic outcomes. The monetary policy strategy of the European Central Bank requires identification of a monetary aggregates which is a stable and reliable indicator of inflation over the medium term. This is closely related to growth of real GDP and the rate of unemployment. When monitoring the issue of money, it is necessary to focus not only on its volume, but also on the attributes and functions carried by money. The objective of the paper is to analyse the indivual monetary aggregates of issued money in the eurozone, their different effect on economy with a major impact on medium term growth of real domestic outcome. The paper deals with the denomination of the aggregate to its various elements within European Central Bank, which is significant for fulfilling its monetary policy targets.
Obecne łagodzenie ilościowe wprowadzone do polityki pieniężnej banków centralnych ma bezprecedensowy wpływ na równowagę monetarną i politykę monetarną jako całość. Kontrola podaży pieniądza i ustalanie stóp procentowych są to główne działania banków centralnych. Dzięki emisji pieniądza banki centralne bezpośrednio wpływają na zachowanie gospodarstw domowych, firm, rynków finansowych i państwa. Strategia polityki pieniężnej Europejskiego Banku Centralnego wymaga określenia agregatów monetarnych, które w perspektywie średnioterminowej są stabilnym i wiarygodnym wskaźnikiem inflacji. Jest to ściśle związane ze wzrostem realnego PKB i stopą bezrobocia. Podczas monitorowania kwestii pieniądza konieczne jest skupienie się nie tylko na jego wielkości, ale także na cechach i funkcjach pieniężnych. Celem pracy jest analiza indywidualnych agregatów monetarnych wyemitowanych pieniędzy w strefie euro, ich odmiennego wpływu na gospodarkę, co w istotny sposób oddziałuje na średniookresowy wzrost rzeczywistych wyników krajowych. W artykule omówiono wyliczenie agregatu do jego różnych elementów w Europejskim Banku Centralnym, co jest znaczące dla realizacji celów polityki pieniężnej.

After finishing the mining process, the best way to deal with the residual of open-cut coal mines in the north-western region of the Czech Republic has been proposed to be hydric recultivation. The area of our study is the first artificial Lake Most (formerly known as Ležáky-Most coal quarry) finished in 2014 and opened to the public in 2020 for recreational purposes. Since the lake is a closed system without natural inflow and outflow, the prediction of evaporation plays a crucial role in the securitization of long-term sustainability based on the capability of keeping the stable level of a dimension of the final water level. In this paper, we use the historical data consisting of the altitude of the lake level, its area, the perimeter of the shoreline, and especially the volume of refilled water. These data are compared against the computational methods; namely, the Penman-Monteith Equation and Hargreaves-Samani model calibrated by the method proposed in our previous work.

Artykuł przedstawia eksploatację myśliwca Mirage III w latach 60. i 70. XX wieku przez Siły Powietrzne Izraela. Autor skupił się na okresie, kiedy samoloty te odegrały istotną rolę w wojnach izraelsko-arabskich. Omawia proces pozyskania przez Izrael francuskich maszyn, które po wcieleniu do izraelskich sił powietrznych zyskały nazwę Szahak. Omawia początek służby Szahaków i problemy techniczne, z jakimi borykały się Siły Powietrzne Izraela. W tekście opisano pierwsze starcia Szahaków z syryjskim maszynami i manewry podczas tzw. wojny sześciodniowej, w tym operację „Moked”. Podsumowano wydarzenia wojny sześciodniowej, po której francuskie zakłady rozpoczęły produkcję seryjną ww. modeli samolotów. Wspomniano o modyfikacjach niektórych modeli myśliwców do wersji rozpoznawczej w latach 60. Omówiono manewry z czasu tzw. wojny na wyczerpanie oraz wykorzystanie Szahaków w okresie wojny Jom Kipur. Podano statystyki dotyczące liczby zwycięstw, porażek i strat oraz powojenną redukcję izraelskiej floty Mirage'ów i ostatnie lata ich służby.

The article describes mine survey works during opening old St. Anthony of Padua water adit in Horní Město (Czech Republic) to make it accessible to visitors. The works cover the connecting survey and orientation measurement, traverse measurement of the first opened part, setting-out projection of the end of opened part to the surface to make shaft from the surface, new connecting survey and orientation measurement by shaft and traverse measurement of the rest of water adit. Non-standard aids and techniques were used during surveying. One of the tools is a suspended prism holder developed at Institute of geodesy and mine surveying, VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, registered as a utility patent.
W artykule przedstawiono pomiary geodezyjne prowadzone podczas prac w starej sztolni wodnej św. Antoniego Padewskiego w miejscowości Horni Mesto (Czechy) w ramach projektu udostępniania jej dla turystów. Prace obejmowały wykonanie pomiarów geodezyjnych: pomiarów nawiązania, pomiarów orientacji oraz badania poligonowe w pierwszej otwartej części sztolni, sporządzania rzutów granic części otwartej w celu przygotowania do poprowadzenia szybu z powierzchni, a także badania nawiązania, pomiary orientacji i badania poligonowe pozostałej części sztolni. W trakcie pomiarów wykorzystano niestandardowe i innowacyjne narzędzia i techniki. Jedno z tych narzędzi, podwieszany uchwyt pryzmatu, opracowane zostało w Instytucie Geodezji Górniczej VSB na Uniwersytecie w Ostrawie i zarejestrowane jako wzór użytkowy.

Background: Substance abuse has the potential to change value orientations and affects all aspects of human life. Objectives: The text aims to show the shift in value orientations of respondents who use addictive substances compared to respondents who do not. Methodology: One-way ANOVA was used in the statistical analysis of the dependence of the values on the occurrence of abusive behaviour, with dependencies at the level of p ≤ 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the group of respondents with abstinence from each addictive substance and the group of respondents without abstinence. Substance abuse shifts pro-family values towards greater individualization and thus threatens and destabilizes the family. It strengthens community-oriented values and weakens family-oriented values. Conclusions: The transformation of the value system leads to a destabilization of family ties, which cease to be a priority. Working with values should be an opportunity for social pedagogy, social work, and all types of schools. Non-formal and informal education present particular opportunities for values education. In many cases, it is unnecessary to change the value system, but only to show the non-deviant way of fulfilling values.

Opis:
A control system, which achieves prescribed speed and position responses, for electric drives with a significant torsion vibration mode is presented. Control system design exploits state-space control and forced dynamics control principles. Derived control algorithm respects the vector control condition by keeping the direct axis current component approximately zero as well as controlling the load position with prescribed closed loop dynamics. Set of two observers, one on load side and the second one on motor side, generate all state variables necessary for control algorithm design including torques acting on the motor and load side to satisfy all conditions for achieving prescribed dynamics. This approach eliminates the position sensor on motor side. The simulations confirm that proposed model based position control system can operate with moderate accuracy.
W artykule zaprezentowano układ sterowania napędami elektrycznymi ze znacznymi drganiami skrętnymi, który umożliwia jako odpowiedzi - określone obroty i położenie. Układ sterowania wykorzystuje opis przestrzeni stanu i zasady wymuszonego sterowania dynamicznego. Zestaw dwóch obserwatorów, jeden po stronie obciążenia, a drugi od strony silnika, wygenerować może wszystkie zmienne stanu niezbędne do projektowania algorytmu sterowania, w tym momenty działające po stronie silnika i obciążenia, spełniające wszystkie warunki niezbędne do osiągnięcia określonej dynamiki. Takie podejście eliminuje stosowanie czujnika położenia od strony silnika. Wyniki symulacji potwierdzają, że proponowany model układu sterowania położenia może pracować z wystarczającą dokładnością.
