The self-creation of modern youth in the world of permanent change is closely related to the existing socio-cultural conditions and the psychosocial condition resulting from the experienced developmental stage. The changeability and relativity of the reality in which young people exist affects the process of searching for their “I”, which becomes more and more undefined, requiring constant updating, and changing. Therefore, it becomes necessary to undertake analyses of identity formation as the main developmental task of the youth period, with particular emphasis on the current socio-cultural reality, which is not insignificant for this process. The article presents the results of scientific research on the subjective aspect of the sense of identity of contemporary high school youth (out of the general population the author selected a population of 439 students of secondary schools, aged 15-19, located in the territory of the Wielkopolskie [Greater Poland] Voivodeship in Poland, random selection) measured by the TST (Twenty Statements Test). The presented results of research on the subjective aspect of the sense of identity of secondary school youth reveal an image of this age group as one that is still searching for its own identity core, and undergoing the process of implementation of developmental tasks belonging to the stage of adolescence. The analyses of the research results show the specificity of the process of shaping identity by young people in modern conditions. This issue is the main goal of the research presented in the article.

This article presents theoretical considerations on the category of trust and risk as constructs particularly important for an individual participating in contemporary socio-cultural realities, especially for young people. Theoretical analyses of the concepts of trust and risk are presented. The basis for these analyses was the concept of the sense of ontological security set in the context of contemporary socio-cultural conditions and globalization processes. Trust and risk are categories of particular importance to young people at present, which is why this age group was emphasized in the theoretical analyses undertaken.

Artykuł przedstawia teoretyczne rozważania nad wielokontekstową charakterystyką okresu adolescencji ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesu realizacji zadań rozwojowych, co jest szczególnie istotne dla młodego człowieka partycypującego we współczesnej rzeczywistości społeczno-kulturowej. Na podstawie przeglądu koncepcji teoretycznych dotyczących specyfiki rozwojowej okresu adolescencji przedstawiono praktyczne wskazówki wspierające satysfakcjonujące relacje dorosły–nastolatek, skierowane do osób współpracujących z młodymi, co jest zasadniczym celem artykułu.
This article presents theoretical considerations on the multi-context characteristics of the adolescence period, taking into account the process of implementing developmental tasks, which is particularly important for a young individual participating in contemporary socio-cultural reality. On the basis of a review of theoretical concepts regarding the developmental specificity of adolescence, with an emphasis on the process of implementation of developmental tasks, practical tips were also presented to support satisfactory adult-teenager relationships, addressed to people (co-) with / with the young, as well as those who are significant to them ( e.g. in a family environment), the explanation of which is the main goal of the article.

Pojawia się zatem rozbieżność, która zmusza do poszukiwania odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy w czasach indywidualizacji społeczeństwa współczesna młodzież zorientowana jest wspólnotowo? Niniejszy artykuł stanowi refleksję teoretyczno-empiryczną na ten temat.

Wprowadzenie. Okres adolescencji to czas zmian dokonujących się w wielu wymiarach życia młodego człowieka. Jedną z nich są przeobrażenia w funkcjonowaniu w środowisku rodzinnym, czego wynikiem jest konieczność ponownej refleksji nad relacjami rodzic – nastolatek. Zadanie to stoi głównie po stronie osób dorosłych. Istotna wydaje się zatem znajomość psychospołecznych mechanizmów oraz zadań rozwojowych okresu adolescencji. Cel. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność popularyzacji wiedzy na temat specyfiki rozwojowej okresu adolescencji w środowisku rodzinnym. Materiały i metody. W pracy przedstawiono rozważania teoretyczne oscylujące wokół psychospołecznej charakterystyki okresu młodości oraz dokonano analizy potrzeby popularyzacji wiedzy na temat specyfiki rozwojowej okresu adolescencji w środowisku rodzinnym. Wyniki. Podkreślona w artykule potrzeba świadomości wagi niniejszej problematyki wśród pedagogów może stanowić przyczynek do dalszych eksploracji naukowo-badawczych oraz działań praktycznych zmierzających do rozwoju relacji pomiędzy nastolatkami a rodzicami.
Introduction. The period of adolescence is a time of changes taking place on many dimensions of the functioning of young people. One of them is transformations in functioning in the family environment, which results from the need to realign parent-adolescent relationships. This task is mainly on the side of adults. Therefore, it seems important in this respect to know the psychosocial mechanisms and developmental tasks of the adolescence period. Aim. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the need to popularize knowledge about the developmental specifi city of adolescence in the family environment. Materials and methods. The paper presents theoretical considerations around the psychosocial characteristics of the period of youth and an analysis of the need to popularize knowledge about the developmental specifi city of adolescence in the family environment. Results. The need for awareness of the importance of this issue among educators, highlighted in the article, may be a contribution to further scientifi c and research exploration and practical animal activities to aid the development of relations between the teenager and the parent.

Contemporary socio-cultural situation based on globalization make that many categories, concepts and theories required decontextualization, then recontextualization and redefinition. This process also applies to so intuitively obvious category, which is time. The specificity of the „survival” of time, perception and understanding have changed significantly influenced by current trends of modern times, such as the primacy of pleasure, the cult of success, mainstream consumerism, mass media influence. Because of these issues important and necessary it seems that re-thinking on modern understanding of time as a sociocultural category, which characterizes the quality and style of life of individuals as it exists in the current, post-modern space-time. This article provides theoretical considerations on the nature and specificity of everyday time and festive time in the context of current sociocultural based globalization processes. Assuming that the time and its fulfillment, or lifestyle are subject to the relationship of interdependence, the analysis will undergo a proposition about the consistency / heterogeneity of the individual’s life style presented in the context of the division of temporal existence of the unit on time everyday and festive time. Considerations will address today’s youth. It results from the specific lifestyle of this age group, which is due to the peculiarities of the development phase and the „soak” contemporary trends, in particular understands everyday / celebrating.
