Opis:
The document in question (Catholic Civil Aviation Pastoral Directives) is an expression of care the Church has for the faithful in their specific life and professional situations. The canonical and pastoral indications contained in the Directives are intended to identify the persons to whom the Civil Aviation Ministry is directed as well as those responsible for this kind of pastoral care, and indicate the necessary structures for this form of apostolic activity. According to the guidelines an important element of this pastoral care, so at domestic as well as international airports, is to open itself to those to whom this form of apostolate is directed and to all those in need of help while staying at the airport.
Omawiany dokument (Catholic Civil Aviation Pastoral Directives) jest wyrazem troski Kościoła o wiernych w ich konkretnych sytuacjach życiowych i zawodowych. Wskazania kanoniczno-duszpasterskie zawarte w Directives mają na celu określenie osób do których Duszpasterstwo Lotnictwa cywilnego jest skierowane, a Take  odpowiedzialnych za tego rodzaju posługę duszpasterska oraz wskazać konieczne struktury służące tej formie działalności apostolskiej. Według wytycznych istotnym elementem działalności duszpasterskiej tak na lotniskach krajowych jak i międzynarodowych jest otwarcie się na tych, do których ta  forma apostolatu jest kierowana, jak i na wszystkich potrzebujących pomocy a przebywających na terenie portu lotniczego.

The migration of population in the second decade of the twenty-rst century, in the lives of the global, as well as inter-continental and inter- national communities, is a structural phenomenon undergoing intensi- cation and it is aecting all areas of human life and the life of the Church. e Church in Poland got used to speaking about Polish emigration, the “very old” one and the “old” one, as well as the latest, which came about alongside joining the structures of the European Union and the Schengen group. A vital problem within the immigration area is the return of Polish families to Poland, at least from the British Isles and France, and, gaining dynamics from time to time, the issue of repatriation of Poles from distant Kazakhstan and the presence of Ukrainians and other Eastern nationalities on the streets of Polish cities. Mass media inform about the situation on Lampedusa island, on the Syrian-Turkish and Turkish-Iraqi borders, and the situation in the Balkans and Hungary. e crisis plunged Greece cannot manage to solve the prob- lems of the coming people. Pope Francis sympathized with the European immigrants, lamented that so many of them deceased on the way to the European continent. e politicians discussed how to divide the coming groups of refugees among the countries. With the foregoing outline, at the turn of 2014-2015, the Republic of Poland along with the rest of European Union, is faced with the necessity to develop a common immigration policy, and the Church, in agreement with the Erga migrantes instruction, should elaborate the specics of the ministry towards the immigrants.

Z perspektywy instrukcji Erga migrantes caritas Christi z 2004 r., duszpasterska sytuacja uchodźców i wypędzonych wymagała specjalnych analiz i zdefiniowania specyfiki ich obecności w Kościele Powszechnym, w Kościołach diecezjalnych oraz we wspólnocie parafialnej. Niepokoje polityczne i społeczne w pierwszych dwóch dekadach XXI wieku były swoistym katalizatorem wypracowania przez Stolicę Apostolską instrukcji: Przyjęcie Chrystusa w uchodźcach i przymusowo wypędzonych. Wpisuje się w wielowiekową tradycję duszpasterskiej troski Kościoła o szczególną kategorię migrantów, jakimi są uchodźcy i przymusowo wysiedleni. Autorzy instrukcji obejmują tą kategorią także bezpaństwowców, ubiegających się o azyl polityczny, ofiary handlu ludźmi, w tym szczególnie dzieci i kobiety, ofiary pracy przymusowej oraz dzieci-żołnierzy.
From the perspective of "Erga migrantes caritas Christi" instruction from 2004, the pastoral situation of refugees and expellees required specific analyses and defining of the specificity of their presence in the Common Church, in the diocesan churches and in the parish community. Political and social unrests in the first two decades of the 21st century were a catalyst for the Apostolic See’s instruction: "Accepting Christ in the refugees and forcibly exiled". It is a part of the centuries-long tradition of the Church pastoral care for this special category of migrants who are refugees and forcibly exiled. The authors of this manual include in this category also stateless persons, political asylum seekers, victims of human trafficking, especially including children and women, as well as victims of forced labor and children soldiers.

Interkulturalität der territorialen Gemeinde Der Ankunft in einen fremden Staat bedeutet für viele Migranten die Begegnung mit unbekannten Lebensweisen und Denkarten. Städte und Länder sind in einem großen Maß durch die mehrethnische und multikulturelle Gemeinschaften besiedelt. Der Heilige Geist ist in seiner Tätigkeit nicht durch ethnische und kulturelle Spaltungen gehindert, sondern er inspiriert und beleuchtet Menschen auf verschiedene Weise. Seit dem Pfingstag in Jerusalem versammeln sich Christen zum Gebet in mehrethnischen und multikulturellen Gemeinschaften. Das endgültig auf dem Tridentischen Konzil eingeführte Kriterium der territorialen Gemeinde und der Lokalkirche in der Seelsorge, die bis heute verpflichtet zeigt ebenso auf einen multikulturellen Aspekt von diesen Gemeinden. Die gegenwärtige Mobilität des Menschen zusammen mit Globalisierungsprozessen bringt für die Kirche eine neue Herausforderung. Wenn wir die Beschlüsse der Instruktion des Päpstlichen Rates bezüglich der Migrantenseelsorge und der Seelsorge der Reisenden vom 3 Mai 2004 annehmen, sollen sich sowohl die territoriale Gemeinde von einem Pfarrer geleitet und die lokale Kirche von einem Diözesanbischof geführt von einer monokulturellen zu multikulturellen Gemeinde entwickeln, um zuletzt zu interkulturellen Gemeinschaften werden, die nach dem Evangelium leben.

From its beginning, the Church offered pastoral care to all categories of migrants and itinerant people, as well as establishing responsibility for this specific action across all levels of her structure. John Paul II, in his apostolic constitution Pastor Bonus announced on the 28th June 1988, adjusted the work and structure of the Roman Curia to the actual pastoral needs of the Church. According to this document, all the issues concerning migrants are the specific responsibility of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care for Migrants and Itinerant People. Reflecting on the various dicasteries it is necessary to note that as each of them undertake their particular responsibilities, they also play a role and participate in the apostolate for people who are on the move.

As we face difficulties in defining marriage in accordance with the intention of the Creator, the author of marriage, St Paul’s letter to the Ephesians 5:21-23 brings the reader closer to an understanding of marriage as a communion of life and love which realizes its divine vocation in the sign of the spousal love of Christ toward His Church. An analysis of Paul's message to the Ephesians allows the author of this article to attempt an understanding of the theological aspects of marriage, pointing to the theological source of the rights and obligations in marriage and presenting marriage as a communion of spouses according to God’s will, mutually bestowing love, and being subject to each other.

The motu proprio Intima Ecclesiae natura of Pope Benedict XVI from 11th November 2012 takes its place in the complete vision of the pastoral care for migrants presented in the instruction Erga migrantes caritas Christi published on 3rd May 2004 by the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care ofMigrants and Itinerant People. The document on which the author reflects has its concretisation in the Church's ministry to migrants. In a very special way it rounds out canon 213 of the Code of Canon Law and canon 16 of The Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches, and implicitly extends the institutional ministry of the Church for widely understood charitable assistance embracing all migrants regardless of their denomination or religion.

Die neue Situation der Seelsorge für polnischsprechende Menschen in Deutschland, die aus Globalisierungsprozessen resultiert und durch die Europäische Integration bestimmt ist, benötigt sicherlich neue Regulierungen. Diese Aufgabe wurde durch die Konferenz der Deutschen Bischöfe und die Konferenz der Polnischen Bischöfe übernommen. Daraus entstand ein Dokument „Vereinbarung (...) zur Regelung der Seelsorge für polnischsprachige Gläubige in Deutschland”, das sich auf die lange Tradition der polnischen Seelsorge in Deutschland sowie auf die konziliare und nachkonziliare Kirchenlehre beruft und die geltenden Normen der Migrantenseelsorge berücksichtigt. Dieses Dokument wurde am 17. September 2001 durch die Vorsitzenden der beiden Bischofskonferenzen Kard. K. Lehmann und Kard. J. Glemp in Warszaw unterschrieben (K. Purrmann).

Die Instruktion des Päpstlichen Rates bezüglich der Seelsorge für Migranten und Reisende Erga migrantes caritas Christi vom 3. Mai 2004 öffnet ein neues Kapitel in der Geschichte der allgemeinkirchlichen Dispositionen und Regulierungen in Bezug auf das Engagement der Kirche für Migrierende. Die ab 1969 verpflichtenden Richtlinien motu proprio vom Papst Paul den VI Pastoralis migratorum cura und Normen der Instruktion der Bischöflichen Kongregation De pastorali migratorum cura fruchteten durch die aus diesen Richtlinien und Normen sich ergebende Erfahrungen in Erga migrantes… in eine neue evangelisierende und missionarische Dynamik. Der theologisch-pastorale Teil im Vorhaben des Päpstlichen Rates wurde in der Instruktionsstruktur integrell mit dem rechtlich-pastoralen Teil verbunden und beide resultieren aus dem konziliären Dekret Chrystus Dominus. Die in der Erga migrantes dargestellten rechtlich-pastoralen Dispositionen haben das Ziel, Imigranten in der Gemeinde am Wohnort eine adäquate seelsorgerische Betreuung zu ermöglichen. Sie sollen ebenso dazu verhelfen, Spannungen zwischen örtlichen territoriellen Gemeinden und Seelsorgezentren für Migranten sowie zwischen dem Pfarrer der örtlichen teritoriellen Gemeinde und dem Kaplan/Missionär der Migranten zu vermeiden oder zu minimalisieren. Zugleich sollen die Dispositionen von einer monoethnischen Seelsorge der örtlichen Gemeinde zu einer Gemeinde von Morgen als einer multikulturellen oder mehrsprachlichen Gemeinde führen.

Seit Mai 2004 werden Probleme der Migrantenseelsorge in Europa sowohl im Kontext der Mitgliedschaft Polens in Strukturen der Europaischen Union als auch im Kontext der Sendung und Dispositionen der Instruktion vom Päpstlichen Rat fur die Seelsorge der Migranten und Reisenden Erga migrantes caritas Christi vom Mai 2004 behandelt. Das Migrationsbild wird durch Beweggrunde der Ausreise aus Polen gestaltet. Es können drei Faktoren genannt werden, die langfristig gegenwärtige polnischsprechende Milieus (und dadurch auch polnischsprechende Seelsorge) in Europa gestalten. Zu diesen Faktoren gehoren: der Erwerb von polnischen Bürgern der EU Bürgerschaft, die polnische demographische Situation und die Dynamik der postindustriellen Epoche. Der Grundsatz der Seelsorge fur Polen, die in einem fremden Land leben ist die kirchliche Integration. Durch diesen Grundsatz geleitet versorgen Seelsorger in polnischsprechenden Seelsorgezentren sowohl „alte” Migranten der zweiten und folgenden Generationen als auch diejenigen, die erst nach 2004 sich in den historischen Strom der polnischen Migration eingeschlossen haben. In den gegenwärtigen Problemen der polnischsprechenden Seelsorge soll besonders die Seelsorge der Ehen, Familien und Probleme der „Eurowaisen” behandelt werden. Angesichts sich zeichneten Absenz der Priester, die gern in der Seelsorge für die polnische Diaspora in Europa arbeiten wurden, sollten schon jetzt Leihen für die Einschaltung in die Sorge der Kirche um Polen in der Fremde vorbereiten werden.

On the ground of the Erga Migrantes Caritas Christi 2004 instruction, the situation of refugees and expellees requires not only new analyzes and defining their position in the Universal and diocese Churches, but due to the dynamics of the migration phenomenon it is repeatedly necessary to update the pastoral tasks towards these categories of migrants. Political and social unrest in the first two decades of the twenty-first century was a catalyst for the development of the Apostolic See statement: Adoption of Christ in the refugees and forcibly expelled.
 Na fundamencie instrukcji Erga migrantes caritas Christi z 2004 roku sytuacja uchodźców i wypędzonych wymagała nie tylko nowych analiz i zdefiniowania ich sytuacji w Kościele Powszechnym oraz w Kościołach diecezjalnych, ale ze względu na dynamikę zjawiska migracji wciąż na nowo konieczna jest aktualizacja zadań  duszpasterskich wobec tych kategorii migrantów. Niepokoje polityczne i społeczne w pierwszych dwóch dekadach XXI wieku były swoistym katalizatorem wypracowania przez Stolicę Apostolską instrukcji: Przyjęcie Chrystusa w uchodźcach i przymusowo wypędzonych.
