Opis:
Elliptical Gaussian beam (EGB) has many different physical properties from circular Gaussian beam. In this paper, the transverse energy flux and intensity of one and two coherent EGBs are studied. In our simulation, the transverse energy flux and intensity varying with waist ratio are discussed in detail. It has been found that through increasing the waist ratio, the transverse energy flux after interference would be strengthened significantly. Although the transverse energy flux is much weaker than the longitudinal energy flux, its signal to noise ratio has been verified to be strong enough for detection. Our derivations are still reasonable for another simulation with general experimental parameters. The simulation results are considered to be helpful for some physical experiments using the transverse energy flux of Gaussian beam, such as an important application in electromagnetic response produced by interaction of high-frequency gravitational waves.

ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to observe the depression-like behavior changes of rats exposed to lead with or without probiotic intervention, and to investigate changes in the gut microbiota and fecal short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) levels after lead exposure, and the possible functions of probiotics in this process.Material and MethodsAdult male Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to a 300 mg/l lead acetate solution for 24 weeks, with or without probiotic (freeze-dried powder containing Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium: 6 billion live bacteria/2 g) intervention in weeks 17–24. The sucrose preference test (SPT), the forced swim test (FST), and the tail suspension test (TST) were preformed to study the depression-like behaviors of these rats. The alteration of rat gut microbiota induced by lead exposure was analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing, and the levels of fecal SCFAs were detected using gas chromatography.ResultsNeurobehavioral tests showed that lead exposure induced depression-like behavior in rats, including reduced sucrose preference in the SPT, and increased immobility times in the FST and the TST. Sequencing and gas chromatography showed that lead exposure changed the structure and the phylogenetic diversity of the gut microbiota, as well as significantly altered the levels of SCFAs. Moreover, the depression-like behaviors, and the changes in both gut microbiota and SCFAs, could be mitigated by probiotic intervention.ConclusionsLead exposure not only changes the structure and diversity of the gut microbiome but also affects metabolic function. Probiotic intervention may be a novel initiative for the prevention and treatment of neurological damage following lead exposure. Health. 2022;35(1):95–106

An ammonium perchlorate (AP, NH4(ClO4)3)-based molecular perovskite energetic material (H2dabco)[NH4(ClO4)3]/carbon nanotubes (DAP/CNTs) composite was prepared and characterized. Molecular perovskite DAP samples were synthesized by a facile one-pot reaction of triethylenediamine, perchloric acid (PCA, HClO4), and AP via a molecular assembly strategy. The results showed that the mechanical sensitivity (impact and friction sensitivities: >120 cm and 20%) and electrostatic spark sensitivity (8.90 J) of the DAP/CNTs energetic composite with 10 wt.% CNTs exhibited less sensitivity than that of DAP (impact, friction and electrostatic spark sensitivities: 112.3 cm, 45%, and 5.39 J, respectively), because of the mixing desensitization mechanism of CNTs. Compared with the pure DAP, the DAP/CNTs energetic composite has better performance with respect to thermal stability, exothermic capacity, and excellent continuous combustion properties. The DAP/CNTs energetic composite has potential application in a weapons system.

Molecular perovskite DAP was prepared via a molecular assembly strategy by the facile one-pot reaction of triethylenediamine (TEDA, DABCO), perchloric acid, and ammonium perchlorate, and the DAP/graphene composite was fabricated by mechanical mixing with 10 wt.% graphene. The results demonstrated that impact sensitivity (>120 cm), friction sensitivity (25%) and electrostatic spark sensitivity (7.04 J) of the DAP/graphene composite was less sensitive than raw DAP (impact, friction and electrostatic spark sensitivity: 112.3 cm, 45%, and 5.39 J, respectively), due to the composite desensitization mechanism of graphene. This work may offer new ideas for the design and fabrication of insensitive molecular perovskite-based energetic composites.

Opis:
The rapid and accurate detection and identification of coal gangue is one of the premises and key technologies of the intelligent separation of coal gangue, which is of considerable importance for the separation of coal gangue. Focusing on the problems in the current deep learning algorithms for the detection and recognition of coal gangue, such as large model memory and slow detection speed, a rapid detection method for lightweight coal gangue is proposed. YOLOv3 is taken as the basic structure and improved. The MobileNetv2 lightweight feature extraction network is selected to replace Darknet53 as the main network of the detection algorithm to improve the detection speed. Spatial pyramid pooling (SPP) is added after the backbone network to convert different feature maps into fixed feature maps in order to improve the positioning accuracy and detection capability of the algorithm, thereby obtaining the lightweight network MS-YOLOV3. The experimental equipment was set up and multi-condition coal and gangue datasets were constructed. The model was trained and the identification and positioning results of the model were tested under different sizes, illumination intensities and various working conditions, and compared with other algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can detect the coal gangue quickly and accurately, with an mAP of 99.08%, a speed of 139 fps and a memory occupation of only 9.2 M. In addition, the algorithm can effectively detect mutually stacking coal and gangue of different quantities and sizes under different lights with high confidence and with a certain degree of environmental robustness and practicability. Compared with the YOLOv3, the performance of the proposed algorithm is significantly improved. Under the premise that the accuracy is unchanged, the FPS increases by 127.9% and the memory decreases by 96.2%. Therefore, the MS-YOLOv3 algorithm has the advantages of small memory, high accuracy and fast speed, which can provide online technical support for the detection and identification of coal and gangue.
Ustawiono sprzęt eksperymentalny i skonstruowano wielowarunkowe zbiory danych dotyczące węgla i skały płonnej.

An embedded microring resonator model using PtS2 as the core layer was designed and optimized for sensing. The inner layer is made of PtS2, and SiO2 and Si3N4 are used as cladding. The overall structure is Si3N4-SiO2-PtS2-SiO2-Si3N4. Field strength distribution of longitudinal section of single straight waveguide and the longitudinal section of coupling part of straight and annular waveguides are simulated according to the coupled-mode theory. The transfer matrix method is used to analyze characteristics between the length of the U-shaped feedback waveguide and the circumference of microring and the change of attenuation factor and coupling coefficient on the output spectrum. The simulation results showed that the embedded microring resonator with PtS2 as the core presents excellent optical properties. The resonance depth is more than –50 dB, and the sensitivity can reach 1806.61 dB/RIU. When the resonance wavelength is 1550.86 nm and the self-coupling coefficient is 0.9849. The corresponding detection limit is about 1.66056×10–7 dB/RIU, and the quality factor is 2.8848×10–5 under the measurement system with a signal-to-noise ratio of 30 dB. Compared with the traditional single microring structure, the proposed microring presents a higher free spectral range and more suitable for the fabrication of high-sensitivity, low-detection limit, and large-measurement range sensors.

Acid mine drainage (AMD), which is also known as acid rock drainage (ARD), can cause serious environmental pollution, especially for surrounding aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems due toits low pH, high metal and sulfate concentration. Acid mine drainage is an urgent environmental problem for the worldwide ore mining industry. In this paper, we demonstrated that hydrophobic films can inhibit the oxidation of pyrite-bearing tailings to achieve the control of at-source AMD. The results of chemical leaching testing showed that the hydrophobic films formed by linoleic acid can suppress the oxidation of pyrite-bearing tailings and reduce the AMD production. In addition, the presence of hydrophobic films of linoleic acid on the surface of pyrite-bearing tailings was confirmed by the results from Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analyses and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectrometry (SEM / EDS).

Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) UL4 and UL5 genes are two members of the RL11 gene family. In an earlier study, three UL4 transcripts of about 1.7, 1.5 and 1.4 kb were found in early and late classes after infection by the Towne strain by nuclease protection and primer extension analyses. In the present study, two UL4 transcripts (1.5 and 1.7 kb) were found by cDNA library screening, Northern blot, 3' and 5' RACE analyses to appear initially in the immediate early phase and one UL4 transcript (1.4 kb) in the late phase in a low-passage clinical isolate. Furthermore, two novel low-abundance UL5 transcripts with the same 3' terminus as the identified UL4 transcripts in the UL4-UL5 gene region were found in late class RNAs.

Opis:
Natural plants, such as cotton and linen, are rich in cellulose Iβ. The properties of cellulose Iβ under different temperatures was studied using molecular dynamics simulations. Firstly, the crystal of cellulose Iβ was built. To verify the model, the X-ray fibre diffraction and thermal expansion coefficients were calculated, which were found to agree with experimental results. Then the Mulliken population of the bonds were computed and the movement of the centre chain and hydrogen bonds studied over the range 300-550 K using a PCFF force field. The results of the Mulliken population reveal the three steps of pyrolysis. The higher the temperature is, the more intensely the movement of the centre chain is. However, the impact of temperature on the movement of the centre chain is not obvious. From 300 K to 550 K, the total number of hydrogen bonds decreased by only 20%. Moreocer, the rupture of intrachain hydrogen bonds and the formation of interchain hydrogen bonds at 400 K~450 K temperature occurred.

High-energy-density molecular perovskite energetic materials with high detonation performance have attracted much attention, but poor safety performance has limited their potential applications. In this paper, nano sodium perchlorate-based molecular perovskite (H2dabco)[Na(ClO4)3] (nano DAP-1) was fabricated by green ball-milling technology. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized and the results showed that nano DAP-1 with nearly spherical morphology has a narrow particle size distribution, < 1 μm. The thermal decomposition properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The exothermic peak of nano DAP-1 thermal decomposition was 330.0 °C, a decrease of 51.7 °C compared with that of raw DAP (381.7 °C). The apparent activation energy (Ea) of nano DAP-1 was calculated to be 160.9 kJ·mol–1, which is lower than that of raw DAP-1 (168.6 kJ·mol–1). Mechanical sensitivity studies showed that nano DAP-1 (H50: 64 cm) exhibited a lower impact sensitivity than that of the raw DAP-1 (H50: 51 cm). This work provides a simple and effective way for improving the thermal decomposition properties and safety performance of molecular perovskite energetic materials.

Objectives The aim of the paper is to explore the role of lung microbiome disorder in lung tissue injury induced by exposure to particulate matter with a maximum diameter of 2.5 μm (PM2.5) and the alleviation effect of auricularia auricular-judae polysaccharide (AAP). Material and Methods Sprague Dawley rats were given PM2.5 suspension at a dose of 20 mg/l twice a week for 8 weeks. Then, 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg of AAP was administered to the rats after PM2.5 exposure. The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and lung tissue samples were collected at the end of the experiment. The BALF was meant to detect changes in lung microbiome by 16S sequences and cluster analysis, with the application of the principal component analysis and the partial least squares discriminant analysis. The levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and interleukin (IL)-4, IL-8, and IL-10 in lung tissue were detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. The pathological changes in lung tissue were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. Results After PM2.5 exposure, the alveolar septum was widened, and the structures of alveolar walls were destroyed. There was inflammatory cells infiltration in the alveolar space and the interstitial space. Alpha diversity in BALF showed that the Chao1, ACE, Simpson, and Shannon values were increased, and the lung microbiome analysis revealed that the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Clostridium increased, while the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Akkermansia decreased. The contents of IFN-γ and IL-8 in lung tissue increased while the content of IL-10 decreased. After the administration of AAP, the alveolar structure damage was alleviated, and the interstitial hemorrhage, edema, and inflammatory cells infiltration were reduced. The Chao1 and ACE values decreased, and the taxonomic abundance values of Akkermansia were much higher. Simultaneously, the contents of IFN-γ, IL-4, and IL-8 decreased, and the content of IL-10 increased. Conclusions It was found that PM2.5 resulted in lung microbiome disorder, which might lead to the inflammation of lung tissue. It was also revealed that AAP could alleviate the inflammatory damage of lung tissue induced by PM2.5.

Opis:
In order to explore the impact of coal and gangue particle size changes on recognition accuracy and to improve the single particle size of coal and gangue identification accuracy of sorting equipment, this study established a database of different particle sizes of coal and gangue through image gray and texture feature extraction, using a relief feature selection algorithm to compare different particle size of coal and gangue optimal features of the combination, and to identify the points and particle size of coal and gangue. The results show that the optimal features and number of coal and gangue are different with different particle sizes. Based on visible-light coal and gangue separation technology, the change of coal and gangue particle size cause fluctuations in the recognition accuracy, and the fluctuation of recognition accuracy will gradually decrease with increases in the number of features. In the process of particle size classification, if the training model has a single particle size range, the recognition accuracy of each particle size range is low, with the highest recognition accuracy being 98% and the average recognition rate being only 97.2%. The method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the recognition accuracy of each particle size range. The maximum recognition accuracy is 100%, the maximum increase is 4%, and the average recognition accuracy is 99.2%. Therefore, this method has a high practical application value for the separation of coal and gangue with single particle size.
Maksymalna dokładność rozpoznawania wynosi 100%, maksymalny wzrost to 4%, a średnia dokładność rozpoznawania to 99,2%.
